Respected Sir,
I had bought a Micromax mobile phone, details are attached below :

Date : 15/11/09
Store :The Mobile store ,Malviya Nagar,Delhi,Phone-011,64585829
The phone became dead on the 12 of Dec '09
On approaching this store they refused to handle any compaints and refered to micromax service centres at Karol Bagh, Shahdra,Noida.
But none of them are entertaining any calls and I have no option whatsoever to solve my problem.
Also addresses of service centres provided at the Micromax website aare either invalid or old.
please help me in this problem.I think both the company and the Mobile store should be penalised for this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour.

my name is archit malhotra i purchased micromax c2i in november but in january the phone started heating up so in feb i gave this phone to your service centre situated in shahdara (gadget galaxy).
its been more than a month yet i have no hearing from ur side whenevr i call them up they say it would still take one week.
i mailed u guys as well but still no response from your side.
if this is the way to treat your customer then im really dissapointed by your sick service just hopping for a good solution or just would unnecessary need to take a legal action.
please help me out as soon as possible.
