Microtek ups solar ups ss1130 (12v) not working

My microtek ups solar is bought on may 30th 2016 and now it is not working, the ups not giving backup power during the power cut. I have complained 2 to 3 times to customer care but no body given importance the matter, kindly resolve the issue because iam in warrenty period.

Microtek inverter 850 va sinewave upseb 9 hgwnb-34490 purchased from your distributor kishan enterprise vide invoice no. ke/09-10/0980 dt:15.09.2009.
Battery replaced by kishan enterprise in 2012 and presently in 2016 vide invoice no. ke/16-17/0433dt:18.05.2016.
Ups not working since battery replacement, distributor sent spurious person, who changed two ics, but ups was not made operational. after repeated requests it was not attended by distributor on payment basis. then got checked at yr service centre in jodhpur, they replaced pcb vide receipt no.4801 dt:04.08.2016 for rs.1200/-. even after pcb replacement, the ups is not giving output when the mains is off which is the basic purpose of installing inverter. i contacted [protected] and toll free no 1800-+2000-255 was given, but found the no. non working, so lodged complaint on [protected], who said it will be attended, reminded three four times, but so far none has turned up.
The disrtributor was supportive initially when purchase was made and two times battery replacement purshased from him only. since[protected] whenever technical support was required, it was provided by distributor on payment basis, but this time unqualified technician was sent by dist., who could not repair the fault. even after pcb replacement by yr service centre, ups is not working and service centre is not attending my calls.-
I hope some sense of responsibility will be introduced by co. to distibutor and particularly to service centre. now if this complaint remains unattended within seven days, i will be constrained to lodge consumer forum complaint against the co. for mental agony, deprivation of services and harrasement.

I have microtek inveter of 1600 watt and two battery of 150 Ah. so why after full charge and trickle charge y my sub meter is running it should not run and i have throughly check by closing all tv fan bulbs etc.But inverter is on, still slowly slowly sub meter is running why...

    Dear Sir, i hv purchased a brand new solar hybrid inverter 1130va/12v 3 days before after success of 1 month old same solar inverter at my relative house.
    But I found defective inverter as it was not charging from electricity. i noticed this next day. then i complaint to the dealer for replace the product, but he refused to replace defective piece and asked for Complaints at Tollfree no. i lodge Complaints and attended by socalled mr Dharmendra. he checked the product and found defective. and he replaced the new faulty plate/kit with very old and repaired plate/kit. when i asked with dealer mr ajay sharma to repaired kit in my new defective inverter he assured me to replace but no further action taken. this repaired kit also create problem as supply through inverter fluctuate as generator supply fluctuate now. i want to ask some question: -
    1. why i m compel to remain with defective product as repaired old kit also creating problem.
    2. is it my fault if i received defective product ?
    3. i purchased top and best selling inverter of india, a very famous brand also my relative have same model only 1 month old and working well. why i m suffered to replace this defective product.
    Therefore u r requested to look into matter and replace my defective product. so i can avail hassale free service.

      I have purchased the product 2 months ago. Now its not working. Dnt know what happened.. Connections are alright.. I can only see the water low indicator.. Everything else is dead.. Please send some technicians asap.. We are residing where electric current is a big concern.. We cant expect light all the time.. So i humbly request you to send some one to repair it.

      I registered my complain on 12th sep. 2016 complain no. is MJC2275673 until now no response from microtek side whereas today is 17th sep. 2016. after six days no response.

        A Microtrek inverter complaint dtd 27.5.16 complaint no 1738289 pcb changed Rs 250 +650 total 900 another complaint 30.7.2016 same complaint no 2957859 Rs.250 service charge taken for same problem third complaint no 2089792 dt 04.08.2016 Rs 900 taken for same problem pcb changed even service charged earlir given on 30.7.2016 not exempted how we can trust in people/enginer/mech coming coming from authorized microtrek office. loosing trust of people.

            This is with regards to compain no 2013201 which was registered on 19th july through customer care and it was told that it would be resolved with in 3 days
            Today is 23rd july and no serviceman has yet to come to my house for resolving complain.
            Inspite of several followups i am not getting any satisfactory answer from your end as 3 days already been passed and this complain location is for lucknow city.

            I regret to have trusted on microtek services looking at the current service level of the company.

            I beleive that this mail would be responded immediately or i will certainly go up for the issue if remain unsolved by today evening.

              We have lodge a complaint 20 days back for inverter not working. No body came to us, after that 3 days back we again made a complaint then they advice us the engineer will definitely visit tommorow & do repair the inverter. But now 3 days has been passed no body came & even we have called them twice per day but every body assuring us engineer will come but nobody is coming. My complaint no. Is 2012892. Please help me out urgently.

                I have brought a new ups of microtek company on 10 aug 15 and now problems in battery and service centre is tailing that if battery is required to change then you have to pay for that because your battery from sailing date is under warranty but these days company is not taking the sailing date company is taking the battery serial no.                     What is this?
                    my inverter has problem and i called miroctek ingineer. he told me the power IC is damaged but tgis IC can't buy from any where And you have to change tha complete digital card.
                    we replace your card with a old digital card for Rs. 1600 and also take you damaged card its company policy.
                    i m sending image the replaced card which was given to me in 1600 rs. And exchange of my inverter card.

                    What is policy...

                    Why the company can't repair my card.
                    i think if company doen't solve my problem i will go consumer court.

                        Since last night, I had found that my inverter is on battery mode while there is main AC supply is continue .routinely inverter shows battery mode only when main AC is gone but since last night inverter show battery mode only while AC is continue.indicator on inverter shows only on battery mode .what we do either switcf off or continue ?pls reply as early as possible

                          I brought my inverter 10-12 days ago.
                          Now from past 3-4 days, it is not working. On the day it stopped working itself i tried to call the delhi hq toll free number but i was always busy. At last, when i finally got the complaint no, they gave me a complaint no which was - mjc1885608 but that was it. After repeated requests about the further status of my complaint they told me that an engineer will visit my house after 48 hrs but that never happened. When i tried to again contact them they gave me some other no and told me to contact that service centre. I am frustrated my this pathetic customer care service. I then visited the company's facebook page and saw many cases with similar complaints which were never solved, i wonder how this company has survived the test of time in spite os such poor and inferior quality customer service

                            We purchased a Microtek Battery on 20/12/2015 and it stopped working in a month's time. we got it from Vijay Electricals and they initially kept deferring and later stopped responding. we tried to contact Microtek directly and they said they take care o[censored]PS only and provided me with a number which was for Okaya battery. its been 6 months now and we are still struggling to get a replacement of the faulty battery since it is still within warranty.

                                Sir mera inverter 10 minit me discharge ho jata hai aur mene abhi 4 month pahle new battery lagai hai jiska water 1 month me hi jala deta hai sir please mera inverter chek kara de.mere pass new signwave 3.6 kva ka inverter laga hai sir me dealer ke pass kai baar gaya per koi risponce nahi mila kahte hai 1 ya 2 din me enginiar ayega to chek kara dege per abhi tak koi nahi aaya.

                                    I have problem with inverter I have bought, earlier twice I have complained about the same, service engineer have attended this and said this is rectified, but still the problem continues, when I have raised the complaint third time, I was told there is problem with the battery and not with inverter, believing service engineer I have again invested money on battery and bought the brand new one, after installation again the problem recurs, I have once again lodged the complaint with complain No mjc1757964. It has been around week and no one attends the complaint, when I tried contacting toll free number it is always busy and I have tried contacting local office number of secunderabad ([protected]) they said they would get back, and from then on keeping their mobile switched off, can you please make some one attend to my complaint.

                                    Complaint Details - While charging inverter suddenly without any intervention shifts from main supply mode to inverter mode, though the main power supply is on, and it runs on inverter mode and drains the battery to empty and battery drained beep comes up

                                      Hi,

                                      I am at Bhubaneswar and I took one microtek inverter 8 months before and it stopped working from last 2 days. Its under warranty. I was trying to connect to the customer care number but no one is picking the call. I have tried to call Bhubaneswar customer care number but the number provided in the site is not working.
