Dear Sir,
I've purchased my micromax Q3+ mobile handset from Bangalore on 28/01/2011. When i started using it, i found that it was not accepting any of the memory cards. The rest all functions were ok. So i submitted the handset along with battery and back cover in Nath communications micromax mobile service centre in Trivandrum before the warranty period is expired and i was asked to collect it after 2 days. But it took more than 2 months to get it back and that too returned with an old 2009 battery and fake back cover. They have never called us or tried to inform us of any of the details regarding when we'll get it back or whether it is ready. Instead when we try to call them they responds very badly and asks us to go to the service centre and inquire. Very bad service i've ever seen which made me feel that i should not have bought a micromax mobile.
My handset which was under Warranty had fault & was submitted to service centre on 16/7/2011. Till date there are lot of calls. My Complain no [protected]. Tili date No response just fake commitments. Cannot recommend this product or company Micromax to anybody. Worst service ever seen & experienced. When can I get handset, no idea?

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

Almost similar experience for me too from Nath communications micromax service center. very irresponsible and poor service.

      I Avinash Sharma S/O Mr. D.D. Sharma ,R/O, A-91/8 , kondli mayur vihar phase-3 Delhi -96, this is to inform you that on date[protected] , i went to micromax showroom named as MOZO located in - A17 vikas marg shakarpur delhi-92, ph-no.[protected], TIN no-[protected] i purchased a micromax X560 QUBE with wifi . that having the IMEI no.[protected] & [protected] after paying the amount of RS.4980/- and i got commitment from the sales person for better quality and service as well of the given product , but after few months later only my handset started malfunctioning when i contacted the showroom no. it was not responding ... and then after when i visited to the store then i found that the store is shut downed .. and i got information that the showroom has been sold .. then i tried finding the nearest workshop at laxminagar only after searching for 2 -3 hours when i visited there the employee at the centre told that no technician is available now , u have to come again on some other day and he given a workshop number saying that u can contact on this no . as well for any query , but no body used to pick that no. as well , then again when i visited to the workshop with the purchased product and gave it to the technician , then the technician replied saying that u have to pay the amount for the repairing as its not come in our warranty , when i asked about the terms and condition he started misbehaving saying that (karwana hai to karwao nahi to is dabbe ko le ke dafa ho jao , hamare paas aur bhi kaam hai )when i represent the warranty card and the bill he said (hume kucch nahi pata aapne kaha se mobile liya hai aur is paper ki batti bana ke ghar me rakh lo ) its really hurted a lot that after paying all the amount for the product and expecting good and valuable service from the MICROMAX company its ruining his market in public,.
      So please look into the matter and do the needful , as i am very upset with this kind of service and product Quality from MICROMAX their should be a commanding of the consumer court for this type of company who are really harrasing and mentally torchuraing the consumers.

        its really very sad to say that micromax service center (jodhpur- rajasthan) is not less than a theif........... as I did not know that, battery should be keep in our (customer) possession while handing over the mobile to your service center. I left the center without battery but now service center agent is not ready to give me my battery......

          Micromax / Mobile — Malfunctioning of Camera

          I purchased Q3 mobile in July'11. The camera is not functioning, given for repair on 20.05.11( within warranty period) to Sairam electronics( local authorised service centre) who sent the mobile to their main service centre in Mumbai. But even after one and half month, I have not received it back, nor I am given any positive reply as when I am going to get it back.

            I am Ajay Kumar Sahu. My job in Railway and I am always in tour.I have
            purchase a new Mobile Micromax A-60 no [protected] on date
            14.02.2012 of Rs 4300/- from Sunil Mobile. In the same day I have
            charge two times of my mobile due to bettery problem. Then another day
            continously I have charge four(4) times my Moblie. On date 20.02.2010
            I have go to Sunil Mobile's shop and told mobile's bettery problems.
            The shop keeper has change new original Micromax bettery from another
            A-60 mobile and also told me address micromax service point, Uthkhana
            Nagpur. But my problem is not solve. Then I have go to Micromax
            Service Point, job no 701754. Again my problem is not solve.
            Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and replace me

              I have purchase a modem 353G sl no.[protected] from ankit sale asansol on 08/02/2012. on 14/02/2012 it has stopped working on showing micromax check point they said that it will be replace with a new one and it will take minimum 10 days. after requesting in ankit sale they give me a new modem 353G sl no.[protected] on 16/02/2012. this new modem has stopped working on24/02/2012. on 25th feb it is deposited in micromax check point , check point representative has given a modem receive signature on the xerox of bill,and no job sheet no or slip given by them and assure that with in 7 days it will be replaced , on 05th march on asking in check point they are saying that ask me on office phone before coming your modem is not replaced till now it will take another 10 days. think about this that a new modem with in month on using only 10 - 12 days it has replaced two time Then how much time will be in a year . in 365 days it willbe 250 days on micromax service center and rest of days on my use .
              is it the quality of good product & good service. ur office opening on 11 am daily if any one want come ur service center the whole day planning will be destroy.

                I Mr.Girish Kokal had purchased micromax mobile X505 on 08/12/2011 from mobile gallery situated in Rmall (mulund) west having bill no.9623

                The IMEI No of this handset is [protected]/[protected] after using this instrument for about 2 months the display of this turned white, i handed over this instrument to the micromax service centre (Cello communications, Dreams mall Bhandup (W) on 01/02/2012 having job sheet no W[protected] till this particulal centre is not responded to my complaint.

                Whenever we call them they say the piece is gone to the main branch & will come soon, after repetaed no of calls i finally have decided to inform you about the same.

                The landline number oh the above service centre is[protected].I request you to please look inti it at the earliest.

                  I am using Micromax MMX-310G modem with airtel 2g Sim card when i use HSDPA/UMTS mode it works fine but when i switch it to GPRS/EDGE mode my laptop (hp pavilion) hangs and blue screen comes with physical memory dumps but the same modem if i use with other computer it works fine this happen all the time when i switch on my lappy what can i do?

                    I am using micromax Q5 C. I was using Tata sim but recently I have replaced it with reliance connection. After this replacemnet, this phone does not register any call logs. I can make calls but if i have to see calls (be it missed calls, received or dialled calls), I cant. It does not show anything. So I thought may be the replacement caused this damage so i again tried with Tata sim but the problem remains the same. Coula any body help me how can i see my call logs again. Though i can see who is calling me it jst that it does nt get registered..

                        I have taken micromax unite2 8 months back, facing issue with ckt from last 4 months, i have reported problem thrice to service center, eventhough issue is not resolved, some other issues are comming.

                        Intially I have trusted micromax brought 3 micromax smart phones to my family, but now i am frustated with the micromax servicing, most of the time phone is in repair than working,
                        Most of the time phone is at service center than with me but still problem is not solved.one thing i can worst micromax servicing at hyderabad, they didnt provide backup mobile also.

                        Could you please provide new mobile, waiting ur positive response

Why a customer buy a any product of micromax company . Because you servicing period is late and no recovery system or no rupee demand return . So i agree to Micromax company now days is bad where all other brand is take just moment to service or repair and where recovery option is stay and money recovery return option also . So Sir, I request you to please either service my phone or urgently or recovery a new phone or give me my phone price . Because now i have no handset and it cross 20days so now i have not presence waiting your service .

                          I purchased a mobile phone of micromax company from sikri enterprises 22A,bada mohalla,devil road khanpur,new delhi-110062 on12/05/11.. After few months the speaker doesn’t worked,I gave it to m/s vaishno communication,l-17 AD,basement ,near shani mandir, malviya nagar,new delhi-110017,the service centre of micromax. they deposited it with them and kept it for 1 month and returned,it was in guarantee period .after repairing of few days the same sound problem occurred in it.but I still managed it, now again the cell become off and after that didn’t start. I again gave it to the service centre. Sir, it’s a humble request to you that please file a complaint against them, they keep my mobile for whole month and still they don’t provide good services. They are keeping my mobile for so long and because of that iam facing loss in my business.I think they have sold me a local mobile in name of micromax company..plese sir take an action against the retailers,I will be very thankful to you.

                            My name is Darshak Kedare, I brought a Micromax Dual-sim Mobile handset, I have been facing internet browsing issue with me phone for sometime so my first approach was to call my phone service provider and after they informed me that the problem is with the handset so i went to the nearest Micromax service center (Center: Dynamic Enterprises, B18 Gurudev Apts. RC marg opp MTNL telephone exchange Chembur Naka Mum-71), and they were just rude, non-cooperative, and i feel humiliated after visiting the service center. It felt like they have hired outlaws. I did try resolving the issue by reporting the incident to them via email. As i could not find any email address to submit a complaint i could only send it to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. Its been more than the expected time and there is no reply or action from their end hence i am approaching the consumer forum as a medium. I am also attaching the copy of the email that i had sent them. Please help me. for my contact details please refer to the email attachment.

                            My name is Darshak Kedare unfortunately a customer who has brought the Micromax phone (Dual Sim Model IMEI #1) [protected], #2) [protected]).
                            This email is to report a bad practice that your service center guys are following, First of all i was surprised to find that you have such illiterate, manner-less people hired for after sales service which essentially should be the backbone of your business. I had a terrible experience with a pathetic bunch of micromax service center workers. I was having an issue with my GPRS connection though the connection from my phone service provider seems to be ok (i am saying this after i went through all the tests to determine that) they asked me to check the handset hence i went to the service center you have at this location (Center: Dynamic Enterprises, B18 Gurudev Apts. RC marg opp MTNL telephone exchange Chembur Naka Mum-71) and when i enter i am being treated as an outlaw and not even being attended by the people there, after i manage to get their attention they attend to me as if they are doing a favor to me, is this what your working culture supposed to be, if this is the behavior of all the people working with micromax then you are surely making me think. When i tried explaining the problem and talking to them they refused to co operate or even check the phone instead your workers say "Now that you have bought it bear with it" they speak arrogantly, they say whatever they want as if we dont know how technology works, i requested them to upgrade the software they did not bother to even see which handset i own and made conclusions that the phone will die if i do so, i was shocked and shaken by such a behavior towards a customer, i was certainly regretting my decision to buy this phone and when i told them that their behavior will be reported they ignored me completely stating that its useless and i am even free to go to the consumer court, if this is your companies motto then as a responsible citizen i should be using all that i can to make sure it stops so that no more people are fooled in buying your phones.The sole purpose of this email is to highlight the malpractices, if you are not aware of the same and to take necessary immediate action. This will help me believe that your company has some ethical values and i can trust or recommend your product to others. I hope you dont take this as just another mail because this is going to be a serious damage to your reputation if these disgusting people are not stopped from doing what they feel like.

                                with regard to above mentioned subject i want to inform you that -

                                1.the staff of that particular centre is totally engaged in breaking
                                the warranties of new hand sets

                                2. for any minute problem they submitted the handset for a week and
                                moreover for a year also

                                3.they are totally inefficient and the problem relating to handset
                                remain same after servicing

                                4.they are forcing to place the order for new accessories even when
                                they are in warranty period

                                5. they are engaged in eliminating the warranty handset holders and
                                misbehave with them

                                sir, my self SHRAYANS from Lucknow. i am
                                totally disappointed from your service centre .i have the charging and
                                battery backup problem in my new micro-max handset that is QUBE X550
                                purchased on 9/12/11. i gave it to PRINCE MICROMAX CHECK POINT . they
                                inform me about the jack problem in my set due to physical injury and
                                claimed for the warranty lapse,but my set is totally new without
                                scratch and fully- securely used by me and there is no chance of
                                damage in my set although they replaced the jack and my backup problem
                                remains the same ,its backup is only for 18 hours after fully charged.
                                for this problem i again submit my set and they inform me about the
                                problem with the connection of jack and motherboard which they haven"t
                                diagnose earlier when they replacing my jack and it is their fault that
                                they can"t replace it properly and breaking my connection with jack
                                and increasing my problem relating to the Internet downloading ,my
                                handset yet not download the files more than 5MB .

                                i have your many sets as- X265 X222
                                QUBEX550 please help me or give me suggestions or otherwise i am going
                                to take the actions against you

                                This is my complain , which i have sent to the micro-max customer service wing(more than 2 times) but i still have"t receive any satisfactory answer or action from them. SIR , PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD

                                  When I am inserting this into the USB port its my USB ports are not reading its driver anymore in all the USB ports

                                    I gave my mobile for repairing due to display problem on 20th sep 2011 and i didn't get my mobile till jan 21
                                    On Jan 21 i got my mobile and checked whether its working or not in micro max shop only but it had un resolved problems like track ball not working usb not connecting and messages not opening and its shows loading and brightness of display is not has before when i contacted them. Regarding this issue they told that they need to send to delhi and i have to wait for moths to together to get my cell again the worst service i have never experienced

                                        sir, i have submitted my usb modem mmx352g at micromax service centre i.e.,s.s.telicom at patna on[protected].they promissed me to replaced it within 7 days as it is under warrenty period.till date they are making excuses that the company has not replaced yet.i also made a complaint at their call centre on 26-12-11, no.[protected].they are also taking time to solve my complaint since then.my customer job card no.2883879, dt.14-12-11,job order no.29 at the service centre.i just cant understand how to tackel them.it has been almost one month and they are still saying that it will take another 10 days.dont you think its a serious offence as i am loosing my work due to the modem.please take a serious action against this company.RAHUL KUMAR,[protected],[protected]
