I purchased a Motorola L9 Premium set on January 26, 2007. It is working perfectly fine in all aspects other than the battery. Initially I have to charge the battery every 2 days, then every alternate days, now I have to charge it everyday. It is just irritating to charge a set everyday.

I am from Bhubaneswar and using BSNL Sim (Prepaid). Anybody having the address of Bhubaneswar Motorola Service Center, please let me know.

this is sanjay nagar i have motorola l7i phone i have problem in my handfree so i deposit it in your service center (UCOM TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. DA/3 GROUND FLOOR OPP NATHU SWEETS VIKAS MARG SHAKARPUR DELHI 110092) ON 18/08/08 by than i made 5-6 round to your center but they refuse to return my handsfree i tried to contact center head but always he is absent im working hours yesterday also i went to your center but there is no responce or center head is also not in center i have this in written by an employee with stamp (center head is not in center im working hours) he is busy in shopping with his friend in karolbag i also tried corperate center but there is no responce.

so i just want to ask once the cell is sold company have no responsblity to their customer they don't understand customer problem or his time value

so sir/madam i am waiting for your reply pls ans as soon as possible

I bought a motorolla Handset model -Motorolla W 362 dated 03rd May,
Very Next day i faced a lot of problem, when connecting the usb without laptop usb it get switch of & ON repeatedly, Battery charging is also less, while talking also it will get switch off & on .
So as a consmer No body will able tolerate if all problem are there, continuously i went for redington service centre but no result, finally after 7 days they change PCB & did some soldering .

I would request you to provide me a fresh handset against this dead set, becos again after repair same problem happening

& i am mentally getting harrassed by continuously going over to service centre & web world .

From Reliance web store i got query that any major problem u get Service centre DOA ( dead on Arrival ) claim we will provide a new handset .

But in motorolla service centre redington name they are cheating the customer, so if this continues we will have to force to take decision legally without other means as we are now helpless

Motorola Mobile — cahrged for no work

Sir,
I am Rajasekar and I gave my motorola w270, in Redington India ltd. Egmore for display problem. They said that the idsplay is broken so it doesen't come under waranty and I have to pay Rs.750/- plus taxes. I acepted the estimation and the work order was prepared (No.EG/MO/09/01197 dt. 05.05.09), they told me that it will take one week. After one week every alternate days I rang up but the work was not completed. So I went in person on 17.06.09 (after 42 days) and wanted the hand set back even if it is not repaired. They wanted me to pay a charge of Rs.115/- for their mistake and for no work they have done. I have paid the same vide their inovice No.EGM03620 dt.17.06.09 with rubber stamp that Returned wihtout Repair.
How can they charge me for their neglegence. Any way I am sending a consumer legal Notice to Redington India Ltd. and a copy to Motoroloa.

Motorola / L7i Phone — Motorola Service Center

I have a Motorola L7i handset. For the past couple of days I found that one key on the keypad has got pressed and as such other keys are not working. I took the handset to the Motorola Service center, they examined the same, and said that, “ The software of the phone has been upgraded, and the problem in because of that”.
Yes, its true that the software of the phone was upgraded, and it was done by me, but after the upgradation I used the phone perfectly for a couple of months without any sort of hassle.

Anyway, they took my phone and gave a receipt copy ( but I must mention here that, before submitting my phone, my phone was at least starting up ). I don’t know what they did, during the inspection, but after they returned me the phone, it was completely dead. It was’t responding to anything. They even took back the receipt copy, though they are supposed to give one copy to me. They said, it was your fault, we can’t do anything.

I even told them, that Iam ready to pay the charges, to make my phone work, but they are accepting my phone.

Now, my phone is completely dead.

Please suggest. Is this the thing that one gets from a authentic service center??

Motorola set C-168 is not working and screen light is out. Kindly advise us where it can be repaired.
I had purchased Motorola V-6 Mobile on October 20, 2009. Somehow its display is not working. I went to Motorolla Service Center in Janakpuri district center. They said that it would charge me Rs. 1800 even if the phone is under warranty. I asked them why but they didnt have any answer. If the Phone is under warrant then they should repair it free of charge. Why are they asking me to pay this huge amount. THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE I HAV EVER RECEIVED. I have Motorokr E6 (IMEI No. [protected]) mobile phone which I purchased from Moradabad in March 2008. I have complain regarding the
software(Motorola Phone Tools version 4.4.0A) which does not work in my PC as I use Window Vista Basic (32 bit) operating system. I have also contacted your service centre in Moradabad (Silicon Compuware Solution Pvt. Ltd.), UP, India but new version of software was not available at service centre. I was told that it will be made available to me but it was not provided to me after a no. of days have passed. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. I have complained you before but got no response, a very irresponsible behaviour of the company.
I hope you will pay attention, at this time to my problem and will solve it.

i purchased a new Motorola ex115 on the 24th of jan, 2011.

the same day it had a problem, the speaker use to echo the mouthpiece voice.

instead of replacing the set they asked me to go to the service center which they on the 1st of feb replaced with a used handset.

our hard earned money is of no worth for them.

the service center says that Motorola is filled with poor quality.

NO ONE EVER BUY A MOTOROLA ITS DAMN CHEAP QUALITY THESE DAYS.

I HAVE SEVEN OTHER WHO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT.

ON MONDAY I WOULD BE FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEM IN THE CONSUMER FORUM.

    i have a Motorola cell - model A1200 purchase on may 2007. i have the problem from july 2007. (software/ sound/ hanging/ screen is nt working ). but, my problem is not solve yet now. i have submit my cell to the service center of Delhi, (REDINGTON INDIA LTD., S-3, GREEN PARK EXTN.       Sensitive FOOLS(Proof) MOBLIE MOTOROCKR.
      This is regarding the E6 phone which I purchased in July 2007, the phone worked phentastically for 3-4months and started giving problems one by one. First time it gave a problem with loud speaker, then recently problem with touch screen. When I went to the authorised service station, they said the set is water logged and can't come under warranty, I tried to explain the front office person, that it has not come in contact with water. Even then he said it is due to water and took 100Rs for inspection and 1500Rs for repairing. I even escalated the problem with higher ups with Motorola, I believe till today I could not come in contact with MOTOROLA person directly, thay have given the servicing for third party and they just try to get money.

      It is very clear that nowhere Motorola has not mentioned about the sensor and the customer will not know about this till he/she visits the service center. It is just a gimmick and to SAVE THEIR SKIN MOTOROLA HAS PLACED A CHEMICAL SENSOR WHICH IS SENSITIVE TO MOISTURE, and that too in a place where anyone can open the outer cover definitely can be touched. It can also happen that without notice a customer can purchase a set with which the sensor is already activated. The sets should be customer friendly and be rugged. I believed Motorola is sixsigma company which brings extraordinary products to the market. With this experience I make sure I will not buy any Motorola product and even suggest most of the people whom I come across about this unreasonable play and make them aware of the gimmicks.

      I believe these things should be coming in news papers so that customers will be aware and not be robbed.

      through this letter i wud like to draw attention of high authority towards the varanasi motorola authorised service center.There was sum prblm wid my motorokr phone and i went to d service center, firstly my prblm was not solved bcoz on d first day they said it just d prblm of software n on second day they said its not software prblm n it will take 3o days to get ur phone repaired...u people tell me can any person work widout mobile for 30 days...dats was not d only only prblm, secondly the hospitality n d behaviour of d staffs towards d customers was simply VERY POOR n it was totally unfair...not satisfactory at all.
      And i want u people to take sum strict action against that service center and particularly d head person of dat center regarding his behaviour...and also ensure dat frm next time u people give good facility service to d customers ...
      take action as quickly as possible...n i want my answer
      do reply me on my id other wise i will be forced to write a letter to consumer forum...
      waiting 4 ur answer...

        I purchased one Motorola F3 phone for my wife on 01.01.2007 and within a year it went defective for twice. On each occasion I had to go to Motorola's Redington service center at Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata and they after keeping the set for more than a month handed over the set with different IMEI no. The logic from their side was that this F3 set is not repairable. On last occasion I was delivered a different set without testing and after going home it found defective again. Compelling with the situation I had to go their office on the next very day and after 1 hour they handed over a different set which was deposited to them for repairing 01 month back. If this F3 set is not repairable then how they have delivered me the same set which was defective and submitted for repairing? The clock of this set never gives the actual time as it is always goes slow. This problem was found from the very beginning and was reported each time I submitted my set for repairing, but nothing actually was done in this regard.
        Being worried of recurring expenses for repairing of the set (as warranty was over), I had requested the President & General Manager-Mobile Devices (India), Motorola on 14.02.2008 and after that my set was replaced with another one which was said to be a new one. But the set is locked for IDEA Sim and as I am having BSNL connection I am unable to use this set. After that on each chasing, either by going to their service center or by sending letter, they intimate me passwords for unloacking the set and the same does not work everytime. On each ocassion I am used to be contacted by new person and receive new set of password but the problem remains the same as the password does not match. Hence the set is lying to my table as a show piece.
        In this regard I would like to request for necessary action in this regard under intimation to me.
        Motorola Mobility customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        motofone F3 — replacement of handset

        BOUGHT A NEW MOTO F3 AND NETWORK PROBLEM STARTED, ITS SHOWING NO NETWORK. THE MOTOROLA WORKSHOP ENSURED US THAT IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED SO THEY'LL REPLACE THE HANDSET. AFTER A MONTH ALSO THEY ARE NOT GIVING US A NEW HANSET AS WELL AS THE OLD CELLPHONE IS ALSO WITH THEM.

        i gave my mobile and it's battery for replacement cause of it is not working befor 2 and 1/2 month. but within 2 and 1/2 month every time new reason and every time same feedback that we placed your order and take next date and call before come. what kind of service. i am proud of motorola but service for motorola is bad, very bad, very very bad. i have only one cell and without that cell how it is possible to use my sim. i also asked for the temparory cell for few days but no reply and no service.
        they have given next date is 7th march 2008. and the process is going on and on and on.
        so what to do? please tell me .

          I am a customer of motorola, I am holding a motorola MOTOROKR E6, unfortunately my mobile is not working properly due to there is problem of touch screen, so i visited somajiguda/begumpet branch redington service desk on10/3/2008 YOUR Service engineer checked and he informed there is a problem in touch screen and he also told they are not holding stock rigth on the day, and he asked me to visit in 3days then they will get the stock right from the that day to till day iam not getting any response from the service centre, and there is a lady who is sitting in the front counter with name SUDHA she is irresponsible in her behaviour and she rudely talking with the customer and she is not ready to tell her name, i dont think her name is SUDHA she also wear opticals, she use to shoute on the customers.

          please help me out in this i also visited HIMAYATH NAGAR/ABIDS service centre but they waste fellows they even not finding problem

          I faced software problem in my newly bought MOTO W 270.so I contacted Motorola service center on 25 of AUGUST, located at A 1/3 sector B opposite Aliganj Post office lucknow, U.P..
          they promished to return the phone within 2 days..Now they are saying the Phone is lost and they are refusing to return the phone..now it passed one months and i have gone to service centre more than ten times from my residence BARABANKI which is 40 K.M far from cente.
          my service reciept no is 9065 and my set IMEI NO is [protected]..i[censored] feel my complain important then order the centre authority to return my or new phone..otherwise reply me so that i can contact CONSUMER FORUM to help me in returning my phone...

          motorola zn 200 mobile — hello

          i am buy motola zn 200 before 17 days it is show many problems it does not work properly i am tell company but they can not help
          I bought a moto ZN200 3 weeks ago. After I got a 2GB card fixed to it, it'd started to show a hell lot of problems. The phone fails to read the micro SD card many a times. The phone is very slow and hangs frequently. Frequent hangs is also observed. What is the best way out of all this? I am fed up of all this hanging. IS there any refund possible?           Motorola — problem not being solved my company

          i purchased an moto rokr e8 on 14/9/2008, and after two months the phone started creating problems, in first week of december it asked for booth loading, i gop tit done, when i asked they said that phone got over discharged, than in nxt week, than also i got same problem than also they booth lodaded it, than in nxt week also i got sam eproblen, than on 5 januaray 2009 i submitted my phone in motorola customer centre in faridabad, they kept it til 13/1/2009 and i evening of sam eday i got it and was told that IC was change but after using for 10 mionutes same problem arised, i gave it back and til now i hav no tgot it, they are not ready to replace it, and are not able to mak ei twork properly,
          plz help me geeting out of this problem bcoz due to it i am getting affeted

          Motorola Mobile Phone Model 220 — Set is not working properly

          I purchased a motorola mobile phone from the m/s Satguru Telecom, N.C.Ramchandra Market, Roorkee-247667, Dist. Haridwar.

          From the very beginning the set was not working properly. 3 or 4 times i have to go to your service centre at roorkee. that time hands free was not working properly. sometimes the mike was working, sometimes the mike was not working. Now a days chargers was not working. When I went to the service centre at Roorkee (It has come to know that service centre has wind-up from Roorkee)

          My mobile phone is without chrages since two moths, mike is not working. In total mobile phone is dead for the last two months. shop keepers said it is not our duty you can contact the service centre anywhere. Service Centre is closed. Guarantee period is going to over on 29th July, 2009.

          Please rectify the problem or change the mobile set as it is not working properly.

          Motorola yuva handset touch screen — WORST BRAND I HAVE EVER PURCHASED

          i have got this mobile handset for my wife in january 09 to gift her on bday on 24th january
          She was happy to see the looks of the handset as it was touch screen.
          i m working with reliance communication but thought to buy a GSM handset and decided to purchase barnd other then NOKIA which i use every time.
          The time she started using it, , , it generally goes out of network or gets switched off every hour if it is not in use.
          I handed over set to motorola service center at redington building with the complain and they return it in 2 days...
          and assured that it will be ok...
          again it started giving same trouble
          i again handed over the cell to the center and they sent it to delhi for repair...when i got it back, , , they said the software is updated and some techicalities.
          but till date it is having the same problem.

          What do i do ...she is also frustrated and i feel very bad...i need to buy nokia again

I purchased that mobile in nov. 2008 and after the use of 8 months there is problem in voice in video recording and after that i gone to service centre in district centre, janakpuri, jana tower-1, and the service centre name is khurana brothers. So after they solve my problem but before that there is problem in my headset at the same day when i receive the phone from service centre, and after that they will solve that problem also then again there is problem in network on that phone. Till that day im facing a network problem in my handset, at the time of purchase im not facing any type of problem of network but at the day im giving the phone to service centre the problem starts and no body solve my problem, so with u tell me what i will do.           I have also lost the 1600 number which was put in my mob set and they donot allert me for that.

          I had purchased a Motorola motorokr E6e on Apr 07th 2009. I was given the warranty of 1 year at the timing of issuance based upon Warranty card.

          After 7 months Mobile is not charging. I gave to it on 25/10/09 to Motorola authorized service centre “M/s money communication B-8 First floor, bhoja complex, near vinayak hospital, sector-27 noida 201301. they changed charger & than battery of my mobile for correcting the issue but problem was remain constant than they submit my mobile the job order was YC/MO/09/00754 & they give me time after 7 day but I reached their on 15.11.2009 I see it but the problem remain same on service card which was come from their h.o. comment software updated. I again deposit my mobile with job order no. YC/MO/09/00867 & they gave me delivery date 20.11.09. on 21 I call their & they reply that the mobile is return back from their H.O. & again software updated there. & they also suggested me to talk their customer care I call on their cc & they registered my complaint against[protected] after 2 day I call their cc against my complaint they say that the mother board of your phone will be changed & the problem will be solve till 15.12.2009 . On 16.11.09 I call to authorized service centre reply hat our handset came back from our h.o. due to warrant bounce. I also registered my complaint through Email the complaint no.was[protected] on 29.11.09.

          To be surprised the issue was still there and I doubt about the quality of the service they are providing. I escalated this to the authorized service centre.I didn't receive any positive response from motorola.
          I do not have my first job sheet as Service Centre guys have taken back the receipt while handling the mobile to me. I have facing this problem last 2 months.
          After all my efforts get failed, I am requesting you to take proper action against them. I have hardly used the mobile for 6-7 months during such a long period. My 2 complaints are registered in Service centre located at Noida. & 2 are in their customer care.
          I am totally frustrated on Motorola service and to me this is a CHEATING company.
          I request you to kindly have the set replaced ASAP.
          You can not understand that I am facing serious trouble. I am being harassed. i am feeling really very frustrated. You should positively support me here. and proper action should be taken.
          Its almost 60 days the complaint has been filed and no clarity on what Motorola is doing till today. If there is no positive reply soon, what I will do.
          Let me know if you need any other possible details from my side.

              Hi,

              I have purchased Motorola V3i on 14/10/2007 from Univercell, CMH Road bangalore, it was working ok till feb 08 and one fine day it switched off due to low battery and after charging for some time(about 2 hrs), the handset didnot power on and a message that the charging cannot be done was seen.

              The handset was handed over to Redington service center on Infantry road bangalore on 4/3/2008 to have a look and the answer i get on 6/3/2008 is " water logging" and it doesnot fall under warranty and the handset will be returned. This was not a surprise at all as this was most convenient answer one can give to place the blame squarely on the consumer, this is not the first handset that i was using and i am not the one to waste time and money on getting a water logged handset repaired/replaced , i would infact go for a new one. The answer was that the cost of the repair would be 80% of the new cost so i need to go and collect the handset back.

              Please advice as i am thoroughly disappointed with the service of Motorola.

                i bought motorizr z3 handset on 20/06/07....and m continuously having problem with the battery of this handset.....the first time i contacted the concerned dealer , he got it repaired but again m having the same problem that too within the warranty period

                Actually not only I but each and every customer is unsatisfied at that service center.
                I have made a video clip of the nuisance going on the service center.
                There customers were comparing NOKIA , LG and other service centers.

                I am surely going to file a "Consumer Forum" IF MY CONCERN IS NOT SATISFIED.

                Moreover I will blog this thing into all the search sites , so that when a customer will search for Motorola phone,
                at least he will be well aware about the aftermaths.

                But anyways Motorola phone is not bad but it is in wrong hands and this is going to make a great loss.

                    I happened to be a great endonser of the motorola products until a coupe of incidents left me absolutely disgusted with it.
                    I am given to understand that the workhours of the kolkata servicecenter are from 9AM to 5pm IST and I happened to go there looking for a battery at about 5:30PM.This was primarily due to the fact that I live in a place that is fairly far from kolkata and did not check the worktimings in detail.I could have been a little rude,but that was the end of things until my display wouldn'd work and I revisited the same service center the next day - 31st January ,2008 and was told that the entire display needed to be replaced and that it cost Rs.5700.My financials aren't exactly in the pink of things and walked out a disappointed man. I spotted a man sitting on the pavement opposite my temporary residence and he fixed my problem for rupees 100 only.
                    following this incident,I have lost faith in motorola intoto but thought that after having used their products for aeons, I deserved to tell you of my experience.They might need to address the attitude and competence of workforce deployed in the kolkata service center.

                          I had purchased Motorola Bluetooth H 500 in the Month of December From ALFA Stores Irla Mumbai. The vice quality was not clear so i went to service centre at Vashi the 2 nd day of my purchase .The Vashi service centre confirmed that their was problem with the voice quality so it has to be replaced . Till date i am continuously contacting the Vashi service centre 7& i have not received the replacements.

                            I have purchased Motorla C168 handset. From 19.1.2008, my cell phone battery is not getting recharged thru my handset. I tried from similar handset of my collegue & battery was charged full. But when I fit in my cell, it is not getting recharged.

                            I have problem with Motorola handset and the details are :-

                            This is to draw your attention towards the inefficiency in dealing with us. Your one of the service center is not working properly, In last month, my handset was switch off automatically for this I was surrendered my handset to your one of the “Motorola Service Center at located in S-3, Green Park, next to Uphar Cinema, Delhi” and till now (Receipt Date 14th April, 2008) it is not repaired by them and even when ever I want to take a feedback for the same from them they talk very rubbishy and irresponsible. Till now I have not received any status from your service center about my handset

                            Before this I have a Motorola C131 and it has the same problem which I am facing with current Motorola C218. I am very disappointed by your service as well as the behavior of your staff with under irresponsible manager and this makes very bad impression towards to customer and customer never trust to your product; if this is your service then I sorry to say that I never ever buy any product which belongs to Motorola.

                            Being as an employee of “Business World Magazine a sister concern of Star News, TV Channel” I badly need handset for my daily office dealing. So please consider my request in urgent basis and resolve all issues as soon as possible, if my issue not resolve then I have only way to knock the consumer court.

                            In order to avoid such situations in the future, I would need proper time and attention from your support team. Hence would need your cooperation in this.

                            I am regular customer for TATA INDICOM for more than 3years, now I am facing a problem with Motorola handset as well as the customer support. All the detail is mentioned as above. I am suggesting you, if possible then please consider to other companies for handset and they should provide us a better service within the time period as well as good behavior towards to customer.

                            Motorola — handset not working

                            i had purchased a Motorokr E6 Premium Black Coloured on 9 April' 08.The problem is of touch screen caliberation...and its continuous despite i had provided service to the handset at the centre for twice earlier also.Whenever the screen gets hanged i am not able to make even a call from that...because of the lack of keypad in the set...i think if the keypad is missing then its touch screen caliberation must be strong n prompt enough to give service, ...but very sorry to say that its very very poor...
                            On 5 august '08 it has been given for the third time by me for the same problem. & whenever i give the set its not been delievered atleast before 15-20 days.
                            after spending 13, 300 /- Rs. i dont think i deserve a handset which has been given to the service centre for 3 times within 4 months.
                            I request you to please put my complaint to the authorities and ask them for the replacement of the set or probably deliver me any other handset of the same value or nearby that...
                            The IMEI No. of the handset is [protected] & it was purchased from The Mobile Store, Apex mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur on 9 april' 08.

                            As per the companies warrenty my hand set is not working in a proper way Model No. W375 more than two times i have already repair my cellphone please do something, if it possible so please change my set because in warrenty period.

                            Motorola — hand set not working

                            i brought my motorola handset from nearby telecom shop in october, 2008.i have problem with its charger aftr 2 months but that was replaced by service centr.now i have problem in sending messages.so i went to motorola care where i told to wait for 1 week.now after 1 week when i contacted them they r saying that my phone is not repaired yet.

                            i hav motorokr E6 hendset and it is in warranty period its hav lot of problem and no satisfactory service from your service center in redington at andheri (E) in bombay and now i brought this headset 10 jul 09, and its display is faulty and it is normal before i gave it for service morever its GPRS is not responding just its opened google.com and if i search for another site it just show connecting... when i saw this problem to enginner they said it can't be solve and it is ur MTNL service problem when i made a download fm mobile its stop in 10% of download and even not complete in 10 hours, sir plz look in this matter and take my problem seriously endind my statement
                            Hi This is Srikanth and i brought my motorola handset in last year and now i my hand set is not working becase of signal problem.
                            when i am trying to make any cal then the signal point is going to 0%,
                            some times it is showing 'Emergency cals only',
                            can you please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                              My above cellphone had been lost yesterday (i.e. 21.01.08) evening. The hand set IMEI is [protected].The phone No. is [protected]. The GDE No. at West Port Police Station, Kolkata is 1891 dt. 22.01.08. The customer care of BSNL has been informed to lock the SIM. Kindly arrange to lock the Hand Set, if possible, or do the needful and obliged.

                                i have purchased a Motorola L9 on sept-07.on dec my mobiles Software is corrupted for that i had given my mobile to the motorola service center on 28th dec 2007 &in service center they commited me to return my mobile on 30th dec buit till today i have not reacive my mobile & when i am asking in service center they are telling me to collect the mobile but while going to them they are telling me to come on the next day.this process is going on science last 8 days .

                                I bought motorola L9 on 18-june, 2008. its being 10 months.. in such a short duration, i have faced so many technical problems like low battery back up, software corrupt, display problem, speakers problem n lots more. As per my memory, u may check my at least 5 visits to your motorola service stations. but every time i was told lets see.. they had send my handset to ur Delhi head office also but my problem is still there only. They have returned my set by saying that nothing can be done beyond this.. The only way is to approach 'complaint center'. Pls help me out coz due to my busy schedule i cant contact u again n again. i hope 'Customer satisfaction' is your bench mark (like Nokia) and i request u to look in to the problem as soon as possible.

                                  I had some problem with my phone motorola g3 turbo i handed that to service center "NET SURFER" they assured me that my phone will be repaired with a week but its now almost 40 days but my phone is still not being repaired. They are blaming the company for the parts required for my phone. Please look into the matter.

It started problem within one month.So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset on 16.11.07.but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 40 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. it cannot be repaired.they...

                                    I Purchase a Motorola pda smart phone by Indiatimes shopping online in january 2007. I paid all amount Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) by credit card. Since Delivery The Mobile set was Not in Good condition. So Indiatimes shopping .com send two times to repair to compact international.But invain. Third time indiatimes promise me to refund my amount, and told me to send mobile again. It was a matter of July2007. I Send mobile set by indiatimes authourise courrier sevice TNT BY 10/07/2007. After senting item I attempt several times to indiatimes shopping.com to send my 10 thousand amount. but This time they turned down and saying that your warranty perioud is expired. so we are not liable for any kind. this is the story. neither my mobile set is back nor my amount. I am a working man so i have not time to go anywhere. I am just reminding and reminding and reminding

                                      i bought motorola c975 after big ads in times of india appeared saying a saving of almost couple of thousand rupees.
                                      i paid 6000/-plus by my card to indiatimes.com.

                                      the set is not dust proof ,the screen is full of dust now and the navigation system gets obstructed due to dust.

                                      my warranty is valid till end of december 2007 and i have been trying to get to indiatimes but no response.

                                      motorola replied saying they donot have software and the technology to repair this model.......how funny.....

                                      the local motorola agent is not interested to even listen......

                                      i want motorola to clarify using this forum if they really care their customers.....
