Dear Sir, The Manager in product greviance cell, Micromax India. I bought a Micromax Q2+ product for Rs.2000/- but it is not working ok with gprs so that I can check email. It shows there no memory and other issues with non network and coverage and discconting. I am also not able to use battery for more than few hours a day, even I do not call and received on this handset.
