[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

I am using mtnl's broadband connection on my phone No.[protected]. Since last 30 days the problem i am facing is that my connection works properly till 10-00 AM regularly and after that time either it doesn't work or works very very very slowly. it seems that MTNL doesn't have solution for this issue. I registerred a complain on 1504 via docket no. 3547 about a month back. And with ref. of that docket no., the different operators gives me different different phone nos and ask me to speak to GM/DGM/Area Engineer on those nos. Such given Nos. are[protected], 24361221, 24310645. But all given nos. are showing busy 24X7 since last 30 days. Now I am fed up with mtnl's approach and don't know what to do as mtnl is not bothered about the complain. I feel like cheated by MTNL, as they collect bill amount regularly without providing the service as well as not taking any action to sort out the issue.

My brodband service is not working.

I have taken a new connection whose number is 28334387.But now days telephone is not working.Phone dialer tone has gone from 2 days.I have also applied for BROAD BAND .But still BROADBAND IS NOT INSTALLED .Please resolve my problem.

MTNL Broadband — over billing

My no is 29814138 at G-38 Lajpat nagar-2, New Delhi, 2nd floor. the owner of this house is outside country from the past 3 months and the last bill send by MTNL was around 2400 which i paid as a care-taker of the house, i thought that the owner might have used but now the bill has again generated as 2300/- for the month of may, interesting thing is this that here is no computer installed from the past 2 months and the bill is 2300/- but on the tollfree no 1500, 1504 they dont know anything they only give other nos.and say talk there we dont know anything, what stupid people are sitting on the customer care lines.

With reference to above mentioned phone number the Broad Band internet connection on this telephone has not been working since 29th April, 2009. We have been continuously contacting Mr. Mishra (Area Incharge), on his phone number ([protected]) & Incharge Mr O. P. Singh on his Phone no. [protected] but they are not responding to our request & the connection is still faulty.
It is, therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and the Broad Band Internet connection be got repaired at the earliest please .

very very poor and bad services of mtnl

Dear sir/madam

I am having a broadband connection in the name of my son Vishal Khatri . The No. is 25051571.
The net connectivity is not constant . It is intermittent and we are unable to use it continuously . The same fault is reported several times .

I am on deputation to UN Mission in Sudan. Due to this net problem, i am facing problem to remain in touch with my family. Kindly look into the matter .

MTNL Broadband — internet not workin

my broadband connection Tel.no 26137942 is not working for last 15 days, please help and oblige.

I agree with all the complainants here. I too am frustuated. I was promised that a line man will come to rectify the line having constant ADSL problem, but I just waited at my home and nobody came, neither the line was repaired. MTNL does not care for others time. For every category of complaint, the user is directed from one department to another instead of MTNL staff itself following it up.
My Telephone:[protected] in West Delhi. If this does not improve, then I do not have option but to switch it over to private wireless internet provider like Reliance or Tata.

MTNL Broadband — slow speed and disconnection

My net connection goes now and then apart from that the speed is realy slow. My net works for 12-15 days only in a month. Whenever I complain they just give me a complain no and then it works for 2-3 days and gone again. Customer services asks me to complain to area manager but I cant get his no. Even 196 is always busy. So I am paying for 30 days and using for 12-15 days only. They people are worthless.

I have already complaint 3 times to MTNL but they are not looking our problem seriously.
My complaint is that when there is any incoming or outgoing with landline my connection get DISCONNECTED so please solve this problem as soon as possible.

MTNL BROADBAND AT NEW DELHI — NON RECTIFICATION

My broadband connection no 28051688 is down since last around 20 days. Complain was lodged on 12, 13, 14, 21 and 24th (currently). Additionally I have also complained through e-mail. Some one is just ringing from MTNL side and after hearing about the complaint is simply resetting it as attended. this has happened till yesterday.

Intervention for rectification is requested.

I have taken MTNL broadband and from 4 months its not working properly.
The link is not stable, The DNS server goes offline due to which none of the sites open after making complaints they are not able to solve but are giving reasons D-Link GLB-502 has an issue when i have checked the hardware and seems fine
Since this is an government service provider it is bound to give this kind of service and i have lost hope in MTNL as they have bunch of @#$%^ solving technical issues which they can't.
If you could help us out would be highly appreciated

Its like i have a problem with this connection i got here there are frequent disconnections

MTNL Broadband — internet connection gone kaput

8 months back i switched to mtnl triband combo unlimited 256 kbps with 100 free calls ... i used to get speed around 200 kbps earlier ... but now it rarely reaches 20 kbps ... whenever i call 1504 ... they say its some problem with your computer ... they suggest some changes in network configuration but the speed remains same ... its 2 weeks since the problem ... but no one from mtnl is listening ... i call them everyday but they tell the same old story ... i am in big problem as i wanted to download same software but it is taking ages ... plz help :(

MTNL Broadband — Low Speed and disconnect

i have taken the mtnl broadband connection with promised speed between 256kbps but my broadband speed is 20-25 kbps at the maximum. i send many emails to mtnl but no response at all.
some technician come from mtnl and say that this is common problem in mtnl because load is high in mtnl broadband and say that we cannot do anyting for you but in friend mtnl speed is better then me but they do not solve the problem

MTNL Broad Bandand Landline — VERY POOR SERVICES EVEN BROADBAND GM DONNOT RESPONDTO CUSTOMERMAILS

I got my telephone shifted from Janakpuri EXCHANGE ake of my school going daughter ito PAHARGANJ one in last february andfor the sake ofmy school going daughter i opted for a broadband connection . But I AM CURSING THE DAY when i took that decision as in last one andhalf year lmost for more than a year telephone remains defunct and even when it is working you cannot access theinternet and once in a blue moon you gets the connection speed is so poor it kills your patience, i had written almost a dozen of e mails to all theofficials including GM BROADBAND leave asideaction they donot even read and acknowledge fewmonths back i toldthem to disconnect asthey cannot provide the services but they are not even disconnecting, keep on fleecing .
The phoneagin went off the dy mployyeswent on strikeandeven after lodging four no of complaints it wasfixed fewdays back but trips again .
True is the saying old habits die hard you can change the outlook uniform but not the attutude of greedy linesmen and unconcerned officials .
