Motorola — DEFAULTED SET OF PHONE

I PURCHASED MOTOROLA WX-181 MODEL ON[protected] CONTAINING IMEI NO.[protected],I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE SET PROPERLY
SINCE THEN DUE TO MULTIPLE DEFECTS ARISING ONE AFTER ANOTHER.SERVICE CENTRE HAS ALSO DENIED TO REPARE.
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL REGARDING REIMBURSEMENT OF AMOUNT FROM THE COMPANY OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SET..
I Manoj Bhrigu, submitted my mobile set Motorola FireXT 530 on 20.10.2012 vide Job no OI/MO/12/00492 at Satyam Communication, Centre, sec-18, Noida under warranty repair services. It was submitted for Camera problem, Overheating Problem, Intermittently Hanging Problem and Not Charging Intermittently Problem respectively. Service Centre promised to repair and return it in a week time. After a week, when the Service Centre was contacted they told it will take one more week as required spare has to come from Motorola, Chennai. When again after a week the service center was contacted, response was similar, but I was given Motorola Customer Care number in addition. On calling customer care number, they logged my escalation complaint vide complaint number[protected] on 03.11.2012. I was told that I can get status only after working 48hrs. On contacting again the customer care next Saturday, I got a response that 48hrs are not yet over. I called again today and got a very desperate response that status will be given by the weekend only as it is an EOL product now and spare availability is a problem. Subsequently I was given regional support manager, Mr. Praveen Kumar’s contact number ([protected]) which I tried several time but sad to say it was never picked up. It is brought to your notice that I am Motorola fan and holding one more Motorola set i.e. Motorola Razer. I have been depressed with the response of the Service Centre as you are aware of the hard earned money by a service class. May I request your kind honor to arrange to provide me a new set as replacement or instruct the Service Centre to repair on TOP PRIORITY? I would request you to take a suitable action, as it will discourage customers to go for Motorola in future. Hoping for a positive immediate action from you for the sake of the reputation of Motorola.
Do take an immediate positive action.
