i had purchase a mobile motorola E6, after 6 month there is lot of moisture in touch screen, they repair it under warrenty not replaced but after repair six mont of repair display of my mobile off, i went to service station for that they said mother board of my mobile needs to be replacedon payment baises, it will take two months, my mobile battery damaged due to non charge for two months, and my momery card lost due to not getting my phone for two months, after 2 days of repairing/replacement of mother board my mobile is not reading the sim card then i went to service station now they said daughter of my mobile needs replacemnt on payment basis what i do now, i think i had made very big mistake to buying motorola after changing Nokia phone, before motorola i have Nokia phone for the last 5 years there is no such type of problem

    The centre showed their inabliity to repair the mobile on account of non-aviablibity of Flex Cable Display. They have informed that they had already made the indent with the complany but the part had not been supplied so far although a period of 3 months had lapsed. It is requested the Flex Cable Display may immediately be supplied to M/s Redington India Limited, Kanpur so that my mobile set can be repaired.

    Further, your toll free no.[protected] is being tried so many times but it has not been materlized for the reasons best known to MOTOROLA.

      i have purchased a Motorola Handset of model MotoRazr V8 which costs Rs 12, 200 from MObile store, vijaya comlpex, Jetty Road, Alappuzha Kerala - Ph[protected] on 2nd march 2009.the phone was a defective piece.
      the following were the problems:
      Blue tooth defective
      fast discharge of battery
      low voice erception at the receiver end.
      there problems were raised at the mobile store the very next day. they refused to replace my phone and directed me to the motorola service centre. i took my phone set to REddington India Ltd, an authorised service centre for motorola phones on 9/3/2009.i had claimed a replacement. they informed me that handset replacement is possible only on the lodging on complaint within a week of purchase. i was on the 7th day of the purchase of the phone, n hence i was not eligible for the replacement.
      i hereby attach the customer receipt from Reddington services n Mobile store for proof.
      they retained the phone for 3 months before i could retrieve the phone from the Reddington Services.every time i try to reach their office through their landline it is either busy or not available. i made 3 visits to the centre after confiscating my phone for repair.
      To my dissapointment i had found on receiving the phone that it has been unscrupulously misused. the memory card which is in-built in the phone had been stored with songs n pictures, somebody had been using my phone as his personal equipment with his personal folders created and a large number of photographs taken.
      I has lodged a complaint against the service centre to motorola and their response wasnt very satisfying.
      kindly bring me justice, and have my phone replaced or my money refunded.

        I have given my mobile for repairing of sidelock problem on 22.04.2009
        More than 75 days over. Still no response from Redington. I called nearly 50 Times. I agree to pay whatever the amount charged. Simply telling that come and collect on Friday. But When we go there Mobile is not ready. Pls Shall I get my mobile.

          This phone has very bad software. Very bad battery backup. Frequently hangs. Lot of bugs in this phone software.

          System update software is not working.
          This phn has nt a good battery back up...
          nd sound is also nt good...
          1st thing i want to ask...
          How to lock my phn??????

          motorola/a810 — Bluetooth (bluesoleil)connectivity AND Tools CD not working

          I have purchased Motorola A810, just two days back and it has started giving headaches right from the beginning.

          First of all in purchased this handset primarily for connecting to internet (on my laptop) through Bluetooth. When I pair the mobile and Bluetooth (in laptop), the pairing gets done (and the red tick mark appears), then I refresh the services (to get the Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking service and Bluetooth File Transfer Service), BUT these are not available.

          Second, the CD provided along with the phone (motorola phone tools, v 5) also seems to be for some older models. As it does not connect with my phone.....

          IS THERE ANY WAY OUT????????????????

          i got this phone for my girl and i m totally disappointed tat i spent so much and gifted her tis crap, listen to 2 songs and the batteries dead, they have a music player and its of no use, u cant listen to the music even if its on full volume, morever the software supportivity's too bad, It usually hangs up

          Take my advice and buy a sony product nxt time

            I have bought a MOTOROLA W218 mobile handset.On 25th april 2009 submitted my mobile to Vaishali Infotech 18, New MLA Colony, Jawahar Chowk Bhopal.The WORK ORDER NO :MP/MO/09/00149. After that I went their many times but their response was nill.they are not even returning my set nor telling me the fault.I complaint even to the Motorola company but there was no response.So look for my complaint and inform it to me on my email or to my home address C/o Ayush Vinay Vishnoi MIG 188 Duplex Aihbagh stadium Housing Board Colony Bhopal.

              I had took motorola ZN200 Rs, 6400/- at 14-Feb-2009 in kodambakkam wavetel showroom. But in 2 months its given very bad feed back its key pad is not working properly. In moto service center, they said mobile is under waterloked problem..give other service center to rectify the problem. But mob did'nt fall in water yet.Mobile still with us in "not working" condition..what has to be done...?

                I had purchased a Motorola A810 in October 2008. The model is Motorola A810.
                The touchscreen of my phone stopped working around 3 months back. When i registered my complaint, the indication sticker in the battery compartment was found red, which they told is due to contact with water. Also they told me there is another such sticker on the mother board and if that is also found red, the warranty does not stand. Fortunately for me, the inside sticker was found white, but even then the staff here is not ready to repair / replace the touch screen due to which i am facing a lot of problems.
                On top of that, the service center staff are projecting a cost of 80% of handset value for repair.
                Please help me get out of this soup!!!

                  I have already filed a complain against you MOTOROLA..its now the extrem that still now m waiting for both a feedback and for my defective set.reddington india limited 4C lansdown place trikut apartment 2A, 2nd floor area code E10 kolkata 700020...i was cheated by the tata indicom frauds rathers it should be called a CHEATERS indicom..who sold me a defective motorola V3C of 2006 (WORK ORDER NO -CA/MP/09/01309, , MSN NO-E14WGM2DWK, , ESN- 1B21A967)wheras both motorola and tata inicom people are least bodered and didint gave any relevant feedback from neder the customer care side nore from the higher authority when i emailed them twiced, , promising me in the email of getting in touch with me with 24hours ..i purchased it on 10th june and gave it to the service centre sealed packed and still now not given any feedback nor serviced and not any word of replacement...i will tell all the people never to go for motorola and also tata indicom who sells all defective and use and throw collections of phone models...WHAT A CLASSIC MUTUAL FRAUD BUSINESS STRATEGY OF TATA...CHEATER FRAUD RATAN TATA, HATS OFF TO YOU OLD VILLIAN AND ALSO TO THIS FAKE LOOSER BRAND OF MOTOROLA WITH WORTHLESS SERVICE, PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER CARE..

                  i am in ahmedabad and using same moto razr v3c mobile from 1 year and there is no problem best rough & tough instrument with best internet connecativity, and as u said it is model of 2006 i think is the date on which all batch production has been done or firmware of instrument has been made otherwise it gives u one year warranty and this is the only phone of tata indicom which is the best phone and is also support latest tata photon+ wireless technology (EV-DO = Evolution data optimized) which gives u 3.1mbps internet connecativity so for internet u might need not to buy new modem.

                    Motorola W270 — Faulty Handset

                    I have purchased a Motorola W270 handset from Hot Spot Retail, Secter 15 Market Faridabad. The ring and voice was gone on the next day. When I contacted them they send me to Motorola Service centre. Now I am going there almost everyday. The set is with them and I am listning there excuses everyday for the delay. I am contacting my lawyer to file a complaint.

                    Motorola W270 — replacement

                    two weeks before i gave my motorola charger and headset for replcement. i claimed it with warranty. you gave me 1 week time and told me to collect the replacement after a week. i called you after a week but you informed me to wait 1 more week. now can i get the charger and headset are not please respond me.

                    Motorola W270 — Caller Tunes

                    Hi

                    I have not opted and/or intimated for want of caller tunes, but my mobile is activated with caller tunes (three different songs) songs are awful and it had badly affected my official status and I was questioned.

                    Deactivate the caller tunes immidiately, else i will be moving legally against Vodofone.

                    It is really disgusting to be a vodofone customer.

                        i was purchase motorola v3i 9 month ago.in my mobile many tipes of problem.firstly hang, back up etc.maine is set ko service centre me diya tha.vahan isko 1 manth ke baad vapas kiya . lrkin problem to thik hui nahi per set me itni dust aa gaya hai hkiu lagta hai ki set 5-6 year ka hai...
                        Khurana Brothers Redington(I) Ltd who are the service agent of Motorola, is giving the worst customer service. With one phone number [protected], there is no resposnse with some time giving engaged message or sometimes out of coverage. My JOB sheet number 306, dt 9/7/9 for MOTO Q8 which wwent for repair ten days (around last week of june) for complaint autimatic switch on and switch off very frequently was not at all attended. The same when sent to service on 9/7/9 they told the problem will be checked at their HO (Okhla) and cost will be informed. But since there was no response and when I nt directly on 17.07.09, they told they have not yet sent the set to their HO and will get back to me in couple of days on estimate.
                        But till date no message from the Khurana brothers office and fate of my mobile is a big ?.

                        Will MOTOROLA company to help their customer remove these idiotic agents from their list and have direct servicing to keep hold of market?

                        Dear Public please dont buy any mobile of MOTOROLA, which gives "n" number of problems.

                          Dear sir/madam

                          This is to inform you that I have bought Motorola motorokr E-8 on 14th 09/ 2008 from RPG CELLUCOM INDIA (P) LTD, Vikas Puri, Delhi, India. Initially the side lock was malfunctioning for which I gave it for repair at REDINGTON (INDIA) LIMITED, S-3 GREEN PARK EXTN, NEW DELHI, INDIA. The phone was returned, being regained after 2 months. In the interim no replacement phone was given, neither was I was informed of the status inspite of repeated calls. Following this the phone shut down completely within 4 days of repair. I again gave it for repair on 12/03/09 (work order number of REDINGTON (INDIA) LIMITED is 16100) . I was assured that new handset will be given in lieu of failure to repair the phone. Following this, I did not receive any call neither were my calls answered.
                          In April (2009) I finally managed to get them only to learn that nothing had been done. I was again assured of service. I also called the Motorola center and spoke to Mr Mridul and was given a complaint number[protected].
                          In June (2009) I again called them to find out that my phone is in a working state and I have been asked to collect it.
                          The entire process has taken almost a year (bought the phone on 14/09/08) and I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of professionalism in such a bigger company. Moreover, I bought the phone which was the latest model of Motorola my first phone of Motorola but, it has always been out of order and under repair.
                          I had sent a similar mail to their customer care who replied that I should collect the phone from repair as it has been repaired.
                          Now it’s an obsolete model. Moreover, it had been under repair for almost the whole period (almost a year) and now its warranty is about to finish. Since this set has given problem throughout, there is high probability of malfunctioning again, and now warranty is also over. I may have to pay for its repair in future, which I don’t want to.

                          As of now I am not at all happy with the services of the phone (Motorola) and the repairing agency REDINGTON (INDIA) LIMITED (as they never inform correct situation of phone repair and faults in phone). Further, this agency had always kept me in state of confusion about whether I am getting the new phone or the same is getting repaired. Further, I have mailed their customer service number of times, now they are not replying to my mails and are not taking any action towards it.
                          I would be obliged if you would kindly look into the matter and arrange for reimbursement of the money that I paid for the phone and my stress.

                            Im purchased one Motorola A-630 Gsm mobile vide your invoice no 10968 Dt 7th August 2006. I am receiving calls from my service provider i.e Airtel on which this phone works on [protected] in Gugaon. They have told me that the IMEI NUMBER OF THIS MOBILE IS INVALID AND THE MOBILE WILL BE NONFUNCTIONAL FROM[protected].                               actually i have submit my cell phone to the motorola repair centre at Old DLF gurgaon shop
                              because of minor problem there is some language problem but they didn't reply me wats the exectly problem have been accure, then one day they told me that display of cell is also damaged and software also currupted after all this they will give this cell to me after 1 month to me
                              but that time cell is also not working properly than i ask for wat the problem in that
                              than they ask me to leave the cell because it take more time because this time my cell is not detect any vodafone connection
                              but after 1 month i havn't received any information regarding my cell
                              when i went to the centre they always told me that i will take more time
                              and u have to wait for it
                              soo im very much frustrated from all this so plz help me

                                i am having a motorola ming a1200 mobile phone, and i gave for service to change the outer case of the phone, at redington madurai, tamil nadu, india on 5th of june 2009, and hardly 18 days past and a zero response at redington madurai, and now ie., on 22.06.09, they are telling to me on phone that it will take another 4 days to get complete the service, and they are telling excuse because of lag in delivery of the outer case of the phone from redington, chennai. work order number: MD/MO/09/00552

                                motorola A1200 (motoming) — bad customer care service

                                My touch screen phone A1200 has recently given some trouble and I have given it to the service centre listed in the company booklet.After repeated phone calls and lots of delay,I got my phone back after 2 weeks.However,NO REPAIR has been done after all this while.The touch screen continues to malfunction and I do not know how much longer it will take if I give my phone to the same dealer.Is there any solution to my problem?

                                I have recently purchased Motorola Z6 Model mobile from Univercell/Kancheepuram(Purchased month is Feb 2009)
                                one month back i found the following problem
                                1.Red Button not working
                                2.While making the calll camera will open
                                3.Very bad battery backup
                                i went to univercell &given for serivice, after 15 days they have serviced & given the mobile to me
                                but now again i found some problem

                                keypad button not working
                                camera not working
                                i cannot make the call
                                totalaly moblie system failure
                                Again i went to univercell, but they respond is un happy for me

                                So please that confrim i can get the new moblie from them, or i can get the service only

                                  Dear Sir,



                                  Till date, I have not received any reply from yours end.



                                  I went to yours Service centre at District Centre, Janakpuri. They have simply refused and asked that you have to pay for mother board and other spares if any required during repairing with in warranty period as water spots were there. However, neither, a single drop of water was came in contact with my mobile nor water spots were seen on mother board.



                                  Immediately, I had gone to some other mobile shop and they have repaired it with in 30 minutes with out any replacement of spares. I was astonished, how they were misleading the customer just to earn money dis-honestly.



                                  Please take urgent action and make arrangement for compensation/change of set as it’s a manufacturing defect. This is informing you repeatedly but you are silent in this regards.

                                  The said set was further out of order since more than one month; I am struggling to find out your service centre because the Tilak Nagar Out let is closed as reported by the adjacent shop-keepers.



                                  You are requested to change the set as the operation hangs i.e. the initial problems are arising again and again.



                                  Please inform yours action in this regard at the earliest so that I may think for some alternative solution or take up the matter with Consumer Forum as “it was a manufacturing defect” I had mentioned repeatedly since the date of Purchase.

                                  Above mentioned set was purchased from Capital Electronics, Kolkata on
                                  2nd October and it was hanged with in an hour. This was informed to
                                  M/s.Capital Electronics as well as at your Customer Care over phone.

                                  I came back to my residence at Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 after
                                  Dasshera. Then, I was failed to contact at the nearest Service Center at
                                  Janakpuri, Delhi as they had not pick up any call either in land line or
                                  in mobile.

                                  Finally I went to Janakpuri for the replacement of the said set as I had
                                  discussed with M/s. Capital Electronics. But, your service center at
                                  Janakpuri is simply a receiving section with common dialogue that set
                                  has to be sent to H.Q. and seven days time is required for
                                  repairing/replacement/etc..

                                  I am quite busy with my official responsibility, therefore, day to day
                                  chasing with your service center is impossible as they don't have any
                                  contact numbers.

                                  The invoice and Job Sheet are attached herewith for your decision
                                  immediately.

                                  I may go to yours service center on today/ tomorrow afternoon at
                                  Jaznakpuri.

                                  Keeping in the view above, you are requested to replace the set by
                                  today/tomorrow through the said service station.

                                      I am C.Angurajan from Trichy, I Bought a motorolo hand set ( ZN 200 Moto yuva ) from Univercell trichy on 22.12.2008 .With in 4 months i face a problem with my mobile . The problem is NO PROPER SWITCH ON & KEYPAD NOT WORKING, then i handover my mobile to the authorised motorolo service center trichy Redington India private limited on 27.04.2009 . They told me that the keypad board problem and they are asking service charge for this problem . For the past 4 years i am using your products but this is the first time i face a problem like this, So Please kindly do the need ful, i expect your earliest reply .

                                      : Note : herewith I attached the Hand set Bill which is bought from Univercell & the customer recipt which is given from Redington trichy .

                                        i have purchased a mobile (motorokr E6) in sep. last 2008.but i have facing some problem in my mobile in 25 January.and due to problem of my mobile i have submitted the mobile in his authorized service center in ucom aligang .but i have not found any solution in that time...
                                        after 2 month i have do the complained in motorola head office in Delhi. but he does not take any action regarding my mobile...
