Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like to bring to your notice that I bought Micromax
Q6/SPAMOB2292/[protected], [protected] (Model No. /IMEI Nos.)
On 05/08/2011. Only after two month o[censored]se its display went haywire.
Hence, I submitted my mobile phone for the rectification at M/S
TECHNOCARE, I-11 LGF CENTRAL MARKET LAJPAT NAGAR, OPP: DEWAN BAJAJ,
NEW DELHI-24 on 4 Oct 2011 and the waiting period was allotted of 10
days i.e. 14 Oct 2011.

After having no information passed to me after the allotted time, I
tried contacted them several time but to no avail.

Finally, by “GOD Grace” on 8 Nov 2011, I had a telephonic conversation
with Mr. Ravi (representative of the Service Centre in Question), with
the information that the mobile has been serviced and can be
collected.

On reaching I found my phone in wretched condition along with the back
panel was damaged. It looked like that my cell was replaced.

To my horror on switching on the mobile it was not working, I had the
following issues:
1. On inserting the memory card, mobile was not switching on.
2. On inserting SIM, the phone was unable to Rx/TX signal (without memory card).

Again on contact Mr. Ravi regarding above issues on the same date i.e.
8 Nov 2011, I was assured about the back panel replacement and above
issues resolve within 10 days i.e. 18 Nov 2011.

Till date, no replacement and issues are entertained, I tried
contacting them again and again but to no avail (Maybe I need some
“GOD Grace” again).

To this date I am contacting them for my handset status. They are
ignoring me as they don’t even inform about the status when I contact
them and they always postponed the issue with different new excuses,
such as

• Today we lost the key of the shop.
• Sometime like he is not present at service centre.
• On asking them why they don’t receive the call they say the customer
care executive have quitted the job.
• When I called them on the Companies number i.e. [protected], someone
answered the phone and said it’s not Service Centre Number. On asking
he said Companies phone has been stolen. And someone else is using it.

On 7th Dec.2011 when I went to the service centre again they tried to
ignore me, but after calling the Mr. Devender (HOD) , he urged me to
give some more time and promised me that he himself will resolve the
problem and will deliver it by 10th Dec. 2011

On the following days and time:

Date: 22.12.2011: Mobile number [protected]: Time received 10.02
Date: 22.12.2011: Mobile Number[protected]: Time Recevied09.54

I received the following SMS stating “This is to inform you that we
will deliver your Micromax handset at your address with in 2 working
days, please SMS your address and job sheet number on for
confirmation, [protected]. Sorry for the inconvenience Carepoint.”

On the same day i.e, 22.12.2011 and 23.12.2011, the reply SMS was send
at the provided mobile number in the SMS.

Till today no contact or explanation is provided to me. And on calling
on the mobile number [protected] and[protected] No one picked the
phone.

I would like to know the:

What kind of attics your company and the service centre follows?

What is the time period and the rules provided for Customer
Interaction and Customer Care Centre?

You are compelling me, to go for legal action against you and the company.

Now, if you have any kind of self-respect as a man/company/Service
Centre, do make sure to take some appropriate steps into this
complaint.

    My name is Harjit Singh. From Punjab. Am a resident of Tarn Taran. Today I bought almost 3 months ago Micromax and 900 mobile. Which was close to running a month, I sent him Micromax Care center. They did not respond for a month, a month later when I asked him if they said we sent Chandigarh ,5-6 days to go looking. Almost 45 days later I sent the mobile back. If the phone do not give any answer. plz help me.

    i purchased Micromax gravity mobile on 20112010 i used only one month i got a end key problem suddently the display disappear. so i have given my mobile to micromax service service center and they given back my mobile with in one week. 10 days i used after i got total display problem i again brought my mobile to mixromax mobile service center to Sri Sai Balaji service center dilsukhnagar, hyderabad. They told that your mobile have mother bord problem we need to forward this to delhi center. i have given my phone on 3112011 still now i did,t get my phone.

    what kind of mobile phones and services providing micro max company.

    i am very much dissatisfied this product.

    MICROMAX GRAVITY — non functioning of gravity mobile

    i have purchased gravity x600 micromax mobile there is voice echoing and ear pad heated upand brake in voice from other side and battery is not keeping charge for less than 5 hrs and serviced and regional service centerwhere the treatment is bad and i need replacement

    Micromax — Micromax - Micromax A310 automatic Restart and heating problem

    I purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A-310 handset on nov-2014. After that the handset automatic restarted many times in a day and some time generate very heat. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

      THE ABOVE HANDSET WAS SENT TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE FOR A PROBLEM RELATED TO NETWORK CONNECTIVITY ON 11.10.2011 AND WAS REPLACE BY A RECYCLED HANDSET ON 02.01.2012 (APPROXIMATELY AFTER 3 MONTHS) WITH A HANDSET OF DIFFERENT COLOURED BACK AND FRONT COVERS. MOREOVER THE REPLACEMENT HANDSET IS AGAIN CAUSING TROUBLE AND THE SERVICE CENTRE IS AGAIN ASKING TO DEPOSIT THE HANDSET FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS WITHOUT ANY ASSURANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED.         I have purchase Micromax GC257 Dual Sim mobile phone from Mahavir Novelties,Reliance Gallery Dadar (W) (IMEI:[protected]/64)
        I am using Uninor and Reliance cdma sims,
        According to Uninor the IMEI number is Invalid and my GSM sim registration is failed since 10/09/2011 due to invalid IMEI number so please do take under consideration. Any kind of GSM sim are not working in the phone. the problem is only witd GSM sim my CDMA sim is working.Vedeo & audio players not working properly,memory card not accessible,battery drain fast.Mahavir Novelties are not replace it.then i m going to micromax service centre(cell'Q communication)bhandup(w)on date 04/10/11.my cell phone (04/10/11 to till date)is in their coustody but they aren't responding. Please take action him as quick as possible.

          I have purchased Micro Max mobile A 70 in november 2011 for my 18 year old daughter.Our guest tried to open her phone in her absense and phone got hang.Our phone is in warrenty period but then also at Micro Max service centre (Dombivli East) the technician told us that I will have to pay Rs 250/ Then he told that he is not able to solve problem It will take minimum 3 days or may need to send to Micromax company.Also Charger of Micromax are of worst quality.He agreed to replace my charger but it will take 15 days.
          My mobile is in warranty period but then also he is trying to cheat me by charging Rs 250/-.He is not capable of solving problems by his own then what is use of service centre?
          Micromax chargers are of worst quality, why should I wait for 15 days for new charger?

            My name is Ashish Kumar Gupta i had bought micromax A60 cell phone on[protected] and given to the service center for repair on[protected] and till now i have not recieved my handset i went to the service center many times but they only give me dates after dates i had even sent mails to the customer care but they also give me dates after dates. Once they had even told me to collect the cell phone and when i went there they told me that my cell phone was not send. The customer care also has stopped sending me mails on the update of my cell phone.Please i need your help to get back the cell phone repaired and with the extension of the warrenty.

                They accept as offline my job card no is 2881594.as on 06/12/2011. After that they give me online request no. R1112F0512636 on 22/12/2011.

                Every time they give me time for 2 days 3 days and when i go they said sir its not done , today they give me no of Mr.Shafiq some manager in micromax he said don't tell me its not my job.

                So many time i went there its cost me and call also so many times ,So i give this complaint to consumer court also Tomorrow

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  This is in reference to my Complaint below to Mircro Max for the new handset which was purchased on 3rd Dec 2010. the Day i bought the mobile its has been giving me problem that the screen goes blank or the phone switches off by itself. i went to the shop and they did restore factory setting. Also they said if the problem persist then you should take it to the service center. I finally had to submit the handset that the service center since the problem persisted on 17th Dec. They said it will get resolved in 2-3 weeks . I have been requesting to replace my phone snce its defective from the day i bought it.

                  Every time I approch the service center they as me to contact the customer care. When i call the customer care they say write to us as theydon't have the exact information on the handset and all they can say is that it will take time to resolve. Even today when i called the customer care they said it will take another 15 working days from today. I asked them to call and atleast update me they said they cannot make outgoing calls. I asked them to write to me they said they cannot write email as they have no access. They refuse to tranfer the call to any manager or higher authority or provide their email id. The email id mentioned below provides a very standard message.I have requested them for replacement as I am entitled for this.


                  I don't understand why should a customer be penalised for companies fault. The company definately lacks standard customer service and they make the customer suffer. I don't have my personal phone operationaly due to their fault . I would like my money to be refunded or the handset to be replaced. I would request you to take strict action against Micro Max and penalise them for causing inconvience to the customer.

                  m facing same problem wd handset X660. i found, micromax mobile is worst than chinese mobile.so plz suggest ur frnds, family members dat nvr buy micromax products evr.their after sales service is only to harass more and more to end user.

                    My Micromax datacard 310g was working fine till yesterday suddenly it stop working. The connection manager software indicates "No Device" although I plug the device. The indicator blinks only red for a moment then stops. Sometimes only red always not blinking. The system also didn't detects the micro sd card. Above all the ROM drive which contain the drivers didn't show up. I have tried its software uninstall then again reinstall and reboot the computer and also tried in different USB ports.....It is also not working in other laptops......Help needed badly.... Thanks in advance

                      With due respect i want to say that i am a user of your product micromax x505.I took your product because of its good quality of performance and good battery backup,no doubt these are amazingly perfect.but i came across with a problem of charging,as my handset was not charging from a couple of days.so i took my handset to one of your service centre in Dwarka,Delhi(west) as my handset was in a warranty period.The service centre incharge checked for the problem in my handset and it was confirmed that there was some problem in connector,so accordingly he prepared the jobsheet and told me to come after 2 days ,so i responded the same as i submitted my handset on 19th of december.When i reported back on 21st to the service centre,i was under the words by centre incharge that stiil the problem persist as company is not sending the connector to us,and also said that while opening your handset your touch also got damaged by mistake and he again gave me a delay time for 1 week.but when i agan went off,i was under the same words again.now its 28th and he is saying to contact us(not even he is sure in delivering my handset) on 3rd-4th of january 2012.I m a busy sheduled man and i m in need of my handset for my work.
                      And also the service centre incharge should be given some good training that how to deal and talk with the customers.The language and way he was responding was very offensive and untolerable.
                      Sir nothing i have to do with that centre incharge,i decided to write when water reached upto my head.
                      sir i think this is not any rule that if you are giving a warranty then it means that untill customer takes many rounds of centre ,till then problem will not b solved..!
                      sir i m providing the details of jobsheet and also attaching a copy of it in attachment and hope thar you will surely seek and take an action against the complaint filed by me.my contact no is.-[protected],[protected]

                        I had purchased a Micromax GC360 mobile on July,2011.But after 4 months a problem arise in the bad connecting charging and memory card was not readable by the handset.I had given the mobile to repair in Lalpur,Ranchi service centre.They told that there is a fault in motherboard,we have to change it.But after 25 days when i go to collect the handset,I saw that motherboard was same but the cabinet was changed because IMEI number was different from the old one and new problem was arise in the handset.The display was not showing by the handset.

                          i have micromax gc 360 purchase with cost 3700 in 1.5 yr earlior. but this handest was faulty it is not working and automatic restared many times. but serious problem is arises around five month later its keypad and cdma not working proparly. so i am given in sion customer care.
                          they given me 15 days time and job sheet no 1839907
                          and the handset is coming 2 month later.but problem not resolved
                          again they resend handset in company.
                          but again handset is coming 1 month letter and problem not resolved.
                          again they send in company but problem not resolved.when handset is coming.
                          but in sion customer care one perone cheked my handset and solved the problem of keypad.
                          and there after i am using my handset with adjustment.
                          later 3 month after my handset,s cdma is not working any way.
                          so i am again going in sion but sion customer care is permanentaly shut down.
                          therefore some days letter i am going in borivaly in bitween my waranty perod is expired.
                          i am told that this handset is maximum time spend in your customer care. but they not stand me.
                          in entire year i am maximum time rounding in customer care. and expences money.
                          so i am complaining please change my handset. or give me money.
                          because actual i am handset is using 3 month.

                              Myself Joydip Mukhopadhyay, a permanent resident of South Colony, Malbazar, Dist. Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. I was purchase "Micromax 3G Modem" from Sohi Mobile, Siliguri (Address: 1st Flor, Ganeshyan Building, Sevoke Road, Siliguri 734001, Phone [protected]) on[protected]. The Bill amount of the device = Rs. 2200/-. as per the company instruction (mentioned in the front cover of the device) its warrenty period would be valid from the date of purchase of the device & cover upto 1year. but after purchase it by me, some technical problem arise and i try to contact with the above mentioned retailer and they send it to the Micromax service centre. after more than 2months later they returned me a replaced device. but when i collect the same i foud that the device already damage and not working. then they are again collect my device and upto[protected] they could not return me the good condition device and also not solve my problem. lastly i collect the wrong one (my original device) from them.


                              In this regard, i would request you to bring me out of this kind of loss. i want your kin co-operation as a citizen of India

THAT MY MOBILE SCREEN IS CRACK AND FOR THE SAME REPAIRING I WAS INQUIRE TO CUSTOMER CARE OF MICROMAX AND THEY ARE SUGGEST ME TO VISIT THERE SERVICE CENTER WHICH IS KNOWN AS MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER,OPP MORDEN COLLEGE, SITUATED AT JUNGLE MAHARAJ ROAD (J.M.ROAD). I VISIT SERVICE CENTER DATED 25 DEC.,2011 NEAR ABOUT 3:45 PM. THAT THE CHANGING OF SCREEN CHARGES I WAS ALREADY INQUIRED IS Rs. 970/- BUT THE FELLOW WHO IS STANDING COUNTER IS DEMANDING Rs. 2100/- FROM ME. THAT HE ALSO INQUIRED ABOUT MY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD I WAS GIVE IT TO HIM BUT I TOLD HIM THAT THE CHARGES IS Rs.970/-BUT HE ANGRY ON ME AND ASKED THAT THE SCREEN IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM. THEN I ASKED ABOUT MY BILL AND WARRANTY BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. I AGAIN REQUEST HIM FOR BILL AND WARRANTY BUT THAT FELLOW NOT GIVE MY BILL AS WELL AS WARRANTY CARD. THAT THEY HAVE ARROGANT IN BODY AS WELL AS TALKING LANGUAGE. THAT THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE COMPANY POLICY THAT THEY ARE DEMANDING MORE MONEY FROM CUSTOMER AND IF CUSTOMER IS TRY TO RESCUE THEY WERE TRYING TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER AND CREAT THE PROBLEM FOR CUSTOMER. WHETHER THEY WERE IN REAL POSITION TO REPRESENT THE COMPANY. THAT THE POLICY OF COMPANY OR SERVICE CENTER. THAT I AM NOT SATISFIED THE SERVICE AS WELL AS I HAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE FELLOW WHO ATTEND ME AND NOT GIVING ME MY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD.

                                  Reasons you should AVOID Micromax Mobiles

                                  1. WORST after sale service. MMX handsets are cheaper as they do not care of after sale service. If anything in your handset gets wrong, forget of giving it to MMX service centre. If you are lucky you will get your handset after 4-6 months. Also there is NO guarantee that after 4 months, your mobile will be serviced. In maximum cases it is found that the problem remained.

                                  2. 3rd Class 3rd graded hardware is used in Micromax mobiles for which the chance of hardware failure is MAXIMUM.

                                  3. High SAR value of ~1.8. MMX will never mention the SAR value of their mobiles in the manual as their SAR value is too high whereas you will find the same in NOKIA/SAMSUNG/HTC etc manuals as their SAR is less. High SAR is dangerous if you talk too much with your mobile holded in your ears. However if you use headset/earphone, then you are safe.

                                  4. Non availability of Source Code and Android updates.

                                  If you have too much money OR If you want a Use & Throw handset OR if your brain is having SAR shield - then MMX is the best mobile for you.

                                  THEY NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT THEY CHANGED MY PHONE SPEAKER AND NOW MY PHONE SOUND IS NOT COMING.AFTER THIS ISSUE I GO TO SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY NOT LISTEN ANYTHING.THEY FRAUD WITH ME. PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE URGENTLY OTHERWISE I REGISTER MY COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM.

                                    I purchased a Micromax –X265 mobile phone from Naresh Communication, A-193 Hari Nagar Clock Tower New Delhi-110064. It was purchased vide Book No.009 & Receipt.No.883 Dt.[protected]. Its IMCI Nos. are [protected] & [protected].
                                    This mobile phone developed a charging fault with in one month of its purchase and was handed over to the shopkeeper for repair. Since than it has been repaired three –four times by the Naresh communication but temporarily. And now it has shown his incapability to repair this phone.
                                    Now I request you, Sir, to look in to the case and either get repair my phone or provide me a new Micromax mobile phone as my faulty phone is well within warranty period.

                                      But when i contact by call n confirm that battery come or not...but again they said confirm at 22/Dec/2011 but till now i have no response from service center...
