as i bought handset a92 its charging problem is not tolerable as the charging power shows but it is not stored in the battery as i went to the service centre for it te first change the jack the problem persists dn battery dn it happens again after few days of changing problem

When i put charging one message is displaying that battery temperature is too high or to low please remove battery
I cant understand the problem pleasy r reply me fast
I buy this Mobile on date 22/08/14 (model no unite2 A106) but I handover to service center 3 time on date (1st)job sheet no-E[protected] (2nd) job sheet no -E[protected] (3rd) job sheet no-E[protected] till date it I'm not happy with your service so please I request to you replacement a new handset.please do the need full as at earliest.

If the mobile is on but not charging, the charging is closed.
I have A290 Micromax Mobile.My Mobile does not charge after keeping for long hours for charging, But the mobile is showing that it is charging.and my charger geting hot.my imei no is [protected] and [protected]

      My micromax data card mxm 353g imei.no.SPAMOB4294/[protected] and service center request no is N[protected], when I went to service center they told me your data card is showing the no service so we will send to replacement because this is in under warranty period please you come after 4days, after 4days they told me that the data card is not avilable in the micromax company .so please help me and give me the solution of my problem.

        I have submitted my micromax funbook tablet, purchased on 11/09/13, at the Micromax service center M/S Satguru Communication, sec-27 Noida-201301, on the date 28/09/13 under the job sheet number N[protected], and till date 2/11/13 it has not been repaired. The device, became dead within 10 days of purchase and it is taking more than 30 days to repair the device, which is very disappointing. It not only defeats the purpose of my purchase, as i bought it for immediate use Now I no longer want the device to be repaired, I want either replacement or my refund asap

        the tab was replaced finally after 35 days, so its ohk for now but it kinda of did'nt leave me with a very gud experience with micromax. IIt needs no further action, i am only hoping it would not create any more trouble...!!

          Dear Sir, I had purchased a micromax A88 phone online from snap deal. The imei no is [protected]/834. After two weeks its screen was malfunctioning. I went to service center to get repair . they kept the phone and told that it will take one week to get repaired. But even after two week when I approach them, they have no answer. So today finally I get back my mobile in same condition. So I request to please look into the matter seriously and suggest what should I do. The complaint no. was N[protected] date 10 oct 2013.             Model Micromax A110Q worth Rs.11, 500 purchased at Poorvika on 25th October 2013 and faced an issue of screen within 2 days by a mark block formed itself inside the screen and when taken to Poorvika, B.O.213, Purasawalkam High Road, Purasaiwakkam - 7 Chennai they said its a water bubble and neglected to give ears to the problem. My complaint question : 1) I assure water has not gone inside as it was a very new piece and was handled with EXTREME CARE and moreover being a Corporate mobile still handled with extreme product care and the bubble being small gets enlarged as time passes. 2) If its assumed as a water bubble as per the Poorvika, Micromax Customer care and Micromax Service Center Egmore - HOW COME IN A NEW MOBILE WATER CAN GO IN VERY EASILY AND AS YOU ALL KNOW IF WATER GOES IN SUCH A HUGE BUBBLED AREA - HOW WILL THE SYSTEM WORK NORMAL !! Please replace the NEW PIECE due to which this issue creates mental agony within very very few days from the date of purchase of the new MICROMAX mobile. Today I spoke with Mr.Varun of Micromax Customer Service Center at their contact number[protected] and he says this new piece cannot be replaced though I brought to the team attention in the 6th day from the date of purchase. 3) Any product is sold to a Customer only for the satisfaction of the customer first but in this case we are extremely fed up with the responses given in negative manner from the Micromax Customer Center and the Micromax Service Centre and the Poorvika branch. PLEASE CLARIFY and resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks Sridevi

                I had bought Micromax A65 on 1st July 2013. There is a problem in battery backup which is only half day. Many times i used to go micromax service center for solution but no positive response received from the service center. Every time the service center employees told me that the battery is not available and may be provided after 40 or 50 days. When i went to the showroom after 40 days against told me that the battery not available and may be provided withing 30 days. The batter is still under warranty and need to be replaced by the micromax. In this regard, it is requested to kindly help in this matter seriously. Mob. no. [protected] Name Inderjeet Singh.

                  i have a canvas 4 phone purchased on 22 jul 13 (under warranty). one day it stopped charging. i took it to micromax check point, sec 18, noida. they kept the phone and returned it the next day. it started charging but the vibration went off. again i took it to the same service center. they checked it and could not repair it. when they gave the phone back, it again stopped charging. if one buys the highest end mobile of a company, one doesn't expect it to keep going faulty every second day. and the service is so poor. they can't even repair the basic problems. the only solution they give is to leave the phone with them for one month. how can one do that?

                  I purchased a MICROMAX mobile GC333 on 02.07.13 from Jai Ambe, Electronics, Raipur..2 Months back(20.05.14) it was hang & LCD problem, I had given the phone (which is in warranty period) for repair at an authorized Micromax Service Center .Service center name "DOT CELL, PAGARIA COMPLEX, RAIPUR, PH.NO.[protected], RAIPUR(C.G), on.20.05.2014. And have not received it back till date. Every time I call to check about the status of my phone.the service centre people told parts not received when it come we give the phone after repairing.PL SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                        Dear, Sir / Madam, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Micromax Mobile model A116 which is under Warrantee of 1 Year. I have purchased this mobile handset on May 30, 2013 at Rs. 13800.00 whose IMEI number is [protected] and [protected]. From the very first date it has not been working properly and after three months there some flesh light problem. To overcome this problem I have approached the dealer and he suggested me to contact Micromax service center. After 15 days I will go to service center but that time they told your mobile phone is not here ti’s at Micromax company so that call companies customer care .and give me customer care number. I have many (6 time) time call in Micromax customer care but they told me every time your mobile retune you within 7 days but stile I have not receive my phone.                           My MMX A89 was not working properly. I have contract MMX service center Shimla and they have sent it to Chandigarh through Job sheet No. N[protected]. But it reached in your service center without repaired. when it was checked at your service center engineer he told that it needs to be returned to Chandigarh and he again send it to Chandigarh on 26.9.2013. After personal request a New Job Sheet No is N[protected] has given to me. The device still under repair till last two months. I have complaint it and my complaint No.is MMX[protected]. Thanks

                            I gave my tablet for repair to micromax service center. It has been more then two months now but i havent got it yet. When i call customer care they asked me it will take 15 more days to have it done. Now i am very much frustrated by this company.                               Hi This is Sunil. I have purchased my Micromax A65 phone from sector-18 noida on 26th March 2013 @ INR 5700. On 10th September I have submitted my phone for repair at SATGURU COMMUNICATION, SECTOR-27 NOIDA. There was a display issue for which I have submitted my phone for repair. On 24th Sept evening I have got the message that phone has been repaired & you can collect the phone anytime. On 25th Sept I went there to collect the sample & Manish at satguru communication told me to wait for 10 minutes because they have just got the phone parts now only. I waited there for three & half hours to get the phone, If was not ready on 24th Sept I don't know why they have messaged me on 24th Sept & waisted my time. that my phone is ready. Anyways When I got the phone there was major colors/display issue & phone was hanging too much, manish @ satguru communication also agreed on tha same. On 25th Sept they have issued job sheet again saying they will send this phone to factory again. Today is 21st October & Satguru communication doesn't have any dates that when this phone will get repaired. Its been 7th Month since I have purchased this phone out of which its been there with service centre for almost one & half month now. Pls pls pls help us to sortout this issue & also pls shut service centres like Satguru communiation because their customer service is very very bad. You can check it your self also.                               I bought a micromax phone model no (A106) as on 18/10/2014, the set was complaint as on (25/10/2014) and i will handed over the set to the service centre. but there were no response for my complaint. till the complaint was not rectify. we are not satisfied your service.
                              I bought a micromax mobile (A106) as on 8/10/2014 from M SHOP, Sreekandeswaram, Trivandrum. and it was complaint as on 25/10/2014. Then i handed over the set to the micromax service centre SMARTPHONE SOLUTION, SAFFIRE PLAZA, TC NO. 11/1955, PLAMOOD, PATTOM, TRIVANDRUM. But still i didn't get my phone.

                                i bought a micromax ninja superfone A6 on 06 th of january 2013 at poorvika mobile store at ramakrishna math road, mylapore(opp to kapaliswarar temple) chennai-600004.
                                the phone gets swtiched off if i use it for talking or messaging or playing games for more than 5 mins...or if i use the internet it witches off in 2 mins...then i have to connect it to the charger and use it...it is very difficult to use the phone.and these people at poorvika are not helping me.do take this complaint and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased A 110 on 14/11/12. up till now three times P.C.B.is replaced for various problems, but up till now my location problem which shows 1-1.5 KMS away from actual not solved. Now handset with service center since 14.9.13 through job sheet no[protected] which is closed by them).They don't know what to do and guidance are not received from main office so they are helpless. So please do need full at the earliest, I have mailed many times to service.[protected]@micromax but no response is there. Warranty period is finishing within 25 days, hence urgent. I think it is manufacture defect.I have contacted shri:- RAJA SILVAM SIR for 3-4 times but rhey also couldnot do for solving this GPS problem. So replace me new handset or return money immediately.                                     Sir, I purchase my mobime at 2013 dec., And after 2-3 months started problem in my set but i ignore, Then increase problems like Camera, Charging, battery, hang, Lead etc. etc. So i went near rayser service center, here i give my phone he say something for 7-10 days but I get it after 25 days. After 15-20 days to get my phone, the all problems again start with some new problems, so i try to give my phone other service center at Ganpati plaza, but two times they don't take my mobile because first service center don't off my call. So i again went at first service center but it is off permanently ant it is not off my call. So i have not any other option for my mobile service. So i request more and more for service of my phone at ganpati plaza. They receive my phone 3-9-2013, after this date i went there 4-5 times but they every time give me next date and recently i went[protected] and they give me[protected]. Its not first time its repeat all time. first i went after 7-10 days[protected], then[protected], then[protected] and then[protected].

                                      i have bought a new canvas 4 handset before 2 months and after it i got a problem regarding camera protecting glass removed automatically. i went to service center 2-3 times but executive refuse to replace or repair it he said u have to do it urself. still my problem is as it is and no solution from Micromax .

                                        I have purchased Micromax P600 Tab from “The Mobile Store” vide Inv No 2679/9083673 dated 18th May 2013 for Rs.9302. But battery charging was poor from the beginning and after 4 months Tab is not charging and become dead. Hence, I have approached Micromax Service Center – Deprosys Technologies, Chennai -17 and handed over the Tab for servicing on 21st September 2013. They have given only manual Job sheet without complaint Number due to Server Down. Their contact number is[protected]. They told that Battery and Charger are not working and hence they will change it free of cost as it is under warranty within a week time. But till date, my Tab P600 is not serviced and Deprosys keep telling that they are yet to receive stock from Micromax Stores. 27 days have gone till date and there are no improvements and still I am unable to use my tab. Below is the feedback from Deprosys Technologies.                                         Dear Micromax Customer Care

                                        I have called today Micromax Service Center – Deprosys Technologies, Chennai -17 for my Tab P600 status. But the representative by name Ms. Jaya is repeatedly telling that my tab will get ready within this week and they have yet to receive stock of battery and charger.
                                        I am really surprised why Micromax is taking such a long time for replacement of battery and charger.
                                        You have become leader in the market not merely by your marketing and low price strategy but also by customers who recommend your products to their friends and relatives. This achievement and growth has happen only because of customer like me and I my self recommended to buy Tab P 600 to 2 of my friends and Canvas to 3 persons [ 2 friends and one of my sister-in-law]
                                        If your customer care is poor and worst like this, you will be slowly pushed out of the market.
                                        Till today, 27 days have gone and till you have not sent the stock to the service center for replacement of battery and charger.
