Number [protected] Was Vodafone Number Which Was Ported To MTS Postpaid Services In June 2011 With The Monthly Plan Of Rs.99 And Additional Pack Of Rs.21 (half Paisa Call).
The Number Is In Name Of My Mother Seema Jain.
In The Plan It Was Clearly Held Me That I Would Be Given Free Unlimited Data Usage On My Handset So I chooses That Plan.
As A Result Number Was Ported To Mts With Given Plan And I started Using The Same.
Just After 3 Days I Received A Bill With Amount Of Rs.250 For Activation Charges Which Was Promised To Me By Geeta Teleservices (MTS KRISHNA NAGAR) Shop While Purchasing That I Would Not Be Charged Activation Charges As It Is Free On MNP.As A Result I Contacted Him And He Promised Me TO Waive It Off And I Started My Internet Usage On Device But I Dont Know What Happened And My Number Was Barred Saying Limits Exceeding Credits.
SO I Went Back TO MTS Store Krishna Nagar He Told Me To Hold For A Week And He Would Handle The Matter.
when Nothing Happened I Wrote To Nodal About The Matter And An Amount Of 775 Was Adjusted Against All Previous Bills Of Total Rs. 801.
Next Month I Did Not Made Any Usage Of Internet And Received Bill Of Rs. 249 Which Was Duly Met By Me.Hence Account Was NIL Till Date.
Now Again In August I Made No Usage As A Safeguard As Told TO Me By MTS STORE Krishna Nagar.
And A Bill Was Received For Rs.196 Of Which I Made Payment Of Rs.200 Through Net Banking But Was Not Received By Mts Then I Made Another Payment Of Same Amount Through Net Banking And Again No Payment Was Received By Mts But Debited To My Account.
SO I Again Wrote To NODAL About The Matter And They Checked There Accounts And Made Rs. 400 Credited To My Account. I Also Talked About Internet Usage From Dept. They Promised Me That It Was A Technical Error And It Would Not Be Repeated Again So U Can Continue Using Data.By August I Made Excess Payment Of Rs.206 To Mts In My Account.
Now Problem Was About Start Which I Didn't Know As I Starting Browsing Net Again At The End Of Month I Received Bill With Data Usage Added Therein Total Bill Amount Was 552 With Internet Usage Of Rs.315 So As A Result If We Check The Proper Amount To Be Paid By Me Should Be 205 After Adjusting Taxes As Well As A Result My Excess Payment Of 206 Standing In Excess Credit By Previous Month Was To Be Set Off With With Current Months Bill And I Had No Outstanding Amount.
Again I Wrote To Nodal And MTS Store Krishna Nagar They Told They Will Be Looking To The Matter.
Again IN Next Month i.e October An Amount Of Rs.310 Including Taxes For The Data Usage Were Added.No Set off Was Made For Previous Dues And I Didn't Made Payment.
Again In November Rs.362 Were Added For Internet And My Number Was Also Barred Without Even Informing Me Both My Outgoing And Incoming Was Stopped By Company Without Notifying Me.And I Bill
Number Was In Same Position Till December And One Day Number Itself Started With All of Its Services Activated.
Next Day I Received A Call From Nodal Department And They Told That Company Has Full Right On Its Behalf To Shut Down My Services Without Informing Me And Even Change My Plan At Anytime After 6 Months Of Activation. I Told Tem That A Short Waiver Has Been Given To me By The company with An Amount Of Rs.200 (Near About) They Told Me That This Is The Maximum Amount They Can Waive Off. I Told Them I Want To Discontinue With Mts Postpaid They Told Me That Currently They Have No Option For Customer To Convert To Prepaid Service From Postpaid He May Choose To Port Out Of MTS.
For Whole Of Last Week Of December My Services Were barred Which Continue Without Single Day Of Proper Services Till January End.
Now In feburary My Number is Fully Deactivated.
I Even Wrote To Appellate Regarding The Matter And Problems Faced To Me And An Interesting Thing Was Known That The Lady Named Ms. Taru Handles All Nodal As Well As Appellate Complaints.
There Is No separate Department Of appellate And Nodal.

Even I Called Many A Times At appellate Office To Talk To Appellate Officer But No One Makes Me To Talk To Her.
And I Also Asks Them To Kindly Send Me The Copies Of ALL Bills Till Date but They Even Do So. So I Reach MTS STORE Krishna Nagar Through Whom I Receive All The bills.

There Were More Interesting Experiences Of Me With MTS
1. When I Call Customer Care Department At 155 They Say That This Is Not An MTS Number Recordings Of Which Are Attached.
2. I Receives Call From Debt Collection Department Who Asks Me To Clear My Dues Of Data Card They Dont Know That My Number Is Not Of Data Card But It Is Of Mobile Services.
3. When I Write To Appellate No one Replies From The Department Until An Challenging Mail Is Send.
4. The Department From Which Reminder call Is Received Talks Very Badly And Even Abuse As If I Have Taken Some Loan.
My Security Is With Company And Correct Bill Does Not Exceed My Security.
5. No Separate Mechanism For Handling Nodal And Appellate Complaints.
6. I Again called Many A Times To Give Me Details Of Time Period For Which Number Was Barred But I Haven't Received Till Date.

I Even Contacted National Consumer Council Who Told Me To Write To You And Complaint Number Registered With Them Being 335494.

I Want You To Kindly Look At The Matter And Revert As Soon As Possible.
