I have taken a UPS from microtek, SN9KUPNB484691. My first complaint(no 342) elicited a response, they sent an engineer after one week and at least 8 reminders and innumerable calls. This guy called prashant came to my place 3 times, 1 time he did not have replacement battery, 2nd time he got wrong battery which after he put in, he said the board was faulty, 3 time he came in with a battery and and board and said its fixed. It never was properly fixed, sometimes when the power went off, the UPS would shutdown also. I raised another call after a month on 9th June(complaint no: 567). This time they sent in an engineer, who replaced the board. Looking at the replacement board itself you could make out its was an used one. Repeatedly I warned him not to use that but he did not listen. He changed it in spite of this. He got this working and then within an hour of his leaving, there was smoke from my desktop and now its dead. IS this the type of service which I can expect from this company. I am planning on raising a consumer complaint on this formally now.

    i had purchased one invertor & battery from omer electronics kanpur on may 11 2011 on 15 may 2011 i had complaint that battery is not working request you to kindly replace i had lodged complaint on call centre my complaint no is 10680.they had comfirmed that the same would be replaced but till date the same has not been done.the shop owner is not ready to resolve the same he had refused to help as per him they are only selling battery and customer needs to follup with the company.

        SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING UPS,

        I had brought Microtek UPS Serial No : 91GWNB42467 on 30/10/2009. I worked fine for first 8 months after that it needs more distilled water frequently. ie at a time it needs 3 bottles of water that too frequently. I frequently making complaint to the dealer M.K Motors, Near Petrol Pump,Opp Airport, Main Rd,, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002.

        Dealer send me an Engineer from microtek before 2 months , he told that there is no problem in the ups. But Dealer is saying that it should take only one bottle of water for 6 months . but my UPS is consuming 3 bottles of distilled water at a time that to for 1 or 2 months.


        I complaint one month before and daily i am making reminder to the dealer but till now no one visited and solved the problem.

            Further to my mail of date, I have been told by the Electrician that your Invertor require twelve volt battery one only and not 2 batteries of 24 volts. Because of this overload, Invertor gone out of order and also one battery is completly dead and another is partially working . It is ridiculous that your Agent has forced us to go for 2 batteries at the time of installation by paying additonal amount for the battery which is not required at all. It shows that either he does not know the capacity of Invertor or cheated us deliberately by forcing us to go for 2 batteries. Really I am sick of this guy and I am contemplating to go to Consumer Court against this agent to get my grievences cleared and want to include Microteck also as cosuiter

Finally I got back my 2 batteries but without doing anything.Out of 2 batteries, one battery has gone dead and it cannot be recharged/repaired and again Microteck Inverftor also not working. Now I contacted the local electrician and he has removed it and taken it to his factory. It is the worest service I experienced in my life time from an unworthy agent of MICROTEK? Why you people appoint such guys as an agent who spoils the image of a reputed company?

            Dear sir,

            I am sorry to disturb you for the following matter which is very urgent for our family. I have purchased an Invertor from the following Company some time in 2008

            They are suppose to service the batteries regularly i.e. every 3 months but they have failed to do. Because of their failure, batteries have gone done in Feb. After repeated reminders over phone, they have sent one person to our house and taken away 2 batteries from the Invertor on 22nd Feb. When we asked about the batteries,first they were demanding Rs.500 to service it and fit it. After few days, they have increased the amount to Rs.3000 giving reasons for fixing booster in the batteries etc. We have agreed for all their terms and conditions and also requested them to fix the batteries urgently. I have also personally gone more 5 times to their office and requested them to bring the batteries to our house and fit it. There is no responsible person available in the office
            to give proper answer to me.
            Every time, they were telling the same story of SERVICE PERSONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
            I do not know what they need, why they are not returing the batteries to the Customer like us.
            After loosing my tolerance only , I have made a personal complaint to you.

            Kindly intervene in this matter and arrange to get back my 2 batteries so that we can use the Invertor in our house.

            Sorry for the trouble but I do not have any choice except to approach your goodselves.

              I buy one Microtek Inverter from M/s- BABA Battery House, Sec-12A, Gurgaon on 09/04/2010.
              The shop owner supplied Microtek inverter with Axin battery . i was not convinved with that battery but even then the shop owner taken guarntee and supplied that Axin Battery. After a period of two month the battery got damaged , on after several complain and follow up , the shop owner changed this battery and given another battery.

              Again after 6 month the battery once again got damage and not giving proper power back up. This time again we contacted shop owner , he has taken back battery but refusing not to give new battery and saying that Company is not replacing the same .

                Hi this is to inform you on 16/01/2011 i caught the Engg red hand from Microtek inverter while installing the old Circuit board in a brand new E2 625 model purchased 2days ago. My complain no is E220011:000023 Date 14/01/2011 registered on service center. I immediately call Mr Randir mob no ([protected])he is the incharge of Microtek mumbai service center. He accepted that company is not installing the new Spare parts because of huge stock of old spare parts.i didn't allow to install the Circuit Board still my inverter was not repaired. Please suggest.

                    We have a 850 VA square wave inverter of Microtek. We wanted to get the inverter mains + battery wire extended, for which we wanted to call authorised personnel from Microtek. We had tried launching complaint with the Andheri, Mumbai Service Centre of Microtek. Inspite of having 3-4 lines, we were unable to get thru to the numbers for almost 3-4 days. Finally, when we got thru, the personnel refused to register our request, saying we should first talk to the engineer. Once we spoke to the engineer, he again told us to call the service center to register the complaint. Again when we tried to contact the service centre, we were unable to get thru. Finally, when we got thru (compl. no. UPS EB[protected] dtd 02/11/10), we were told to get the wire (about which we know nothing) and keep all the materials ready and then call the service centre so the engineer could come. We were not told the size, gauge of wire or anything about the materials, about which we do not have any idea. We were ready to pay for all materials that would be used, but the request was not even listened to. In short, it was total harassment for us. Even 2 days after lodging the complaint, there was no response from the Service Center, after which we gave up and got the job done thru a local electrician, though we would have preferred Microtek personnel to do it. I finally received a call today - 08/11/10, after 6 days of lodging the complaint. I told the engineer that I had got the work done, after which I received a call from Mr. Pradeep Sharma at the service centre. I narrated my whole experience to him and told him why we had to resort to getting the job done thru a local electrician. I further told him that I wanted to lodge a complaint regarding my experience, Pradeep Sharma threatened me, saying next time I lodge a complaint regarding the inverter, they would make sure that no one attended it and I will have to carry it all the way to the service center. This is completely unexpected and unprofessional from a company like Microtek. I then also spoke to the service center manager, Mr. Ranvir Singh, who started defending his people, saying if I had got the work done, I should have informed them in advance so that they did not have to face inconvenience! In the first place, I am the one being inconvenienced due to the shoddy Microtek service, and I should think of Microtek's inconvenience and dutifully inform them in time! This is pathetic level of service and not expected from a so-called reputed brand. I urge Microtek to take prompt action against your customer (dis) service personnel

                    microtek ups — Services Centers people have not received any call to their given number

                    hello,

                    i have purchased UPS from Microteck company.
                    but it give problem with in 6 months of his purchasing.
                    it have on site warranty that time.


                    i have try from a week to services centers phone number, but they have not receiving any calls or not give any answers.

                    i want to know why they sell their products, if they can't care their customers

                    sir,
                    This is to inform you that the inverter of microtech 600v isn't taking any load while in ups moad..though it is charging battery as checked with another ups battery is working apsolutely fine.. Pls do something to let us get rid of it

                        I have purchased a COMPAQ Desktop Computer on dated[protected] from Krishna Agency Pvt. Ltd. , Boring Road , Patna (BIHAR)-800001 , along with MICROTEK UPS was free , Vide invoice no:- R[protected]. MICROTEK UPS serial no. is 9JUPNB432430, Model no:- HGE600AZ . It is not working properly. I have registered a complaint on[protected] and the complaint ID is 2010:000347. But no engineer visited till date. I have been talked many times to customer care on Phone no:[protected], Mob. no:- [protected], they just says we are sending our engineer but no engineer came till date. This reflects the negligence towards the customer care. And they are just harassed to me.

                        These circumstances are showing me the way to consumer court. Plz repair the UPS
                        Immediately otherwise I will take strict legal action against you.

                          Sir, My self Ashwani Sharma manager of the New Convent Model Secondary School, at Tukhmir Pur. On July 18th 2010, (Sunday), I and my friend Mr. Neeraj Goel approached one of your company’s authorised dealer “MAHARAJA ELECTRONICS” at Khajoori Redlight crossing run by Mr. Sunpedia to buy an online UPS for a newly established computer lab in my school. Mr. Sunpedia told me about one of your product i.e. Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS and told me that the product would suit to my requirement. On his recommendation I believed the product and Paid Rs.26000/= for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, Two Microtek Batteries, a trolly and installation charges at his shop. He told me that the above products and receipt of the product would reach to my school by 3:30PM as serial no. of the product was not available at that time and send with me his electrician for wiring. At 4:00PM he send to my school only Two Microtek Batteries, a Trolly only and NO RECIEPT of Rs.26000/=. When I asked him about the Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS and Reciept he told me that that the product is short and would reach to me within 3 to 4 days along with receipt containing serial No. and send me a substitute UPS of LUMINOUS 1400VA. But till one week I did not receive my UPS. Next week on 25th July,2010 I again approached his shop and asked about my Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, he told me that the UPS is still not available with him and as soon as he would get the product from the company he would supply to me and asked me to wait for another week. I waited for another week. Again I approached Mr. Sunpedia for My Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS but he did not give me my product and not even the receipt of Rs.26000/= which I paid him for for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, Two Microtek Batteries, a trolly and installation charges. On the contrary he send me the DEMO Version of Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, which I did not accept as I did not pay for DEMO Version. Then he offered me to keep the substitute UPS of “ LUMINOUS” which he installed earlier and settle the matter. Then he gave a mobile no. of Mr. Rakesh claiming that he is marketing head of that area, when I talked to him he also gave me the same offer of to keep the substitute UPS of LUMINOUS company. I surprised to hear that and did not accept their offer. Then he asked me to wait for another week and till date I did not get my Microtek UPS for which I paid money to him and not even the receipt of my payment.
                          Sir, Microtek claims to be the No 1 company in this sector and I am quite surprised to see that the person who has your company’s dealership is practicing such things which is harming the company’s brand image. He supplied me LUMINOUS and charged for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS.
                          Sir, I am grieved customer and believe that Microtek would listen to my grievance and take strict action against your Authorised Dealer “ MAHARAJA ELECRONIC” at Khajoori Red Light crossing which is harming your brand image. I expect from Microtek company either supply the UPS for which I paid the money or ask your dealer to return my money. I hope Microtek would not let me to go to print or electronic media or to Consumer Forum as I have given my hard earned money.
                          Expecting an immediate action from your company’s auhorities as more than one month has been passed.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased a microtek inverter UPSEB 600 on 20/3/10 from a local shop at Ghaziabad R. K. BATTEERIES, Shop no. 1 Dudheswar nath mandir,Gaushala road Ghaziabad U.P. wide product no 91GANB296161 AND BILL NO 07/321.
                            After installation of inverter ,it was giving back up for 1- 1.5 hrs, I thought battery might have not charged ,but latter on on improvement of the situation, I lodged a complaint for it's poor performance to the shop keeper, he directed me to customer care, from there also no one attended that complaint, and I am facing low backup/no backup problem.
                            Kindly get my complaint attended at earliest.

                              on 7 december2009 from dealer name S.A.ELECTRONICS , now this had become unservicable on 10JUNE i had register my complaint to service center DELHIvid. OFFLINE 000049 on 18 June 2010.Than service engineer came on 29th June 2010 and he couldn't repair it as its battery and PCB both were US. He said i will come and replace it next day but he did not turn back till today also after reminding several times. My day to day work is hampering due to non serviceability of the product. It's still in warranty period. Now,we are shifting to delhi on 24th July 2010. What shall i do further.........................? Waiting for reply.........................................................

                              Kindly solve the problem as early as possible.

                                Hello,

                                I purchased one Microtek Sinewave UPS of 850. But with deep regret and frustration I am stating that I have received unexpected and poor behavior and service from the company. I purchased the product on 16.07.2010. However after continuous battery charging the inverter has been incapable of taking load of even a single CFL bulb and after showing red sign it is giving into auto cut. I accordingly informed the Service Centre of my city, Guwahati. The person who entertained my call said that he would send me a someone to check the problem after my repeated request although he was quite impolite. Whole day I took off from my office and waited for his engineer to come but he never showed up. Then later in the day I called up Delhi Service office of Microtek and came to know that the company entertains the complain the next day. But this fact, the esteemed Guwahati service centre guy did not bother to mention and because of that I lost my one working day. Today also I have been waiting for the elusive engineer's arrival and unfortunately he has not arrived yet. Another interesting fact is that whenever I have tried today to call the Delhi office quoting my complain number the person receiving the call is either disconnecting the phone or keeping me on hold for 15-20 minutes without replying which is simply shocking.

                                I am feeling really sad saying this that the service and behavior rendered by thecompany personnel is not at all as per a customer's expectations who had high hopes from such a reputed company like Microteck. I was under the impression that Microteck is a respectable and strictly professional company giving importance to its customer satisfaction. However, after this unwanted experience I must say that things are not what they appear to be. It is very hot and humid here and I have elderly people at my home who need continuous power supply for which I bought the product. However I am in deep trouble now as it seems no one is there to listen to my problem.


                                Until recently I had been using one Microteck 1400 inverter and as I was satisfied I trusted the company. Therefore, never ever I thought this this new purchase of mine will become such a painful business. What has given me most pain is not the fact that the device may be faulty because being electronics goods it can happen. So I did not mind that but the behavior of the personnel is really shocking. Just shocking. I have no other word to describe it. This has turned me from being a staunch Brand Microteck advocate to a bitter and dissatisfying customer who will never ever advice his friends and family to go for the products of the company. Because no one can accept such behavior.

                                  Microtek Heritage 600 UPS — Back lasts upto 1 or 2 seconds.

                                  I am Mohanraj from Coimbatore.I have bought Microtek UPS last year at first Battery Backup lasts upto 15minutes for 4 months but after that reduced to 10, 8, 5, 2 minutes respectively but now it lasts upto 1 second and what is the use of keeping UPS for system? I lodged complaint 13 days ago but upto this minute no response from the company.I dont know what to do?

                                    i have buy a 850va inverter on 14th May 2010, on 10th June 2010 my inverter is out of order. so i call Microtek International Ltd, 9 G. C. Avenue, kolkata(Service Center) on 11th June 2010 morning, my complain no is 434. But till date (26th June 2010). there is no reply or checkup from there end.
                                    so at last i think microtek is a bad company with their service and material, though it was not run at least one month and after 15 days there was no reply.

                                    Microtek — Poor Services

                                    I purchased a UPS EB 850 VA S No. -A7DGBNX65545
                                    from purchasing to till now Ups not regulate the voltage at the single time
                                    at power failure, ups break the Signal .
                                    And Costumer care persons are not giving any satisfactory answer due lack of good knowledge, I lodge the complain(No.1991, 5224) many time .

                                    Microtek — Poor service

                                    I have installed a Microtek UPS and been using it since last 4 months. It suddenly stopped giving inverter back-up. The UPS is still under the Warranty period. However, inspite of trying the customer care number hundreds of times, nobody picks up the call. I am feeling helpless as the product is new and still no service is being provided to me. Microtek UPS customer care must be dragged to court.
                                    I am also a MICROTEK customer.The service from MICROTEK is very poor.The authorized service center for Microtek is not responding.The people even dont pick up the phones.

                                    microtec 850 inverter — not functioning

                                    i purchased a microtec inverter from jamshedpur (jharkhand) &using it at barh (bihar) .now a days some problem occured in but your barh dealer is denied to repaire that. what i do pls suggest.
                                    purchased a inverter from Kumar Battery service kanpur on 19 Sep 2019 and now still in the warranty period, from last 1 month my inverter is not working due to problem and I had already logged a complaint on 25 July,
                                    Nobody attending yet and I m still waiting,
                                    already fed up from this kind of late and bad services by authorised person.
