since, i have brought micromax q5, i haven't been able to use any of the IM's like GTalk, NimBuzz, eBuddy, FaceBook (stupid like one-touch FaceBook it says), etc ..when i contacted Planet M (from where i purchased my mobile) for an exchange, they initially agreed to exchange it for another Q5 but when i reached there, they said micromax is not in the exchange programme.. I showed them the bill and warranty receipt in which it is clearly mentioned about PRODUCTS being exchanged within and nowhere it says about mobiles not being exchanged ! I mean common, such a pathetic service from such huge giants like ' Planet M ' !! From the day i brought my mobile, my IM's aren't working..Now, i need to find a service center and cure my mobile apps..Nowhere it si mentioned about the OS installed in micromax..

Can anyone tel me about the OS in micromax Q5 and how to remove default JAVA applications installed in it ??

I WANTED TO BUY NOKIA BUT THE SALER CONVICED ME THAT MICROMAX IS GOOD. I HEARD FROM THE USER THAT IT'S HAVING CHEAP BUILT QUALITY AND BREAKES AT MAXIMUM NUMBERS. SO SERVICE STATION ARE FLOODED WITH IT.

IGNORING THE TIPS I STILL BOUGHT Q3+ ON 13.09.2010. DEALER ASSURED QUICK SERVICE IF REQUIRED FROM SERVICE STATION.

UNFORTUNATELY WITHIN A MONTH THE CHARGER STOPPED WORKING. THERE IS NO PROPER INFORMATION OF SERVICE STATIONS IN AHMEDABAD. THE ADDRESS WHICH IS DISPLAYED WAS SHUTDAWN 6 MONTHS AGO.!!!!!!!!!!. AFTER I FOUND ONE IN VASTRAPUR AREA. NAMED 'SAI SERVICES'. TEL. NO.[protected].

I APPROACHED THEM THEY TASTED AND TOLD ME THAT GET PHOTOCOPY DONE AND WE DON'T HAVE IN STOCK SO IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 15 DAYS.!!!! I TOLD TO GIVE ME IN WRITING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK. It got touch problem in that phone, when i contact with service centre at SAI MOBILES
near paradise, secunderabad.
on 3rd of dec jo sheet no:1289032, contact number 64618855.They told me it takes 7days time to be rectified, after seven days they called me and told that it has been rectified and ready to deliver but when i have rushed to service centre the problem has not been rectified, are your service people playing a JOKE with a customer.BUT most depressive thing is that its already 23 days for this still not rectified .when i called to service centre they told me that
IT WILL TAKE MORE 10DAYS OR IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO GET REPAIRED YOUR HANDSET YOU CAN COME AND TAKE BACK YOUR HANDSET.
i think i spoken with MOUNIKA, when i asked about the manager she told me that we donot have any manager.
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT TO CUSTOMERS, SHOULD I PURCHASE MICROMAX OR NOT.

Micromax — phone given to service centre not returned for app 3 months

I bought this micromax mobile on 11/08/10.The wifi in it got bad and i gave it to its authorized service center Kaiser Electronics on 02/11/10.The job no for this is m/8645.
This is the third month and i was told it will take another 20-25 days.Four months to repair a phone is unacceptable.They have not even provided me with a standby phone.
The contact no of this Kaiser Telecom is[protected],[protected].This has put me to severe in convinence.The price of the phone has now fallen by 25 percent..Strict action should be taken against these companies.

I am Pursottam das Agarwal. I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 15-07-10 from M/s Om Mobile,Gwalior. It isnot working properly since 25.11.10. I had submitted the micromax mobile "Q-2" gwalior service centre . I am regularly going to service centre. (micromax service center,first floor darul habib complex roxi pull road gwalior (M.P.) I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
he is not return the my mobile.and he isn't give me proper reply..
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

I had given a micromax Q1 for repair at the service centre here. The phone was defective and they told me they will replace the phone and they took away the whole box. i own a micromax mobile, model-A60, the cell phone encountered some speaker problem. i gave the cell phone for service at 'numerics mobile point'- mangalore and it has been sent to the company for further service as we are told.The job sheet no-1571560. its been two months now we havent heard from them, they seem to be taking too long to just replace a speaker.i have been trying to get in touch with them but i have been switched across different departments every single time i call them.the cell phone was handed over on dated 9/04/2011 since then i have incured lot of expenses in travelling to the service center, calling customer care. i request you to kindly take note of the matter and compensate my expenses and deliver the cell phone at the earliest.

This is very disgusting and irratating that i have select to purchase the Micromax mobile. Within a month time the piece is damaged. I have given to service centre at Panvel. Now it was almost 3 months passed but no such results from service centre. They have given contact no. i.e, [protected] and service docket no.# 1380887. When ever i have contacted they just reply it is under repair. Once receive from Micromax co. will definetly contact to you. It is really very bad experience and no such responce from co as well. Very very poor service.

I, Ankur Varshney, bought a micromax mobile GC360 before 3 months. there is some problem in handfree of this set and i went to service center situated at sasni gate, agra road, Aligarh, u.p., india. but there is no good response towards my complain. there is 1 month spent to this complain and today i talked to agra service center but also there is no good response of my complain, even they did not talked 1 min to me and not want to discuss regarding this.

i feel that i did a huge mistake by bought micromax mobile.

there is no value of customer here.

if you feel some responsibilities toward your customers then plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I bought a mobile from M/s ANU TELECOM SHOP 959/1A, RANI BAGH, GURUDWARA ROAD, DELHI-34, Make:MICROMAX company Modle No.:-Q5 vIDE BILL NO.;-838 BOOK NO.:-9 DATED:-18/02/2010 with ONE YEAR GUARANTEE Serial Nos.:-(1)[protected], (2)[protected] the set started giving problems.I visited their head office at 9/52/1 KIRTI NAGAR INDUSTRIAL AREA written on the container box where Mr. Naresh Chandra (MICROMAX's I.D CARD No.;-MX338) told me that it is no more a service centre the service centre has been shifted to Gurgaon but he did not give me address. I went to dealer(M/s ANU TELECOM SHOP 959/1A, RANI BAGH, GURUDWARA ROAD, DELHI-34.and explained the problem & requested them to replace with new one but he refused.He just give me address of the service center located at MICRO TECHNOLOGY(authorised micromax service center) 2253/B-4, Shadi Khampur, Near Satyam Cinema, New Ranjit Nagar, West Patel Nagar, , New Delhi-110008.I met Mr. Lucky, he checked the set and then he issued me a DOA CERTIFICATE S. No.:-MMX/CSD/HS/50494 DATED:-26/02/2010.He told me that it would take more 15 days to replace the mobile.Then I gave him the mobile.After that I called on 27/02/2010 at Micromax customer care no.:[protected], here a madam(Reena) talked to me & promised to call me back but there was no response.Again I called at the same no. I talked to Mr. Anurag on 12/03/2010 he told me to send mails at [protected]@micromaxinfo.com [protected]@micromaxinfo.com & [protected]@micromaxinfo.com) & gave me mobile no.:-[protected](Mr. Kedar) on 12/03/2010.I called but he no responses & they did not pick the call.After many calls he pick the call & requested me to call him tomorrow(on 13/03/2010) after 11:30 am.But I called him 1:00 pm he not picking the mobile & swiched off the mobile.I called again at the above given no.[protected].I talked to Mr. Prithvi on 15/03/2010 he listen & promised to call me back but again no responses I called them many times but in vain1 month had passed to Mr. Pankaj he promised call me back within 10 minutes no call back but said & gave 30 minutes again no responses.I again called & talked to Mr. Manoj.He said that they dissgussed my case.
I bought a new hand set because I'm fed up with the unsatisfactory SERVICES provided by the company.I have spent a fat amount of Rs.4450/- but the indifferent attitude of the company made me full of tension which in turn affecting my health.
I had to lodge complaint in Court to solve my problem and do justice to save my hard earned money.

micromax authorized service center, ms veerabhadra agencies at kukatpally in Hyderabad with a complaint of no network access under job sheet no.: n[protected], I was told by the service
person that the problem will be resolved in 1 week, later after 10 days when I contacted the service center I was told that my hand set was sent to the company and it may take another 10 days, I had
been in constant touch with the service center and they were only saying that the handset had not returned from the company, I waited till[protected] and spoke to the customer support of micromax on
the number [protected] and was given a complaint id.:[protected] with an assurance that the issue will be resolved in 10 days, in the mean time I had put up mails to the company and the reply from
them was that the problem is being looked at, the issue had been sent to escalation department etc. till date their no result and the service center at Hyderabad is not responding to my calls. I want them
to repair the defect in my phone immediately and return it back to me.

With reference my repeated complaints in service center which was MICROMAX service centre, Court Road authorised service center of Micromax Company.

I was purchased Micromax tab from Saharanpur. They offered me 01 year warranty in written invoice no and date. Unfortunately TAB have some problem in Battery system (working approx 1 hour, After 76% totally shut down )after 6 months from the date of purchase but as of now there was no action been taken from their authorized service center
You are requested to put up early action as soon as possible.

Dont ever buy Micromax Mobiles ... Battery Backup sucks to the core ... i would suggest to go for spice q55, its much cheaper and also battery backup is 1000 times better ...
Actually speakin mobile OS should not be affected by PC virus, Whats wrong with this Micromax Mobiles ...

i m facing problem of woofers of the cell, i have heard the same problem from the many users of the cell the speaker of the cell is not working i would like to either replace my cell or get it repaired with extension of warranty or refund my money. and i have faced that problem which have discussed above of long time on of power or backlight of phone and sometime it repeates.
its headhones are so delicate so i got them replaced at once bt nw again they create problem. the charger of the cell is not working so become so frustrate by the service of this cell any of your service centres too.

Micromax Q55 — Money taken but no refund

I purchased micromax Q55 online on the 8th of nov and paid 2521.....the shipping is within 6 days...since i have not received after 6 days ,I calles customer care and they said it is out of stock and they will cancel it and give me a refund.

Hello, I have purchased this mobile "Micromax canvas HD A116"
having IMEI number [protected] in 3rd week of september. initially
it seems the battery backup is average. But now it it so worst.from last
1-2 month for every 10 minute we are charging this and within 10-15 min
this shows charging 100% complete and just after 5-7 its discharge
completely and become switched off. this product was with one year
manufacturer warranty.
I have been trying to call you from last 10-15 days on your customer
care number. not a single time we are able to connect.I had tried to
reach your office reside in mayur vihar-I. but the team there are so
unprofessional useless for customer.

i had purchased micro max a100 handset on 31.10.2012... there was network problem.. i had approached service center many times they had even changed mother board of it but then to there is same problem... can some one help me out???

micromax handset seems to have network issues with many customers. I also have micromax A121 and have the same problem. I think Micromax needs to look into this matter seriously because if this problems are not taken care, new customers will have second thought before buying a new micromax handset.

I Mohd. Irshad S/O Mohd. Shamshad had perchased a micromax 3g modem & within few days it stoped working. I had approched to Lucknow service center, first they have said that come after 7 days and when I reached again then they said that 3g modem service center is shifted to Nirala Nagar. when I reached Nirala Nagar they have taken the modem and said that collect it after 1 month. Now when 1 month is over they are telling me that the service center is sifted to Lalbagh. So please look into this matter beacuse I think that after 2 months yet they have not repaired my modem. It's my last request because after this I going to complain this matter to consumer forum.

Micromax X260 — Battery issue
