i bought a micromax a70 ,and found the fake camera ,whether u r chosing vga or 5 mp it showing the same quality and size of pic is about only 60-65 kb which is very less for 5 mp camera even a 2 mp camera gives as size of 100-300 kb.there is no option to see or change the resolution,and u cannot find the pic size until u transfer it to pc.and music player r also very bad.

micromax a70 — micromax not releasing kernel source key

micromax are not releasing the kernel source key for their device A70
they are violating the GPL set by google that states that all manufacturers should release the kernel source key when asked
otherwise they will lose the licence to sell android devices

    .. I have purchased a micromax A60 mobile in may 2011.After 3 months i faced mobile hang problem and i gave for repair to micrmax service center (Meerut) on 30/8/2011 with complaint no. CCM10936. Service center executive said that mobile will return after a week it means about 8/9/2011. But i am not get my mobile yet, it to long about 2 months. I called many times Delhi and Meerut customer care number... No one company representative is giving me proper answer. So that i am suggesting to all friends that don't purchase micromax products.

      sir, jab se mene micromax handset liya hai uske 14 FEB se ke baad usme problem aa gai mene service center dikhaya 45 dino se jyada set rakha raha uske baad dubra aaya to fir wohi problem aa gai abhi tak wo problem aa rahi hai aaj bhi wo repair hone service center pada hai jab ki ab wo warenty period se 2 month baad bahar ho jayga company wale meri sunte nai aap hi kuch soluation nikale aap aakhri umeedhai THANKYOU SENDER-PRAVEEN

        dear sir, To whom may it concern .because I don’t know whom toaddress. As I am totally confused what to do.



        i have two data card 352 g and 310g of micromax.

        50 days has been passed but yet now my modem has not been delivered by micromax.

        my modem''s submission date was 2 september 2011. my complain number was MMX[protected] in micromax office delhi.


        but no attention on my complain in both modem auto disconnecting problem was coming. today i went to micro max service centre S.S TELECOM SHOP NUMBER 102 KAUSHLYA STATE PATNA.

        a madam tell me that u will wait 2 month from today .

        service centre not getting proper response.......tired of micromax....not knowing what to do...wanna a proper feedback...

        i feel offended. i want to lodge a case for metally harassment guide ur employee to talk. he cannot abuse me.

          my mobile x360 micromax is nt working properly so i went to the service center of kolkata which is in 84A c.r .avenue,
          they take a xerox cpy of my reciept and said to come after some time..bt when i go there after 4 hours they said my mobile can,t be repaired and they will take around 2 month to repair it and still nt sure of ..my mobile come under gurrantee period...i have paid 3160 for the mobile .i have said to replace it bt they say it can,t be replace . i want to place a complain against it and want to replace my mobile or repair it within 4 days

            I purchased one Q75 model of mobile handset of Micromax.on 23.03.2011. But in the month of june Problem of Charging appeared showing on the screen " BAD CONTACT OF CHARGER". Immediately I rushed to the authorised servive centre at Siliguri Named APEX SOLUTION and deposited the hand set for solution. After 15 days they returned the set but the same problem continuied. Second time again I gave the set to the said service centre but after two months they returned the set with out any fruitful result. Third time again I gave the set and more than one month elapsed but till date I did not get any responce from the service centre. If this is the standard of service and quality of product of Micromax, they shuld immediately stop their business.May I hope for a fruitful solution?

            Micromax is fraud company and their all four founder are founded worthless company... they are not even concern about the company repo... Just trying to make good money from selling chinese mobiles..

            My personal suggestion not to buy any micromax phone… it will make your life hell… it is damn sure that you will get some problem in mobile set.

            if you go to service center they ask minimum 20 days to repair and after 20 days dey will keep begging for 7 more days till next couple of months…

            so it’s better to purchase any other Chinese mobile but don’t go for this company.. They don’t have parts available in main manufacturing unit…

            Worst company… I think we should not use mobiles of this company and let them realize that we Indian are not fool…
            I think Goverment should take a legal action towards this company. .. This is the worst part of india dats y these kind of chor companies are making good profit.. They dont have dare to launch their cell phones in coutnry like US or UK else they gona sue them and take out their last clothes from their body as a pentalty...

            Lucky guys Vikas Jain, Rahul Sharma, Rajesh Agarwal and Sumeet Kumar you didnt launch cell phone in US or UK... else you will begging money on indian roads...

            Why you guys are into market when you are not able to provide services to your customer.. when your own company service center is not well capable to sort out problem then its time to shut down your copmany.. you guys are not able to repair phone in 1 month time.. Hats off to you... i had given cell phone on Aug 30 2011 but till now i am getting just next date... tareek par tareekh mil rahi hai.. its like indian court ha ha... its shown an indian company cant become good company...

              Dear sir,
              i have purchased a handset of micromax x600 bought in may 2011,went completely dead all of a sudden in june 2011. So, I gave the handset for repair to M/S Micromax service centre, kalyani,shukala complex Dist.Muzaffarpur, bihar.
              When i submitted my handset to micromax service centre they take 6 days to solve my problem.
              After 10 days, i went to recover my handset,they take 10 days to return, again they take few days. Now it has become more 127 days then
              cervice centre did not return my handset. My handset is in WARRANTY. Also, they do not give me proper DELIVERY DATE.

                I made a Great mistake by being a customer of your esteemed company
                I had given my Micromax Q7 having Job no W[protected]
                to your Authorised Service Centre At Bhandup- Mumbai To Cell’Q Dreams Mall Bhandup W
                on 13th Sept’ 2011 for Replacement
                Service Center manager told me that it will take approx 1 month for the said job.
                After first 10 days again i had called on your toll free no they inform that it will be take only 7-8 days
                Now it's more than 20-25 days for replacement of my mobile.
                when contacted on your toll free no[protected] on Thursday 6th Oct’11
                Only the assurances were given that your job/complaint is under process.
                So your customer has to chase with your various authorities for getting his job/work done.
                I again Contacted on Toll Free No[protected] the call was diverted by the receiver
                to Concern department, I explained him my grievance immediately he replied Sorry Sir our
                office is closed at 7.00 and your complaint will be heard next day, We take 15 working days for such type of job
                (which should have been told me earlier.)
                Such type of poor service /mental torture is getting from your World Renown Esteemed Company.
                I hope that at least this mail will help me for Not To Trace/Chase your various authorities.

                    My mobile is under warranty, some on / off button issue, i took it to the service center in Hadapsar pune, they charged me 250/- by saying that the button is broken from inside and there is no warranty for that. No one will switch on mobile phone using a hammer , people use finger only. I paid and got it repaired, same problem again started after few days and I was bit busy i didnt take the phone immediately, i took it after 1 month , Service center said they will charge again 250/-

                      I had bought a new Micromax mobile in April 2011. This mobile went dead in beginning of September 2011. I gave the same to authorised service center of the Company at Shadi Khampur on 12 sep 11. They could not repair it and on enquiry the next day they said they are sending it to Company and expect to get it back next week and shall inform me by phone. 10 days after that, when I did not get a call I had to go there again and they said they had not received from company and wait for 2-3 more days. Again they did not call. and I went there after 3 days and they offered me a replacement which was all scratchy and in a different color, which I refused to take. Again they said they will replace it in 2-3 days. Luckily this time, they called after 2 days and when I sent somebody to collectr phone, the same old phone in different color was offered, which naturally I refused to take. The owner of the srvice center, this time promised me on the phone to get replacement in next 2-3 days and personally took my contact no. unfortunately it has again been more than 10 days and he has neither called nor picks up his phone when I call him. when I go there personally, the staff shows its helplessness ans requests only to wait few more days. I ask you how many more days, I have waited for more than One Month for a phone, which was only 4 months old. These companies spend so much money on their publicity and ads, I wish they would spend just 10% of same on service and quality. These are really bad phones.

                        I have deposited the mobile (M2) in your service centre 2 months back for service as it is not working. stil now i have not received my mobile from the service centre. I loged a complaint and the complaint number is [protected], 4 months back i purchased the mobile, out of these 4 moths i kept 2 months my mobile in your service centre - without a obile for 2 months how can i stay .. this is rediculas behaviour of the team. Please resolve this issue ASAP - If not i am going to book the complaint in Cosumer court. Going forward I suggest to my frds and famly to NOT TO purchase the Micromax products.
                        i submitted my micromax mobile gravity X600 whose imei no is [protected] and [protected] to prince communication , kalkaji which is the franchiseer of micromax mobile , who is providing micromax mobile service on 2 april 2011 and they give me collection date after 15 days, now its 45 days over but yet they didnt give me mobile back , i am totally frustated and harrassed , due to this i bear huge loss ragarding money and physically , i always call to customer care and also service provider but they are not reponding and extend date

                          I had purchased a Micromax Q7 mobile set ( IMEI NO. M_ [protected] , IMEI NO. S_ [protected], EAN NO ; [protected] ; SN : TIAQ[protected]

                          PURCHASED FROM :-- M/S RSB Associates , Hyderabad on dated 30.06.2011.
                          set has stopped working on dated 10/10/2011 at 12 .35 PM . Its showing that IMEI NO. is invalid.
                          I contacted the nearest service centre M/s Apex Solution , Siliguri (W B ). The service centre has shown inability to repair the same after check up and said that its beyond repair. If you want ,we can send it our Kolkatta service centre of Micromax mobile for further check up and it will take more than 4-6 month in check up / repair but not sure to get repaired.
                          I contacted in customer care ,with Mr. rahul , who says that you again go in my other service centre and then call me from there other wise no response.
                          My mobile set is under warranty .
                          whether Micromax will repair / replace the set or refund the money.

                          I did purchase a MICROMAX Q7 mobile in the month of Apr. 2011 & since then it is with service center. What should I do to get my mobile in working condition.

                          I have purchased a Micromax Q7 mobile set ( IMEI NO. [protected] printed on back side & bill) from M/S RSB Associates , Hyderabad on dated 30.06.2011. My set has stopped working on dated 10/10/2011 at 12 .35 PM . Its showing that IMEI NO. is invalid. I contacted the nearest service centre M/s Apex Solution , Siliguri (W B ). The service centre has shown inability to repair the same after check up and said that its beyond repair. If you want ,we can send it our Kolkatta service centre of Micromax mobile for further check up and it will take more than 4-6 month in check up / repair but not sure to get repaired.

                            sir i have bought a micromax mobile phone in 11 months ago and it had got a complaint and i had given it to the servicing center and he told that he will send it to the company and it will take 2 months for repairing and i had given it and and i called after a month he said cell went to company for repair .and i went after tow months he is not there i asked the neighbour shop he said that he cheated the customers and he escaped with cellphones
                            so pleasetell me what can i do is there any option to take action on micromax company and to replace my cell

                                this my 4 complaints,MICROMAX Q35 service is very very. all my complaints are vigorous. i bought a "Micromax Q35" model at the same day i face some problem then i approach the service centre on my jobsheet no. "S[protected]", T-Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India my mobile problem is "INSERT SIM CARD, HEADSET HACK SHOW PLUG IN & PLUG OUT, BATTERY BACKUP PROBLEM" my job sheet dated is 12/08/2011, but till date they are not answering clearly. i wait for more than 50 days, they says to "sir please come to next week" what can i do? kindly make some other alteration to correct way. 30 days back i already launch the 3 complaints, this is my 4th complaints letter. that type o[censored] r approach is creating some bad ideas, my scanned copy copy of job card and bill copy is sent to "Micromax <[protected]@micromaxinfo.com>;" this mail id on 06/10/2011 but till date no use

                                  Issue: When we purchased, the slider was loose at that time, but since the seal of the phone was not broken we trusted them. We came to know after coming back to home. But we didn't complain, as the seal of the phone was not broken we trusted them. But gradually, it became worse & one day both the parts of the phone broke apart.

                                  Date Received: Still not received (they told us to call on monday i.e. on 26th September 2011).
                                  Remarks: They earlier told me that it will not come under warranty, as you had paid money to the service center, then I explained the whole think to that person & he told me that he would do whatever is under warranty.


                                  Now, please tell me what to do with the service like this. I have heard from so many people that the service of micromax is very much poor whereas that of karbonn, max, samsung is much much better.....but still I trusted on Micromax.


                                  And it seems that I'm paying the price for it....

                                  I suppose the best way of advertising a product or service is 'mouth publicity', and I think Micromax is loosing it from the customer like me.....


                                  Please do the needful to either get my mobile handset to be replaced or getting my money back.

                                  Micromax Q55 — phone is not getting started

                                  Hi, my mobile phone( micromax q55) is not getting started. Its the first time i have this problem. It gets started for a second and the next second it is getting switched off. Please help.

                                      I have micromax MMX352G data card. It got faulty & I have given to MSN Communication(authorised service center of Bangalore) for replacement of that data card on 21-SEP-2011. Each & every alternative day he is giving me time to come there & collect data card. When I go there they say it has not come yet. Extreme customer harrashment. I have not got my datacard also. I am expecting effective steps from you & want my replaced DATA CARD.

                                      Hi,
                                      This is the ultimate harassment that I have faced by MSN Communication (the authorized service center of Micromax in Bangalore). I got a sms from Micromax that I can collect my datacard from service center. So, I made a call to MSN Communication and they have replied that I can come there and collect the DATA CARD.
                                      When I went there I was surprised that they took my job sheet torn it and through it in dustbin. After a long discussion they said to me they have by mistake given my data card to other customer and now I have to wait undefined time untill they got another one. And after they gave me another duplicate jobsheet. They have also threatened me that I can further proceed to Micromax customer care and Consumer court for this issue.
                                      Now, I have many questions:

                                      1) Can I get my MMX-352G data card replaced? If yes, when?
                                      2) My data card is now under warranty period. Now if they give me any other data card, then will I get warranty on that as the IMEI number will be different? Because if it again got faulty under warranty, how can I get service without document?
                                      3) I had made atlest 200 Rs expenses in transportation( to go & come from service center twice) for a data card of 2000 Rs and got harassment as reward. So, who will compensate that?


                                      Please help me in this regards.

                                        i purchased a micromax mobile psych X-505. First of all i want to jaipur micromax service center because there was a problem of earphone and chargingsocket they amended it rather they took out memory card. When i went to take my mobile it still had the same problem but they did not corrected the charging socket problem. third time on 5 october 2011, i went they bluntly said that i have damaged it and it cannot be repaired.
