I am having MTS Mblaze number [protected] for two years. im using to recharge for unlimited 999 plans mostly. For few months due to some reason i limited my use of mblaze device. Last month july-26th i used recharge with 1400 INR for 15GB unlimited plan. Validity period will be until 25th sep . Until first week of september it was working properly. suddenly there was no service. i thought it was due to signal problem so i took device to another place where no signal problem. but no use still 20.09.2012 no service for my device. i don know reason. Its irresponsibility of MTS . So i need justification.

MTS Mblaze — broadband or what

I used mts mblaze zte usb data modem ([protected]) with unlimited plan, but speed like "10 year later internet speed"

so i want to speak mblaze's official, that make it better....

    My Internet Modem is defective since last week. but the service center & office at Usmanpura do not accept their fault. they reluctant to repair or replace the modem. This is the worst service provided by MTS. Customers to be take care of this worst service.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have taken MTS-Blaze in the month of Nov'11.Internet speed claimed by them is 3.1mbps.However they had provided maximum speed of 600 kbps in the first month.From 14th Dec to 30th Dec, connection speed was 30 kbps.So I requested them to cancel the service,but on 3rd of Jan'12 one of engineer from MTS came to my home and requested me to correct the issues.However,same has not happened so i requested them to take the dungle back and i dont want any service from MTS blaze.From 3rd of January to till date I have not used MTS blaze,but still they are sending me the bill for payment.

    I am feeling really bad that i have to pay the money for the services which I have not used.So request you to look into the matter and try to help me.,

      I Princi Narula would like to state that I purchased a MTS Mblaze on 27/07/2012 whose number is [protected] which is a postpaid connection from 27/07/2012 till yet I am not able to use its services because it took 10 days to activate and I struggle a lot for that also I made so many calls for the same and nobody was there to help me and provide me the services I paid for and then with the help of a Delivery boy who delivered that dongle at my place it was activated and its giving me the speed of 4 kbps only and my plan is for 3.1 MBPS till 12 GB data.

      I made a complaint (complaint number - C[protected] against it on 5/08/2012 and MTS committed that it will be resolved by 07/08/2012 but till now its as it is... Now I am tired of waiting for your services and more tired of calling MTS care for the solution moreover my mobile bill crossed 1000 rupees because I made several calls to MTS care but after that sadly I received very poor treatment and no services at all.

      On 09/08/2012 I received a call from the number [protected] and that person committed me that it will be fine with in 24 hrs and his words were "TRUST ME MAÁM" but no response till yet and he also generated another complaint regarding the misbehaved occurred with me in MTS store Patel Nagar (Amrit Telecom) (complaint Number- C[protected].

      After all this I received call from MTS tech support they asked for my speed test screen shots to generate the proper complaint because according to him complaint is not properly generated that's why they were unable to provide me a solution. I sent them the screenshots and they mailed me back with the new complaint number mail is as follows:-

      Dear Ms.Princi,

      We acknowledge the receipt of your mail.

      Your concern has been forwarded to our concerned department, they will take it on priority and will get in touch with you shortly.

      After these three respective complaints till now its 18/09/2012 MTS is unable to provide me proper internet speed no call from there side for any kind of solution NO SOLUTIONS at all MTS just ignored all the complaints so easily, they didn't bothered about customer's inconvenience.

      Now month is over with the activation of data card and they generated a bill of rupees 974 it is just impossible without services they are asking for the payments before the due date they calling me daily with the question "Ma'am, When you will pay the bill?" this is so ridiculous. For what I pay the bill? Right now I am using another internet services that data card is use less because company didn't provide me any services..

      So, you please keep on blowing your trumpet and disconnect my services properly and refund me my money which I paid to you for that almost dummy dongle and collect it from my place.

        I use MTS datacard and I stay in gurgaon and ever since the cursed day I bought it, I have spent both my money and time trying to get it to work by talking to their customer support. My datacard(Mblaze) number is [protected] and I have been complaining against it for a month, eventually they gave me their nodal officers number [protected] and it is always on busy mode. so they basically dont want to hear their customers issues. My sincere advice to all consumers in India is to shun their useless services. MTS is company that does not care about your problems once you have bought their product. I have had a terrible experience and I found their customer support disgusting, to say the least .

          This to inform you that i had a connection from MTS Don-gal Last Month with Postpaid Service Plan 499/- (Under 8GB Day & 15GB Night Downloading)
          as per My Last Complaint he Activate my Don-gal after a long time & not as per his executive promise to me (Which is 24 Hour) but now he also cheat to me with my plan he close my service & saying that your uses is on 80% but when i ask to him that my i m in 499/- plan and also its not high to 50 % means my downloading under 10 to 12 GB so how you can do this but he is saying that its true but your downloading value is 80% . Please tell me when its under my plan or 499/- so how it could they can say that your uses is 80% and one more thing i also give his 1000/- rupee which he said its refundable & its a Security Amount of my uses.

            I have bought an MTS data card from AK communications from Gurgaon. They had a scheme for free data card with 3 month subscription plan.

            I enquired about the documents which they need and they said they would only require my driving licence and a photograph. When i was submitting the documents, i told them that my permanent address and my current address are different as my permanent residence is under construction and i would like to add my rent agreement copy as proof.

            They told me that they do not require the rent agreement as it does not suffice as proof and that they do not even need any other verification.

            My connection never got activated as MTS never approved my verification. On my protest, AK communication said that they would submit fake document to verify my account to which i protested and provided my cousin's ID proof to to submitted and my ownership to be changed.

            This the last time the person from AK communication has talked to me which was 2 months ago. I have already paid INR 2700 in advance and now neither i have my internet connection nor i am able to talk to the person from AK communication.

            Let me know how i can recover my money or get my rightful service of internet from MTS.

              I have recently recharged my MTS cdma mobile with Rs73 on dated[protected]. As per the company offer I should have given Rs 40 as the main balance but so far I haven't got any balance.I had registered complain of which the complain no was c[protected]. My all attempts of consulting customer care are in vein. They are not solving my problem.so pls help me in this regard. Its not the matter of Rs 40 but its the matter of cheating.                   this is nilesh phulsundar. i am using Internet service of mts since more than 2 years. my mts connection number is [protected]. i received an message from mts that they took an legal action against me as i have not paid bill of rupees 1800 something. but did mts has gone through the complaints i did about billing. mts is such a big brand now and i really liking their Internet speed and services but such behaviour is not at all expected from them. i had word with mts customer care executive since 5 times about the billing and every time i got an reply that we will check your complaint and our executive will call you regarding the same. its surprising that i have not received any call about the complaint i did instead i am receiving text message everyday that mts took and legal action and i need to attend court on this days. i am working in reputed it company as a vice president and i am taking care of business development. we are small company as compare to mts but iam sure we will alleyways give priority to our customer and their complaints.

                  why mts sending me such messages which are giving me mental harassment. i did called them to resolve the issue, why the are not taking care of my complaint. 1800 rupees is not a gig deal for me but why unnecessary i will pay mts more than my bill. many time i had explained very nicely to mts executive about bill and was ready to pay the one month bill but they not at all discussing the issue with me.

                  where i can go and and solve this issue.

                    sir,
                    i'm using MTS MBLAZE no. [protected] since October,2011 from Siliguri, also a regular user of subscribing INR 999 in prepaid plan. The first couple of months the service was pretty good. But since Feb, 2012 the internet service speed started degrading. That time I overlooked that matter as the provided service is still convincing for me to complete my work. Still i tried reaching the costumer service helpline. To be honest with you MTS customer care service really sucks. worst of its kind. But from April,2012 the service/internet speed which is supposed to be 3.1 mbps has come down to its worse. The customer care executive don't bother about anything, all they do is repeat the same lines of dialog they are provided with. They even refuse to take complaint. After this kind of attitude i shut down the service for around a month & then again having no other option again recharged with INR 999. that month the service is quite satisfactory, but after that again the same problem. I tried contacting the local store in Kolkata, & they behave like they are from an another planet. finally i was convincing enough in the customer care to take my complain docked no C[protected] which they promised to resolve within 4-09-12 by 16:00:00. but instead of solving my problem some lady contact no [protected] on behalf of the concerned company called me on 4th September, stating that my problem will be resolve if i change my plan into a post paid connection. At that time she was convincing enough to secure my contact address & to transfer some executive into my place to collect the document's required & told me that some executive will contact me soon. So today when the executive called me from contacted no [protected] is going to come to my place & asking to confirm my address, i replied that i don't want to change my plan to postpaid. he abused me on call. & it didn't stop on that that Lady from MTS office again called me & started abusing me.
                    I'm not going to tolerate this kind of attitude any further, I'm now completely sure not to use any service from MTS again.
                    I have only one question is this how you treat your customer sir. Is this what your customer expect from your so called company. You have continuously failed to provide the service you are bound to. still your executives show this kind of attitude.

                      I express my sincere displeasure by the services of MTS broadband services.

                      I have recently purchased the MTS broadband card from connect India (MTS web portal). For the same, I have received Data card against a cash payment of INR 2199/-. Since then, the person(Mr. Rohit-[protected]) got disappeared. Neither attending any call nor responding to the activation services. My data card is still not activated after 96 Hrs of purchase. I have made complaint for the inconvenience and Nuisance-i am facing but MTS is replying rudely and unprofessionally (Asking to contact vendor only and pressing beep for a very long time such that the other person disconnect).

                      I do not want to pursue services now and want my moneyback. Even I have floated mail in office and asked everybody not to use any MTS service in future.

                      I recommend everybody to not to pursue such unprofessional, unethical and cheat company and vendors.

                      i am very much disappointed with mts customer service.they are not helping the customers but are creating problems for the customer .After removal of my cric app, the charges is still continued .from last 5 days i am complaining about it and getting nonsense and rude replies & at last they have disactivated my call to their experts.

                      with very much dissatisfaction i want to say that MTS call center service is most worst & disgusting i have ever seen, their staff dont know how to talk to customers and are the most fraud ones.They only know about pressing Beep and disconnecting call when fail to help.

                      I recommend everyone not to use & make a deal with mts services.

                        THERE IS NO OR VERY POOR NETWORK IN DELHI 'AREA OF CHANDER NAGAR TRI NAGAR SCIENCE 18/08 2012. I HAVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.                           I got my MTS datacard, number: [protected] recharged on August 13th, plan 698 form authorized dealer RV Enterprises, Hebbal Kempapura, behind Esteem Mall.

                          The datacard is not working and in spite of number of times speaking to the person Mr. Venkatesh, no action has been taken. He got it touch with two people form MTS, Mr. Jagdish and Mr. Vinay but there was no response. After mailing to appellate and nodal consumer office of MTS, I received the mail that the number is not in their records. When asked for money back from MTS or delaer there has been no response.

                          More important to the 698 rupees is the mental harassment by MTS and RV Enterprise in not even replying to any of the mails for over a month.

                                my mobile no. is [protected] .
                                I have a problem regarding withe the auto activation of the mobile services. i am using this MTS connection from 3 years.
                                Due to auto activation of mobile service my mobile balance has been cut by your company.
                                If this condition is going on then i will file a case on the company in consumer court.
                                I want my mobile balance back as soon as possible. Other vice i will leave this connection.
                                i have lost 80 rs balance within 2 days with this problem.

                                  On September 03rd 2012 I recharged my account [protected] with Rs 303/-. According to your plan I am supposed to get 3.1 mpbs speed from 12 midnight till 6.00 in the morning. But I am not getting the speed. Several complains has been lodged from my side on your web portal. But there is no result and you people do not bother to give a feedback. This is not the first time that I am facing this problem. Before I have called the customer support to rectify my problem, but your customer care guys are the most incompetent ones. The only answer they give you is we will take action within 24 hrs and no further help can be expected. So getting disgusted with such a service this time I didn’t call but instead tried your portal to launch a complain. But this is much more disappointing. So I am writing this mail and hoping that you will take action and at least give me a feed back about my speed issue. I also have a query thaevery-time I recharge is this my duty to call you and inform that I have recharged and please restore my connection. Now this is going beyond limit and further steps from my side would be taken if no response is given back.

                                  Every month I recharge my account with either Rs 999/- or Rs 1298/-, so being a customer of yours I think I deserve a better service from your side. Please restore my speed issue and stop wasting our time as they have value similar to yours.

                                    My name is Vishnu soni from Jhunjhunu,rajasthan.my mobile no-[protected] .my mobile is a cdma set ,My mobile has deteriorated due to go overboard.and i havn'n any cdma set.but i have extra gsm set ,so i want to change my mobile service provider but mts not send to me my portability code.i am taking to customer care for to 10-12 time against this query and they are give me complaint number (8559) before 24 hours but my portability code not send to me at this time, and i think they are not consider my problem I request to you please provide my portability code as soon as possible.

                                      Before 12 days, I was recharged my MTS Data Card with 999 Plan. But i am still not able to connect via internet. I have made twise complain. But all was in vain. The contact number on Contact Us page is wrong, no one is picking up. I have made call to customer care but every guy telling me for explanation about my issue. I am totally frushated with MTS. Their persons are not helping me. I have sent mail to Nodel Officer, made talk with superior one and technical guys. But I think, they are not helping me. I have lose my business and clients. I want my money and lose back. Can you help me?

                                      Trilling mail reply your side in writing { your complaints (JUN/3673, JUN/3751 and JUL/51) have been closed as issue has been resolved. }

                                        Dear concern,
                                        I had bought a data card number [protected] from MTS office situated in Magarkatta market , Pune.Mr. Mahesh came from MTS office and told me that broadband device is of 1600 and I will get 9 GB free, 3 GB each month for next three month.When I told hime whre it is mentioned , he shown me his diary , that the plan is written on his diary and i can talk to the team lkeader Mr. Manish about the plan.When I talk to Mr. Manish, He assured me about the plan and confirmed me that I will get 9 GB in three month in 1600 Plan nad 12 GB in 2200 Plan along with the datacard of MTS.I trust him as he was representing MTS, one of the leading company in Telecom.After one month when my 3GB is finished in one month, and i have no more balance in my MS account I have told Mr. Mahesh that as he promised that I will get 3 gb each month for three months with my 1600 plan , I haven't got any.He told me that he still maintain the same and he will talk to his senior and Team Leader Mr. Manish.When I rang him twice nd thrice he told him his senior told him that no such plan exist and to fulfill their target thet have done so.Furiously I told i will complain to MTS as they are bringing bad name to the company , then his Team Leader Mr. Manish told me "Jo coplain karna hai kar lo".......means do whatever you want to do.I feel cheated.MTS is big company and they are bringing bad name to the company.I feel cheated and want Justice.I am mentioning the detail of those employees.
