NOT WORKING SINCE INCEPTION we submitted above mobile to M/S ARIHANT
ENTERPRISES authorised service centre of your company on 1/12/2011after
getting installed the setting three times from THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED
Mr.Neeraj Jain propritor of M/S ARIHANT ENTERPRISES not attended properily
and kept the mobile upto 5/12/2011 for general checking and issued a
material received note on dt 5/12/2011 and have asked to receive the same
on 25/12/20011 FOR PITY MATTER WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE AND HALF MONTH AND WE
ARE OUT OF SERVICE FOR SO LONG PERIOD THIS RESULTED VERY INCONVENIENCE AND
MENTAL AGONY TO ME YOU ARE REQUESTED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE UPTO 10/12/2011
OTHERWISE WE WILL BE COMPELL TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THAT YOUR
COMPANY WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE SAME.

    I have purchased micromax x5o5 on [protected] and having a problem of display not working from[protected].
    I have deposited my handset at prince communications 1666/1 main road govind puri ext.kalkaji delhi 110019
    on[protected] but not recieved my handset till today[protected].I recieved a call from malliya nagar serive
    centre that i can recieve my phone from there but after going there they told me that the phone was not
    working properly so they have sent it back to micromax and they dont have any information about my phone
    due to this i m facing a lot of problem as my phone is in micromax from last 4 months and its warranty is almost over

    please take a action against my complain and extend my phone warranty.

      I had purchased micromax q3 , when i had asked for service center add and number from spice retail ltd , out let very popularly known as hot spot .( at kunj plaza, baroda) are not up dated with complete add of your service center no or add .
      display issue
      I have purchase the micromax X-360 3-4 month ago. About 1.5 Month ago my mobile phone's front glass has
      been broken.

      I have ordered the glass 1 month ago in nearest service centre and till now they tell that glass not come.
      Chhattisgarh service engg. say that glass has been dispatched 15 days ago.
      Now when I call him he said that First I will confirm that order and callback to you within 30 min. Now he can't receive my phone.
      Very bad service of micromax mobile.......
      I bay a Micro max Mobile from District Siwan After some use camera not working properly. when i complain in service center he ran me 15th times. he say you came next time. last time he said camera lance can not change.

      I have given my headfones of gravity x600 on[protected] to your service centre in meerut and they always says that i should come out in next weak. I did not get that today also. And 2nd problem is my phone Gravity x600. The problem occurs in mobile screen.

      I would like to launch a complaint for the service center of Micro max i.e (Tech Solution - Shop No.1, Karthik Chamber, Near Radient Hotel, J.M.Road, Pune - 411004 - Phone number[protected]/[protected]).
      I had purchased new handset of micro max on 31.01.13 from Royal Varieties (1261, Deccan Gymkhana, JM Road Pune 411004) un of the sudden i saw there was a problem with the handset that Bluetooth & WiFi was not not working...So i decided to give the phone to the service center address is above. so i deposited my phone in service center on 14th Feb with the entire detail my service center bill no is 664. & IMEI no - [protected] they said it will take 03 day i said ok no problem. the next day itself i got the call from the service center that we have to send your phone to gurgoan for servicing it cannot be reparable here i said ok how much time it will take to come back they said 15 days max....

      Today is 11th March'13 i had not received my phone back every time when i call they say it is in gurgaon...Please help me to get my phone back with legal things....

      i submitted my phoneA117 micromax magnus to micromax service center they returned the phone saying that it is repaired now but nothing was done it was agra micromax service center at saha market then i submitted again this time to a different micromax service center its address is Simran Electronics G 9 Narian towar Agra then i got a msg for my phone that it was repaired after 28 days of sbmitting it when i got there they told me that its not repaired and I have to come back when its repaired micromax shame on u so here is my complain against micromax if i dont get my phone now serviced ill file a complain in consumer court a legal complain

      Alwar service center members is not good . He don't know about of talking way how to talk with customer. And not proper given answer everybody and me want that u take action on this alwar service center.
      Sir I was buy Micromax Bolt A66 Phone April 2014. Battery is not good. I had gone your Shadipur customer care they deposit my battery and told me you come one week I came but they again told me you come after 28 days again i came but not change they return me 2nd hand battery they took out battery another phone and give me .       The Micromax company give a waranty to customer. But when a customer go service centre then tell him that there have not perfect date for return his mobile. Also tell them may be 1yrs and 6 months. Last time return the mobile with out servicing. The sparse also 2nd hand. So please do somthing.
      My micromax canvas doodle 3 (A102) stopped working on 11th June 2015. It didn't switch on. I went to M/S The Mobile Care, B36 Guru Nanak Pura, near V3S Mall, New Delhi. The problem reported was 4101 POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON. I was told that the motherboard has stopped working. I have been there thrice but they say we can't find a new motherboard. 20 days have passed and they are asking for more time. Moreover, the executives there talk in a rude way instead of the customer. Please Help urgent. I have already lost a Doodle 3 in Dec 2014 but got a new one in March 2015. I can't afford living without that phone as my job requires android phone with 24*7 wifi connection. I am just paying the bills of wi fi withou any use as I have no lappy and other phone.         It is very disgusting to see the way the customer care centers operate under big banners like MICROMAX.

        TECH TELECOM located in Hadapsar- Pune is the one I had visited few minutes back to collect my MICROMAX X510 , but instead to repairing the handset I was told to get it repaired from any local mobile service centre as they are not able to solve the problem,
        My newly (4 months back) purchased Micromax X510 started giving problems like not connecting to charger, and then not connecting to PC through USB cable. And then as usual I took it to authorized service centre TECH TELCOM located in Hadapsar – Pune, but after keeping the handset in servicing centre for almost 2 months I was told that they are not able to rectify the error. And after contacting help line number I was told that mother board of the handset is damaged and due to which around 80% charge of the mobile needs to be paid if needs in working condition.
        My issue was just that the PC was not detecting the Mobile so I asked the service centre to check the cable and pins if there is any loose connection, but after keeping the handset for more than a month I was told that major mother board is damaged and needs to be replaced n that will be charged 80% of mobile cost.
        My question is if the mobile warranty is 1 year and I haven’t damaged the handset and taken utmost care while operating but if the software of Lane cable connectivity is not getting connected then why do I again pay almost the same amount of handset for repairing.

        I went to service centre in Hadapsar to collect the phone as soon as I got
        call from Hadapsar Service centre (tech telecom) in charge Mr. Rahul, but
        when I reached to collect the phone I came to know that the other than
        solving the connectivity error through USB cable the phone started giving
        new error of touch screen not working (this was never happen when the phone
        was with me, it only started when it was in servicing centre).

        This is second time I had sent the phone on 4th Nov to get the USB
        connection error solved, but to surprise instead of solving the error few
        more problems had erupted in the phone. I hadn't collected the phone from
        Hadapsar service centre, because neither the problems are solved and on top
        some other new errors and damages are done to my phone while it was in
        service centre.

        All I want now is a New Handset or else I have to take it in to legal call.
        As I have sufficient evidence to prove and get claimed enough money for the
        mental and physical harassment problems I had faced due to poor service from
        micromax.

        Kindly pay serious attention and provide me with a new handset.

        Micromax / Micromax x510 — Handset Problem

        I had bought one mobile Model No. X510 dated 26, April 2011.
        After one month (19th, May) Touch Pad is not working properly. I had contact retailer and his recommend go service centre for repairing.
        When I was going on 20th, May 2011 to service centre, he told me mobile is not repairable.
        After that, again I had contact retailer, he advice me drop mobile for 20 days and he will try to repairing at their end.
        After 1-month, retailer person tell me, you come after 1 week.
        After 1-week, retailer person tell me, you come after 4 days.
        After 4-days, you again go service centre for repairing. I am upset.
        When I was going on 2nd July 2011 to service centre he told me mobile is repairable and you can collect after 1 week.
        After 2-week, there is no reply by service centre and when I was contact by phone he again told me contact after 45 days.
        After visiting so many times to go the retailer as well as service centre, I did not have any satisfactory answer.
        After 3 weeks, so many communications, to go the retailer, service center as well as customer support, I did not have any satisfactory answer.
        I am suffering a Lot in view of the fact that I cannot wait for handset servicing.
        I want to replacement handset immediately.
        Companies always mention, "Valued customer". But, No value for customer by company.

          It is to share the inconvenience given to me when I gave my mobile for Servicing with warranty at the Micromax Servicing Centre, Kodambakkam, Chennai.
          It was the case of just replacing Mic in the phone. The employees in the centre are keep on asking me to come on Wednesday of next week when ever I approached them after 15 days of issue. One day, I got response that they are not doing service any more in that centre for such kind of issue. If that is the case they would not take the phone before itself. Why did they take the phone for servicing and giving such response at the end?
          The date of issue was on[protected]. I heard that the item is ready now but waiting for delivery from Delhi. It is been 2 weeks waiting for the delivery. I don't understand whose irresponsibility involved in this. Is it of Servicing centre of the people who work for Service somewhere apart...

            Myself Akash Jaiswal resident of Ramnagar Varanasi. I have a complain against Micromax mobile service center regarding my mobile. The model no. of my mobile is x360 imei no. is [protected] and another imei no. is [protected]. It is a dual sim mobile. It was on 10th Aug. 2011 when my mobile stopped working. I gave it to the service center at Sigra Market, Varanasi on 12th Aug.2011. They said to me that it will be given back to me after 2 to 3 days i.e on 16th Aug. 2011. I visited on 16th but they said that your mobile handset has been transferred to company for the repair. Till now i can understand that it might be some major problem in my mobile. But when i visited after 1 month they said wait for 15 days more. Now the limit is crossing.Im a businessman and going everyday and not getting any result will loss my time.
            It was till now date i haven't got my mobile. So please register my complain and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I had purchased Micromax mobile model A60 6 months back. The touch panel suddenly stopped working. I contacted Micromax customer care and they asked me to come to Noida office to submit mobile.
                I reside in greater noida, and I had to take off from my office to go to service center. The service center person denied any help mentioning that moisture has gone in mobile. Even though I requested that there was no such case, he denied getting repaired under warranty.

                It led to unnecessary harassment and waste of time for me. I request you to take action on the above issue. Service quality of Micromax mobile is extremely bad.

                    Customer service centre: infinity solutions narayan peth pune.

                    I purchased Micromax handset model A60 on 23/5/2011. After 1 month of purchase the handset gave battery problem. I gave the handset to the customer service center as on 27.06.2011. The issue was resolved after 3 months and started giving problem to volume key problem next day. I gave handset to same service center on 29/09/2011. and they said this will be resolved after 2 days but when i called after 2 days they said it will take at least one month, but till today the mobile is with them and every time call them the response is not well. even i called to customer care number @ [protected], every time i call them they will give reasons like there software is not working or they not getting details of the job sheet number. and the mobile will be done within next 15 days. i have used my mobile only for a month after purchase. Is there any law which says that the service should be done within specific time or faulty model should be replaced if servicing/repairing is not possible.

                    I request you to look into the matter seriously and sort the issue ASAP.

                    This to inform that one of Micromax dealers of Ghazipur is taking excess money of the original market price. On 30-Aug-2010 I went to buy a Q1 set and he demande Rs 3000 for it, whear it is available at a mere price of Rs 2000. It is a daunting task for the customers to buy any electronic goods in ghazipur. I[censored] can take any actions against them then, I wll be a happy man.

How come my IMEI number can change automatically.I know that your company promise for valid IMEI in the market and still customer are facing this kind of problems. It is easy to apologize and to say to visit service center and upload IMEI but this is happen only within 14 months. I have lost my money due to this defect.MICROMAX Q7. JUST

                                Same problem with me, i think a company likd micromax shud be considered as low technology company, having no experience in mobile phone manufacturing.and i agree they are cheaters.
                                sir my micromaxq7 mobile used Sim airtel, bsnl do not show the network name the mobile handset always show the invalied emei no. please check my mobile handset.

                                    I am writing this email with lot of anger against your organization. I have received one of the worst service anyone can think about.

                                    I bought your Mobile handset (Model :Q5C) in the month of July.

                                    On Friday, 28th Oct'11 the handset developed a problem wherein other person over the phone was not able to hear my voice. Also, there was a problem with the Memory card slot. I went to Dynamic Enterprises your so called "Authorized" service center in Chembur (Mumbai). I told the person standing at the counter about the problem with the handset. After diagnosing it, he told me that the MIC is not functioning properly. He said he will get it repaired immediately and will also check what exactly is the problem with the Memory card slot. He also registered my request to repair the MIC problem (Request number: W[protected]

                                    He took my handset into the repairing room and returned almost after 30 mins with a surprise look on his face stating that the handset has now developed a new problem in the software. I told him that there was no such problem earlier. He then told me that probably the software has now got corrupt. I asked him the reason for it. He replied that probably the memory card that he was inserting in the slot may have some virus because when he was using the same memory card in his desktop computer, even that was getting hangged. This memory card belonged to him. It was not my memory card.

                                    He assured me that it will be repaired and handed over to me by Wednesday (Today). Initially i was very reluctant in allowing him to keep the handset, however since they are your Authorized service center i agreed to keep my handset thinking that i will get my handset on time.

                                    I asked one of my relative to visit the service center today to collect the handset. To my utter surprise your servce center replied to my relative that the handset has been send to the company and i will only receive it after a month.

                                    This is what you call service ????

                                    Since Dynamic Enterprises is your so called Authorized Service Center, you are liable to answer to my below questions.

                                    Why was my handset send to the company without my consent?
                                    Why was i not contacted before sending my handset to the company??
                                    Why your service center says that it will take 1 month to receive my handset, whereas when i contacted your call center they informed that it should not take more than 1 week.???
                                    The software problem was developed when your expert engineer was working on the handset. Who will bear the the cost of the handset????
                                    Why did your Authorized service center gave me the false commitment ?????
                                    Why did not your expert Engineer asked me to take the back up of the data ??????
                                    Who will apologize for the way they behaved and spoke to my relative ???????
                                    Where is my handset ??????



                                    I want a strict action to be taken against your Authorized service center and also their employees for providing such a pathetic customer service and also misbehaving with my relative. Failing to do so i will not only complaint to the consumer forum but also register a police complaint against the service center & its employees.

                                      Micromax q80 — Revived damage product

                                      I had order a micromaxq-80 mobile from homeshop 18 .and when I got the product it was not working properly. So I request u to pls refund my money as soon as possible.thanking u . Hoping for favorable reply.
                                      1)while taking a the backup of phone book could see an error message " invalid file name ".
                                      2)while opening facebook java applications its shows "http error no 15 " message.similarly for NEWSHUNT java application ....it is hangs the mobile.
                                      3)battery is so bad, not even 1 day.i set all the required precautions for the battery life, even it is worst.
                                      4)how to set WIFI? shows "connection failed message".
                                      5) how to ensure whether my mobile is in 2G mode or in 3G mode.
                                      6)finally how to connect my Q80 GPRS internet to my laptop.?

                                      please answer all these questions ASAP...frnz please help me ...i[censored] know any of the solution for the above doubts.

                                      Micromax Q80 — Touchpad worn out/ name weared off

                                      I bought a Micromax Q80 product on 21/07/2012. With in one month of the use the diapad numbers are weared out and it become a plain white button.I cant imagine this kind of quality issues with in a month. there is no support form the service teamfor the same.

                                        (Anand vishwakarma), purchased a micromax X510 pike mobile in the month of may 2011.After one month the touch and keypad was not working,I have been contacted the service center in roxy cinema ,gwalior ,they said we dont have stock try in other centers,i do the same but answer was same.after one month i deposited my handset at gwalior service center(Job sheet no.2322186).they said it will be repaired by one week.after one week i contacted them they said wait for some more days,they are simply saying company is not sending the parts so we cant do anything.such a irresponsible answer from service center and Micromax head office too.Micromax call center people said handset will be delivered in a week,but it was not done till today(31/10/2011)

                                        If a company holds handset like this for 3-4 months,what is the use of mobile.Please take necessary action about this.
