I've purchased a Micromax mobile on 18th March 2011.

Issue: When we purchased, the slider was loose at that time, but since the seal of the phone was not broken we trusted them. We came to know after coming back to home. But we didn't complain, as the seal of the phone was not broken we trusted them. But gradually, it became worse & one day both the parts of the phone broke apart.
Then we went to your service center at Sosyo Circle Surat, the details are as follows:

Date Received: Still not received (they told us to call on monday i.e. on 26th September 2011).
Remarks: They earlier told me that it will not come under warranty, as you had paid money to the service center, then I explained the whole think to that person & he told me that he would do whatever is under warranty.
Now, please tell me what to do with the service like this. I have heard from so many people that the service of micromax is very much poor whereas that of karbonn, max, samsung is much much better.....but still I trusted on Micromax.
And it seems that I'm paying the price for it....
I suppose the best way of advertising a product or service is 'mouth publicity', and I think Micromax is loosing it from the customer like me.....
Please do the needful to either get my mobile handset to be replaced or getting my money back.

micromax are not releasing the kernel source key for their device A70they are violating the GPL set by google that states that all manufacturers should release the kernel source key when asked
otherwise they will lose the licence to sell android devices
