As per telecom regarding Micromax data card model no. MMX352G and the IMEI no is [protected] as I had purchased on 21.09.2011 from M/s. Piyush Traders, B-502/3, Main Market, Ram Chowk, Kamla Nagar, Agra. Tel:[protected],[protected].
In this connection I have to inform you that when I purchased the same. It had been out of order after using one day. The next I had given this for repairing to Micromax service center named as M/s Shiv Enterprises, Shop no.B-7, Block no. C-11, Sanjay Place, Agra-282002, Ph:[protected], 4063150 (job order no.3588). But still I have not been informed about this product and secondly when we went for asking about there have no any answer. They always say that still we are waiting for this from Delhi office.
And you know that nobody have lot of time for wasting their time for complaining about this. If you do something, I will be grateful to you.
So you are requested to kindly ask your office to send us the same to AGRA office then I can collect the same. And also inform us date of dispatch for the same.
For your ready reference please find attached herewith copy of bill and customer job card for the same.
