[Resolved]  Motorola — Not Repairing and Asking Money

my motorola e6 restart automaticly i got it checked in centre. But they not solve it

i hav purchased the motorola E8 ROKR on 7 sep 2008 with iemi no.[protected]. within the 20 days there was the problem related hang of the phone and nonrecognization of my SIM card. the quality of camera was not of 2 megapixel(totally blured images) .on 20 th oct 2008 i had visted the UCOM Tech pvt ltd Janakpuri. the problem was not rectified by them. then after on 24 oct 2008 i had visited UCOM Tech pvt ltd Rajendra place with the same problem. they were also unable to rectify the problem and sujested me that I should hav to give the set them for few days the problem will rectified by our Head offic. on 31st oct 2008 i again had visited the UCOM Tech pvt ltd Rajendra place.They hav taken my set up to 6th nov 2008. on the 6 th nov 2008 i had delivered my set with the new IMEI no.[protected] and replaced PBA .now the problem of the hang in the system was rectified somehow, but the problem related to the camera remains same( worst category than a VGA phone). after one month there is one more problem of the blinking of display light in addition of camera.on the I had visted the service center KHURANA BROTHERS located at UG-- 7DJAINA TOWER-1 DISTRICT CENTER JANAKPURI, they were also unable to rectify the problem on the spot, but requiring the 10 days time to replace the front of E8 ROKR.

Motorola mobile(W205) was given to your service centre Ucom Technologies Ltd in Howrah on GT road which is West bEngal State in India, to get repaired .Precisely in Howrah. Work order Number 18883.It was given in the Month of January(12th) 2009. After that we have gone to them many times every time we go they say to come after few days. now instead of going there we call them 3to 4 times a weenow they are saying the same. they said it woulbe sent by courier. Already 2 months over. we are not getting our things back.last time we called, they said to call on next Tuesday(17th March, 2009). If they fail then what 's next? would you please suggest us? or please you look into this matter. The last option we can go to the consumer forum. This kind of harrasment is not at all expected from a organisation of that repute. isn't it?

Recent I watched that If I calling any missed call to any other, Rs. 1.00 charge reducing from my balance account. So, I can't understand what I do. Iam sivaraman from chennai, My friend mobile motorola V6 model front glass broken and i given the mobile for service at Reddington service center, chennai. They said the front glass charge of Rs. 750+tax and I agree to pay for the spare charge and I paid the advance of Rs.115 on 27.02.09, still iam not getting the spare. They are not give the proper response as on now. kindly take some necessary action,

Motorola — Pathetic Handset and Service

I purchases Morotola EM30 on[protected] and on 03.03.2009 the set got switched off automatically and refuse to get switched on,

Set was taken to ASC and was knonw that there is problem in the board and that the set will br sent to Chennai to replace the Board

I got the hanset back on 15.03.2009 and it was working fine as new borad was fitted.

On 10.4.2009 I faced the same problem and took it to ASC and wasinfomred that again the board needs to be changed.

I have complained the same to Motorola on 11.04.2009 vai complaint number, [protected] and was infomred that I will be given call bak in 48 hrs but till date I have not recived called, I called uo the Customer care to know the status and they infomrd that " Revert form the department is, You will get the handset back on 22.04.2009"

Motorola is a fraud company there is news that Motorola CEO is highest paid CEO, I'm not shocked becasue the sal he draws is from cheating us.

One of the worst company and worst Hanset provider, I feel Like ransacking their stores and offices and retrive my money, my hard earned money.

If this is read please take necessary action

Motorola — low validity on recharge of life time phone no.

I have recently recharge my phone no. [protected] by a Rs.56/- recharge coupon.but I was given only 45 days validity. Being a life time no and a old subscriber for the same I should be given a six month validity as practice earlier.As you have charge us then for the facility.If any new rules or offer is there for life time user then it have to be for new nos.not for old users.otherwise you have to refund the amount taken to give us life time subscription then.

SMS received from your end dated 2nd may'2009 at 8.41 PM that your mobile has won Rs.250, 000 GBP .
No any details have been received so far to whom I should contact or what to do next

Motorola — Misleading to buy new accessories

Dear Sir/Madam

I had given my motorola E6 mobile Essem communications #91/92, Hemachandra complex, 7th main, 4th block, jayanagar, Bangalore-560011 for requesting them to check the problem with my mobile.After two days they had misleaded me to buy a new battery and then it would be working fine.I bought a new battery outside and found that the problem is not with battery and the old battery is also working fine.When i went to the service center and showed them the proof that the problem is not with battery then those people are telling that there is a problem with charging port.But iam not bothered about that, though the people found themselves wrong still they are arguing with me that battery is the problem

My self Heera Singh Shahi. I had given my Motorola phone (Motoroker E6) which was under warranty for service on 23rd of May to Jamshedpur servive centre of Motorola Address :-

the work order number is JX/MO/09/00416.they promised to give the phone wiyhin 15 days.

the service centre is telling that phone is given to chennai centre & dispatched to Jamshedpur centre on 8th of june . but I still not get the phone till now. If I will not get the phone soon . I will go to the Consumer Court & strictly I will publish the harrassment to customers given by Motorola services in newspapers.
