Convert all songs in 3gp format(software available on net), then play all ur songs.

Just make a folder named "My Music" in your memory card. Copy all the mp3 files into it, and the phone's Audio player will retrieve those automatically. If it doesn't, then open Audio Player, click Options and then Refresh list.

I hv a q3 mobile
and 2gb memory card as wel.

i have copied a video thru USB in my memory card.

but the file is not opening on my cell

it says invalid file video

i hv tried many other videos but failed to see the video

I agree with you.

After I moved the songs to "My Music" folder, all the songs are playing. All one has to do is to Refresh the list again.

I have been purchase a micromax q3 phones in Dec'09. I was download videos from net though the phone is supported mp4 & AVI video format but phone shows "invalid video files". I could not understand why this is ?

I have also same mobile u just do the following thing on ur memory card after that
u will play the music and video on it.
first i[censored] have memory card reader crate folder and name to My Music
and second one for video name it Videos.

check it i think this should be work.

I tried to my best but in vain. The phone micromax q3 is the cause of my mental agony at present. Most of the video files download from net, computer is either not supported or invalid video file. Separate folder for videos & my music in the memory card have also been opened.

Hello, please don't buy micromax q3 anyone. This product is bogus & hopeless. I have the same, Email, Msn not functioning, all the files wallpapers, themes, videos, antivirus software, you tube, even some mp4, 3GP video download from net or P.C. also copied in memory card in file new create folder for each item the phone shows either this file may not be supported or invalid file. Really this product is hopeless and bogus. You will purchased a Samsung phones in best quality in the same price.

youtube notworking for micromaxQ3 mobile

Hi Seshagiri I have the same. Not only youtube all types of videos, wallpapers etc. are not functioning. This is a bogus phone.

even micromax q3 can't run java applications and even if it opens, it doesn't respond. I tried to run cricket game (downloaded from net) on my handset but it is not responding. The number keys are not working.
