Subject: - Handset not working.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchase Motorola Mobile Handset model no. W220 (Sr. No. [protected]) from Shreeji’z- Planet, Naupada, Thane (W), Mumbai on[protected]. However with in two months while talking with somebody it was automatically dead & not working. Handset is in warranty; hence I contact with your service centre M/s. Tele Video Services, Ganesh Darshan Building, Shop No. 3, Agyari Lean, Jambhali Naka, Thane- (W). Your Service Engineer launches a complaint & gives me receipt along with work order no. TZ/MO/08/02553 dated 6-2-2009.

After One week I contact to your service centre & I get feedback that mobile has some major problem & we are sending the same to our head office at Mumbai. On[protected] I again visited to your service center & I get feedback from Mr. Amar (Cell No. [protected]) that 75% you will get full replacement of the Handset.

On 4th March Mr. Amar telephoned me & told me that you will not get any replacement of Handset as our head office found water in the handset. I am very disappointed on such wrong statements given by your service centre. How it is possible? My point is that if the handset contains water inside then it should be known to your Service centre which is at Thane.

As per my knowledge there is major fault in the handset & they are not able to giving me replacement for this hence they are giving me the reason like this. This makes bad impression towards customer and customer never trusts to your product. I request you to please considered this matter as most urgent & reply me at the earliest. I expect positive answer from you. However my Handset is with M/s Tele Video Service, Thane. If W220 product was closed & if any other range is with you which for replacement I will bear to pay the differential amount for the same. But prior to this please give me positive report.
Please give me complaint no. so that I will mention in all your future correspondence & reference.

    Hi,

    I bought motorola A1600 Phones shifting my loyalty from nokia, which was around Rs15000 Still under warrenty. after 4 months wihtout any reason the touchscreen started responding.

    on March 30 I went to their authorized support center at Sai Service Center Hardy's Complex (Hyd)
    - For 30 days they kept the phone with 2 extentions reasoning parts not available
    - No Phone Support and Worst Customer handling at customer front desk.
    - I took the phone back

    on 12 May i gave it to their Redigton Service Center (Hyd)
    - Still it has gone two extention
    - Reason given parts not available
    - atleast here Phone Support is better

    i will never ever buy Motorola and recomend any of my friends for the following experiance (1) Parts Available (2) Worst Customer Support (3) No Ownership.

    Motorola — bad product

    the Motorola rival is probably the worst phone ever made.
    nothing but problems always have to reset it and loose contacts and info
    memory full error about every month
    now screen is all messed up and keeps turning white
    i suggest no one gets the phone

    Motorola Mobile — A1600

    I had complained to Motorola Mobile Service centre (Reddington), Andheri east on 4th Dec 2009. That time my handset was still under one year warranty. My complain was regarding non charging of the battery and earphones.

    Service centre promised to get me the earphone replaced, but said the battery was charging ok

    When I went to collect the earphones, I again complained about the in consistent charging of the battery, so the servce engineer said that the battery is weak and also needs to be replaced , when i told him about the complain on 4th Dec before the expiry of the warranty, he agreed to get the battery replaced.

    Now even after 2 month I have not yet recived the replacement of the battery and I have been told by the service centre that my phone is not under warranty. Motorola Service centre is now refusing to replace battery inspite of having given me a copy of the work order (AE/MO/0902418) dtd 30/12/2009 which staes the battery will be replced under warranty.

      Motorola L 9 — Body of Phone

      I purchased a motorola L9 on 25th june 2008. The back cover, which is black rubber coating, started peeling off within 2 months of purchase. I contacted the showroom to change the back cover but they did not respond, though my handset is in warranty. Therefore i request u to do the needful and change the back cover as soon as possible.
      May I tracer my mobile Phone (MOTOROLA E6 Rocker ) (MOB.NO-[protected]) Which was lost on 26th May 09. IMIE NO. OF LOST PHONE IS[protected].

      Motorola L 9 — Lost mobile phone

      I was purchased a Motoral L 9 Phone. One day traveling by bus I lost my mobile. I would like to know, have any option to track mobile phone that who is using this phone curretly.         Dear Sir

        i buy motorola handset MOTO Q CDMA handset before two months.From very first day i face following problems:-

        1) Mike not working

        2) Automatically decrease of Ring Tone ( After reset of all setting ok found )

        3) automatically off

        4) ID caller not shown

        After going to sevice centre they said to leave handset for ten days.But after ten days they told me that they have to change the mother board of handset & require 10-15 days.After one month i received my handset in ok condation but after few days the problems again start, Second time i go service center & they again take my handset for 20-25 days. Till date no responce from service centre or company motorola.

        motorola Moto Q9h — worst service centre

        Sir, I submitted my Moto Q9h to Motorola Service Centre at District Centre, Janakpuri
        (KHURANA BROTHERS, JAINA TOWER). It was within the WARRENTY period.

        When I cal they just tell that it will take another one week..n this process is still continuing.
        And after 40 days also i m not getting my phone back. I hope you will kindly sort out my problem and report the same to Motorola.

          I have Motorolla Moto Razor V9M handset (CDMA). I bought this handset for a substantial sum of Rs. 19000/- and within two months of its purchase it went dead. I was informed that the mother board was gone and would be replaced. I asked them to replace the handset, but they flatly refused. After waiting for the handset for around 45 days I finally got the handset from their Nagpur service station, but in a non-workjing condition. As I was moving to mumbai in a hurry, i had no choice but to take it like that. i came to mumbai and went to their Mumbai Service station and was informed that the Motherboard hadn't been replaced but repaired and that too improperly. they took another 15-20 days to repair the asme and give me my handset in working condition. Within a month it malfunctioned again. This time some software problem was given as the reason. Then within a month its display went and again they took a very long time to give it back. Again, it's motherboard went bad afer some time. Again it was repaired after taking a huge amount of time. It suffered a software problem again which I had to pay to get it sorted as it was 3 days since its warranty had expired. And now its display has zonked again. This handset in it 1 year and 5 month lifespan has beeen with me barely for 6-7 month and the rest it has spent in the service station. Out of these 6-7 months as well I have been using it without a display for the past 2.5 months.
          It is clearly obvious that I was given sub-standard equipment originally and that Motorola does not Care what so ever. i has written them a complaint on their website to which their response was totally unsatisfactory, infact useless.
          IImagine the hardships I had to afce losing all contacts, messages, data again & again. having to visit the service stations located at odd locations again & again and the cost of all the harrassment and trouble. It is my official no. that I have on this handset and imagine the cost of having to make official calls from my personal no. All this after buying a premium handset from a world renowned manufacturer.
          I have only one word for Motorola. PATHETIC! If you can do something about it, please get motorola to refund me the cost of this handset. I do not want a replacement as its going to be th same story all over again, no matter what Motorola handset they give me.

            Sir,
            I purchase Motoral Mobile Phone Model .Y230 . on the date of[protected], on that time i received one bookelet about company warrany/gaurnty.In that book let Warrnty inculeded head sets also, but i purchased in one retail mobile shop at chittoor in the name of Balaji Mobiles, that shop keeper gives a bill with rubber stamp of motoroal service center address in tirupati. Konw on the date of[protected] beofre waranty date) my head set is not working, so i went that shop, he directed to go the motorola service center in Tirupati(A.P.) .But there is no service center in Tirupati in that address, its cloesed, so i went to that shop where i purchsed the mobile. he said there is no warranty/gaurnty for head sets, even print in booklet also. so i purchsed new one. at the cost Rs. 250/-, so l losed my amount only the cause of Motorola company Proper service/mislead the custmer.

              This is regarding one of my mobile phone I have purchase Moto E8 Rokr on
              1st April 2009. I used this phone only 20 days it given the network
              problem than I took this phone to the service centre (Active Telecom)
              Pitam Pura, New Delhi and given for repair on 21st April 2009.

              Beside of this I have log the case in Motorola Customer Care also my
              complaint id[protected] whenever I call to customer care they
              always said our service exe call you within a week till the date I don't
              know where is my phone because when I call to service centre they said
              we can't help you talk to Motorola cc office.

              Any one In Motorola please help me or I have to go some other way.

              Motorola — Poor Customer Service even if the product is under warranty

              Really . I am getting irrited from motorolla service,
              I bought one motorola W209 set on 08/11/08. It started problem within warrenty period.So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset to Prabhadevi [ Lower Parel ] service center.but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 25 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. it cannot be repaired.they neither repair it nor return the handset to me.

It started problem within 15 days after the purchase.So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset to Redington India P Ltd, service center, S-3, green park extension, near uphar cinema and work order no. is - 12389 dated 9.12.08. but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 30 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. They are saying that they have sent the mobile in the company but still the results are unsatisfactory. I am facing a lot of problems and if you are not able to solve my problem then what is the use of service centre?

              it cannot be repaired.they neither repair it nor return the handset to me.
              so please help me if you can. Can Motorola let me know why things are so bad that under WARRANTY also no action is being taken.               I bought a new Motorola ZN5 model on 1st jan2009. On march 22nd my mobile had a problem with its software and battery. So, I gave my mobile for a service at “REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 16A & B, Wellington Estate, New no 58 Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai-600 105. Tel:[protected]/28207498.

              I gave my mobile on 23rdMar2009. But still I didn’t received my mobile from the service centre and the response is very poor. Whenever I called up their number it says busy and to my surprise the receivers are kept down when I went to the service centre last week. Nearly for 20 days I am without my mobile. Everytime they use to tell that, we do not have stock and we need to check with the logistics. I don’t understand why they are testing the customer patience. This is the case for every customer in that particular service centre.

              So, kindly look on to this issue and take necessary action immediately.

                Dear sir

                i purchase set the from hotspot vikamarg4 showroom on 18 october 2008 they was under warranty period but there is a techanicly fault in it the hotspot also give 2 year care pack also btut now they told the set was not repairable and they told only 50% of the current value of your mobbile gives you back there is not my fault in this thing i wnt my set replace or my all money back and i already mark a complaint in concern of this please clear the issue as quick as possible i go ther hundred times but they not listen me properly and not gave me the clear feedback

                  Hi,

                  I have given my Motorolla handset to mottorolla service center in Shivajinagar Pune on 04-Apr-2009, but till now, after more than one month, I did not get my handset back.
                  I have called the customer care and service center many time and registered a complaint also and they told me that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but till now I haven't heard from them too.
                  Please help as it is very difficult for me without cell phone.

I had purchased from Croma retail store and have given handset for my query but i m highly disappointed on purchasing motorola. their customer care has yet not responded. the phone no they give is eternally engaged.                     myself abhinav rajpal i buy the motorola v6 mobile set for hotspot showroom vikas marg 4 . the purchase date of the set is 16 october 2008 after purchasing phone goes under maintanence 3 time but now also phone is not ok there is a tecnically falt in the phone and phone is on guareenteed period . I also take the care pack of hotspot which also give two years guarantee but i am going hotspot several times to ok the set but now they told they cant ok the set and they not also replace the set .they old only 50% of the current value of the phone is got back pls clear this things and get back my all money or replace the phone Pls gave the possitive steps and help me as quick as possible

                      I had purchased a Motorola w 362 on 17.1.2009 vide invoice no [protected] from Reliance world.Within a month the instrument totally collasped and all the datas were lost in the set. Immediately I gave the inst on 13.2.2009 for servicing (Redington India Ltd)and they rectified the same. Again after 20 days it got hanged totally and all the datas were lost again and I gave the set for servicing on 28.3.2009 to (Redington India Ltd).

                      After giving for the service I have been visiting Redington service centre almost 10 times and there is lukewarm response from them.Noe they are keep on telling me that there is a problem in the board and they keep on buying the time only.

                      Hence Iam filing this complaint against Redington service and Motorola.

                        MOTOROLA/MOTO Z6 PREMIUM [protected] was purchased on 8th july 2008 from Jai Mata di Electronics, Shop No.6 Gulmarg Palace, K.B.Maarg Section 17, Ulhasnagar-421003 Ph :2564910
                        Since September 2008, POWER BUTTON NOT WORKING complained to the said shop where it was purchased he said there is some problem with service centres so rerquested to wait, fionally gave an address of SKYLARK ASSOCIATES at Kalyan where I have visited for number of times where they have one or the other problem and they cannot provide service till they have not registered with website
                        So I have spent lot of money travelling and frustrated by their irresponsible behaviour Now thier is worst to see Battery does not lasts even for an hour and the Inastrrument becomes too hot.

                        Z6 premium model — Part not being replaced

                        Dear Customer service,

                        I would like to bring to your notice that my motorola Z6 premium model mobile keypad got damaged and even placed a work order no:VI/MO/08/01519 ON 16/07/2008 AT 13:50:11 AND WAS GIVEN TIME OF 10 DAYS.I feel that this is one of the worst service providing service centre for motorala Service centre Address: REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 101, MEDICHARLA TOWERS, #47-10-3, DWARAKA NAGAR, NEAR DIAMOND PARK, VISAKHAPATNAM-530016.MOBILE:[protected]lAND:[protected]/2793028.

                        Later when called up to the mobile number provided by the service centre:[protected] all the times women were answering the calls and are not responding properly and abusing vulgurly when asked for the managers contact number and the name of the person who was attending the call at that time and later said "that im the IT Coordinator here and do what ever you can?"
                        You need to take care of my work order and if possible please maintain decent staff at your authorised service centres who are capable of handling the customers with respect and polite manner and are educated.

                          i have received a sms to my mobile of [protected] that i have been awarded motorola award sum of750000.00 poundsPayment no.91/W66834 is it true or not is it a fake sms .For verification they told to email to [protected]@motrolauk.net plz send me reply to my email address www.[protected]@gmail.com
                          Oh yeah it's TOTALLY legitimate, I received the same notice! It was a really big surprise because i don't even OWN a Motorolla phone, nor do I live in the UK! I must be really lucky!! Correction - WE must be really lucky!! All I had to do was send them proof of my identity, and I had to send over some funds for "processing fees" or something like that.

                          Cogratulations!!!

                            i hv purchased motorolaQ9h it's uner warranty i hv been facing the problem from the very 1st week when i hv purchase the problem with the key pad, i hv allready replaced trice from service centre right now it's under warranty but wht abt after tht, motorola should make such phone which customer should satisfy ihv paid 18000.00 for the handset. now wht should i do, whrn my warranty period will get over after that.
                            looking for early reply and solution to this.

                              Hello Sir,

                              Due to my touch pad problem, i had given my phone to motrolo authorized service centre on (31/3/09), after few days, i went to service centre, they given the qutation of around 4800 rs for replacing the touchpad. when i came to home & switch on my phone. i am unable to see nothing in the screen after sevral restarting i went to scree & found that nothing in my phone except few messages. when i go through the messages, none of the message belongs to me . so i called customer care & breif the issues. after that i found my motherboard has been changed by service centre. the motrolo customer care executive asked me to go to service centre to check the issue, they simply said we are not take the responsibility. after that i called customer care they told by mistakenly service centre people replaced your mother board, so i asked them to send a mail for my confirmation, finally the escalation manger called & said we cant take the responsibilty, whatever you want you can do that. in my old motherboard i am having my business contacts as well as personal phots. if its published in internet my life bcomes a question mark.

                                This is regarding one of my mobile phone I have purchase Moto E8 Rokr on
                                1st April 2009. I used this phone only 20 days it given the network
                                problem than I took this phone to the service centre (Active Telecom)
                                Pitam Pura, New Delhi and given for repair on 21st April 2009.

                                Beside of this I have log the case in Motorola Customer Care also my

                                always said our service exe call you within a week till the date I don't
                                know where is my phone because when I call to service centre they said
                                we can't help you talk to Motorola cc office.

                                  Hello,
                                  I had my moto mobile(Moto Razr V8 2GB) water-logged for which i paid 6000 to get it repaired, as it wasnt turning on. Now again in a span of 2-3 months, when i faced a similar issue and gave it to the same repair guys, they again say its a water logged mobile and are again asking me similar charges. Are motorola service centers established to cheat people where they pay exorbitant prices to get their phones repaired.

                                    Myself Sushila Srivastava i m working with H.A.L.and i have Nokia Cell I have LG cell But first time i buy one Motorola phoneW375 and after few days i found there is some crack in english keypad so i go to motorola service station and file a complaint but this mobile phone is on warranty poriod but in your lko.service centre's staff said english keypad is not under cover in warranty so you have to pay Rs.240 for it, i saod ok and seposit my phone and Rs.135/-then she ask after one week we will take but now 17days are over i have'nt receive any call from your side what to do just tell me otherwise i will go to consumer forum

                                      Sir,
                                      I was using a motorala phone with tata sim since three years. when the condition of the battery had started going bad i thought to replace with new phone. So i purchased a new tata indicom{huawei}
                                      that time i dont know about the sim they had given when i came at home i changed the sim of the two phones but the motorola phone has not started due to sim problem i forgot the matter because i had to go out of station i started the using the new phone with old sim. But now the problem is that the old phone is showing phone locked contact service centre.
                                      I went to tata indicom hub they told me to contact the service centre of L.G and MOTOROLA at bistupur, JAMSHEDPUR, where they will take 80/- Rs and change the software and the new sim can also be started, Now the problem started the person(propriter) is not a good person he use to argue with everybody he is asking 165/- to open the lock. and for software changing another 225/- Rs it is quite ridiculous all of the tata indicom phone seller told it will cost hardly 80/- to change the new software and there is no charge to unlock the phone.

                                      My question is what is my fault the phone locked by itself what will be responsible for this and why the customer is going to suffer.
                                      please help me i want answer from your side
