[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

hi sir
i have booked a mtnl broadband connection last month on 18-april-2009. my phone no is 26641913 on which i booked this broadband connection. but i did not get the connection yet. i even go to mtnl office many times but they r enable to answer me that how many more days it will take to get installed. so plz help me. i need this connection very urgent as i have a lot work on internet daily to do. but due to this problem i m anable to do that work on time. can u please help me.

I AM USING MTNL 599 COMBO CONNECTION FROM MAY, 2009.
I AM GETTING A SPEED OF 10-20KBPS.BUT MTNL COMPANY SAID EARLIER THAT WE WILL GIVE U A SPEED OF 256 KBPS.
CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW CAN I GET A GOOD SPEED OF ABT 200-250 KBPS .
SOME OF MY FRIENDS R ALSO USING THE SAME BROADBAND FACILITY & THEY R GETTING MORE THAN 200 KBPS,

Hello...

This is vicky and my MTNL no is[protected]. I have been using Mtnl for the last 3 month... I'm using the plan unlimited download @599. I used to get good speed of about 200 - 210kbps. But two days before I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps.
I did gave a complain but no response, not.

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i did complaint about it at call centre number 1504 many times but problem is not solved till now, i also lodge complaint through webportal..but all is in vain..

MTNL — Never gets Broadband Connectivity Continuously

We have a MTNL broadband connection at home and we never gets the continuous Internet connection, always its get disconnected in 15 min and facing this problem since we had this connection its like MTNL dont want the customers, and asking customers to go for private service providers

There is no internet connectivity in my broadband

Dear Sir

I have made a big mistake by taking your third class internet service my phone no is 25382534 . I have took connection in the month of feb 2009 . It work good for a month after that problem got started . It works only for a week in whole month.I made many complaints but I got nothing instead of a complaint no. No one even came to check the fault . I want a final result relating to this matter.Gave me suitable sugestion or collect your trash from my office .

Iam having brodband service through land line tel.no.28200013 and I have been trying to complaint through land line & mobile your staff are not responding to the call for the last one month.

I now request you to look into the matter and start the internet at the earliest. and see that your account department wont charge for the same for not giving the service.

Broadband ADSL
Hi,

I am using MTNL Broadband connection.From last 5-6 Months I am facing
problem in Internet connection, some times It gets Connected or some
times not .Most of the time its ADSL link continously blinking due to
which I am unabel to browse any site. I have registered my complaint
many times in MTNL via call center but still problem is same.My

My number is[protected] and the internet at my home has not been working for the last 15 days. I have complained atleast 5 times and have been told everytime that my complaint has been updated. The Officer incharge is never available and no heed is being paid to the complaints made. The attitude of the employees is totally ""sarkari" as they have no accountability whatsoever. The SDO was also called but nothing happened.

I hope that somebody reads this mail of mine on the non chalant and obnoxious attitude of the MTNL employees towards my 5 complaints. Horrible is the word and I am totally disgusted with the services which have been provided. They just dont seem to listen.

We have two connection of MTLN land line for our company Parkash Amusement Rides & Fun World. Since 1 June 2009, both phons are dead. we had complaint it at 198 and they have given us complaint No. 763 but till today the matter is same as earliear. whenever we call at 198 they respond your complain is already with us but there is no further action. todya we compalined at 1500 and they have given us another compaint no. 5444. please solved this matter. our phone No. is 22145124 & 22145125

MTNL Broadband Unlimited 599 — Less downloading speed

Hello, mtnl staff i have mtnl tri combo 599 unlimited plan.Before the connection of internet your employers says that it has 256kbps downloading speed but after the connection i got only 20 kbps downloading speed.Sir/Madam please boost up my speed as soon as. Myphone nos. are[protected].

The speed advertised for you is 256 kbs and you are getting a 20 KBs which is 160 kbs. I think this is the max you will get after all the latencies. These indian internet companies cheat by advertising in kb instead of KB there is a large difference between bits and bytes

mtnl broadband connection — Awaiting Engineer for Internet setting Installation

Applied for Rs. 599/- Combo pack (Phone with Broadband connection) 14/4/09. Land line was installed on 5/5/09. Phone working fine but still to connect up the broadband for the internet connection in spite of repeated calls to the concerned departments.

MTNL Broadband — non functioning of internet despite several complaints

Broadband connection provided to me has not been working for the past 12 days despite complaints and personal visit to the exchange. The phone no is located in CGS colony under Wadala exchange. Despite visit of the exchange man promising to rectify the mistake in one day by changing modem is yet to materialize.Restoration of internet service is extremely important to me in wake of my daughters ensuing college admission, which has been made compulsorily online.Urgent action is requested.
