I bought one motorola w270 set on 25.06.08.After less than two months earphone was not working then on 20/08/2008 WORK ORDER NO - 6991 i submitted my mobile to the service center and they told me there is problem with the port of the mobile and according to them i submitted my handset and the earphone and know the traumatic story began, they use to call me after 5 days or 7 days on every call and it was around 15 times that i went there and often i saw some face to be a regular visitor of that service center but i think they all too would be thinking the same about me, well the first part ended on 15/09/2008 according to them they replaced my earphone with a latest earphone as per the company policy they told me but i think they just substituted with a low quality earphone having sound volume lower than before, but afterall i took my mobile and the hitech earphone.on arriving my home i made a call with about full charged battery and the mobile got discharged in my hand within 10 minutes and it became very hot, and it was not charging, again i went for the second story, they picked the battery out and saw a memory card of some other brand they told me the memory card is having heating problem and they picked it out and they charged it for 20 min without memory card and the mobile was having charge indicator showing only red no green line, they told due to disturbance it couldn, t be possible to charge it continuosly over there and it was not heated due to chilled ac, they can convince you very good, ireturned my home and i sawthe mobile is not working taking no start i submitted it on next day on 18/9/08 work order 8362 and from then i am continuosly called to come after 2 days, 5days and so on and today its 05/09/08 and the story is same neither they are solving my problem nor they are returning my mobile, but i would say its a great experience with motorola and the rest is in your hand,
.so please help me if you can.

motorola/mobile moto KRZR K1 — POOR QUALITY

sir,
this is to inform you that i bought a Motorola KRZR k1 mobile onJun 07 and immediately after a year the cover of the mobile started peeling off and is giving a very bad look.
you are requested to do the needful and replace the set or repair the same as one year is too short a period for a set of worth Rs 8508 to go bad.

sir i bought NEW MOTOKRZR K1 Mobile in 4/6/2007... i had used Free Service with in a Expiry date too ..after 14 Months my mobile got problem so i gave for service to REDGINTON service center in COIMBATORE [ R.s.Puram] they said want to do Flash and they charged 1400.Rs...then after 3 months once again that same moblie got Problem and i given to same shop [REDGINTON] they said they will charge 2450.Rs but i didnt do the flash still now it was not working...in service center they are not at all Responding Properly... they are charging too much of money from innocents... i will expect good resolt from you... so pls help me and others...

I bought one motorola L9 mobile. after 2 months got a problem in mobile.. i submitted my mobile with my original charger and ear phone on 05/03/09 work order no 08/08623.. they told me to call them after 2days. after 2days i visited them directly.they told it ll take time to clear ur problem in mobile. again they told me to call after 10 days. after that also i visited them diractly and they told again we didin get ur mobile from our office so call us after 2days we'll tell u..like tat it was gone.. finally i got my mobile on 27/03/09.. they gave my mobile with DUPLICATE CHARGER instead of my original charger. So u should know about the MOTOROLA SERVICE canter in coimbatore.

    MSN NOS-E14WGM39TZ & E14WGM3545 PURCHASED ON 30.06.2008 (TOTAL OF 5 MOBILES PURCHASED FROM TATA CDMA NOS [protected]-4)
    PROBLEM WITH BOTH MOOROAL SETS-BATTERIES STARTED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. BOTH BATTERIES REPLACED 24/4/08 & 30/4/08 AFTER MUCH PURSUANCE FROM AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER ESSEM COMMUNICATIONS, BANGALORE 560011.
    WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES BOTH MOBILES HAVE ALMOST STOPPED WORKING. ONE MOBILE WORKS ONLY SO LONG AS POWER ADAPTER IS ON. VISITS TO YOUR ASC IS OF NO USE AS THERE IS NO STOCK OF BATTERIES. MOREOVER YOUR MOBILES ARE MANUFACTURED TO WORK FOR JUST 12 MONTHS TILL THE WARRANTY DATE. THAT IS THE TRICK OF YOUR COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT PAY ANY HEED TO THIS COMPLAINT YOU WILL SEE US IN THE COURT. WE ARE REALLY SUFFERING BY YOUR DEFECTIVE SETS. WE REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THE SAME BY A BETTER SET THAN THIS. WE ARE VERY VERY UNSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY.
    Moto is not very good. I ever have a MOTO mobile. It always broken!! I'm boring!!! At last, i threw it and change another moblie!

      I bought a Motorola Motorazr v8 last year in december. Within just a few days the flip started getting stuck. Eventually something started going wrong with the software and the graphics also. The camera is blurred. Messages get deleted automatically. I press something and something else pops up.
      I took my Phone to a motorola service center is Sector 18 Noida. They told me that they would not repair the outer body of it and it is not covered in warranty. They kept it to repair the other things. Next day I get a call from them that the moisture level in the phone is too high and is not covered in warranty. The phone has never been dropped or gotten wet even once.
      Anyway I went to collect it and firstly the treatment by the staff was extremely rude. They refused to return it saying the shop is closed. When I finally got it from them they had scratched the phone from the flip. They refused to own it. I was so put off I took my phone and came out. Realizing I had left my receipt with them i went back in within 2 minutes. They could not find it.Finally the person gets it and its all put together with tape.
      The manager of the showroom was extremely rude and refused to agree to his and his staffs mistakes.
      I am not left with a phone in warranty which started troubling within days of getting it. And is in worse condition because of the service center people.
      IF nothing is covered in warranty then what is warranty for ? What do I do?

      I have given my motrola cell l9 to Wazirpur, Rohini for repairing. It is hangs after on. They have taken it. ang give me after repaired. I have checked after reach on my home but is problem same. How motrola things work. I do, t know.
      i have motorola w-230, purchase date-23 mar'08, after some in my phone speaker is not work. i have work this mobile at vibration mode. after some time also problem in on & off


      pls. solve the above matter.

      I HAVE MOTOROLA RIZR Z3 SOME TIME IT DOES NOT DETACT MEMOERY CARD.

      As i have got motrola razor v8 last year and last 2 months back my 2 megapixel camera hos got burred, and this is not because of dust, lens is cleared. Can you describe the reason why it has happen? And what should i do? And i already know that my warranty has been over but still i want answer to my question? Other application are working absolutely fine, pls suggest as i dont want to loose my phone. it is really goodphone.

        Myself DEBASISH SAHA, from Malda(W.B)
        I purchased the mobile set 'Motorola C168' on 23.10.06, but I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer', 6/7, Rabindra AVenue, Malda on 26.09.07due to display problem.The service centre refused to entertain warranty saying, water leaked into the set and on 20.12.07 they charged Rs 650/ for repair and returned the set after repair.
        Unfortunately, I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer' again on 30.06.08 as the set turned off .After several phone calls and visits to the service centre, they returned my set saying, the set is irrepairable/uneconomical to repair.
        I just want to ask Motorola that whether this is the reality and reliability of your product and the service centre is only interested to extract money from customer.

          I am totally dissatisfied with your motorola service centre located in
          khade bazar at belgaum. I went to service centre with the speaker
          problem for my handset v3i on 10th setember 2008. The response from
          Prasad pednekar ASC Incharge of this service centre is same till today
          he use to send me back by telling that spare is not available with him
          to repair my cell and he is not receiving it from bangalore.
          I am angry with ur service and made my brother to purchase sony
          ericsson handset where in he is interested to buy motorola handset.
          Now i am having only hope with you people so try to make me feel
          happy wuth your service or else i dont allow any of my contacts to buy
          moto handsets due to poor service.
          I just want to know what exactly is the problem with your service. you
          can also ring me at [protected].

          Motorola — low battery backup

          i am aswin from calicut, kerala.i buy motorola a phone(motorokr z6) one month ago . I am getting avery poor battery backup of 10-20hours .They offered me a battery backup of 2days.I went to motorola service centre . they change the battery, but the problem is not solved yet .

          I am not at all happy with the motorla service center guys. The problem is with the low battery back up of my motorola v3i Razor. i went to the service center of the motorola in lajpatnagar (delhi) and informed them the same. Without diagnosing the guy, very smartly said that the problem is with the battery backup and the battery is gone bad as its been a year, so you simply need to change the battery and get the new one it would definately resolve the issue. May be their was the problem with the charges too so he took my battery and charger and gave me the new battery and charger fot that i paid Rs 1350/. i came back home and fully charges the cell around 9:30 in the night and didn't made any call or receive any, when i wake up in the morning around 4:50, the cell was beeping due to low battery. It was so frustating, that after paying that much amount it doesn't resolved the issue.
          Again after 2 days i went to the service center and informed him about the same and they said that we will send it for diagnostics and for that i need topay 150 i did that.. after waiting for around 10 days they called me back to get the call and they says that the problem was with the motherbord they fixed that and again took Rs 1450/ for that. i dis that. Now the moment i pluggged in the the charger got an error messgage that "Not charging". tried that for 4 time then it took it. Chrged it the whole night but in the morning it started responding the same manner without any betterment, again i went to the` service center
          they took it for 2 days and said that they were using it and its absolutely fine now.
          But still it is not working and i am pissed of that. Don't even have that much time to spend in their service center. This is PATHATIC.

            plzz forward my message to the head of the motorola.

            hi i am debobrata from kolkata.
            from last 10 months i am using motorola L9 phone.
            But from the past few days i m having a problem with this set.the phone stops detecting the extarnal memory card.it gives a message-system error frequently.but when i restart the phone, it starts working smoothly.

            Due to this problem i went to Motorola service centre, at "Surya Business Pvt ltd, 9A Kyd Street, Ground Floor, kolkata, India"
            on 25/09/2008.
            i told my problem to the person in charge(dont know his name).he just avoided me by telling that "we can look into the problem but it will take 8 to 10 days...no no 15 to 20 days...actually we dont have the parts.actully in festive week we cant tell you the exact time tthat will take to solve the problem."

            as i use cell phone i cant effort to give my phone for service to such a long period.

            now rest is upto you.you can find lots of complaints like this.you are a good brand after nokia. if you are trying to achive the trust of the people then you must have a well equipt service center, the best servicing and most importantly well behaved and caring people in your service center.

            1. This is apprise you that I have purchased Motocola L9, [protected] from Virmani Telecom 28 chakrata Road Dehradun Uttarakhand, on 17 July 08. After two months of purchase date the sadi set has developed problem like short battery life, on and off blank display. The problem was reported to Virmani Telecom and I was directed by Virmani Telecom to contact Redington India Limited No 10 Ground Floor Tilak Complex Tilak Road Dehradun Uttarakhand. As a customer I am sorry to inform you that the said set has been given to service centre five time in last couple of months but the problem has not been rectified

            2. Since the set is in warranty period May we request you to direct concern to replace the set else case will be processed throu consumer's court.

            I have a problem with my headphone available with the MOTOROKR E8. I went to the Poddar Court Service Centre, there they firstly told it will take 7 days for repairing. After 7 days when i called them they told that the headphone has been repaired and is available there, but whene i went there they told me that no such headphone has been repaired. This was repeated for several times. When I asked them about this type of behaviour, they told me that it may take another 4 days or more.
            Please have a look on this matter, because this is just hampering the reputation of the company.

            motorola L9 — Disgusting after sales service

            I bought a Motorola L9 from the Mobile Store in Annanagar, Chennai in April 2008. Within 6 months, the screen started to 'white-out', and I had to restart the phone each time, to get it to work at least for a few seconds. When I contacted the Mobile store, I was directed to a Moto store. They, in turn, sent me to the Redington service centre opposite Ethiraj College. I was made to wait for 1 hour before they examined my phone. Then it was declared to be a problem with the board, which was to take 7 to 10 working days. It took them a whole month(all the while with me calling twice a week) to return the phone with, in their own words, "the keyboard changed, along with the board also". I started facing the exact same problem within a month and I went back to the service centre. There I was told the board hadn't been replaced, just serviced, and told to come back for the fixed phone in 3 days. I went there today, and was told, "how can anyone tell you to come for the phone in 3 days? It'll take 7 to 10 working days. We'll call you once your phone comes back". I hope a solution will be found before my warranty expires in March. Even then, I'll never recommend anyone to buy a Motorola ever again. The after-sales service is slow, incompetent and totally inefficient.
            I have a Motorazr V3i. For a couple of weeks it was having a peculiar problem - when the flip is closed, nobody can call into that number - it would say 'Not reachable'.
            I gave it to the nearest motorola service center( Shibpur, Howrah) and after 2 weeks it got rectified with a service fee of 1500/-. Then soon, the problem reappeared again.
            I gave it to the service center again and then nearly one and half months have passed. I call up the center nearly every alternate day or so, and every time they reply saying 'It will be done in the afternoon / will be done tomorrow'.
            I am now seriously suspecting they are not doing anything at all. Even today they said the 'spare hasn't come'...when I crossed saying only yesterday they had said that the spare had already reached, they said 'yes, spare has reached but the person who fixes the problems hasn't come today'.
            I am extremely frustrated with the service. Would appreciate a very quick response about this.

            i have given my motorola L9 for repair at moto auotherised service centre Ucom Technologies Pvt Ltd (M/s, mDR service india pvt ltd, no1/19, 1st floor, katpadi road, thottapalayam, vellore-632001 ph:[protected] reporting probvlem Mic & Earpiece not working on[protected] they told they have to sent it to chennai repair centre for replacing IC and it will take 10 days... but unfortunately still i am getting the same reply that tehy have not received my phone after repair as IC is not in stock if you dont have spare parts stock then replace with new set for your mistake WHY CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER. i cant give my phone for such a long time as per today[protected] it was more than 40 days... concern person look into this and take a action immedaitely otherwise you will be loose your valued customer due to your POOR & DELAY RESPONSE.

            motorola L9 — Technical problem and poor customer support

            I purchased a Motorola L9 handset in April '08. It is still in warranty period.But till date I have been suffered a lot for this handset.It has already been repaired 2/3 times. But still it is creating problem. The service centres are not helpful atall. Those people always ignored the customers.I stay in Kolkata.I wrote so many emails to the service centres.But they did not pay any attention.

            i m from kolkata, using motorola L9 since 1 year, having problem with my set after using it only for 3 months since i have purchased. problem is that, it gets hanged daily twice and headphone and data cable is not working completely. after 4 months of purchasing this set, i got problem with the headphone and fully damaged.
            Motorola has the POOREST after sale service support even for the handset which is under warranty period. The experience with motorola & its service centres is really pathetic and causing mental harassment and wastage of time.

            Motorola is not even willing to replace the hadset knowing that its been already submitted four times to service centres but received back unrepaired.

            In my opinion, this company should not be allowed to sell its products in the cities where it is not able to provide after sales support to customers.

            First time given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Jan.05, 2009.Received back UNREPAIRED on Jan.20, 2009(after 15 days).

            Second time again given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Jan.24, 2009.Received back UNREPAIRED on Feb.05, 2009(after 12 days).

            Third time again given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Feb.12, 2009.Received back UNREPAIRED on Feb.25, 2009(after 14 days).

            Fourth time again given for Repair to AHD Communications, Amritsar on Feb.26, 2009. Till date the device is with them and unable to tell its status.


            For last three months i don't have my mobile phone with me and i am not able to use my phone number/SIM.

            Now i have thought of taking legal steps against this company.
            I HAVE PURCHASED A MOTOROKR EM30 on nov 2008 .and after a few months my handset got hanged frequently.i gave it to the service center and they repaired my handset after 15 days but after receiving the handset i found that side keylock was damaged and i now i have to apply to lot of pressure for its functioning.The service center people are not able to repair it properly and they are saying that it cant be repaired, , , , i have also mailed to the customer service department but no one has yet responded...concern person look into this and take a action immedaitely otherwise you will be loose your valued customer due to your POOR & DELAY RESPONSE.

            I'm Annesha Bhattacharya, I purchased my MOTOROLA L9 phone in last year middle of July from Sk. Mumtazzuddin, Kolkata.It was running very smoothly, but for few days I faced a critical problem.My handset operate commands automatically, it showed unlock, ok options automatically, t take the voice call and sound "say command " whenever i touched the red button, and when it stop, on the screen it shows "unlock code ".When I switched off the phone and then on it, it shows " busy, try again later ".I can't tollerate this problem anymore.As I'm a working person I need this phone in everymoment.So if you people help me out of this problem, i'l be thankfull.Because within warranty period i couldn't expect this from a reputed brand like you.I need the solution now.

            motorola L9 — Non receipt of Mobile

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased Motorola L9 on March 14th 2009 along with warranty of one year.

            On 5th May 2009 it was not switching ON, then I gave the mobile to the authorised service centre of Motorola at coimbatore On 6th May 2009. They took the hand set for repairing as it was not having any water loging complaint .

            Work Order Date: 06/05/2009 10:20:00 hrs, When ever I call, Harshly they reply that they are waiting for the spare.

            Then on 4th may I called Motorola customer care, they convinced me and promised that they will contact me soon.

            Almost waited for one month, But till now nobody turned back. I'm totally upset on their reply.(Same reply from the repairing centre)

            Please help me to get my handset back in good condition.

            Motorola Cellphone (L 9 Model cell) — Service Centre

            Last 1 month back my cellphone screen got Dim And the power of battery gone low with some sound & network problems. Further to this on 25th of july i reached to the Motorola service centre which is lying in jaipur in the mentioned address that is Redington India Ltd F-46-B First Floor Ramesh Marg C-Scheme-Jaipur. Tel[protected].Service staff taken my mobile back with the commitment that it will be repaired last by 1 week (31-July) but when i reached there on aforesaid date to get my mobile back they said "Sir the parts gets recieved yesterday u take your mobile on Monday 3 Aug.OK I cooperated with them and again i landed on service centre on 3 Aug after getting frustated when they were not recieving my call to get my mobile but this time i again got the same answer that parts had been recieved today and with the commitment that it will be delivered by 6 aug for sure.I was getting so many problems in communication and it affected my daily life but still i cooperated with the service staff.Further this i called the service centre on 6 aug they said " Sir work is in Progress so you can only get your mobile on Saturday".When i got this answer i gave them the warning to escalate this matter to the manager but because on the request of Service guy's i left the matter after getting the commitment of saturday (8th August).

            On today(8th Aug) i called them and asked for the mobile the same excuse i recieved from them that "Parts recieved today" with the commitment of Delivering on Monday.

            The delays from service centre affected my communication and daily life.

            Lastly i am requesting to the Consumer Forum to take strict actions against the Service centre or the Company for their poor services which is affecting the consumers.

            Looking forward for the further actions.

            I've given my phone at service center in Bangalore and its been more than 2 months still i haven't got back my cell Phone.Whenever i call them they say the parts have not yet arrived it'll come next week and already more than 6 weeks have been passed.
            I also spoke to some one by name Amit Gaurav who is south incharge itseems and he is a very irresponsible person always tells a wrong date and when i ask for complaint id he refused to give it to me.I am pissed off with this kind of service

            motorola L9 — Very poor customer service

            Hi,

            I had purchased Motorola L9 set through Hot Spot store in Garia
            (Kolkata) last year on 29th May 2009. From Jan/Feb 2010 i am facing a problem in my set - it is getting autorestarted couple of times in a day. I feel it is a software issue and submitted the set on 13th March with the hot spot store along-with care pack xerox papers which in turn they had taken up with motorola service centre in Kolkata.They had assured that it would be done at the earliest since my profile of work needs to be in touch with colleagues all the time, but enquiring they informed me that it would take 1.5 weeks. I agreed to that, but after that when i checked with them in the 3rd week of march they informed me that they wanted more time since nothing from motorla service centre was informed to them and also the personnel who is in charge was not well and was on leave. Then after enquiring after a few days they said that the mobile would be handed over to me on 3rd April positively understanding the urgency i had but told they cannot handover the set to me before 3rd since they would get the set from service centre at the mentioned date only.

            Now calling them on 3rd i understand that the Motorola service centre people are not getting one of the parts for replacement and delaying the set handover.They now have given me a time for 10th april. I am very very unhappy with the situation and feel that i have made a blunder in purchasing a motorola set since they do not have the ability to repair a minor problem in a set for more than 20 days and are also not providing me a brand new set if they are unable to repair the same.They do not have proper answers to our querries and do not care about the customers. Hope you understand the situation and take proper action so that customers are not neglected otherwise people will loose faith in hot spot centres across India.

              My cell phone is under warranty model no L6i.I had some issue that mobile like sometime it used to switch on n off automatically moving to any menus automatically.hell lot of problem so 15 days back i sended my mobile to service center here in Vashi (vardha electronics)they first were not ready to accept cell phone telling that I dont have the bill.I lost the bill but still on warranty is there on seeing the S/N no .last time also my cell went for service center for replacement that time too i didnt had bill still they accepted and they changed the board(the PROBLEM LAST TIME WAS THE SAME).now they started giving excuses telling that its bcos of moisture .I mean how could it catch moisture.non sense still i accepted it and was ready to pay as need the phone always .It caused me loss of rs1700 bucks as i got temporary new cell phone for temporary use .they didnt bother to call me when today i went there they simply handed over my phone telling nothing cant be done.WHY THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO MATCH THE SERIAL NO WHEN MY CELL PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY WHEN I WEN THIS TIME.WHY THEY GAVE ME CHALAN !!its complete case of Fraud with CONSUMER and they should be Punished.

                this is regarding my motorola mobile model no- e6.i have purchased it from the mobile shop, sapna sangeeta road, indore, mp-452001.i have purchased it on 21/11/2007 after that within 10 day the problem occured, i visited the service center i.e - Redington company ltd, malva tower, old palasiya indore-452001, m.p.the problem got resolved after 2 days again problem occured at jan 08 again i visited the center again after 3 days got resolved then again occured at august got resolved now in september also problem occured this time some big problem and the stock is not avaliable at service center, they told day after tommorow it will get resolved but when i contacted them they said it will take 15-20 days.i dont have another mobile, all contact numbers saved in phonbook so not able to contact people, please help me what can i do...?

They gave back my set after two days and said that the MIC to be replaced and it is out of stock right now. Since then I am asking them regularly and they are asking me to wait for 3-4 days but this is going on for too long. Please tell me weather my set can be repaired or how long it will take.

                        I purchase above mentioned hand set from Solution Infotech, G-15, Ground Floor, Indira Bhawan, Allahabad on 17.07.2007 vide challan no. 9779 dated 17.7.07. the set started giving trouble since April 08. On the screen there was no signal and only emergency services was written. I visited your authorised service centre for many times but everytime i was told by the center people that there is network problem. On 15.07.08 the authorized service centre (M/s Ucom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Situated at Civil Lines Allahabad) has taken my mobile under warranty for repair vide receipt no. 18055. the service returned the set on 21.08.08 saying that the set has been set right but when I inserted my sim card at my home I found that their was the same problem and the mobile was not repaird. Then on 22.08.08 I approached the service centre and they again took my mobile vide receipt no. 39427 for repair under warranty. Then the service centre returned my mobile on 6.09.08 saying that the mobile could not be set right. Under such harassment I am writing this complaint to you with the hope that either my mobile should be set right or should be replaced under warranty.

                          myself shashi.i am just fed up by this Motorola company.it was the biggest mistake of my life to buy my L7.I gave it to Motorola CCS Centre for its service as nothing wrong with my cell but for my satisfaction.it was gone through every check in by executive.then he suddenly opened it up..i just dont have an idea what he did but as he handed over to me it was nothing but a piece of scrap..it was in warranty period..he started making excuses..he kept the set with him and told me to come after a week..when i went to him a week after excuses were same..we dont have spare parts..we already sent a requuest 4 parts..its more than 2 months now but result is same..no listening at all..it was an acute mental torture for me as i am a middle class man.5900 rs set is a big deal to me..please i beg to the higher authorities to take an appropriate step as soon as possible as i cant bear any more of it..please sir..it is surely to be a worst part on your company..your service is a hell to me.i dont want to be remain in that any more

I gave this phone in your service centre in Hisar ( Haryana ) .The serial no. of complaint list is - 463 and work order no. is - 08/00180 . from the last two months this phone is lying on your service center . They are saying that they have sent the mobile in the company but still the results are unsatisfactory. I am facing a lot of problems and if you are not able to solve my problem then what is the use of service centre?

                              I purchased a motorloa mobile last year but with with in a year i have to take my mobile trice in customer care . Now the position is that if i talk for more than 20 min thn battery get discharged. Now the new position is that it is totally stucked . I spent 14000 Rs on it and it is totally waste.

                              I purchaged MotorokerE6 and I had problem that memory card is not locking, and moblile not charging and its struking whenever I want to operate to play video. Within 8 months I taken it for servicing twice and under waranty also Motoassist person is telling it ill be chargable to service at Rajajinagar Bangalore Karanataka India.
                              I purchased a motorola L9 mobile four months back and after 3 months itself getting switched off and switched on. in last mont four times i have given it for service but still the problem is not rectified and motorola service people are speaking irresposibly so my humble request is by mistake also dont purchase Motorala mobiles.

                                In moisture or rainy season it usually go on hanging always, this is regular problem before warrenty period gone end. now it was over the warrenty period (1 year & 5 month). now some time it's keypaid works automatically. after the one paid service they told me that it's internal PCB has been damaged, and it will cost more than the cost of that MOTORIZR Z3 mobile phone. I have perchased this mobile from Milan Infocom, indore (MP).in 13000 Rs/-. please help me butter sollution for this problem.

                                  This is too open the eyes of all related to motorola ...i have a W180 of motorola..within the 6 months of purchase my hand set, it has been repaired for 5 times..parts already changed...headset kit, charger, MOBILE PHONE BOARD.and still i am facing the problems...what i need from motorola is now that please tell me a place where i can dump this handset...the Ucom technologies Bhopal(M.P. India) service center is a 3rd class service center..AND BIGGEST thing which hurts is that Ucom technologies(the bhopal service center) contact number is always engage...DO YOU KNOW WHY...because the receiver is not on the base(even i have a proof)...and the receptionist says phone is engage because of huge number of phone calls...but the real reason is its being done delibarately...W180

                                  I had purchased ZN200 on 27/02/09 from the day of my purchase I am constantly visiting the shop every week from the day of my purchase bcz of the problems that are faced by me.First I faced the problem with its function and updated my software. Then I had an issue regarding the battery backup, sometimes my mobile hangs or restarts often.I am totally disapointed with this. I asked for a replacement too but they doesn't seem to respond to that. I need to ask one thing why you are producing such defective products to the customers which dissatisfies them.Please resolve this problem.

                                  I also had a bitter experience with motorola service centre at Mysore and Bangalore. See the mobile phone of my boss - Motorola V 8 standard RACR model was out of order and approached the Motorola service centre in Mysore . They kept the phone for few days and returned without repairing it saying the spare part was not available. They told the spare part may come in one day or two days or even one month!!! I waited for 15 days but the spare part never came and the comment was same.

                                  I took the Motorola mobile phone to Bangalore and it was told that experts are available in Bangalore to repair the mobile phone. The Motorola service centre in Bangalore also took 4 days to diagnose the fault. They told that they have to sentd the set to Chennai for estimate for repair.


                                  Now you tell me what I have to do . How to get the mobile repaired ? Is it possible to repair the mobile? Are the repair centres discouraging the repair of the set to encourage purchase of new sets.

                                  I know that Motorola is a reputed company. Let the concerned persons take care and open thier eyes of the complaints of customers.

                                  hi guys i hav buy moto zn200 on April 2009. i like that mobile before buying after that i was too disappointed nothing in this mobile and also its automatically restarts and hanging problem also there. i give it to motorola service centre (redington) with in 20 days of buying this mobile. they change the flex cable and give to me i was shocked they scratch my new mobile when i asked them they didnt respond me.                                     The entire episode started after I was getting a problem in charging of my Motorola L9 Mobile phone IMEI No. [protected], the mobile phone was sent for repair at the above mentioned center on 19th of June 2008, after the successful repair another problem occurred immediately which was that the memory card was not showing contents. This new problem was reported within one week, upon which the service center people told that a part will have to be replaced and the same will be available in one week but the part arrived in the second week.


                                    Now after the replacement of the part the initial problem that is problem in charging arose once again upon which the service center people told me to call up in the evening before 6 PM and collect the phone, later in the evening when I tried to reach them around 4 PM the phone went unanswered even after repeated attempts, so I went personally to the service center to get the update on my phone but the shutter was half down and upon knocking on the shutter for 10-15 minutes finally they opened it just to inform me that the center was on half day due to a mail notification from the head office stating that Saturday is half day. Now this is totally irresponsible on their behalf that they tell the customer to call up in the evening and close the office even without notifying the customer. Later when I asked about my mobile phone she took around 60 minutes with the engineer to bring back the phone.
                                    After checking that the reported problem has been solved I took my phone and went home just to find another problem which is that I'm unable to hear ring tone when make calls and neither hear the voice of the person on the other side unless the call is not on speaker phone

                                    I send 4-5 emails to Redington. But they donot respond any satisfactory response. I Demand an explanation for this kind of non professional conduct on part of Redington (India) Limited. Failing which I'll have to take some other means of action against Redington.

                                      Compaint : Now its touch screen is not working. We sent it to the service centre of Motorola
                                      in Lucknow for repairs, they told that it will not be covered in warranty because it
                                      is a physical damage. we told them that please give us in writing but they are not
                                      ready to give in writing that it is a physical damage. According to us it is not a
                                      physical damage because all the calls we can receive, all the buttons on mobile
                                      are working fine except its touch screen. No physical breakrage or damage is
                                      there on the mobile.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am severly displeased while lodging compaint regarding the service provided by Motorola Service center .
                                      Firstly I had a problem o[censored]SB connection and of being hanged in Motorokr E 6 mobile.I was called after 3 days.But they told that board is not available and asked to come after three days.Amidst I had talked to customer care of motorola, and when I went after 7 days they changed the board.But new problem arose after changing the board of call drop, phone switch off and charging problem .Again they called to me to change the board and changed after 3 days .Now aforesaid problem resolved but new problem has been found again .Now problem is that card reader are not able to read the memory card and Ear phone socket is not working also .
                                      Now I am very much disappointed by repeatedly going to service center as well as service of mobile . In my hectic office schedule how it could be possible to visit repeatedly.My work is getting effecting heavily.
                                      I have dispaired so much from their service, so I request you to have a look on my problem and guide me through the same.

                                        I bought a motorola handset Motorazer-II (V8) in January 2008.
                                        20 days back that is around 18th of july, its display suddenly disappeared and there was no light on the screen.

                                        I went to the Motorola Repair Centre at Ghaziabad (UCOM Technologies, RDC, Raj Nagar).They took my handset and said that handset will go to the company for repair and that they will inform me about the status within 5 days.

                                        After 5 days when they didn't call me, i called them up to inquire about the status of the handset.They people said and ask after 2 days.I called them after 2 days than they said ask after 3 days.I visited their place after three days than they said that handset is with us and u take it from us after 15 days as someone has taken that handset with him.

                                        I complained this issue to motorola customer care and they said that they will call me back next day.But as of now i have not received any response.
                                        Now, i want to file a case against them.Please advice how can i sue them.

                                        Not Repairing the handset Properly

                                        I bought a Motorola handset L9 on 02nd, July 2008 against Retail Invoice No. AW-3048 from Anmol Watches, Chandigarh. Its EMI number is [protected].

                                        18 days back i.e. on 09th of May, its starts giving problem like auto operate. I was not able either to make any call or receive. Without pressing any key software was auto operating.

                                        I went to the Motorola Repair Centre at Chandigarh (Reddington Services, Sec-20D, Chandigarh).They took my handset against work order no. 1425 dated 09/05/2009 and said that handset will go to the company for repair and that they will inform me about the status within 15-20 days.

                                        After 15 days when they didn't call me, i called them up to inquire about the status of the handset. They people said that ask after 2 days. I called them after 2 days than they said that ask after 2 days more. Then I called the Motorola Customer Support directly to Mr. Sabharwal then he told me that he will tell me the status within 48 hours but till date I haven’t received any call from him. Then after 2 days I called again Customer Support Mr. Sudesh, he told me that within a week you will receive your handset. Side by side I also made calls to Reddington service, Chandigarh for the status of the handset but they people always taking me in loop and didn’t give any positive response. Then I lodge a complaint against Reddington to Motorola Customer Support for their bad service and misbehaving with customer but you people also don’t take any action against them. Then I received a call from Reddington, Chandigarh on 25/05/2009 that my handset got repaired now I can collect. I visited their place and collected my handset. At that time handset was working properly for 10-15 min. Then I came back to my home. When I started to make a call to my friend then it starts giving same problem as earlier (Auto Operate).

                                        I complained this issue to Motorola customer care to Mr. Shashank and requested for replacement and he told me that he is requesting the concerned department for my handset replacement.

                                        Kindly replace my handset as its not possible for me to wait for more 20-25 days to get it repaired. As I am in marketing field so I can’t work without mobile. This is my request to kindly replace my handset as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will drag your authorized service center in Chandigarh to Consumer for harassment given to me. I wasted my lot of money on phone calls and petrol to visit their office many times. It was such a big harassment I have ever faced. Your service is very poor as compared to Nokia. Nokia is the BEST!!!

                                        I have a mobile of Moto razr v8 2gb, purchased date is 17 oct. 08, face problem related to battery, complaint in motorola mobile authorised service centre, (Lovely enterprises) Jodhpur (Rajasthan) on 13 oct. 09, i was received a new battery from service centre on 23 oct. 09, same day battery is working due to same was charged, After next day mobile not take to charge that time i am busy in my job, due to month closing and work pressure is very high so i was not able to go service centre, Today ( 02 nov. 09) going to service centre (Lovely enterprises) meet with Manpreet singh director of Lovely enterprises he not ready to change battery due to he was consider out warrenty he said to me that we mail to redington service than we will confirm you.



                                        It's my humble request to motorola to solve my problem.
