Battery is not getting recharged by handset

I have purchased Motorla C168 handset. From 19.1.2008, my cell phone battery is not getting recharged thru my handset. I tried from similar handset of my collegue & battery was charged full. But when I fit in my cell, it is not getting recharged....

Missing of Handset

My above cellphone had been lost yesterday (i.e. 21.01.08) evening. The hand set IMEI is [protected].The phone No. is [protected]. The GDE No. at West Port Police Station, Kolkata is 1891 dt. 22.01.08. The customer care of BSNL has been informed to lock the SIM. Kindly arrange to lock the Hand Set, if possible, or do the needful and obliged....

I Purchase a Motorola pda smart phone by Indiatimes shopping online in january 2007. I paid all amount Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) by credit card. i was sold a defective set c975 model

i bought motorola c975 after big ads in times of india appeared saying a saving of almost couple of thousand rupees.
i paid 6000/-plus by my card to indiatimes.com.

the set is not dust proof ,the screen is full of dust now and the navigation system gets obstructed due to dust.

my warranty is valid till end of december 2007 and i have been trying to get to indiatimes but no response.

motorola sold a detective model and says they lack the software and technology to repair

indiatimes came out with big ads in times of india to sell motorola c975 model mobile showing a big savings.

i bought one paying 6000/-plus.

the set is not dust proof and the window is full of dust and the navigation system get obstructed with dust.

indiatimes keep silent to my e-mails.

motorola replied that they donot have the software and technbology to repair this model.....oh...

I had purchased a motorola mobile A-780 on 06.01.07 from Kamal
Communication, Noida. In September it suddenly stopped working. I had
sent it at your service centre in Noida, Sector-18. After fifteen days
they gave me back saying that it is now working properly. In the shop it
was ok but as soon as I reached home at Sector-62, it got again dead.

After that I again gave it for repair at Hot Spot....

Poor service by service center

I was Purcahsed motorola w170 mobile . My mobile is automaticlly restart and short battery life. I am apply for service center . They told me Your moblie send to L3 level . It take 10 days . After 15 days i called him and agin told me i am sending your mobile in L3 level . According this Customer care service of Mororola is very bad . They told me it required more than 15 days....

new ph Restarts/Hangs

Hi,

I bought a Moto Q gsm 3 weeks back, The first day things were fine, the second day applications starting to hang, and the third day the ph started restarting every hour.! i took it to the Service center and got a new handset. tehy took 2 weeks to give me a replacement.
I got this new handset 5 days back, and it has started to restart too!
I feel something is wrong with the model itself. Have seen enough reviews...

Ear phone not working

I have purchase motorola C168 on dt. 1/09/2006 , within few days it's head phone was not working.
After visiting a service centre i come to know that it's PCB should changed.
So he keep the mobile with him for atleast 40 days. after that he told me that you keep your mobile with you , i will inform you when i recived the PCB.
After few days i have come to know that , service centre is now closed permenantly.br...

Very poor customer service!

my motorola phone has problem in battery. my batterybakeup is only 10 hours without calling and 2 hours calling.
i mobile purchase date is 08-06-07. means four manth.

accesories stolen phone book numbers missing

My Motorazar v3i cell phone was given for service under 1 year warranty perid used to auto gets off, used to give shock while putting in charging or using uSB cable etc to this Redington service in Pune, India.

C261 (MOTOROLA) HAS PROBLEM IN TRANSFERRING DATA

I have a MOTOROLA C-261 mobile phone. The data and photographs are not transferring to the PC.
I have contacted several times to the Service Center but the person concerned is also unable to transfer the data and photo.
I have also send some mails to MOTOROLA, but I could not get any satisfactory response.

It’s rare that I encounter a customer service issue compelling enough to take time to write a complaint letter but the experience i had last saturday at your motorola service centre at kochi {40/8092, 1st Floor, DD Junction Building, Near Shenoy's Theatre, Opp. Alappatt Arcade, M.G.
