my micromax x2i handset was dead and i deposited the same with micromax service centre in dombivli east, Media Enterprise on 01-10-11, i called hundred times since then, i am not getting proper answer nor the replacement they kept telling call next week, it is almost 6 month left since then, still no solution, please help Was this information helpful? | |||

Micromax / Mobile — Malfunctioning of Camera
I purchased Q3 mobile in July'11. The camera is not functioning, given for repair on 20.05.11( within warranty period) to Sairam electronics( local authorised service centre) who sent the mobile to their main service centre in Mumbai. But even after one and half month, I have not received it back, nor I am given any positive reply as when I am going to get it back.
