this mobile is not perfectly do work.

he mobile is always jabalpur service center and now.and their are no take any action.

Repairing time delay

I had some problem with my phone motorola g3 turbo i handed that to service center "NET SURFER" they assured me that my phone will be repaired with a week but its now almost 40 days but my phone is still not being repaired. They are blaming the company for the parts required for my phone. Please look into the matter.

    I bought one motorola l2 set on 13.05.07 for my nephew. It started problem within one month.So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset on 16.11.07.but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 40 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. it cannot be repaired.they neither repair it nor return the handset to me.so please help me if you can.

    Motorola / Moto rocker Z6 — phone not repaired within warranty period

    Sir,

    I have purchased this phone from Banwari Lal & co., Delhi, on 24/06/2007 with bill of 11300/-. I was offered the warranty of 1 year on the phone by the company for all the damages in the phone. But within 3 months the phone started giving the problem. The joystick of the phone was removed, the colour was tarnished and the slider of the phone also sarted giving a problem. When I appraoched the authorised service center of Motorola in Raj Nagar Ghaziabad (UCOM Technologies Private limited, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad) they first said that they did not have the requires body parts and asked me to come after some days. When i approached them again in few days they again did the same thing to me. After such 2-3 visits they finally said that this type of physical damage does not come under warranty and its not the liability of the company to correct this. This caused a lot of economic and mental harrasment to me as i had to go to the service center again and again without getting my phone repaired. I kindly request you to look into the matter and help me redeem the damages caused to me by the company.

    Redington service center in somajiguda is really pathetic. I had a terrible experience with this service center.

    I had given my motorolla v31 for repair and after 2 weeks got the phone back with the same problem. Infact, I was supposed to get my mobile back in one week. Finally, when I went to collect the phone, I got the reply from the executive to come after one week. They even estimated the amount to be close to Rs. 2000 /- . The problem I had with my mobile was that the ear piece was not working. I am pretty sure that this was some minor problem caused because of some loose connection. Again, though I was ready to pay 2k, still they could not repair it. The strange part is that, they have not even open the set.

    The redington employees interacting with the customers are not fit for their job because of the simple reason that they do no know how to interact with customers. Your technicians are even worse. They can’t even fix a minor issue with a mobile. Also, I had tried calling your office atleast 100 times, but was not lucky enough to talk to any of your customer care executives. If this is the case, why do have to run such a service center to create trouble to lot of customers.

    Please take necessary action so that other customer will not meet up with the same issue. The address of the service center which I visited is :

    Deposited to service centre, Ucom Tech. Pvt Ltd, at Janakpuri, New Delhi, on 02-02-07. VIDE WORK ORD NO-1732 dated 02-02-07.

    First they promise to replace the phone and then they kept on delaying due to one excuse or other. After that i went out .

    My father Group Captain UC Prasad wrote Registered letter to The CEO, UCOM Techonologies Pvt Ltd.A-26, B1 Extension Mohan Co-operative Indl Estate, Mathura Road, ND-110004. but did not got any reply. He also spoke to MR Nitesh, Mini Kapoor, Kabita, but did not got a convincing reply as they were blaming Motorola but not ready to give any Name.My father got fed up of them and left pursuing the matter.

    I had left for CANADA for study and has to purchase another Motorola set Moto- V4.

    Now i have come to Delhi and want to know the position.

    Can Motorola let me know why things are so bad that under WARRANTY also no action is being taken and still mobile set is with Ucom.

    I bought one motorola W220 (silver) set on august 2007 . It started problem within three month.So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset on 15.03.08.but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 45 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. it cannot be repaired.they neither repair it nor return the handset to me.so please help me if you can.

    I have bought W200 before 3 months. Within 2 hours it stopped working.. Dont these company people test their mobiles before sending them to markets?? i got the mobile twice saying that it is repaired but both the times it stopped working as soon as i charge it. and now it's been three months now. it's still being repaired. these people are not even attaining the call. They always give excuses.i'm really pissed off now with their service. I'm never ever goin to buy a moto cell now. I have also suggested my friends from not buying one. I'm going to make a community on orkut against Motorolla now.

    This is to bring your kind notice that I am one of your MOTOROLA Fan and all my family members we are using MOTOROLA make Mobile set only. Recently on 26th may 2007 I have invested RS 17595. for purchase of MOTOROLA ROKR E6 model bearing IMEI No. [protected]. For first 6 months I enjoyed by making use of this set but surprisingly after six months this set started giving problem like touch screen is not working properly and not able to charging properly due to charging port (connector pin ) miss-alignment also the battery backup is not good etc.


    Due to my busy office schedule I could not give this set for repair/service immediately. On 3rd march 2008 I have handed over my Mobile set to one of your authorized service M/s Ucom Technology (P) Ltd, No.215/16, Ground Floor, KNM Complex, 28th cross, 2nd Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010. Since then this set was given for repair two times. Like wise by now almost more than three months is over still this mobile set is not repaired and lying with your service personnel only.




    Now really I am very un- happy because of the following reasons


    1) Regarding the poor service provided by your Service Personnel


    2) This mobile set is not a cost worthy instrument because even after repair l m sure that


    this Model may not give a long and satisfactory service.




    Being your customer I m requesting your personal intervention kindly provide me a justice by resolving this issue.


    Even I am ready to buy another latest model of MOTOROLA make by paying additional amount as price difference.

    i was given my mobile(motorola motoming) to ur gurgaon motorola sevice centre for repairing.phone has some problem like charging and touch screen not working.warranty date of phone was 22-07-08 and i gave my phone on 11-07-08 and i pick my phone from service center on 25-07-08.when i was picking the phone i said to them that i want to chek that it is ok or not but they were not agree for this after reaching my home i cheked and found that the problem was not shorted out althugh the color was also desturbed.when i went to service center they are not agree to repair it in foc basis. so plz tell me that how can a custmer will satisfied with such type of services i also not have too much time for wandering in front o[censored]r servise center. so plz give me the solution that what i have to do now. the adress and phone no. of servise center is given below----

    Motorolla Mobile — Unhappy with Motorolla

    HI,

    I have purchased motorolla last year, but really unhappy about the services, the handset I purchased gets hanged at times and switches off automatically, I had shown to around 11 shops in pune, none of them are able to diagnose the issue and the problem is stil continous. Most of the service centres are closed and they say that they do not provide service for morotollo any longer.
    What is this happening. I think Motorollo should stop selling its phone in the Indian Market if they can provide service to their customer.

    Even now if any of your authorities have little concern about customers and business in india they shall get back to me on my mobile number or my e-mail address.

    Else I will go to consumer court and will also ensure that none of my colleageus, friends, relatives but morotollo product.
    Remember, Its not a threat its my promise.

    HI DEAR

    I HAVE PURCHASED MOTOROLA RAZR V3i HANDSET FROM MOTOSHOP IN GURGAON(HARYANA).IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEM OF AUTO OFF DURING OPENING OF FLIP.ALSO IT GIVES HANGING PROBLEM AND THE HEADSET WAS DEFECTIVE.
    I SUBMIT IT TO MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER IN GURGAON(M/S REDINGTON SERVICE)THEY REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE HANDSFREE HEADSET BUT TOOK 15 DAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN MOBILE HANDSET WHICH ALSO WAS NOT SOLVED.

    NOW I AM FACING PROBLEM IN HANDSET AGAIN AS OF IT IS WORKING STARNGE CAPTURING PHOTO ON ITS OWN GOING TO VIDEO CAMERA MODE WHEN MAKING THE MOBILE POWER ON.

    WHEN WE GO TO SERVICE CENTER AGAIN THEY NEEDS THE BILL, UNFORTUNATELY WHICH I HAD MISPLACED.I ASK THEM TO TAKE THE BILL FROM THEIR PREVIOUS RECORDS OF WHICH I HAVE THE PROOF.BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME IN THIS.

    I have been facing the issue with the motorokr E6 with snooper and its been just 5 months. even in warranty, I have to spend money on the PCB replacement which costed be around 6k rupees, also now another 500 for an autolock knob. Since the purchase I have been facing hell lot of issues with this model. This would be my first and the last Motorola model. I would go for either Sony Ericsson or nokia but not motorola anymore. My data was removed without intimating me on my first visit to the showroom. Then there has been a nightmare with the service and the product. Instead replacing my complete set with so many issues, I have to pay them for the repair. I am writing this is just to make people aware about the service and the product of Motorola...For me, rest is a history now...

    Motorola/W362 mobile phone — Handset ISSUE

    I have purchsed motorola w 362 on 25th dec 08, it stops working on 5th jan 09. I visited motorola service cente and got my phone repaired, they kept my handset for 20 days torepair it. I got my hanset on 2 feb 09 but again afetr using it 5-7 days it again stops working.

    I have some others works also, I not so much free that every time i have to go to the motorola service centre. I need my phone to by replaced...

    I bought one motorola W362 set on 16/11/08 for me. It started problem(head set) within warrenty period.So i contact the retailer.He advised me to contact authorised service center.Then i deposited the handset to SAGAR ETECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.(#165, 9th cross, off cmh road, near keralinikithan school ground, bangalore -indra nagar-560038) service center.But till today it cannot be repaired.Whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 25 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. It cannot be repaired.They neither repair it nor return the handset to me.
    So please help me if you can. Can Motorola let me know why things are so bad that under WARRANTY also no action is being taken.
    Seeing the poor customer care its sure I will not buy any Motorola Handset in future and also recommend other NOT to BUY MOTOROLA HAND SET.

    I went to Ashram Road Customer Care of Motorola ( Ahmedabad, Gujarat) There services are really very poor. They are not providing services to the customer whose cell phones are in warranty period. They just make delay in there work unnessary without any reason and have very rude language.

    Not Repairing the handset Properly

    I bought a Motorola handset L9 on 02nd, July 2008 against Retail Invoice No. AW-3048 from Anmol Watches, Chandigarh. Its EMI number is [protected].

    18 days back i.e. on 09th of May, its starts giving problem like auto operate. I was not able either to make any call or receive. Without pressing any key software was auto operating.

    I went to the Motorola Repair Centre at Chandigarh (Reddington Services, Sec-20D, Chandigarh).They took my handset against work order no. 1425 dated 09/05/2009 and said that handset will go to the company for repair and that they will inform me about the status within 15-20 days.

    After 15 days when they didn't call me, i called them up to inquire about the status of the handset. They people said that ask after 2 days. I called them after 2 days than they said that ask after 2 days more. Then I called the Motorola Customer Support directly to Mr. Sabharwal then he told me that he will tell me the status within 48 hours but till date I haven’t received any call from him. Then after 2 days I called again Customer Support Mr. Sudesh, he told me that within a week you will receive your handset. Side by side I also made calls to Reddington service, Chandigarh for the status of the handset but they people always taking me in loop and didn’t give any positive response. Then I lodge a complaint against Reddington to Motorola Customer Support for their bad service and misbehaving with customer but you people also don’t take any action against them. Then I received a call from Reddington, Chandigarh on 25/05/2009 that my handset got repaired now I can collect. I visited their place and collected my handset. At that time handset was working properly for 10-15 min. Then I came back to my home. When I started to make a call to my friend then it starts giving same problem as earlier (Auto Operate).

    I complained this issue to Motorola customer care to Mr. Shashank and requested for replacement and he told me that he is requesting the concerned department for my handset replacement.

    Kindly replace my handset as its not possible for me to wait for more 20-25 days to get it repaired. As I am in marketing field so I can’t work without mobile. This is my request to kindly replace my handset as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will drag your authorized service center in Chandigarh to Consumer for harassment given to me. I wasted my lot of money on phone calls and petrol to visit their office many times. It was such a big harassment I have ever faced. Your service is very poor as compared to Nokia. Nokia is the BEST!!!

    This is to inform you that I have given Motorola cell phone for service in the above address. They has informed me that they will rectified the same with in a week time, but nothing happened, they even didnt call to tell me the status of the phone and I followed all this days and I have being calling service station every alternative days, but they have the same answer, we will inform in 2 days. but they never called.I think GOD will know when they will get that 2 days to call me and inform.

    Now its almost 2 months there is no news about the cell phone.

    Its more agony that non of your person doesn’t know what is status of the phone in Delhi.

    If the Mother Board is problem why u want to repair, its under guarantee so replace with the new phone. In this modern technology its very difficult to digest that you take 60 days to attended a problem on the phone.

    Motorola Q9H — Delay in service

    I had bought the Motorola Q9 - Licorice-Black Qty 1 on 23rd Dec 2008 Vide bill no 51424 the handset from Motrola.The EMIE code of the Handset is [protected] which had hanged on 07/05/2009 . The mobile stopped working and subsiquently given to repair under varrantee on 07/05/2009 to the authorised sevice centre Redington india limited 16.A and 16 B, Weelington Estate, New no 53, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai - 600015 vide complaint no EG/MO/09/01058.The process of registration is completed in two hours time.

    Till today i have not got back the instrument after service. I have contacted them over phone five times and visited them two times and last visit is today that is june 20th 2009. After one and half month of giving hand set i am still hanging without my handset.Motorola has not given temporary handset to use also.

    The main purpose to buy this handset was to use the EMAIL application which i am not able to use resulting lot of productive time and loss of turnaround time in my workplace. Resulting in high mental agony.

    I would like to sue motorola for this issue. Kindly guide me . I have all the documentation of this issue.

    Motorola — Poor eprformance of mobile set

    I had purchased Motorola (motoyuva) mobile from lucknow vide challan no 304 on 21/6/08 from RPG CELLUCOM INDIA PVT LTD (TIN NO [protected]) at SPENCER'S SUPER ,Salimar Building,MG Road,Hazratganj,Lucknow 226001 for Rs 3215/- ..It has been malfunctioning since last 8-10 months and has been corrected by the service centre thrice at Allahabad,SRK Electronic at DRM road ,civil lines Allahabad which claims itself to be an authorised service centre due to some problem in its software during the gurantee period but is continuing to do so even now.On contacting the service centre here (Mr Alok verma) it was intimated now that its mother board has developed a fault and will take around rs 2500/- for its repair .This was not done by the service centre when it was in the gurantee period of one year and now all of a sudden this defect has been told to us .The cost of the mobile is Rs 3215/- .hence it would not be logical to get the same repaired at this cost. This shows that the quality of your mobile is just worth for maximum period of year inspite of spending so much amount and thus questions your credibility of quality..Kindly tell us what to do with this mobile as we have lost faith in your company due to false promises of good functioning and services as compared to other makes.

    Motorola — Mobile not repaired even after one month

    This is regarding my Motorola Handset. There was a problem arisen in the keys of the handset, and then it was handed over to one of the service center of Motorola. I have submitted my mobile in the authorized service centre on 21/8/2010 12:58:28. The handset was under warranty at that time, it was told that the keypad need to be replaced and same will be done in few days but even after 1 month the mobile is not given back to me. The way of talking of the person in the service centre is just like small shopkeepers.

    Moreover of such cases is high according to me, which raises doubts on quality of the product as well.
    Also, we have never got any further feedback on what exactly was the issue in the original product.
    Overall impression is poor product quality backed by insensitive support.

        i bought motorola c975 after big ads in times of india appeared saying a saving of almost couple of thousand rupees.
        i paid 6000/-plus by my card to indiatimes.com.

        the set is not dust proof ,the screen is full of dust now and the navigation system gets obstructed due to dust.

        my warranty is valid till end of december 2007 and i have been trying to get to indiatimes but no response.

        motorola replied saying they donot have software and the technology to repair this model.......how funny.....

        the local motorola agent is not interested to even listen......

        i want motorola to clarify using this forum if they really care their customers.....

          indiatimes came out with big ads in times of india to sell motorola c975 model mobile showing a big savings.

          i bought one paying 6000/-plus.

          the set is not dust proof and the window is full of dust and the navigation system get obstructed with dust.

            I had purchased a motorola mobile A-780 on 06.01.07 from Kamal
            Communication, Noida. In September it suddenly stopped working. I had
            sent it at your service centre in Noida, Sector-18. After fifteen days
            they gave me back saying that it is now working properly. In the shop it
            was ok but as soon as I reached home at Sector-62, it got again dead.

            After that I again gave it for repair at Hot Spot. They told me that
            battery is not working. They changed the battery and gave back to me.
            After reaching home I got the mobile dead again.

            I rang up there and gave back the mobile at Hot Spot with memory card and
            battery. Then I rang up there many times but nobody picked up the phone.
            Nearly after one month I went at Hot Spot to collect the mobile on Sunday
            and the executive their told me that the person concerned is on leave
            today and the mobile is in lock and I will sent the mobile tomorrow at
            your
            residence but nobody turned up.

            So again I went to Hot Spot to collect the same. They gave me the mobile
            and mobile body was in a broken state. I had told the lady who was at
            reception that this is not looking like my mobile. She told me that this
            is the same. To hide the damage, they have laminated. As my son is
            using the mobile A-780 so I took the mobile minus memory card which she
            told me will be given later on after fifteen days as the memory card was
            faulty. At that time the mobile was in working condition. After few
            minutes the mobe stopped working again and my son told me that mine was
            the new mobile and it is broken everywhere. I rang up there but of no
            use. Nobody picked up the phone. So I again went there with the mobile
            and told her that the mobile is broken. She again collected the same and
            told that she will send the mobile to head office for repair and will
            complain at head office. Moreover, we are facing great difficulty without
            the mobile.
            Please let me know how I can get the mobile in such a condition instead of
            the mobile I gave them in a good condition.

            It is requested that my mobile may be replaced immediately.

              Two number motorola PDA cell phone were ordered over my SBI card number [protected] on 03rd November 2007 and the order number was confirmed vide number[protected]. The delivery was expected by 19 november. The cost of one number cell phone was given as 6500 but on repeated enquiry from your customer care, it is informed that no such debit has been made till date, if possible the product may be sent to my postal address by 23rd of this month through any courier service so that material can be received by 23 november 2007.

It take 10 days . After 15 days i called him and agin told me i am sending your mobile in L3 level . According this Customer care service of Mororola is very bad . They told me it required more than 15 days.

                Motorola W230 — Useless Service

                I bought my MOTO Yuva on 12th march 2008 on 14th march itself there is probelm one earphone is working so i went to UCOM tech motorola authorised service center they said probelm in board and they need to send to company for that repair, i gave them after 20 days they called me and asked me to collect the phone saying the probelm got cleared. When i checked the probelm still existing so i asked them they asked me one more 15 days. So i complained to ONLINE motorola customer service they didn't even replied regaurding this. so i request nobody from now to move to MOTOROLA please i[censored] want to experience go buy the moto's

                I have made request on 15th sept they take my mobile and told me that problem will be resolved within 1 week. But since than i have visited their branch 9 times after the said TAT period.
                Not only this they had given false information that the problem is resolved pls collect your mobile phone, but when i reach there they told me that i am sorry problem is not resolved visit after a few days... and this hapens seveal times.
                Is this your customer service??? I

                Motorola W230 — mobile getting struck and switching off

                When i m using my motorola w230 mobile, its getting struck sometime when i am attempting to call some one and its getting switched off. Yesterday wierdly when i changed the ringstyle to vibrate..it dint stop vibrating at all, even when i tried to answer the call all the keys were disabled. Could you please check on this issue
                I bought one MOTO Yuva W230 on 24th december 2008 and the retailer told me that i can load songs and music from Laptop or Desktop by using the Data cable produced, and after 1 week when i connected my mobile to my laptop with data cable, but after connecting no answer was shown by my phone but my laptop showed that iwill have to produce W230 disk to access the device, but there was no disk produced ! Next day, I went to the shop and told the mobile retailer that, i was unable to load music on my phone ! He asked me the process how i had tried and i gave him all the informations about how i tried. He told me to bbring the laptop to him I done the same but he was unableto do also and gave the blame to my laptop that it does'nt works properly that's why it was not working . Then and there infront of him i tried it on NOKIA 6300 and my laptop worked properly, then he told that when his senior will come he will fix the problem but till now his senior did'nt came and the problem is till in progress. I reqest the motorola company "Please! tell me the process how i could download music on my mobile!"...

                i am a very loyal customer of motorola!all freinds suggested not to again go for moto but i did! i had bought moto A810.gues its almost more thn 6 months.the day i bought it, very next day i faced problem that it becomes hot.after giving it for servicing when i got back my cel, lock problem started, was not able to lock the cel!!its almost a month and i have yet not got back my cel.the cel is with the co. more than with me!!this is 2 nd time im writing to you.1st time i got reply which said go to service centre.but the problem is service centre i gues which takes so much time that i guess warranty period would also come to an end slowly!
                i am really very unhappy and disappointed.i am regretting buying moto cel for the 1st time in my life.

                I bought a new Motorola ZN5 model on 1st jan2009. On march 22nd my mobile had a problem with its software and battery. So, I gave my mobile for a service at “REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 16A & B, Wellington Estate, New no 58 Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai-600 105. Tel:[protected]/28207498.

                I gave my mobile on 23rdMar2009. But still I didn’t received my mobile from the service centre and the response is very poor. Whenever I called up their number it says busy and to my surprise the receivers are kept down when I went to the service centre last week. Nearly for 20 days I am without my mobile. Everytime they use to tell that, we do not have stock and we need to check with the logistics. I don’t understand why they are testing the customer patience. This is the case for every customer in that particular service centre.

                Motorola W230 — earphone

                rsep. sir ... i am using this handset for past 6 months, the problem is that when i insert the earphone into the chord if the wire of the earphone shakes a bit it goes to the recent call list and starts calling the previously dialled number...plz solve my problem...
                Moto W230 is a great phone except that it doesn't have Bluetooth, but that's justifiable considering the low cost price it has.

                I think you haven't installed the driver. get it from the moto site. search for w230 driver. & then use it.

                  Hi,

                  I bought a Moto Q gsm 3 weeks back, The first day things were fine, the second day applications starting to hang, and the third day the ph started restarting every hour.! i took it to the Service center and got a new handset. tehy took 2 weeks to give me a replacement.
                  I got this new handset 5 days back, and it has started to restart too!
                  I feel something is wrong with the model itself. Have seen enough reviews about similar complaints.
                  The Dealer and the Service center ppl confirmed the same.
                  Is there a way out to get a refund, instead of replacing this useless ph every week till its guarntee expires?

                  Motorola — Hangs

                  Dear sir,

                  Since the day i have purchased my mobile there has been problems in functioning of my mobile.
                  I have already been to service centre twice in Ahmedabad (Redington service centre) and got my complaint registered twice.i.e complaint no 4740 and 8732
                  Though mobile is still in warranty period its not functioning properly.
                  Complaint still persists
                  I had the same problem. I bought my MotoQ 9h global mar 14. Had it replaced 2 wks later, and then again one week later. The day before AT&T would require mail-in corporate exchange, it failed again.

                  I did the smart thing. I got a 'Blackberry Bold.

                    I have purchase motorola C168 on dt. 1/09/2006 , within few days it's head phone was not working.
                    After visiting a service centre i come to know that it's PCB should changed.
                    So he keep the mobile with him for atleast 40 days. after that he told me that you keep your mobile with you , i will inform you when i recived the PCB.
                    After few days i have come to know that , service centre is now closed permenantly.
                    From Mt.Pathak, i come to know new ser.centre , again the same procedure done.
                    Now this service centre is also closed & my mbile is with them.
                    I am not getting my mobile from 25/08/2007
                    Mr.Pathak is not ready to attend the phone. Every time he says that i will do, i will do. but nothing has to be done.
                    Is it the right way to treat any customer.

                    Now give me status of my mobile, whether i will get my mobile or not? Otherwise is there any need to take strong action?

                      Motorola Cell Phone — miss use of phone in service center

                      hello sir.. my self ABHAY AGRAWAL. i purchased motorola ZN200 recently in november.. and i m facing a lot of problems in it like key pad lighting, speaker volume etc.. i have given my cell phone in service center in jaipur here for 2 times.. at the first time they took my cell phone for a 15 days and at 2nd time they for a 10 days. today i received my cell phone but in bad condition.. and all the contacts and sms are deleted.. at the service center someone have used my cell phone for a one week. there are around 20 new contacts and 600 new sms in my inbox as well as outbox stored in my cellphone.. this shows that someone used my cell phone...at service center no one have manners that how to talk customers on phone..they talk so rudely.. so this is the service provide to customers by motorola.. address of the service center is:

                      motorola/cell phone — speaker quit working

                      I bought a cell phone from best buy. The manufacturer is motorola. After three months of owning the phone the speaker stopped working. I tried returning the phone to best buy. The carrier is boost mobile and they don't do exchanges and because the carrier is boost best buy couldn't exchange the phone. So the best buy associate called motorola. Motorola said that I would have to pay to send the phone to them so they could try and repair it. So in the mean time I would be without a cell phone. I totally lost my cool and I smashed the phone. I run a small business and my phone is a necessity. The solution here was very clear give me a new phone and keep my business.Needless to say that I'll never and i mean never buy another phone made by motorola. Motorola was once a company that made great products but now their fighting to stay in business. So do yourself a favor and don't buy any of the products made by motorola. When I decided to write this complaint I came across tons of complaints about motorola products. So save yourself the frustration because I've already went through it for you.
                      We also bought a Motorola cell phone through Motorola. After 7 months (they promised a one year waranty) the phone which had NOT been dropped on the ground or in water, etc.) quit working. Boost Mobile and Motorola each said the other company had lied about the warranty. We were forced to call back and forth from each company in an attempt to discover who was telling the truth. After several hours of this and being placed on hold for over three hours in the process, we could not get any help. My child is a diabetic and must have a phone in the car when driving. The Motorola representatives were extremely rude. I had the person I talked to recite into a tape recorder that he was aware that my child suffered from a health condition but was not concerned that she could go into a diabetic coma and not be able to call 911.
                      I am WARNING CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY ANY MOTOROLA PRODUCT!
                      The only way to stop this company is NOT to buy any of their products. We have changed phone companies and now own a Samsung phone which works beautifully! REMEMBER - DON'T BUY MOTOROLA!!

If this is your attitude towards your customer, I don't think so your marketing manageement will let your product prosper in the market. Kindly take a look into your marketing processes whether they are in proper functionality in a way so that the customer will appriciate .                         I purchased Motorola Mobile L2 model on[protected]. Its signal tower disappeared after 20 days of purchase hence it was surrendered to Authorized Service Centre of Motorola i.e. M/s WRIGHT SOLUTIONS at Nehru Nagar, Bhilai on[protected].                         I have a Moto L7 handset. I had paid 7800/- for that. Believe it or not, it automatically takes a restart when some important call comes. My worst experience has always been with conference calls in my office. Suddenly i use to get disconnected. When checked with moto service center, i got a reply that its due to some moisture inside the phone that's stopping the phone from normal functioning. I am terrified with the answer !!!!! The phone is absolutely new and it was purchased in summer and i have taken very good care of it. My sincere advice to all of you is just keep motorola phones as away as possible.... !!!!
                        I bought a motorola C-168 phone and the display is poor and hazy when compared to phones of the same category. whenever a call is made the person on the other side is not able to hear it clearly. After about 6 months of purchase the the charging section of the handset was damaged. And now the phone gets switched off whenever a call is made. The service centers deal in kolkata it with exceptional misbehavior. If this is what MOTOROLA has to offer. Its was a total messy and wrong decision to go for the brand. And I would suggest people never to buy any phone of this brand...

                        Forget about Indian companies atleast MNC's should Directly have their own CS ,means There should be their own employees .Usually these CS they will give to third party and this guys makes the situation very horrible and worst,,

                        Let they take time to do things but they should be prompt to the deliveries,because we get hardly free time and we will be loosing that time in these things..

                        Only God should save us in this issues.

                        motorola/motorola V6 — worst phone & service center

                        i purchased motorola V6 max mobile from Hot Spot mobile store, malviya nagar, on nov. 2008, suddenly its keypad not working (from june last week 2009), i run to hot spot mobile store for this problem, they adviced me to submit it for repairing in service center, b'coz its on warranty peroid, i submitted it, after a week they called me to collect it. but, its totally rubbish... my mobile was totally dead, its battery, screen, keypad all are dead. its not working anymore. i again complaint it to the same shop, then they took it as bounce case and resent it to the service center. i called them so many times, but no ans from that... i am still waiting for my mobile...every time i called they people telling me that it's still in process. and talked very bad...it's been almost a month. i request you pls take any action on this matter. if its not done well then provide me a replacement... or i 'll go through comsumer court.

                        Motorola/w270 — Worst Service

                        i Bought a new Motorola w270 mobile in Univercell on 3rd of July..
                        within a day i found that it has motherboard problem.. since i gave to Motorola Service Centre which is in Ethiraj salai.on 20 Th of July, they didn't tell proper response and phone numbers are always busy... after i visit there only i found that there are no land line phones avail...


                        I suggest to all...
                        Wont buy MOTOR phones...

                        thank(wish) to redington Green Park, for not even repair the phone earlier at Green Park office.
                        This is to inform you that the staff of your Service Centre in Pitam Pura, New Delhi by the name of M/s Active Telecom, behaves very rudely. when I asked for the battery of my Motorola Razr V3i, they gave me a loose packed battery in polythene and sealed with a tape. The condition of the battery was so worse that even MOTOROLA was not written on the pack, and it was appearing as if the battery has been smuggled from China. Is this the way your staff treat the customers and overcharge them. For this loosely packed battery they were charging me Rs. 750/- without any Retail Price Tag on it.

                        It is a shame on the part of Motorola that in such a big way the customers are being duped of their hard earned money. If this would have been a Nokia battery, it would have been nicely packed and properly labelled.

                        Please let me know the Service Centre in New Delhi where I can get a genuine battery and not a smuggled one.

                        Hoping for an early action.
                        As i have experienced with motoroal mobiles it is not worth of what we pay...i advise people to refrain from purchasing it.

                        MY LIFE WITH MOTOROLA SET

                        I purchased a Motorola mobile set Model No. ZN 200 from M/S Fushraj Bachhraj B.S Road, CBR (WB) vide bill NO. 3124 dated 01.01.09 IMEI No.[protected].

                        On 18.04.09 the mobile showed memory card locked, then I took it to Motorola care at my nearest place Coochbehar on job sheet No. 467 dated 21.04.09 after two days they told me that it will repair only in Chennai. After a period of one month I received back my set after reaching from Chennai.

                        Then a new problem started of showing emergency only and network problem no signal or we can say bad signal where I used set mean at my home there it showed signal problem I observed it for two months in vain I have taken it back to nearest Motorola care on job sheet No. 663 dated 24.07.09 again they sent it to Chennai. After two months I received back my set in following conditions:-

                        1) Emergency only or signal problem
                        2) Very Low Audio sound
                        3) Video sound low
                        4) Volume key not working properly
                        5) No video recording to Memory card
                        6) And sudden automatically switch off

                        Over this much problem I used my set for maximum 4 months and rest it is on service till now it is on service at dealer of that mobile.

                        Sir, of these many problems for buying this mobile I got totally upset and no communication then how could I manage of believing your set and its care.

                        Sir, can you find any solutions for this set or it got repaired fully fine or it will run service centre to service centre. If it has to like this how could I manage?

                        I had purchased Motorola L9 set through Hot Spot store in Garia
                        (Kolkata) last year on 29th May 2009. From Jan/Feb 2010 i am facing a
                        problem in my set - it is getting autorestarted couple of times in a day. I feel
                        it is a software issue and submitted the set on 13th March with the
                        hot spot store along-with care pack xerox papers which in turn they had taken
                        up with motorola service centre in Kolkata.They had assured that
                        it would be done at the earliest since my profile of work needs to be
                        in touch with colleagues all the time, but enquiring they informed me
                        that it would take 1.5 weeks. I agreed to that, but after that when i
                        checked with them in the 3rd week of march they informed me that they
                        wanted more time since nothing from motorla service centre was
                        informed to them and also the personnel who is in charge was not well
                        and was on leave. Then after enquiring after a few days they said that
                        the mobile would be handed over to me on 3rd April positively
                        understanding the urgency i had but told they cannot handover the set
                        to me before 3rd since they would get the set from service centre at
                        the mentioned date only.

                        Now calling them on 3rd i understand that the Motorola service centre people
                        are not getting one of the parts for replacement and delaying the set
                        handover.They now have given me a time for 10th april. I am very very
                        unhappy with the situation and feel that i have made a blunder in
                        purchasing a motorola set since they do not have the ability to repair a minor
                        problem in a set for more than 20 days and are also not providing me a brand
                        new set if they are unable to repair the same.They do not have proper answers
                        to our querries and do not care about the customers. Hope you understand the
                        situation and take proper action so that customers are not neglected
                        otherwise people will loose faith in hot spot centres across India.

                          My Motorazar v3i cell phone was given for service under 1 year warranty perid used to auto gets off, used to give shock while putting in charging or using uSB cable etc to this Redington service in Pune, India.
                          while taking the compliant work order no 09370 they took my memory card, battery and return my idea sim card.nothing mentioned in job card
                          2. they replace the battery and gave after one week.
                          3. when i got my cell back the memory card was mssing, they denied that memory card was given to me. all my important data, ituens, music, photo of family gone.
                          4. all my improtant offiicicla , personal contacts numbers were washed out from phone book.
                          This is nothing but an harrasement to cusotmer and bad quality of service given by Motorola service centre/Quality product.

                          This handset is in warranty and had a minor problem in a particular key, so this mobile was shown and given for repairs at the same retailer as mentioned above from whom it was purchased on 31.12.2007.

                          Against their service log sheet no. : B-6035 / 02.02.2008 (2nd Feb. 2008)

                          Problem Mentioned : Keypad is Damage.

                          There was a call made by service executive on 9th Feb. 2008 and was intimated to us that it will cost Rs.600/-. So in response reply given was ‘please don’t go ahead with repairs/service we will be collecting it personally’. Mobile was collected on 16th Feb. 2008 from the same retailer/shop/service provider with a delivery stamp on log sheet.

                          The said mobile is used personally during the period when it was in service at the said store, it is been shown to the store and consensus have been done with the store in charge Mr. Mayank Jain (personal sms’s are sent, snaps of wive/family & sceneries are taken, alarms are set and ear piece is not working). So we humbly and sincerely request for a replacement of the mobile set at the earliest as it has lost its complete originality.



                          Sequence of Events -
                          1) 2nd Feb. 2008 Mobile given for repairs at the above said store against service logsheet - B-6035 / 02.02.2008.
                          2) Collected Delivery on 16th Feb. 2008.
                          3) While taking the delivery, same day at the same time, it was intimated and shown at the counter, counter executive –Ms.Manisha.
                          - Mobile was not repaired, But was used personally for sending sms’s on 6th feb. & 7th feb.2008, whereas on this dates the mobile was with the retailer/ shop/service provider for repairs (from 2nd feb to 16th feb. 2008).
                          - Also personal photographs/snaps are taken, photographs of wife making a heart shaped rangoli at home, family near the fort (heritage fort), garden snaps. All these are on the dates when the mobile was with the retailer/ shop/service provider for repairs. It was sheer personal use for leisure with family.
                          - And the Ear piece is not working, one cannot hear to the speech from other side after receiving the call. It has to be put on loudspeaker to hear to it.
                          - All this was mentioned and shown at the counter along with dates, consensus was made, manisha was the executive who had seen and accepted the facts along with other executives.
                          - But the executives had taken it dilly-dally and were going up and down in the shop with the mobile, even after accepting the facts. Ultimately were asked to speak to Mr.Manoj ([protected]) and shop was closed in a jiffy and rash without any courtesy (entire event of things were going on for 1hour 45minutes on 16th Feb. 2008.).
                          4) Atrocious, discourteous, offensive code of conduct on behalf of Motorola India Ltd. – Mr. Manoj – ([protected])
                          - Same day we spoke to Mr.Manoj ([protected]) (authoritative person as mentioned by the executives at the counter Viz Manisha).
                          - After getting the brief of the sequence of events, Mr. Manoj started covering the facts, telling that after service is done we need to check by taking snaps and sometimes sending sms. We said we buy the statement that he has said but snaps and sms’s for testing should not be personal in nature that to with snaps from outside the service area (of wives, family and scenes).
                          - Then he started with arguments that ‘you yourself might have done it. You all do it yourselves and then deny the facts, we know the culture and background where you come from’.
                          - It was informed to him that these sms’s and snaps are of dates when the mobile was with the shop for service and dates and timings of the sms’s and snaps are already shown to the counter executive.
                          - After all the arguments for 45mins, it was informed that he is working for Reddington and has nothing to do with this. He had asked us to get in touch with Hemant ([protected]).
                          - We were actually misguided and mislead. The behavior and accent was atrocious and not worthwhile.
                          5) Irresponsible, non-cooperative, rude, rigid code of conduct on behalf of Motorola India Ltd. – Mr. Hemant – ([protected])
                          - Mr. Hemant had taken a non-cooperative stance from the first statement without even listening to the facts or the issue, response was ‘I don’t entertain official issues at home, you can come tomorrow to office and discuss’, this was given in a real rude tone.
                          - After our persuasion and listening to the entire sequence of events, he mentioned that ‘I cannot help you, you can come tomorrow at office and discuss and also go ahead and complain’, when we enquired which complain should we go ahead with, should we go ahead with police F.I.R. to get it sorted out, he mentioned ‘its your decision’.
                          - Such was the code of conduct, instead of giving some solution, empathizing it was irresponsible, non-cooperative, rude, rigid behavior.
                          1) Had gone to the store on 17th Feb. 2008.
                          - On 17th Feb. 2008, we were continuously calling Mr. Hemant, Mobile was switched off. We had gone to the store, got to know that Mr. Hemant has not come to the office and got to know he is not an authoritative person who can help us. 2nd time we were misguided and mislead.
                          - We wanted to meet the authoritative person at the store, no one was ready to guide us as well no one had the identity of proof that they belong to the same shop and are authoritative.
                          - Mr. Mayank Jain took the lead from the store and said he is the store in charge and will take up the issue. After taking the brief, he had taken the mobile with the log sheet on 1st floor.
                          - Mr. Mayank, returned back and said, with an amusement on face that cannot do anything today as Sunday the service centre is closed so you give your nos. we will call you and give a solution.
                          2) From then on there is no response from Mr. Mayank, instead some person calls up from some where and says that we cannot do anything, we cannot help you but we will repair it and give it to you.

                          We are actually harassed and as a customer we feel that Motorola has ditched us with such a quality of service and code of conduct. Frustrations have reached a peak and feel that going with Motorola is the mistake that has happened.

                          Motorola Rocker E6 — Side Key is out of order

                          Hi, In My Motorola Rocker E6 Mobile, the Side Key is out of order. so My Phone is locked. I went to the Motorola Service center in sector 18, Noida(U.P.), they said that side key is doesn't come in warranty and so you have to pay 550 Rupees and this time stock is also not available. Please come after 7 days. It is very ridiculous that Simple Side key is not available in stock and they are very irresponsible. They are not handling customers in proper way and it seems they don't want that customer come to them.
                          Please tell me why SIde Key is out of warranty and why always stock is not available to service centers.
                          I hve given my F-3 moto set for replacement . to redington service centre green park, n ew delhi and its about to complete almost 1 and a half month nothing has come till date.Service keeps on saying it will take a week, but after week nothing comes.

                          MotoStore — Not giving proper Answer

                          Hi,
                          My name is sachin. Four month before, when I purchased a Motorola Rocker E6 form MotoStore( HotSpots Retails Pvt. Ltd., G-21, Sector 18 Market, Noida, U.P.), there was a scrach card scheme. So i got 20% discount on my purchase. HotSpots executive told me that this discount would be send via cheque at your given address within 15 days. So i gave him my address (where i want to receive cheque).

                          But till now, i have not received any cheque for my 20% discount. I have also commnicate with HotSpot executive upto 20 time via phone and upto 10 times meets personnally with executive of HotSpots. These person did'nt give me any satisfactory answer.
                          It make me a very much irritation.

                          What should i do?

                          motorola z3 — the worst service center

                          I had bought a motorola handset(motorola z3) on 14/10/07 from hotspot southex. within one year it had some problems in keypads and data cable connectins.Then i decided to go to motorola cervice center as my mobile was in guarantee period. I went to SMART MART STORES PVT. LTD. O-2, LAJPAT NAGAR-2, NEAR TEWARI SWEETS, NEW DELHI-24 ON 13/09/08.
                          There they check my phone and told me to come on 17/08/09.My phone was in good condition at that time only some scratches are there as they wrote in there report also.But when i go there on 17/08/09 they said it can not be repared or you pay Rs 4500.I said o.k. you give me my phone.When i saw my phone i was surperised its was broken from top and its sceen also had some lines on it when i told them they start to fight with me.Is this customer care, they are also spoiling the name of motorola.Inever suggest anyone to buy motorola mobiles. If someone alredy had, never go to motorola service center in any type of problem.
                          i purchased E-365 motorola on 25.05.2004 and it worked properly, but know the cell its completly dead i visited the service centre in chembur, they told this model part is not available with us, u try in andheri service centre .can u help .

                          while taking the compliant work order no 01135 they changed my original battery and instrument without any information.And its about to complete almost 50 days(17.10.2008), Service keeps on saying it will take a week, but after week nothing comes.Almost more than 10 times i went to redington Trichy.
                          2. they replace the KEYPAD and gave after 50 days (17.10.2008) .
                          3. when i got my cell back, they changed my original battery and instrument without any information.
                          4.when i got my cell back after one hour its NOT SWITCH ON .
                          Actually the problem was in DISPLAY AND KEYPAD, but they changed my original battery and instrument, when i checked with my mobile receipt.
                          This is nothing but an harrasement to cusotmer and bad quality of service given by Motorola service.
                          I need your support for the above issue asp.

                              We had purchased a Motorola A780 mobile phone through Indiatimes in May 2007. Ever since then, we have been facing problems while receiving and making calls. Every time we get to hear a Fax tone for 10 to 30 seconds. We were told by your Customer care that it is
                              a problem inherent in all the sets of this particular model no. and a softwatre upgrade for the same is available. Accordingly, we got the software upgrade from Pilav Consultants, Thane, who took nearly 7 days for the same. They said that they had sent it to your L3 Service Centre and changed the IC.

                              But I am still facing the same problem while receiving and making calls. Repeated complaints to your Customer Care have been of no use as they do not reply to us. I demand a full refund for the defective product as I am totally dissatisfied with its performance.

                                It’s rare that I encounter a customer service issue compelling enough to take time to write a complaint letter but the experience i had last saturday at your motorola service centre at kochi {40/8092, 1st Floor, DD Junction Building, Near Shenoy's Theatre, Opp. Alappatt Arcade, M.G. Road, Ernakulam - 682035 (Kochi)} warrants it in this case.

                                I had given my mobile handset(Motorola V3i) at your service centre mentioned above last saturday (29th sep-07)with a minor complaint that i was not able to hear properly when on a call but when its on speaker mode its working.They told me that checking and finding out will take one hour and they will inform me what the issue is and how much will be the cost involved.I did'nt get any response from them till that evening so i thought of calling them and finding out what the issue is and when i called a lady picked up the call and from the start itself she was behaving very indiffrently saying that:" don't you know that their is no electricity in our place from the morning and how do you expect us to call you when we are not able to check what the problem is and so you call sometime on the next working day ie on .The next time when i called ie on Monday(01 oct-07) also they were not able to give me a proper answer as to what is the problem with the mobile or when can i expect it back repaired or what will be the cost involved.But this time i was also a bit assertive becoz of the fact that i was going back to my work place which is in chennai and hence i told them i need a clear answer on when i can expect the mobile repaired and what is the estimate of cost involved.They told me the cost involved will be somewhere around 800 and it will be mostly be ready on Wednesday (03 oct-07) and i need to call and then only come there.As i was out of town i gave the bill and had requested my father to call them.He called them on 03 rd oct first in the morning then afternoon and evening and all these times the phone was ringing but no one was picking up the call.So today ie (4th oct-07) my father went to their office and inquired about the same, they told that the spare part is not available and you can go and come only after calling them and confirming whether its ready or not.So when my father told me this i called up their office asked about the status for which they were not able to give a convincing answer and suddenly the estimate went from 800 to 1500.I just told them to give my mobile back for which they seem to be very happy for they were able to ward off one customer from their office.The incident has given me a clear impression that never in your life you should opt for a motorola mobile for if you have a service issue you are in deep trouble.
                                Its really sad that a company with such an international presence is having a such a unprofessional and badly managed service centre which is going to do them bad than any good.

                                I would be really happy if this mail could bring about a slight change in the attitude and customer service of that service centre.

                                motorola/ mobile phone V3i — Reg: misguided by the service center

                                Dear Sir,
                                My complaint is against Motorola mobile. I had purchased a V3i on 27/04/2007. from Cellular Care Center Nasik.
                                2 months before warranty period expires there was some problem in my handset. i registered a complaint with the service center in Nasik.
                                Redington India Ltd. Canada corner, Nasik.
                                they repaired it and handed over my handset to me.again after 2mts my handset got dead. once againg i had to take it to the service station.
                                workorder no: ns/mo/08/00427.
                                they had collected a non refundable fee of 115/- and said that they charge 350/- odd rupees as service charge and i had to bare the charges for the faulty parts.
                                Done after 2 days when i enquired with them. I get a reply that my hand is dead their some problem with board and it could not be repaired. i was told to collect my handset. I got bit upset as i had spent 8600/- Rs. on that handset and it was used only for 1yr. they told me it could not be repaired.
                                I kept my handset in my house for 3-4 days. then i thought of showing it to a mobile repair shop. To my suprise my handset was repaired in just hours. now i'm using the same set.
                                I feel i had been cheated by the service station. kindly look into this and do the needful

                                Dear Sir,

                                I bought I Motorola V3i phone here in Moradabad from a local dealer M/s Chowdhury brothers Moradabad on 20/09/07.
                                Phone worked properly for 7 month and after that problems star with mobile phone. After advise of dealer I contect to the service centre M/s Zain Computer Service Moradabad. I gave my phone for service on 11/04/2008. They promised me to service the phone in seven days but upto 06/05/08 they did not service the phone. After that I served legal notice to the service centre, dealer and Motorola and I gave them seven days to service the phone but they did not respond even for the notices and after that I bought a new Nokia mobile because I was not hoping to get any relied before going to conusmer court and now I filed a case in hon'ble consumer court.
                                I want to request Motorola to help me in this matter.
