I 've purchasd a motorola
W230(IMEI [protected]) on 09 oct from a dealer in Ambala Cantt.. but till date
i am not able to use that mobile, because of the delaer and
Service center people. within few hours, after purchasing the H/s
I had to visit the dealer shop to change the data cable with the H/s.
And the dealer response was so cheap that it was shock to me. i've
purchase a mobile and the same dealer even forget about the H/s he sold.
But after few arguments with me he agreed to give another data cable.
He told me that theirs duty to sell only and they don't have any concern
after that. And the next morning on 10 Oct, I visited Service center in
Ambala Cantt at 9.30 AM. But the office opened at 10.30 AM. And receptionist
didn't even registred my complaint but told me that Engineer of Service center
is on leave tody and even switched off his mobile. An on 11 Oct
the mobile charger stopped working. when I again visited the dealer
on 12 oct he argued to me that I should go to Service Center. But it was
sunday and gave me some local
charger for time being. But now the charger is also not working.
what should I do.I even start thinking to sell this mobile in loss
and to buy another company mobile. I

I bought a W230 from Bangalore Big Bazzar 2 months back and it is not getting charged. When I use the battery on some other device the battery is getting charged there. So it is the fault of W230 what I purchased. I called many times to the warranty Toll free contact but not reachable.
Any suggestions how to come out of this issue?

    Motorola India Limited,
    Dear sir,
    I had purchased one W375/[protected], hand set on 24.03.2007 from M/s Atlas Radio Traders (Mumbai). During and after November 2007 the set started giving some trouble, as at times, it will get switched off itself automatically. But it could be switched on again. When problem started persisting, I had contacted your service centre M/s Redington India P Ltd, 102-103, Arenja Arcade, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400 703. They informed that there is some problem with Software and solved the problem. After two/ three months the problem recurred again, M/sRedington India P Ltd, were contacted again and they set the problem. But during March 2008, the phone again got switched off and even after my best efforts didn’t switch on.

    Thereafter, when I went to M/s Redington India P Ltd, I found that the office has been closed. During July, 2008 I went to the shop, from where I had purchased the phone. They informed that some new Service Centre has come up in Vashi, New Bombay. After a great difficulty it could be located. On 13.08.2008, I delivered the phone at the Service Centre Varad Electronics, F-1/7, Shop#28, Gyandeep CHS, Sector-3/4, Sagar Vihar Road. During September 2008, when I contacted them they informed that the Phone is totally dead and nothing can be done as warranty period has expired.

    Here I would like to inform you that the phone had started giving trouble hardly after six months of purchase i.e. during Warranty period itself. When i raised this point with the lady sitting on the counter, she refused to listen and bluntly said that they are not responsible, if M/s Redington India P Ltd, has not attended the complaint correctly.

    I shall request you to kindly look into the matter, what best can be done in the matter.

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased my motorola v3i chrome w number[protected] from Gulf oasis Electronics co. (L.L.C.) Lulu Hyper market, Ghusais Dubai- UAE I was using this phone in India Mandawa, Jhunjhunu (rajasthan) India yesterday during my travel to jhunjhunu by a public bus somebody stolen from my shirt pocket. my phone no. is [protected], Kindly let me know how can I find my phone or trace my phone if he is using with other number. I love my phone very much plz. help me.
    My phone volume button stopped working after 4 days and customer service people are saying it is physical damage.
    On phone there is no sighn of any phycical damage but without any reason they say it is physical damage. I am really fed up with these customer care pepole.

      Sir, my Motorola MOTO ROKER Z6 have some problem, so i gave it to our local authorized cervice center located at Alleppey, Kerala State, name of the center is M/s ATLANTA Computers, Alleppey Kerala, (my hand set is now in the warranty period), but they are very indifferent to me, they have not yest repaired and not even agreeing a favorable date to me too. and its already 2 months over, My complaint is against the service center. Please do the needful and take action to get me back my hand set. my phone's IMEI no. is [protected]

        I bought a Motorola cell and it stopped working within 3 months. And i had given it for service. i was informed that the motherboard needs to be repaired. when i got it back, it was in a locked status. so i again contacted the service center and i was told that only Airtel GID sim can be used in this phone. I was using vodaphone sim when bought it and neither I am informed about it also by the shop. Even the manual or the cover does not give any information with regard to this fact. I was also told to contact the shop by the service center. When i contacted the them they told me to give Rs250 to unlock it.

        Motorola — Cheating Customers

        i purchased a Motorola L9 Handset, after few months the 9 key of key stopped functioning. i took this to the Shop from where i purchased the same. the told that it will take few days to rapair and kept my handset with them. they made me walk for several days to reply how long they will take to rapair it and finally they tlod me that they have sent it to Chennai for rapairing. i got it after two months, but i noticed that they Key Pad was repaired but it could neither receive nor dial any other number. i informed they and they kept it back for repair. Again after a long time they informed me that they are unable to repair the problem. I am puzzled what to do.

        Motorola — Cheating their Customers

        I am using a Moto Rokr E6 mobile phone few months back I went to the authorized service centre of Motorola regarding my mobile was not charging, without even cheking anything they just took my mobile for reparing even when I was forcing them to check my charger. When they returned my mobile still the problem remains then they told me that its your charger is faulty. From that day onwards I am facing problems in my mobile regularly. They dont even reply to my mails now. Its a pure case of cheating. I have also mailed them regarding the consumer forum still no response. Please take some hard steps against them so that they should know what is Consumer Forum...
        the lucknow aliganj service center is not returning my own moto yuwa w 270 phone they are saying that it is lost..how shameful it is for the company..

        hi handphone fair in sac mall malaysia... what does hp fair means if they give me cheaper price but i buy original without usb NOT INCLUDED and headset NOT INCLUDED... wat is this ...if i want it i must pay extra 25 for headset and must also buy the usb wayer...this is cheating...
        you r unlucky.i m very happy with my Motorola l9.I also faced problem with mu mobile.But i sent it to Motorola customer care.after 3 days they repair my set as new.Not only they repair it but also they give me the latest software.So i am very pleased with there service.
        Well, all handphone fair is cheating they customer ! they try to blind the consumer with the 70percent discount or other promotion . my friend bought a china iphone thats exactly look like the original iphone. the seller told him that is a APPLE iphone 3G. its consider cheating. my friend bought it for 1499... buy a CHINA iphone with this price. What to do ? They are non stop making handphone fair to cheat consumer but government do not take any action !!

          Motorola cellphone service in India is very very poor. The srvice people are kind of shameless people. i bought MotorKRZR-K1 on 7 Nov, 07 and just after one month bluetooth stopped working. i deposited my handset at Ranchi motorola service centre(UCOM TECHNOLOGIES, Ranchi- Work order no. 15064) on 28 June 08. I was promised that the problem would be fixed in 1 week. However after 30 days with lot of following up a stand-by set was given. This standby set itself is faulty and its speaker volume is very low and cannot be used for regular usage. From now on whenever i call them to ask about the status, they simply say that ask after two days or three days. They even say that the spare parts of this model is not available hence cannot be repaired. If that is the case, they should replace the phone. It is almost going to be 2 months and there is no hope.           dear sir,
          i purchase moto ZN200 on 30.oct.08, but after fifteen days the set was not working in process i have to complain on that store"hotspots retail.ltd" with in three days, set was hang go back to store but the executive told me your set send to service cenre.
          after five went to that store then the exicutive told plz submite your set for ten days after ten you get the new set from the "hotspot" store till now i got no response from the "hotspot"

          motorola cellphone ZN200 — complaint against bad service

          mane apna phone Motorola ZN200 (IMEI no[protected].11.08 me purchase kiya tha .first 2 month i am full satisfy but now last 1 months i have faced problem.So mene guwahati ke Motorola Service center (REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED) pe 2.2.09 ko jake mobile dekhaia aur moble ko service ke lie dia.After 10 days mene unke sath contect kia to unohone muje 13.02.08 ko bulaia aur kaha ki apka mobile ready hai. Jab me gaya unlogo ne bola ki mobile thik nehi hoa he ape 10days bad aia.For this I have faced many problem. So till date what can i do ?

          motorola / E-8 — hanging problem & ringer problem

          Not Repairing for last 3 months

          Some prob occured in the phone suddenly after purchasing of 10 days. The phone got swtiched off and on putting it on the phone just vibrates.It was given for repair to the authorised service centre in kanpur at motijheel.. After keeping it for 3 month they not returned it back ans says when it ll be repaired it will hand over to you but i now become insane and now m desided to go on consumer forum ,if i dont get back witin 10 days.

            I have purchased a L9 model mobile of Motorola at M/s. Vasavi Communications, Borabanda, Hyderabad on 14.01.2008. I have handed over the same to the authorities of Motorola service centre of M/s. REDINGTON (India) Limited, Spmajiguda, Hyderabad on 19.09.2008 for rectification of muting of mobile and speaker problem with work order No.01903. Even on elapse of two weeks, they have not yet repaired the same till date. They are going on telling like "It will be handed over tomorrow/day after tomorrow".

            In view of the above, I am of the opinion that the purpose of having/purchasing of a mobile has been defeated.

            Hence, I request your goodself to do the needful to rectify the above said problem.

            I think it is not a good buisiness practice to keep the mobile such a longer duration in metropolitan cities just for the sake of rectification of minor problems while in waranty period itself.

              On 04.10.08 I ahve purchased New Motorola A810 Mobile from Century Telcom - Pondicherry, When i was tried to install Mobile support CD, Half the stage of installation system asked " Your mobile required next version ", Also it is asked to Version update ikon. But i dont have internet connection, So need to new updated verion CD .

              Motorola — SOFTWARE

              I have Motorola KRZR K1, it has a software problem.
              its time gets reset everytime even though it is set on desired time it changes automatically in some time.
              The other problem is it gets restarted automatically.
              And when it gets restarted it switches on in Aeroplane mode.
              I have an internet connection...
              But still then the software is not able to update itself
              same problem here. the software Phone Tools 5.0 doesn't support A810. Even their international support website says so. Why the hell they are giving this CD to us.
              I HAVE PURCHASED MOTOROLA A 810 MOBILE BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT PHONE WITH MY P.C

              First don't connect your phone with PC. Now Install the CD by clicking Next Next, Skip registration (Click on register later) skip version update (Click on Cancel).
              After finishing the installation launch the motorola tools bar from your desktop.
              Select Default Profile and select your connection type Cable or Bluetooth.
              After that you need to activate your phone as a modem from PCsync (Its an Icon placed on your Phone menu).
              this phone is such a and is no way worth buying...the only feature which i found quite satisfactory is its display thats it
              its software does not support it---it asks for a higher version which is not available with motorola..(i guess)
              its camera quality is very 3rd class even a vga camera of nokia 6600 gives a better coloured picture
              sepia effect available in camera will turn every thing yellow --- so i guess they dont know what sepia effect is
              i just dont use its camera now, sometimes i even forget that it actually have a camera
              no themes available
              no games
              volume is not so satisfactory in comparison of other phones of same or less range (price)
              no speaker mode for radio
              overall its just waste of money...thats all

              i dont know why the hell motorola is giving the CD when the supported software is not there even the motorola support dont know about it they are not able to tell that is it the new OS or the old one!
              thought the touchscreen works really fine the software is a real problem maker.
              it cannot search files(music, photos etc) by names or alphabets.
              there is no java app which can access its memory card, even not its own.
              And motorola has no plan to launch update in the near future!
              do anybody know software developer who can fix this even the guys at modmymoto could not do it because they do not have the source code!

              Hi Guys….I found the Gprs Settings for A810(Aircel)…First Please go to the setup and select DataNetwork..Then select a new profile and Profile name Is AO(Capital Important) and then Set the Wap(Main Gateway And Port is 0.0.0.0 and 0 respectivly).And Select Gprs settings then set the Access Point Name as like “aircelgprs.pr” (All in Small letter & avoid the inverted Commas.Please Dont change anything in Gateway..Keep like 0.0.0.0 and port as 0.Then selsct the Homepage Settings And set like “http://aircelthrills/operator/aircelwap”(type same like this without inverted commas)…Then switch off and remove the sim foe 1 min then turn on…Definately It ll work….If not so mail to my id….

              Motorola A810 — Motorola should go out from INDIA (Do or Die)

              I purchased Motorola mobile model of A810, I Bought in the month of March2009, That day itself i got very lower volume of MP3 player and very poor of Camara quality also. It is a 2MP Camara but the image size will come only less than 200kb.
              I gave my mobile on 6th Aug 2009 to motorola service station at chennai(Redington India Limited). They accepted my compliant and i got the acknowledgement also. They told me to come on 14th Aug 2009, I went there but they told me, you come on 17th Aug 2009 and they have signed me to deliver on that day. Due to my official work i went back to 18th Aug 2009. They again said some reason to me, and said you come on 29th Aug 2009.
              I didn't accept that and i shouted them. Then immedietely they gave my mobile with out doing any work. They gave my mobile in the same condition before i gave to them. The concerned irresponsible persons names are C.BASKARAN, Rajasekaran and Nagendran REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 16A and B, Wellington Estate, New no 53, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai - 6000105 . After seeing my compliant whether motorola will take action are not?
              I suggested all Friends DONT BUY ANY MOTOROLA PRODUCTS.

              i have had this phone for a yar now, and i just downloaded the motorola phone tools v 5.1.3b which is in spanish using ares. so give it a try. i have one problem, i cant install themes, does anyone knows how to to this.

                with a comlaint of Automatic On/Off problem.
                Mobile deposited in Ucom Technologies Pyt Ltd Bhopal service centre on 7/7/08.
                As per information the centre send this mobile to Delhi on 8/7/08 to solve the problem.
                Today on 19/07/08 I, visited the service centre they unable to give me the status of my Mobile.

                  I bought one motorola w270 set on 25.06.08.After less than two months earphone was not working then on 20/08/2008 WORK ORDER NO - 6991 i submitted my mobile to the service center and they told me there is problem with the port of the mobile and according to them i submitted my handset and the earphone and know the traumatic story began, they use to call me after 5 days or 7 days on every call and it was around 15 times that i went there and often i saw some face to be a regular visitor of that service center but i think they all too would be thinking the same about me, well the first part ended on 15/09/2008 according to them they replaced my earphone with a latest earphone as per the company policy they told me but i think they just substituted with a low quality earphone having sound volume lower than before, but afterall i took my mobile and the hitech earphone.on arriving my home i made a call with about full charged battery and the mobile got discharged in my hand within 10 minutes and it became very hot, and it was not charging, again i went for the second story, they picked the battery out and saw a memory card of some other brand they told me the memory card is having heating problem and they picked it out and they charged it for 20 min without memory card and the mobile was having charge indicator showing only red no green line, they told due to disturbance it couldn, t be possible to charge it continuosly over there and it was not heated due to chilled ac, they can convince you very good, ireturned my home and i sawthe mobile is not working taking no start i submitted it on next day on 18/9/08 work order 8362 and from then i am continuosly called to come after 2 days, 5days and so on and today its 05/09/08 and the story is same neither they are solving my problem nor they are returning my mobile, but i would say its a great experience with motorola and the rest is in your hand,

                  this is to inform you that i bought a Motorola KRZR k1 mobile onJun 07 and immediately after a year the cover of the mobile started peeling off and is giving a very bad look.

                  I bought one motorola L9 mobile. after 2 months got a problem in mobile.. i submitted my mobile with my original charger and ear phone on 05/03/09 work order no 08/08623.. they told me to call them after 2days. after 2days i visited them directly.they told it ll take time to clear ur problem in mobile. again they told me to call after 10 days. after that also i visited them diractly and they told again we didin get ur mobile from our office so call us after 2days we'll tell u..like tat it was gone.. finally i got my mobile on 27/03/09.. they gave my mobile with DUPLICATE CHARGER instead of my original charger. So u should know about the MOTOROLA SERVICE canter in coimbatore.

                      I bought a Motorola Motorazr v8 last year in december. Within just a few days the flip started getting stuck. Eventually something started going wrong with the software and the graphics also. The camera is blurred. Messages get deleted automatically. I press something and something else pops up.
                      I took my Phone to a motorola service center is Sector 18 Noida. They told me that they would not repair the outer body of it and it is not covered in warranty. They kept it to repair the other things. Next day I get a call from them that the moisture level in the phone is too high and is not covered in warranty. The phone has never been dropped or gotten wet even once.
                      Anyway I went to collect it and firstly the treatment by the staff was extremely rude. They refused to return it saying the shop is closed. When I finally got it from them they had scratched the phone from the flip. They refused to own it. I was so put off I took my phone and came out. Realizing I had left my receipt with them i went back in within 2 minutes. They could not find it.Finally the person gets it and its all put together with tape.
                      The manager of the showroom was extremely rude and refused to agree to his and his staffs mistakes.
                      I am not left with a phone in warranty which started troubling within days of getting it. And is in worse condition because of the service center people.
                      IF nothing is covered in warranty then what is warranty for ? What do I do?

                        I purchased the mobile set 'Motorola C168' on 23.10.06, but I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer', 6/7, Rabindra AVenue, Malda on 26.09.07due to display problem.The service centre refused to entertain warranty saying, water leaked into the set and on 20.12.07 they charged Rs 650/ for repair and returned the set after repair.
                        Unfortunately, I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer' again on 30.06.08 as the set turned off .After several phone calls and visits to the service centre, they returned my set saying, the set is irrepairable/uneconomical to repair.
                        I just want to ask Motorola that whether this is the reality and reliability of your product and the service centre is only interested to extract money from customer.

                          I am totally dissatisfied with your motorola service centre located in
                          khade bazar at belgaum. I went to service centre with the speaker
                          problem for my handset v3i on 10th setember 2008. The response from
                          Prasad pednekar ASC Incharge of this service centre is same till today
                          he use to send me back by telling that spare is not available with him
                          to repair my cell and he is not receiving it from bangalore.
                          I am angry with ur service and made my brother to purchase sony
                          ericsson handset where in he is interested to buy motorola handset.
                          Now i am having only hope with you people so try to make me feel
                          happy wuth your service or else i dont allow any of my contacts to buy
                          moto handsets due to poor service.

I am getting avery poor battery backup of 10-20hours .They offered me a battery backup of 2days.I went to motorola service centre . they change the battery, but the problem is not solved yet .

                          I am not at all happy with the motorla service center guys. The problem is with the low battery back up of my motorola v3i Razor. i went to the service center of the motorola in lajpatnagar (delhi) and informed them the same. Without diagnosing the guy, very smartly said that the problem is with the battery backup and the battery is gone bad as its been a year, so you simply need to change the battery and get the new one it would definately resolve the issue. May be their was the problem with the charges too so he took my battery and charger and gave me the new battery and charger fot that i paid Rs 1350/. i came back home and fully charges the cell around 9:30 in the night and didn't made any call or receive any, when i wake up in the morning around 4:50, the cell was beeping due to low battery. It was so frustating, that after paying that much amount it doesn't resolved the issue.
                          Again after 2 days i went to the service center and informed him about the same and they said that we will send it for diagnostics and for that i need topay 150 i did that.. after waiting for around 10 days they called me back to get the call and they says that the problem was with the motherbord they fixed that and again took Rs 1450/ for that. i dis that. Now the moment i pluggged in the the charger got an error messgage that "Not charging". tried that for 4 time then it took it. Chrged it the whole night but in the morning it started responding the same manner without any betterment, again i went to the` service center
                          they took it for 2 days and said that they were using it and its absolutely fine now.
                          But still it is not working and i am pissed of that. Don't even have that much time to spend in their service center. This is PATHATIC.

                            But from the past few days i m having a problem with this set.the phone stops detecting the extarnal memory card.it gives a message-system error frequently.but when i restart the phone, it starts working smoothly.

                            Due to this problem i went to Motorola service centre, at "Surya Business Pvt ltd, 9A Kyd Street, Ground Floor, kolkata, India"
                            on 25/09/2008.
                            i told my problem to the person in charge(dont know his name).he just avoided me by telling that "we can look into the problem but it will take 8 to 10 days...no no 15 to 20 days...actually we dont have the parts.actully in festive week we cant tell you the exact time tthat will take to solve the problem."

                            as i use cell phone i cant effort to give my phone for service to such a long period.

                            now rest is upto you.you can find lots of complaints like this.you are a good brand after nokia. if you are trying to achive the trust of the people then you must have a well equipt service center, the best servicing and most importantly well behaved and caring people in your service center.

After two months of purchase date the sadi set has developed problem like short battery life, on and off blank display. The problem was reported to Virmani Telecom and I was directed by Virmani Telecom to contact Redington India Limited No 10 Ground Floor Tilak Complex Tilak Road Dehradun Uttarakhand. As a customer I am sorry to inform you that the said set has been given to service centre five time in last couple of months but the problem has not been rectified

After 7 days when i called them they told that the headphone has been repaired and is available there, but whene i went there they told me that no such headphone has been repaired. This was repeated for several times. When I asked them about this type of behaviour, they told me that it may take another 4 days or more.
                            Please have a look on this matter, because this is just hampering the reputation of the company.

                            motorola L9 — Disgusting after sales service

                            I bought a Motorola L9 from the Mobile Store in Annanagar, Chennai in April 2008. Within 6 months, the screen started to 'white-out', and I had to restart the phone each time, to get it to work at least for a few seconds. When I contacted the Mobile store, I was directed to a Moto store. They, in turn, sent me to the Redington service centre opposite Ethiraj College. I was made to wait for 1 hour before they examined my phone. Then it was declared to be a problem with the board, which was to take 7 to 10 working days. It took them a whole month(all the while with me calling twice a week) to return the phone with, in their own words, "the keyboard changed, along with the board also". I started facing the exact same problem within a month and I went back to the service centre. There I was told the board hadn't been replaced, just serviced, and told to come back for the fixed phone in 3 days. I went there today, and was told, "how can anyone tell you to come for the phone in 3 days? It'll take 7 to 10 working days. We'll call you once your phone comes back". I hope a solution will be found before my warranty expires in March. Even then, I'll never recommend anyone to buy a Motorola ever again. The after-sales service is slow, incompetent and totally inefficient.
                            I have a Motorazr V3i. For a couple of weeks it was having a peculiar problem - when the flip is closed, nobody can call into that number - it would say 'Not reachable'.
                            I gave it to the nearest motorola service center( Shibpur, Howrah) and after 2 weeks it got rectified with a service fee of 1500/-. Then soon, the problem reappeared again.
                            I gave it to the service center again and then nearly one and half months have passed. I call up the center nearly every alternate day or so, and every time they reply saying 'It will be done in the afternoon / will be done tomorrow'.
                            I am now seriously suspecting they are not doing anything at all. Even today they said the 'spare hasn't come'...when I crossed saying only yesterday they had said that the spare had already reached, they said 'yes, spare has reached but the person who fixes the problems hasn't come today'.
                            I am extremely frustrated with the service. Would appreciate a very quick response about this.

                            i have given my motorola L9 for repair at moto auotherised service centre Ucom Technologies Pvt Ltd (M/s, mDR service india pvt ltd, no1/19, 1st floor, katpadi road, thottapalayam, vellore-632001 ph:[protected] reporting probvlem Mic & Earpiece not working on[protected] they told they have to sent it to chennai repair centre for replacing IC and it will take 10 days... but unfortunately still i am getting the same reply that tehy have not received my phone after repair as IC is not in stock if you dont have spare parts stock then replace with new set for your mistake WHY CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER. i cant give my phone for such a long time as per today[protected] it was more than 40 days... concern person look into this and take a action immedaitely otherwise you will be loose your valued customer due to your POOR & DELAY RESPONSE.

                            I purchased a Motorola L9 handset in April '08. It is still in warranty period.But till date I have been suffered a lot for this handset.It has already been repaired 2/3 times. But still it is creating problem. The service centres are not helpful atall. Those people always ignored the customers.I stay in Kolkata.I wrote so many emails to the service centres.But they did not pay any attention.

                            Motorola has the POOREST after sale service support even for the handset which is under warranty period. The experience with motorola & its service centres is really pathetic and causing mental harassment and wastage of time.

                            Motorola is not even willing to replace the hadset knowing that its been already submitted four times to service centres but received back unrepaired.

                            In my opinion, this company should not be allowed to sell its products in the cities where it is not able to provide after sales support to customers.

                            Third time again given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Feb.12, 2009.Received back UNREPAIRED on Feb.25, 2009(after 14 days).

                            Fourth time again given for Repair to AHD Communications, Amritsar on Feb.26, 2009. Till date the device is with them and unable to tell its status.


                            For last three months i don't have my mobile phone with me and i am not able to use my phone number/SIM.

                            Now i have thought of taking legal steps against this company.
                            I HAVE PURCHASED A MOTOROKR EM30 on nov 2008 .and after a few months my handset got hanged frequently.i gave it to the service center and they repaired my handset after 15 days but after receiving the handset i found that side keylock was damaged and i now i have to apply to lot of pressure for its functioning.The service center people are not able to repair it properly and they are saying that it cant be repaired, , , , i have also mailed to the customer service department but no one has yet responded...concern person look into this and take a action immedaitely otherwise you will be loose your valued customer due to your POOR & DELAY RESPONSE.

                            I'm Annesha Bhattacharya, I purchased my MOTOROLA L9 phone in last year middle of July from Sk. Mumtazzuddin, Kolkata.It was running very smoothly, but for few days I faced a critical problem.My handset operate commands automatically, it showed unlock, ok options automatically, t take the voice call and sound "say command " whenever i touched the red button, and when it stop, on the screen it shows "unlock code ".When I switched off the phone and then on it, it shows " busy, try again later ".I can't tollerate this problem anymore.As I'm a working person I need this phone in everymoment.So if you people help me out of this problem, i'l be thankfull.Because within warranty period i couldn't expect this from a reputed brand like you.I need the solution now.

                            motorola L9 — Non receipt of Mobile

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased Motorola L9 on March 14th 2009 along with warranty of one year.

                            On 5th May 2009 it was not switching ON, then I gave the mobile to the authorised service centre of Motorola at coimbatore On 6th May 2009. They took the hand set for repairing as it was not having any water loging complaint .

                            Work Order Date: 06/05/2009 10:20:00 hrs, When ever I call, Harshly they reply that they are waiting for the spare.

                            Then on 4th may I called Motorola customer care, they convinced me and promised that they will contact me soon.

                            Almost waited for one month, But till now nobody turned back. I'm totally upset on their reply.(Same reply from the repairing centre)

                            Please help me to get my handset back in good condition.

                            Motorola Cellphone (L 9 Model cell) — Service Centre

                            Last 1 month back my cellphone screen got Dim And the power of battery gone low with some sound & network problems. Further to this on 25th of july i reached to the Motorola service centre which is lying in jaipur in the mentioned address that is Redington India Ltd F-46-B First Floor Ramesh Marg C-Scheme-Jaipur. Tel[protected].Service staff taken my mobile back with the commitment that it will be repaired last by 1 week (31-July) but when i reached there on aforesaid date to get my mobile back they said "Sir the parts gets recieved yesterday u take your mobile on Monday 3 Aug.OK I cooperated with them and again i landed on service centre on 3 Aug after getting frustated when they were not recieving my call to get my mobile but this time i again got the same answer that parts had been recieved today and with the commitment that it will be delivered by 6 aug for sure.I was getting so many problems in communication and it affected my daily life but still i cooperated with the service staff.Further this i called the service centre on 6 aug they said " Sir work is in Progress so you can only get your mobile on Saturday".When i got this answer i gave them the warning to escalate this matter to the manager but because on the request of Service guy's i left the matter after getting the commitment of saturday (8th August).

                            On today(8th Aug) i called them and asked for the mobile the same excuse i recieved from them that "Parts recieved today" with the commitment of Delivering on Monday.

                            The delays from service centre affected my communication and daily life.

                            Lastly i am requesting to the Consumer Forum to take strict actions against the Service centre or the Company for their poor services which is affecting the consumers.

                            Looking forward for the further actions.

                            I've given my phone at service center in Bangalore and its been more than 2 months still i haven't got back my cell Phone.Whenever i call them they say the parts have not yet arrived it'll come next week and already more than 6 weeks have been passed.
                            I also spoke to some one by name Amit Gaurav who is south incharge itseems and he is a very irresponsible person always tells a wrong date and when i ask for complaint id he refused to give it to me.I am pissed off with this kind of service

                            I would be really glad if this feedback reaches to the Motorola head to improve their service and have some responsible person's in the organisation for company's benefit.

                            motorola L9 — Very poor customer service

                            Hi,

                            I had purchased Motorola L9 set through Hot Spot store in Garia
                            (Kolkata) last year on 29th May 2009. From Jan/Feb 2010 i am facing a problem in my set - it is getting autorestarted couple of times in a day. I feel it is a software issue and submitted the set on 13th March with the hot spot store along-with care pack xerox papers which in turn they had taken up with motorola service centre in Kolkata.They had assured that it would be done at the earliest since my profile of work needs to be in touch with colleagues all the time, but enquiring they informed me that it would take 1.5 weeks. I agreed to that, but after that when i checked with them in the 3rd week of march they informed me that they wanted more time since nothing from motorla service centre was informed to them and also the personnel who is in charge was not well and was on leave. Then after enquiring after a few days they said that the mobile would be handed over to me on 3rd April positively understanding the urgency i had but told they cannot handover the set to me before 3rd since they would get the set from service centre at the mentioned date only.

                            Now calling them on 3rd i understand that the Motorola service centre people are not getting one of the parts for replacement and delaying the set handover.They now have given me a time for 10th april. I am very very unhappy with the situation and feel that i have made a blunder in purchasing a motorola set since they do not have the ability to repair a minor problem in a set for more than 20 days and are also not providing me a brand new set if they are unable to repair the same.They do not have proper answers to our querries and do not care about the customers. Hope you understand the situation and take proper action so that customers are not neglected otherwise people will loose faith in hot spot centres across India.

                              My cell phone is under warranty model no L6i.I had some issue that mobile like sometime it used to switch on n off automatically moving to any menus automatically.hell lot of problem so 15 days back i sended my mobile to service center here in Vashi (vardha electronics)they first were not ready to accept cell phone telling that I dont have the bill.I lost the bill but still on warranty is there on seeing the S/N no .last time also my cell went for service center for replacement that time too i didnt had bill still they accepted and they changed the board(the PROBLEM LAST TIME WAS THE SAME).now they started giving excuses telling that its bcos of moisture .I mean how could it catch moisture.non sense still i accepted it and was ready to pay as need the phone always .It caused me loss of rs1700 bucks as i got temporary new cell phone for temporary use .they didnt bother to call me when today i went there they simply handed over my phone telling nothing cant be done.WHY THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO MATCH THE SERIAL NO WHEN MY CELL PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY WHEN I WEN THIS TIME.WHY THEY GAVE ME CHALAN !!its complete case of Fraud with CONSUMER and they should be Punished.

                                this is regarding my motorola mobile model no- e6.i have purchased it from the mobile shop, sapna sangeeta road, indore, mp-452001.i have purchased it on 21/11/2007 after that within 10 day the problem occured, i visited the service center i.e - Redington company ltd, malva tower, old palasiya indore-452001, m.p.the problem got resolved after 2 days again problem occured at jan 08 again i visited the center again after 3 days got resolved then again occured at august got resolved now in september also problem occured this time some big problem and the stock is not avaliable at service center, they told day after tommorow it will get resolved but when i contacted them they said it will take 15-20 days.i dont have another mobile, all contact numbers saved in phonbook so not able to contact people, please help me what can i do...?

                                  bought motorola e8 mobile phone on 20.8.2008 for rs.12500 keypad lights were not working i went to customer service center in jalandhar on 6.9.2008 they told me to to come back after 7 days no response after 7 days then after 10 days i recieved the phone keypad light were working fine but the cuesor stopped working and the customer excecutive were really rude to me my headset (handfree) were not working from the day i purchased the phone i made them to replace it they and replacing my handfree but are giving me back some other model handfree and saying that this is available if you want it then take it otherwise no handsfree availablei am facing harrasment for last 20 to 30 days since i have bought this mobile phone(e8( plese look into the matter or i will have to move to the consumer court i want my mobile to be replaced i will not take back the tempered phone what is the use of buying a new phone i[censored] cannot use it for 30 days and then you get back is what a tempered phone

                                  i am facing some problum of handfree that is the one side speaker is not working so i put up a complaint on 16 april in shakar pur service center.

                                    I gave my Motorala(w-355) handset at your service centre at Jaipur, Rajasthan on 11-Jul-08 for repairing of mic. They gave back my set after two days and said that the MIC to be replaced and it is out of stock right now. Since then I am asking them regularly and they are asking me to wait for 3-4 days but this is going on for too long. Please tell me weather my set can be repaired or how long it will take.

                                        I purchase above mentioned hand set from Solution Infotech, G-15, Ground Floor, Indira Bhawan, Allahabad on 17.07.2007 vide challan no. 9779 dated 17.7.07. the set started giving trouble since April 08. On the screen there was no signal and only emergency services was written. I visited your authorised service centre for many times but everytime i was told by the center people that there is network problem. On 15.07.08 the authorized service centre (M/s Ucom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Situated at Civil Lines Allahabad) has taken my mobile under warranty for repair vide receipt no. 18055. the service returned the set on 21.08.08 saying that the set has been set right but when I inserted my sim card at my home I found that their was the same problem and the mobile was not repaird. Then on 22.08.08 I approached the service centre and they again took my mobile vide receipt no. 39427 for repair under warranty. Then the service centre returned my mobile on 6.09.08 saying that the mobile could not be set right. Under such harassment I am writing this complaint to you with the hope that either my mobile should be set right or should be replaced under warranty.
