i beg to say that i am Satish Chandra Pandey i bought a microtek ups this date 11/12/2010 only one days i bought the ups open the ups its sparking after that its not proper working no battery backup please solve my problem and send your exeutive in my palace.

We bought a Microtek Ups 600 VA Battery now its having some problem like no backup, humming on EPABX etc. its Serial no. is HGE600AZ and S no. is 10JUPNU148472 I am not getting the customer care no. so I can't call them directly.
So sort out my problem.
