[Resolved] Microtek Inverters — poor service | |||
i have buy a 850va inverter on 14th May 2010, on 10th June 2010 my inverter is out of order. so i call Microtek International Ltd, 9 G. C. Avenue, kolkata(Service Center) on 11th June 2010 morning, my complain no is 434. But till date (26th June 2010). there is no reply or checkup from there end. so at last i think microtek is a bad company with their service and material, though it was not run at least one month and after 15 days there was no reply. Microtek — Poor service
I have installed a Microtek UPS and been using it since last 4 months. It suddenly stopped giving inverter back-up. The UPS is still under the Warranty period. However, inspite of trying the customer care number hundreds of times, nobody picks up the call. I am feeling helpless as the product is new and still no service is being provided to me. Microtek UPS customer care must be dragged to court.microtec 850 inverter — not functioning
i purchased a microtec inverter from jamshedpur (jharkhand) &using it at barh (bihar) .now a days some problem occured in but your barh dealer is denied to repaire that. what i do pls suggest. purchased a inverter from Kumar Battery service kanpur on 19 Sep 2019 and now still in the warranty period, from last 1 month my inverter is not working due to problem and I had already logged a complaint on 25 July,
Nobody attending yet and I m still waiting,
already fed up from this kind of late and bad services by authorised person.

Microtek — Poor Services
I purchased a UPS EB 850 VA S No. -A7DGBNX65545from purchasing to till now Ups not regulate the voltage at the single time
at power failure, ups break the Signal .
And Costumer care persons are not giving any satisfactory answer due lack of good knowledge, I lodge the complain(No.1991, 5224) many time .
