I bought a micromax mobile x310 within 2 months it started giving problems, i have approached twice the service center and there are not able to give a resolution, i have mailed no of tomes to micromax and did not get any reply, they have cheated me. by not replacing the new one. neither the call center is giving any reply nor the service center, now my phone is still with the servie center.

I bought Micromax Q3 from Gurgaon Sec-14, On installing the PC suite it does not show the "Dial up" Ikon. Tried by their customer care at Faridabad. Went to their corporate Office at Udyog Vihar Ph-5, Gurgaon. Removed all the virus scanners from my Laptop, even then it is not working. Tried with the help of
1. CD Provided with the set.
2.Driver downloaded from the website,
3. Driver loaded at service centre.

It is not working any way.

I have received a message twice that my handset does not have a valid IMEI No. from Aircel customer care on date 18th & 20th Nov'09. Their customercare representative also told me that my IMEI no. is not a valid one. They told me to speak with Orissa circle IMEI office and after that as per consultation of IMEI officer, I have sent SMS of my IMEI No from my Handset to 53232 and I was told that my IMEI no belongs to manufacturer Micromax & Brand Q3. After that also I have received SMS from Aircel customer care regarding the same. I want to solve the matter. Thats why I am sending this mail. Please let me know where is the problem & how it will be solved.

hii, im using micromax q3 mobile handset. with tata docomo sim in karnataka.. the problem for me is in my mobile GPRS is not enabling.. could u pls solve dis problem..

i was not able to download my gmail on Email client that comes with phone

i am doing this and i think i have problem of port but i was enable to get the right one

I am your customer & buy the one cell phone micromax q3 ezpad, it is not connect the pc as a modem type, it is not work properly in connecting the pc . i want to use by this cell as internet connect to pc.

I bought an micromax x116 model in the month of september 2009.In which i have placed the sim1 with Vodafone IN and sim2 with Tata Docomo today i have an message from sim2 Docomo as"Hi Your handset has an invalid IMEI. As per govt. guidelines calls from handsets with invalid IMEI'S will not be allowed." what is the necessary action should i take regarding the message.Will you please guide me

I have bot a Micromax Q3 mobile from Hari om Communication Jaipur 2 months back, IMEI no. is [protected] , Sr.No. [protected].Just in 2 months I start facing charging problem in the mobile So i gave mobile to Mobile Repair Center- rt Jaipur on 10 nov 2009 Contact no[protected].
That time they told me that problem will be solved in 7 days but now they are telling me that this problem will take around 1 month to solve.
Now you tell me what should I do, I am not satisfied with the services providing by micromax
