I bought Micromax Q3 from Gurgaon Sec-14, On installing the PC suite it does not show the "Dial up" Ikon. Tried by their customer care at Faridabad. Went to their corporate Office at Udyog Vihar Ph-5, Gurgaon. Removed all the virus scanners from my Laptop, even then it is not working. Tried with the help of
1. CD Provided with the set.
2.Driver downloaded from the website,
3. Driver loaded at service centre.br...

I have received a message twice that my handset does not have a valid IMEI No. from Aircel customer care on date 18th & 20th Nov'09. Their customercare representative also told me that my IMEI no. is not a valid one. They told me to speak with Orissa circle IMEI office and after that as per consultation of IMEI officer, I have sent SMS of my IMEI No from my Handset to 53232 and I was told that my IMEI no belongs to manufacturer Micromax...

hii, im using micromax q3 mobile handset. with tata docomo sim in karnataka.. the problem for me is in my mobile GPRS is not enabling.. could u pls solve dis problem.....

I bought an micromax x116 model in the month of september 2009.In which i have placed the sim1 with Vodafone IN and sim2 with Tata Docomo today i have an message from sim2 Docomo as"Hi Your handset has an invalid IMEI. As per govt. guidelines calls from handsets with invalid IMEI'S will not be allowed." what is the necessary action should i take regarding the message.Will you please guide me

I have bot a Micromax Q3 mobile from Hari om Communication Jaipur 2 months back, IMEI no. is [protected] , Sr.No. [protected].Just in 2 months I start facing charging problem in the mobile So i gave mobile to Mobile Repair Center- rt Jaipur on 10 nov 2009 Contact no[protected].

I have purchase a Mobile phone of Micromax-CDMA, Model no.C2i, from Aditya telecomm. Vikas marg,Delhi before two months.Now it is not working properly basically problem in phone is its backlight & due to this its battery back is only give one to two hours backup.I am going to the Aditya telecomm but they cant listen my problem.Kindly help.

I am using micromax mobile from last 10 months. The handset is x1i. I have some problem in my handset, so I have given the handset on company authorized service center on 1-oct-2009, but my handset is not repaired, I am moving there many time but they not repaired my handset, today he called me and say that it will take some more time. I am not happy and satisfied with the service center.

I bought this phone on 3 months back , it is a good phone 4800 cost with some interesting features making it more in line with a business phone like Nimbus . opera mini. wap ,Push mail so on and so forth but there is only one problem none of the service providers in chennai support or have GPRS MMS setting for this phone without which it like one of those chinese multimedia phone.So people if you are accustomed...

i have downloaded and installed a concise oxford dictionary in my mobile. but i could not type any word in the search pane provided in the software.shortly,keypad is not working. but the software is finely working in other phones belonging to different companies. expecting a solution and support from the company.......
