My MTS data card (No. [protected]) connection is deactivated, and the reason is not clear to me.
And also they are not ready to refund my recent recharge amount (Rs. 375). I could use only around Rs. 25 from the recent recharge because they have disconnected my connection just one day after my recharge.

They are not ready to refund my recharge amount which I couldn't use (around Rs. 350).
I raised a request in the MTS customer care but no one could resolve my issue.
(I have the mail chain communication, If required I can share that too).

Kindly help me to get the refund.

      nothing will happen with all this. i am trying from last 30 days my no. is [protected] unfortunately i am in mts.
      mts is just a junk. nothing else. sorry to say this buddy as because of we are living in India that's why we have to suffer though this problem. if it would happens in us or Canada they would have to suffer for harassing customers like this.

      I have sent request from my mobile PORT [protected] to 1900 in order to get the UPC Code. I have tried several times sending this message. Every time my balance will be deducted but I didn't got any message till now.When I call your customer care representative every time they say presently the system is down try after 2 days. I am getting the same answer since 10 days.I want to switch back to my old network IDEA. There is not MTS network in my area. Please send me the UPC Code.You can contact me on my alternative number [protected].

      Internet Speed

      They are commit of Internet speed is up to 9.8mbbs but they are giving only 0.45 or 1mbps. it is cheating with custmore.

        I am planning to port my mobile no ([protected]) to other network. Every time I am sending message port [protected] to 1900, it is saying either message can't be send or in case it is sent than message cannot be delivered. Talking to customer care they are saying you wait for next 24 hrs then tell us & things going on same.
        Same thing happened to us previously also. My brother staying in Delhi tried to port from mts to other network , same problem was there. After All he had to quarrel with mts person then they send the port no.
        This company is making fraud to customers.
        By this way customer able to reach authorised person are OK & illiterate / Unable person has to compromise.

        Its my feeling that they had blocked 1900 no so no one can port their no to other network.

          I am using MTS M-Blaze ([protected]) since from last two years and i recharge this number with Rs. 999/= every month since from last two yeras.

          I register a complaint in customer care on 28th July 2012 Complaint Number 48156525, regarding the speed issue. Since than no reply from MTS, Even I mark email complaint to Abhishek Das Gupta, Nodal Officer, MTS Delhi and Minoti Behara, Appellate Authority, MTS Delhi from my mail ID [protected]@in.com regarding my concern. These are higher authorities of MTS, but these people also not reply the registered Complaint and email.

          Moreover, Both of them didn't pick the call on their official numbers. Even i tried it as many as ten times a day.

          Kindly do needful and appropriate action against these two officer and to resolve my complaint.

          Hi,

          I am writing in concern to MTS post paid WIFI I was using. In the begnining it worked fine but after two months it got worst in speed. I tried to resolve this with customer service but didn't get any proper response. I closed my connection on July 20, 2015 when one of the person from MTS collection team sent me the required email on the same. I paid the final amount of Rs 1463 and confirmed with him that there is no outstanding dues after that. Since then I had been receiving emails saying Rs 947 is still due . I called up customer service on july 29, spoke to Gaurav (CSR) and Sunny (Floor supervisor) who said that they are not aware of this settlement as this is a different department. Sunny advised me to send the same email to Customer service which I received as full and final so that they can look into this and get a resolution in next 24 hours. I did the same but no response came. All emails I received after that was to get the payment done for Rs 947. I had written several emails to MTS customer service but nobody bothered to look into that matter and provide resolution.

          On Sep 5, 2015 I received email from MTS saying final demand notice in which it was mentioned if I didn't pay Rs 947 then this will be forwarded to legal proceedings. I replied back to that email to customer service asking why this is coming again and again. As usual reply I got was pay this outstanding and re request the closure of the services. On Sep 9, 2015 my wife receives a call where the person stated that he is from Tis Hazari court and there is a legal notice that needs to be sent to me and I have to be present on Friday in court. My wife directed that person to me. I spoke to that person and asked when I have already sent all required documents to MTS via email why he is calling like this. I explained him the situation but the reply he gave was either pay the bill or get ready for penalities. I asked him to send me notice so I can present the same in court all proofs which I have against the complaint which he is putting on me. I also asked him why I didn't get any proper reply to my concern which I sent via email to Customer service. The reply was customer service is not authorized to reply on such emails till court does not allow them to do. Isn't this weird to hear and who can believe that customer service is not authorized.

          I know that there will not be any resolution even on this so I am putting this to consumer court and seek a resolution from their end.

          I m a mts user my in [protected] .i m realy felt very bad with the services of MTS i hav3 taken a 999/- plan but from pdt 6 month they are cheating with me .without any reason the are impossing me the value added charges and if i call cuatomer care the never revert back and dont take any complain .i need the authority no of MTS plz provide me if any one have .my no is [protected]

            Last month I took MTS Mblaze as an internet connection option. Every week they were blocking my account saying it has passed the credit limit of 100rs (infact my postpaid connection was for unlimited usage). When I asked them that how much 100rs credit limit corresponds to in terms of GB or MB usage, reply was "Its decided by MTS". Only way a customer can know about the credit limit or how much percentage has been consumed is by sms, and they never messaged me about any usage details. Adding to it after submission of my address proof and new updated number they have again blocked it, saying address verification has failed. When I asked them to do it again they are saying to submit a whole new set of documents again. Its too irritating as for verification they called on my old number, inspite of my updated number. As it is not my mistake and MTS connection and service is too poor, I want to discontinue but I'am forced to pay the bill for next three months, even if my connection is not working.

            Never take MTS, its really bad in connection and service. And they have many hidden terms and conditions.

            this is my mts mblaze number [protected]. I want to know why is there extra charges of Rs. 500 for adjustments is written there in the bill of October as i didn't use 8gb day in a month.So the total bill is of 885 rupees.The total current reading is 5975. Please give me the details of these extra 500 rupees as i got several sms daily of crossing cresit limit. what is this credit limit and how is it acrossed

              My MTS phone was lost on 20.04.12. i made complaint on 21.04.12 at MOTI NAGAR POLICE STATION AND then i deposited all the required documents with SHRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS and i got a duplicate sim card(OMH[protected] M01). from the same through local distributor(MR RAHUL- [protected]).
              I Contacted Mr VIKAS-T.M([protected]) and CHANNEL MANAGER([protected]) many times but still my sim card is not activated yet.
              pls do the needful so that i get my sim activated.

                I use MTS within last 1 one month. I change my service provider form BSNL to MTS .mobile no. -[protected]. I make first recharge of rs. 109 & get rs 97 in main account balance and some minutes also. after 4-5 days when I check my account balance become minimum 0.39rs. I call customer care for complaint these unfair deduction of rs. 97 . they reject to file any kind of complaint for these deduction & also rejected to refund money in my account. they deduct 97rs.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased mts mblaze postpaid data card from mts authorized gallery
                  platinum solution pvt. Ltd. At ambernath.
                  On 16th july with plan of 499 with 8gb day and 15 gb night usage
                  my mdn no -[protected].
                  On 26th july when I checked my online status of data card and came to know
                  that my unbilled amount is more than 1300 and when I contact with
                  mts gallery personally about this problem and they told me it’s not a problem
                  and I will get my regular bill of 499 + service tax that will be around 560 rs.
                  I asked them that they are sure about this and they gave surety of this that
                  I will not get bill more than 560 rs after 30 days.
                  Now on 27th july from night my data card is not working and when I called to
                  mts customer service they said me that I got only 4gb data this month and I use more than
                  that my exceed limit of 1700 rs so now I have to pay 1962 rs for that and same response I got with
                  platinum gallery through which I bought my mts data card and I got socked when they said
                  they were also unaware of this and told me to pay 1962 rs thought my plan is of 560 rs.
                  I am engineering and I have to study online as a requirement of my syllabus and I am suffering
                  this internet problem I called mts customer care regarding this and each time I got negative reply
                  and there is no toll free service its a another problem I spend more than 50 rs on calls
                  it’s my humble request to you please take some action against mts mblaze for their false commitment and cheating.

                    I am Roushan, resident of east delhi. My MTS mobile no is - [protected].
                    I am a Marketing Manager in a MNC company due to which i have to travel a lot and due to this i am using this of mine MTS mobile no whenever i am in delhi.
                    This time i came to delhi on 21st August 2013 and recharged my mobile with Rs 50 (coz at that time they were promoting full talk time in Rs 50 recharge).

                    On 23rd Aug 2013, i received a sms on my MTS mobile regarding deduction of Rs 5, i immediately called to cust care exe to knw that why they deducted this money, so he told me that some event masala event is activated on my no. I told him that i did not activated any service but he told that he cant do anything except deactivating the service. I told him to deactivate the service, he told that he deactivated that service and after that i disconnected the mobile.
                    Today i.e. 25th Aug 2013, when i checked my Mobile balance, it showed deduction of Rs 10. Again i Called to cust care exe and what i got to know from her is that that particular Event Masala service is still activated on my no. Means the earlier cust care exe did not cancelled that services earlier.

                    I just wanna ask the MTS that is it the services which you guys are providing.
                    First of all you activate any services from your side and then start deducting money... Acchha tarika hai Customers ko BEBKUF bana k paise kamane ka...
                    I just wanna know that without my acceptance how a service got activated and even after converstaion with your cust care exe for deactivation how it did not got deactivated.

                    It simply shows that the MTS Company as well as the Cust Care exe of the Company are liar...they are simply a CHOR who steal the money of their customers.

                    Other Customers, its a request from me that kindly chk your balance on daily basis coz ye Sale MTS wale aise he Sare Customers ko BEBKUF bana k har customers se Daily Rs 5 or even more Earn kar rahe hai...so Guys be Careful from this CHEATER Company and even more CHEATER Cust Care exe of the Same company.

                        sir i buy mts net setter for 750 postpaid plan they said the speed will be 3.1 mbps but i got the speed of 10-12 kbps i called custermr care they said change plan to 799 i paid 120 and i changed to 799 i still reciveing the speed 10-12 kbps i call custermer care they didn't respond good and i thron the net setter now they force me to pay the bill
                        I have bought MTS Dongal before one. I filled many complaints regarding the speed but the speed does not increase above 1MBPs though I have paid Rs.1500/- for the same.

But they kept the connection active and kept harassing me to pay the bill. For the 1st month they sent their executive to collect payment and later months i had to go in person. But for the last payment they threatening to come home and collect the money. They are even threatening by sending me legal notices. I have attached a screenshot of my download speed.
                        P.s my home is at the top floor i.e 4th and its located at a very major area in chennai and its even ventilated from all the 4 sides.

                            i purchased mts mblaze last month , i was happy with the services, but from last 1 week i am messing up with the Internet to work ,i contacted customer care which is pathetic even u opt for English the executive will speak in Hindi , hahahahahah :) , i informed her that just tell me my balance and he asked me to contact after some time his system is down in a very rood manner,i was pissed off at that moment ,why should i call back ,i asked him to transfer my call to ur manager ,and he said we cant transfer , ohhh man what a [censored] , i am also working with a bpo and we give support for broadband to foreign nation , i am also working in international call center and he is educating me that just take telephone no. of my manager and call them , mts cc is just a laughing stuff then he put me on hold for around 3 to 4 Min's i thought supervisor will come up after that hold but still it was only the same irritating executive to again informed me that his pc is down call after some time , i[censored]r pc is down all the time then any one can imagine the quality of services u give to ur cmr , but i apologies for the words i used for the executive , becoz i was damm frustrated

                            i just hang up the call

                            then i thought i should contact the chat service of mts

                            fine i log on into mts account and started a chat with one of their executive , she was responding me nicely in the start ,
                            she informed me how much data is consumed by me and how much is left
                            then i informed him that i m getting only 0.1 mbps download and 0.400 upload
                            she said its fine
                            how could be this speed test will be fine man
                            i am getting only 100 kilo bit downloading that means only around 11 to 12 kilobytes downloading which is pathetic
                            she was annoying me by repeating her statement . at last i hang up again

                              I had purchased a MTS cdma connection - [protected], 5-6 month's back. Recently(7the July) I got a message saying my request for SIM change is registered and same will be processed. I ignored thee message, but noticed my Sim was blocked.

                              I immediately went to an MTS store and found someone carrying DEMO sim has blocked my number and I have to pay 50rs to get new sim.


                              I registered complaint withe customer care several times but no resolution, Its almost been 20days.
                              Whenever I call, they would say my complaint was closed(though I dint got resolution) and take a new complaint and give me resolution of 20-22 working hrs(8hr = 1day).

                              Even when i called Zonal office they said they will try to resolve or I have to take thee new sim by paying 50rs. when I insisted on commitment they would disconnect thee call.

                              I DONT WANT TO PAY EVEN A RUPEE TO GET THE NEW SIM DUE TO THEIR FAULT.Though I had spend more then 100rs as currency on calling their customer care.

                              if you are looking for new connection KINDLY REQUEST TO LOOK FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, Apart from this what i suffered from MTS Broadband is still Worst.

                                My MTS no is [protected].

                                I use a prepaid connection. My last recharge of Rs 999 /- gives me 10 GB usage @ 3.1 MBps and rest @ 114 kbps. I have used up my 10 GB usage, now I needed to recharge using my 1X connection the comedy is the speed of connection @ 1X is not enough to even open and sustain MTS homepage. I can neither access my hotmail account or yahoo. If I were lucky my firefox browser can display google results page.

                                I remember my BSNL 1x speed being enough to download @ 20 kbps. Hope u guys have a solution for this.

                                Hi i am from nazarathpet poonamallee i have buyed mts data card before one month with 5gb free for one month during that one month speed was good so i plan to put unlimited plan but now the speed was just 0.25kbps am suffering alot so please dont buy mts data card its a [censored] a company they are big cheaters

                                To be fair, the complaints was addressed repeatedly and solved. I'm ok with mts

                                MTS data card is not activate and service

                                I purchase MTS data card on 23 December 2014 and it still showing disconnected. Kindly look to this matter

                                  I am Ankit Saini using MTS Data Card (Card No. [protected]). I recharged my data card on dated 07/19/2012 with 999/- (unlimited plan) before time ( time of expiry was 22/07/2012) due to very slow internet speed, but even after recharge it I am not getting any speed ( send/ received speed= 0 Kbps).

                                  I have complained two times in last 6 days but no solution and please also not that in last 4 months, I have wasted my 2000/- due to such issues.

                                  Please help me out, I would be thankful to you.

And also please note that meanwhile I contacted to MTS Nodal Officer Mr. Abhishek, his contact number is [protected]. He file a complaint for the same with complaint number "C[protected]" and told me that your problem will be solved within 3 days i.e. till 07.29.2012 but problem is not solved and now he is not picking the phone from last 2 days.

                                  my data card no is [protected] purchased through Roopa, Who is running mobile shop at srirangpatna bus stand . buy the time i collect . it is given to some other person, being used currently.they are not returning my data card.

                                    MTS cheating & harrasing customers

                                    well , this is true now they have come down to their kneels and started harrasing ppl for not paying their post paid datacards bills ,which is commpletely illegitimate ,
                                    first of all ,my issue is i dont understand all of a sudden after 3 months they have started collecting their illegitimate payments making it a hefty bill by adding "n" number of penalties & fines .
                                    on the contrary ,they dont pay attention to our "n" number of complaints for slow speed & intermittent connection to their customer care .(of course they r least concerned about solving their customers problem)
                                    and then eventually when cmr is fed up of filing complaints n decides not to pay the last bill they keep adding on monthly rental on it and late payment fees.
                                    In short their way of threatning people of taking legal action .


                                    i was using MTS data card no [protected] in the months september ,oct,nov 2011 , the salesman took 3000 rs saying that advance rental becomes somewhere 2678 Rs for unlimited plan with a speed of 3.1 MBPS (Assured 1.5 MBPS will be the minimum i will be getting irrespective of time n day)and told me will give the reciept of the payment and return the balance the next day ,he never returned any of that .

                                    Okay , when d connection starts ,it started giving me trouble with expremely crawling speed and intermittent conn. problem ,i filed complaints but got nothing out of it ,after so many complaints looged a technician came and said its the dongal which has got the hardware problem , i got it cheked with ZTE centre they said it is d problem with the MTS connection .their dongal works fine if it gets connected .yes it does get connected but does not open a single webpage .network problem they said call MTS .My goodness ,i didnot pay the bill of that month n i took the dongal to their magarpatta office ,met with an extremely amiable gentleman Mr. sarang said pay the bill and will get my dongal cheked and said will send a technician at my place ,i paid the bill of approx 452 Rs n then i waited for a week no body arrived .

                                    After so much frustration i never used the dongal after that and decided not to pay any bill ,then they kept adding monthly rentals on my outstanding which has become a total of 2758 Rs. now n started harrasing me .

                                    So i have written everything in this consumer forum for the issue.

                                    the same thing is happening with me they don't correct their slow connection and blame the customer for not paying the bill i would i pay the bill if i'm not getting what i should be or told to get at that price ... and now i also got the mail that they filed a complaint in the court, waaow this is india. BTW what happened with you? Did you pay the bill eventually ?

                                      i am a mts customer mob. no.- [protected] i am facing two type of bigger problem
                                      (1) i do not received any sms showing balance, from the company after disconnecting the call.
                                      (2) Company has been started unlimited music program for 2 or 3 months without my permission and i have not use this
                                      program so far because i don't know about it.

                                        Sir, I have done a online recharge for Rs.150/- through SBI- Tirupur branch, one line net banking. The amount was debited but the recharge was not done . The date of recharge is[protected]. Pls check it up. The cell phone no. is [protected]. I though the amount will be recredited to my bank account. But so far it was not credited back.
