My MTS account number was[protected]/[protected].
I was taken the postpaid connection of monthly unlimited plan Rs 799/-
Plan is that get MTS device free if Pay 3 month amount advance+tax, I have taken the connection and paid Rs 2650/-
Later i knew it was a trap , because Mts has no network coverage and speed in my area,
i have used very little data usage for average 2 month because of your bad service,I have contacted Mts centre in cochin to diconnect the service.
You can check the usage(I have lost my money& time actually)
The connection disconnected But they are sending bill into my address.
Now i got a letter from advocate is that i have a due of Rs.1036/- and have a chance to settle amount into Rs.777/-,why can i pay money for no usage,,,?
you can check my total usage,,i have lost my money,,,& time.
Very clearly i have given the information to your cochin MTS people to disconnect the connection, because of bad servive, again and again they are calling
and creating mental depression to me.

Now i am using Reliance net with satisfaction, they are giving me good service.

Visit your nearest ‘MTS Store’, submit mandatory documents and fill the Customer Application Form and Port-in form, pay Port-in fee (as applicable), get a new MTS CDMA SIM and request for port-in. New SIM purchased will be activated within 7 working days. Activation date and time will be informed to you through SMS.
