SIR I HAD EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE AT MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE
BECAUSE IN MY MOBILE HAVE A KEYPAD PROBLEM FOR THAT THEY SAY PUT UR MOBILE FOR 3 DAYS.
EARLIER THEY GAVE ME ONLY IN 15 TO 30 MINUTES

It is very disgusting to see the way the customer care centers operate under big banners like MICROMAX.

TECH TELECOM located in Hadapsar- Pune is the one I had visited few minutes back to collect my MICROMAX X510 , but instead to repairing the handset I was told to get it repaired from any local mobile service centre as they are not able to solve the problem,

It is to share the inconvenience given to me when I gave my mobile for Servicing with warranty at the Micromax Servicing Centre, Kodambakkam, Chennai.
It was the case of just replacing Mic in the phone. The employees in the centre are keep on asking me to come on Wednesday of next week when ever I approached them after 15 days of issue. One day, I got response that they are not doing service any more in that centre...

Please explain me how this can happen. How come my IMEI number can change automatically.I know that your company promise for valid IMEI in the market and still customer are facing this kind of problems. It is easy to apologize and to say to visit service center and upload IMEI but this is happen only within 14 months. I have lost my money due to this defect.MICROMAX Q7. JUST

i bought a micromax a70 ,and found the fake camera ,whether u r chosing vga or 5 mp it showing the same quality and size of pic is about only 60-65 kb which is very less for 5 mp camera even a 2 mp camera gives as size of 100-300 kb.there is no option to see or change the resolution,and u cannot find the pic size until u transfer it to pc.and music player r also very bad....
