I have purchase motorola C168 on dt. 1/09/2006 , within few days it's head phone was not working.
After visiting a service centre i come to know that it's PCB should changed.
So he keep the mobile with him for atleast 40 days. after that he told me that you keep your mobile with you , i will inform you when i recived the PCB.
After few days i have come to know that , service centre is now closed permenantly.
From Mt.Pathak, i come to know new ser.centre , again the same procedure done.
Now this service centre is also closed & my mbile is with them.
I am not getting my mobile from 25/08/2007
Mr.Pathak is not ready to attend the phone. Every time he says that i will do, i will do. but nothing has to be done.
Is it the right way to treat any customer.
Now give me status of my mobile, whether i will get my mobile or not? Otherwise is there any need to take strong action?

Motorola — Hangs
Dear sir,Since the day i have purchased my mobile there has been problems in functioning of my mobile.
I have already been to service centre twice in Ahmedabad (Redington service centre) and got my complaint registered twice.i.e complaint no 4740 and 8732
Though mobile is still in warranty period its not functioning properly.
Complaint still persists
