recently brought a new Micromax Phone Model No : X225 ESN/ IMEI No : [protected] from Sangeetha Bangalore on26 July 2009 and I am facing the below mentioned issuses. 1) voice clarity 2) Whenever I receive a call from my other Sim The First call go disconnected 3) Whenever I use to charge it I need to first shake it then charge it.. But when I went to your Service centre RT Outsourcing to report this matter My Order No : MIL :OL:[protected] they are saying that it is a Physical Damage and you need to pay for the Damages but from Day one I am facing these issuses even I have spoken to your Customer Care Center My Complaint no is MICLOL[protected] .Request you to Kindly Check this on your end because a Individual can't damage the Charger as well as your Phone USB . and I personally feel that your products are not upto the mark and neither your company is interested in making any Brand value . I am using Nokia from the Past 6 Years and till date I haven't faced any issues . Request you to kindly look into this and resolve this ASAP else I will report this matter to Consumer Forum as well as I will Make sure that this issue will publish in all the leading newspapers . I have puchase a new Q3 model, It's nice and good looking, But i have a one complain that the phone softwere, wallpaper, themes are not available on any site even micromaxinfo.com, so, this prob. a nice phone dose not usefull, KIndly u manage creat softwere, themes, wallpapers or Games on your site.
i had purchase this product by cell tell mobile shop..they had cheated that mobile cost is 2999 only but they sold on 3800..this is my first fault..am using Sony Ericsson past 3yrs..but i have no problem in it..i had purchase micromax x250 but it was not get battery energy till it was been charged by one whole day..the handset was been get haeted normally by using...the handset was been switch off automatically.. i need your help to solve this problem...the shop i purchase would not response well...they were avoiding me...so i want the best solution for my mobile otherwise i want to complain it to consumer court...

I bought a new Micromax Q3 handset, everything was going fine for first 3 weeks, then i got a message from Airtel sayin my handset (sim 2) has an invalid imei no, and has to pay 150 rs and get it, now my sim 2 coud not use that airtel sim, nw i interchanged the sim 1 & 2 and using, nw i dnt knw how long i can use like this. pls help me.
x225 model. this is a china mobile . china mobiles are better than this

WITH GREAT SORROW I HAVE TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROMAX MOBILE HAVING MODEL NO: X360(MTV EDITION) IN MAY 2010.AND MY DISPLAY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR LAST ONE MONTH.I HAVE COMPLAINED THIS PROBLEM TO MY NEAR BY SERVICE CENTRE OF MICROMAX MOBILE .IN SIR SERVICE CENTRE(SUNIL TRADERS, PURNEA BIHAR) THEY TOLD THAT THEY WILL AVAIL THE APPROPRIATE DISPLAY IN FEW DAYS BUT STILL THEY ARE UNABLE TO SORT OUT THE DISPLAY PROBLEM OF MY MOBILE..
