I really can’t start the mail with any greetings, I believe. All I can say in the beginning is frustrated! Yep, I’m really frustrated and am cursing myself for giving a chance to such cheap company. Excuse me for being rude but I must say it was my first and last business with your so-called “Company”.
I’m a student and I bought Micromax funbook infinity tab as I read on internet that it’s a good companion for students and also, it was in my budget. Although I never go out of the brand product but this time I took a real risk because my budget was tight and I couldn’t afford the pioneers, Samsung and apple. I bought it sharp 13 days back on 04-Aug from ebay.in and was happy after getting it. I used it without any hassle for 11 days, neglecting the compact features and lack of proper screen resolution as I convinced myself saying that I can’t expect much in this budget and from Micromax. The 12th day I carried the tab in my bag as I downloaded something in it that was to be copied by one of my friend. Then I brought it back and kept it as it is in my locker. At night, on my usual timing when I tried it on so that I can surf the internet, I was really shocked as if someone has knocked-off my brains. The tab showed a blank white screen with several linings and at the end, there is a spot which looks that there is a crack on the screen. So I touched the spot to inspect if there is any crack but couldn’t find one. It seems to be some internal damage. Then I started thinking from where it could get such damage? At the last I found the conclusion that it might have got some shocks while I was walking, but then I though how could possibly it can get any damage by the shocks of walking?
Now I want the clarification about what cheapest quality product do you manufacture that can’t even bear a little, or almost negligible shocks? How can it get any internal damage although it was kept in bag and between two books to prevent from any kind of shock? Also, are the shocks of walking that much drastic that it can damage the tab internally? It’s all about the cheap quality product from micromax that swallowed almost 5,500 of a student in just 12 days. I even tried ringing your customer care and at last they gave me the number of their so-called “Service center” nearest to my place of which one number is incorrect and the other land line number keeps ringing but no one bothers to pick it up. Worst quality of product, worst after sale service and worst customer support. I never had such a bitter experience with any of the product from the brands in past.
I want the answer…How can the tab gets internal damage although it was kept in bag? What kind of cheapest material was that, that it couldn’t bear the negligible shocks of waling? The tab is just 13 days old and I want either replacement or exchange. I’m not gonna leave the matter so easily. I’m gonna sue you in consumer court for selling cheap quality items and worst after sale service.
Now that being said, I will definitely never recommend any of my family member or friend to buy any micromax gadget. I will definitely air my story in my locality so that others should not commit the same mistake as I did.
The item is still under warranty period and I’m having all the bill and VAT paid documents. Either you should repair it or get the item exchanged or get ready to be sued in the consumer court.
But before that, I want the answer…How can it get internal damage from almost negligible shocks while walking? And how are the branded items capable of bearing heavy shocks that they don’t even get a single scratch even after feeling from higher station?
