I purchase a micromax x263 from sood communication palampur dist. kangra himachal but after six month phone not work i go to service station after 45days phone repair but after few days phone again not working now i go to sood communication he asked palampur service station services is not up to mark he says i send it to kangra service station after 10days i receive it back but after 3days phone again not working now i contact customer care but no solution pl.help Was this information helpful? | |||

I have a mobile of micromax and it is in warrenty, when i got problem in that mobile so i brought that to the service center of micromax on[protected] and they told me that ur problem will be resolve during 10 Working days but it still not resolve it have been 1 month and when i go to service center than they told me it resolve whithin 5 days and when resolve u will get call from me but still today i dont get any call and they never told me that whats the problem when the problem will exectly solve
So sir you told me what i do ? When i get my mobile.

mobile hand set does not repair in service centre for 2 mounth
I purches the Mobile handset on kolhapur S.S.Comunication on 24/06/2014 but this handset touchpad is not work my complain is registered but company is not responce
