Hi Pankaja,

Visit your nearest ‘MTS Store’, submit mandatory documents and fill the Customer Application Form and Port-in form, pay Port-in fee (as applicable), get a new MTS CDMA SIM and request for port-in. New SIM purchased will be activated within 7 working days. Activation date and time will be informed to you through SMS.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

    I logged into MTS official website on Friday to purchase a Data Card, and the directed me to another website ‘connectindia.in’. I got a call from them finished the procedure and It was delivered to me by evening, and I was told it'll get activated by next day and I will be getting a call from activation department. But that didn’t happen so and I tried calling ‘connectindia.in’ and they weren’t responding to my call. If I call from new number they would receive and tell concerned executive is not available, please call later. But later if I call from same number they wouldn’t respond. I then contacted MTS customer care twice on Saturday and I was told I’ll be getting call by night. Hence I waited, but none turned up at all. On Tuesday I myself called again and spoke to the supervisor and he had assured me he' would get back to me by p.m. but he didn’t. Again I called to customer care and they had no solution, I asked for connectindia.in’s contact number to which I was directed by MTS people to buy, but they don't have. I asked contact number of person in charge to activate, but they didn’t have his number too. On Wednesday morning I called up to Nodal Officer regarding the issue and I was told they would get back to me by p.m., but again it was falls assurance. On Saturday I had also mailed complaint to MTS customer care email id, to which I received a reply today after 5 days and that too asking me to approach Online site from where I purchased, but MTS people had introduced them to me. I somehow traced the delivery boy and collected number and finally got activated by yesterday night. I did myself but response from MTS was nil. Please help out and provide justice.
    I hope this matter is a complain able one.

      I had purchased a MBLAZE mobile broad band usb modem of MTS on 03.04.2012 having MDN No.[protected] showing download speed of 3.1mbps. from Worli B.D.D.chawl,Mumbai.

      On connecting to my P.C.the download speed is showing 0 to 10 kbps.I had contacted to mts technical person Shri.Azam who visited on 07.04.2012 and informed me that the less speed is of network problem and said that the same is communicated to the complaint center and same will be attended within two days.
      Till date nobody contacted me.

        I have raised a complaint about two weeks ago and has not received any solution yet.

        The complaint was on a disconnection of the MTS Mblaze postpaid service because of fail in address verification due to bachelor accommodation. In that case their representative should not have sold the datacard to me for Rs.1199 since he came to my residence and provided me with the connection, and he very well knew that was a bachelor accomodation and the connection will be debarred(As per MTS rule). After raising the complaint in the customer care with query no: C[protected] they told me that the tech support team will reach me for a solution and there was no feedback from their side.Since i wanted to know about the remedy and invested on the data card, I tried calling the customer care a couple of times whereas they say the complaint status is still open and the tech support team will get back to me and is two week past. Mean time I heard I can invest a security amount to retain my connection, but don’t know whom or where or how much to pay. Now I am provided with a bill of Rs.60 for my previous month usage(may be usage of three days).The customer service desk([protected]) is very poor, the worst i have ever come across in terms of their assistance towards customer(not in terms of politeness or sweetness of their voice but availability and the communication skills of representatives).

        From my experiance i understand that MTS only wanted to sell a datacard for the avove said price and dont want the customer to be retained.

        Seeing the advertisement 9.8mbps speed I got MTS connection.But in speed test just I got 0.4 mps approx.When I called customer care they cleverly says speed upto 9.8 mbps (but not sure 9.8 mbps) and I may get speed according to the location.I don't find 9.8 mbps at any location so far at Bangalore

        Hello, I want to understand how I can close an Mblaze connection, not only for me, actually its for many. Also would like to understand when a device is lost and it is already informed to the customer care, a customer who's not using the service will be billed or not? If billed what MTS is doing to bridge the time the customer lost???? What I understand is MTS is so poor in solving these issues and customer support and customer service is not connected... But very smart at sending total bills after few months.. Born for Internet is true but very bad at customer service.. I will not recommend MTS to anyone in my circle... my contact #[protected].

        I would like to disconnect my data card.When I have purchased the data card, executives said in your area there will be no network and connectivity issue you get the very high speed Internet access. I was using successfully for one month now I m facing network issue. In my home i m not able to get the proper signal. I m getting only 1X speed. Suppose i will get the HSD network also I m not able to get the speed more than 200kbps for browsing. Which I have checked in the speedtest.net also.         I wrote to the customer care department and they never responded. When you need to buy theirs, they constantly trouble you with calls. But once we wish to disconnect they dont respond.

I have been told by customer care i must use the data card for 3 months minimum. I didn't signed any agreement to mandatorily use the service for 3 months, and also i paid Rs.1000 for data card.

        I also got frustrated with MTS customer services, I raise a complaint before 15 days for poor signal. Till now no one came to test the connection. When I checked the customer care, their only dialogue is "sorry for the inconvenience" and no more improvements.

        I got a MTS post paid connection. After a month, the service disappeared, no signal, Internet dongle also stopped giving "network available" signal. When i called the customer care, they advised me to try inserting a microSD into the slot available i the dongle.

        Gullible as i am, or rather believing a customer care executive, i did as instructed. But i was told, later that the process has no consequences for retrieving connectivity. Add to that, the MTS outlet, from where i bought the MTS connection/dongle shut down its business in my locality without any traces. Consequently, i can not avail the 1 year warranty of the Dongle replacement since the outlet winded up its business unless, as told by customer care executives, I go to a MTS service centres which in itself is impossible to be located.

        If the internet services were not provided due to fault in the dongle, I fail to understand why am I being charged for the same for the period when the services was not provided. A request to look into the matter was given but got no reply. I was told that a technician had come to my address to look into the matter. However, I was never visited by such technician; and neither did I receive a telephone call for this nor the Gate entry at my Residence Premises show the same (Entry at our premises is strict so any such visit by MTS could not have been missed it).

        I had requested for a disconnection with a sad compromise to forfeit my security for the dongle since I am too busy to visit MTS service centers which, in any case is impossible to locate. However I am, rather told to clear my dues before disconnection process is activated. It is nothing but a corporate loot of a customer to coerce him into paying for something/services which he was not provided with in reality; and to not have initiated disconnection process when requested. Government of India should look into "fraud" committed by MTS.

        My MTS No. is [protected]. I once again request MTS to immediately disconnect the service and cancel all financial liability it seeks to recover from me since I have not received any such services against which the due is sought to be recovered; and I have already lodged a compliant of the same with the condition for immediate disconnection if the issues were not resolved.

        I am using from 1year but it's not at all giving good speed I am suffering lot it's a waste of money & if I called to customer service they are telling we will improve the quality of network but still it's bad condition my mts number is [protected] & my contact number is [protected].

        Due to personal reasons I want to get my MTS post paid services disconnected with immediate effect. My number MTS number is [protected], and also I had paid an amount of Rs.500 as deposit at the time of getting the connection, which was promised to be refunded at the time of disconnection, I have the bill for the same.

        Worst service and customer relation.

        I have taken the MTS connection in last year Nov and from that onwards there is not network in my home. I have requested to close the connection since i have not used single MB of data. They have forced me to pay the bills, since it is post paid. I have informed in next day of connection that there is not network and that is verified by their field engineer, still they forced me to pay the bills. I have paid the bill and waiting for closing the connection.

        My strong suggestion not to take MTS connection.

        Really very bad company - and customer service also very very poor - it was my biggest fault to take a mts connection. When i am going to take this connection their executive come to my home to check tower range, but now they are not responding - very sad - my biggest mistake and loss money.

        Hi this is XYZ, Advocate, Bangalore.(MTS DATA CARD NO [protected])

        I had purchased MTS U blaze data card 2 months before. From the beginning to till date the speed limit is 2.45 Kbs or maximum 12.5 Kbps. I had purchased the data card as 3g Connection, but the provided data card working as lesser the 2 G speed. Several times i have called your customer care for seeking remedy and solution, inspite of the several calls your team members are utterly failed to provide solution. Now they have taken complaint and telling that they will call within 3 days at an time to resolve the issue. Being an professional i cannot sit at home for three days to resolve the issue. They also informed that if their team calling that time we are unable to connect the MTS data card the complaint will be considered as closed. If there i am at out side or else in the Court How can i pick my call or attend any reply. I had informed your team to provide The solution whenever we Have called, being a genuine paid customer we Have the right. So the with your bad service i don't want to continue your service at all.

        Kindly disconnect my MTS data Card today itself and i will also settle the balance amount today itself.

        If at all the you have never helped to disconnect the Connection, i am not at all the Responsible for the future bill generated by your end, definitely i shall file a complaint before the consumer forum asking for suitable remedy.

          Hi,

          I had bought a MTS MBLAZE dongle from 2 sales person who came to my home telling me best promotional offer.
          They told me that if the documents I submit are valid them I will be able to get that special.

          After giving them my documents they told me about the plan, that I have to pay 2000 for that they will give me a dongle and a unlimited broadband plan for 3 months.I will have full speed of 3.1 mbps till 3 GB and after that the speed will decrease to 600 kbps plus and if I dont use my dongle for one day then it will automatically get added and my validity will be extended.

          They told me that they have direct satellite broadband so I will get full 3.1 mbps speed but it was never even upto 1 mbps, they showed me demo but it was so slow and when I asked them they told me its demo that's why it has limited speed.

          But after reaching my broadband limit I was unable to do browsing so when I contacted the manufacturer they told me that its dongle manufacturer not MTS customer care. They gave me MTS customer care number and it was not even toll free.

          When contacted the customer care executive he told me that my package is over because I have crossed my 3 GB limit when I told him about the plan he said that this plan never existed.

          I was shocked and told him that its your sales executive so its your fault but he didn't listen to me and told me to do the new recharge when I told him that I will file a case then also he refused to activate my balance and kept on repeating to recharge my account again.

          I feel really cheated I don't have the full name of there sales executives so they cant take any action against them.

          Please help me the dongle is not used for many months now its like my all money is wasted.

          MTS/ MBLAZE — providing incorrect information

          Hi, As a promotional offer and advertisement shown in Television, I purchased MTS MBLAZE Broadband connection, where the company claims saying one of the fastest internet connection. I guess the govt before approving this company or publishing their advertisement in Television or news channel should examine the quality and their standards of these upcoming companies.

          Modem which I am using at the moment is one of the hopeless network ever seen. Maximum speed I have seen is up to 500 kbps, that to twice. Generally the speed is less than 345 kbps. At the time of sales, the promotion people informed if you recharge for 999 plan, its unlimited, however after purchasing I came to know that unlimited refers to 30 GB, in that first 15 GB will run at speed of 3.1 mbps and rest 15 GB will run below 144 kbps, however in my case from day one internet speed is not gone above 500 kbps, and the minimum speed its worked was 27 kbps. Please find the screenshot which I have attached. At late night the speed was just 27 kbps. I have incurred huge loss of 999 + 999 for the instrument. I stay in malad west mumbai.

            These girls came to my door on Feb 2nd 2012 selling magazines told me a sad story & I fell for it. It's been almost 3 months & received nothing tried calling email no response. I just googled this company & I see there is a few complaints same ad mine. Please take action on this this is a SCAM!                 One MTS Number ([protected]) has been applied for PORT out on[protected] and subsequently received PORT ID : YT235617 on the same day. Then BSNL CAF subitted to CSC Tirunelveli, TamilNadu and inturn SIM card has been received from BSNL on[protected]. A message received from BSNL that the MTS service will be disconnected and Porting will be happen on[protected]. After that MTS O/G has been disconnected but I/G is still working and Porting process also not happened. The reason for not porting process is unknown. I experience much difficulty as no outgoing facility is there. Kindly do the needful for early action on above subject.

                As per MTS direction i got new porting code as YT 237465 on[protected] and expiry of porting will be on[protected]. On[protected] i went to BSNL CSC again i bought new SIM as per BSNL / MTS request. I received SMS from BSNL to my mobile number on[protected] as below :

                " Your Port in request for mobile number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to UPC mismatch - BSNL "

                MTS is only giving a Unique porting code but when we are applying for porting they are saying that Porting code mismatch. The Lethargy of MTS is creating me more problem. If MTS is really not interested to leave the customer then why they are giving a Porting code when we are requesting. whether MNP is applicable to MTS or not?.
                For more than one month, I suffered lot for to change my operator (from MTS to BSNL). Actually i do not know what is the reason for this in ordinate delay in MNP process? What i should do in this situation? MNP facility provided for Subscriber satifaction only. I am very much disappointed about MNP service.

                Visit your nearest ‘MTS Store’, submit mandatory documents and fill the Customer Application Form and Port-in form, pay Port-in fee (as applicable), get a new MTS CDMA SIM and request for port-in. New SIM purchased will be activated within 7 working days. Activation date and time will be informed to you through SMS.

                  I had purchased MTS Datacard in the month of February from a person named Santhosh Irwin Rajkumar in Chennai. He had promised me that the money that I pay for the purchase of the data card of Rs 1150 will be given back to me in the way of coupons from Indiaplaza.com with which I can get any product of my choice worth Rs. 1150. This was like a "free datacard offer" for the month of February. Only on that promise I had bought the MTS data card. I already have a broadband connection and was taking this as a backup connection.

                  After nearly two months, I received a mail from Indiaplaza.com with four gift coupons of Rs 150, 200, 300, and 500 amounting to Rs.1150. But the condition of the usage was such that I can avail these coupons only on a minimum purchase value each coupon, which would mean i will have to spend sum of Rs. 5300 to avail a discount of Rs. 1150.

                  This condition was never revealed to me at the time I made my purchase of the datacard. I feel cheated by MTS and want to surrender my datacard. The customer care people are not of much help as they are in north india and does not know about any such offers. Never use MTS again or recommend any body.

                  I was even told that i can change my datacard to prepaid after 3 months o[censored]se, which is a big lie. This is not possible with MTS.

                  I m now very frustrate with the MTS and with its services. I bought MTS two months back with the offer o[censored]pto 3,1 mps and a reebok shoe. i found this offer very exciting and attractive so i bought the connection with the promise from the company that i will get my shoe within 10 working days after i reedem it in the MTS site.i did the same and was waiting for the shoe but after 10 days i didnt got any response from the company So i decided to make a call to the customer service but wat answere i got was that it is pending from backend team we have received your request and you will get a calll from them within 1 week with a complain number DEC6672 .But again it was very disappointing so again i called them to know the status of the compalint the executive was not at all polite and showed any intrest in understanding my problem he said that you will get a call withing 24 hours but i still aiting for that 24 hours and now its been a week again. company just fooling the customer with fake offer .Also the speed wat they are claiming are no where true.

                  i just want this to be solved i been through lot of problem on this .

                        The company has not resolved my queries regarding speed, data and temporary connectivity in Mumbai. This has been going on for months now. Even after paying 999 for unlimited (10-15GB service at 3.1Mbps), I have been getting 13-14KBps speed only and there have been mismatch regarding data usage.

                        Every time I call their helpline, someone would register a complaint and then say that the complaint would be resolved in 24 hours. However, the complaint has not been resolved for months! Worse, they stop picking calls after some time and do not respond to the queries even if they pick up the calls. Sometimes they cut the call randomly.

                        Apparently this has been the case with some of the other users as well. The issue needs to be dealt with severely and asap!

                          My data card number is [protected]. I recharged with 999 recharge voucher for 10GB of download, but I am amazed to find that I was getting a speed of 1KBPS or 10KBPS max, and it was not location issue, checked it at Banglore Airport, Mumbai Airport, Delhi Airport, and various places across India but no speed.

                          The customer care is all fake, they resolve customer complaints by themselves without even consulting the customer, Even in roaming I waited for 20 mins to get connected to the customer care, but all fake promises and no help. No one called to resolve the issue.

                          I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THAT DO NOT BUY MTS AT ALL. BUY any other wireless connection which will be at least professional in their approach.

                          Just to inform all that I am myself an computer engineer from IIT, so I tried myself first to boost the speed but it is the problem with the data card...so it will not resolve.

                              I have recharged my mtsblaze last week with rc375 and rc96, from that my blaze is not connected my data card no is [protected] please help what to do

                                I have received a offer from MTS for recharge with 348 & get 4.5 GB ON 31 march 2012 at 16:56:24 hrs after i have recharge my mts net but i received only 150 MB as per offer i have not received 4.5 GB my mts No-[protected] ( RAJ.) so i request you to please clarify the matter regarding MTS Net

                                  I am receiving calls from MTS service provider almost after every alternate day. The number calling is [protected]. Its asking for payment of MTS data card service which I have never used. The service is registered under the name of some Karishma whom I don't know at all. I have complained about this to all the people but still unheard. Hope someone can help me with this.

                                    I am Rahul Dutta, bought a MTS MBlaze data card ( the MDN number is [protected])from CnnectIndia.com on 22nd February,2012.I submitted all my documents(EPIC card ,PAN card ,two passport size photo).But for being an Engineering student the verification team sent a negative feedback to MTS. So then I called MTS Customer Care and they suggested that if I again submit all the documents of my mother in MTS store then obviously I will get the connection and they suggested that the nearest MTS Store is MTS Store, Roy Telcom ,Barasat(phone number-[protected]).I went the store on 19th March,2012 and first time he didn’t take all the documents and was saying to me to buy a new card from his store. When I said that MTS Customer Care said to do this, then he accepted. But still now I have not received any call from the verification team or any call from MTS Telcom .Now I don’t understand what to do???When I called another MTS Store(Baguihati Road),they also said me to buy a new connection, Then I was said by Customer Care to submit a written complaint ,I am totally frustrated with this connection. The authorized body(Roy Telcom,Barasat) always said me to buy anew connection and there was no wish to fulfill my demand.

                                      Hi,
                                      MTS has been deducting my data balance like hell, i mean they deducted 1.3 gb of my prepaid data balance, when i have not even used 200-300 mb, and they are so smart to avoid complaints that whenever i want to contact them, they disconnect the chat after hearing the problem.
                                      I don't want to use abusive words here but they are really very unresponsible. last month i contacted their online chat for speed problems, they did the same, i tried to contact them many times and everytime i tell them my problem they disconnect the chat, and now again today i tried to contact for my data usage problem the guy there Rahul disconnected the chat. What a great customer service they have.

                                        My MTS account number was[protected]/[protected].

                                        I was taken the postpaid connection of monthly unlimited plan Rs 799/-

                                        Plan is that get MTS device free if Pay 3 month amount advance+tax, I have taken the connection and paid Rs 2650/-

                                        Later i knew it was a trap , because Mts has no network coverage and speed in my area,

                                        i have used very little data usage for average 2 month because of your bad service,I have contacted Mts centre in cochin to diconnect the service.

                                        You can check the usage(I have lost my money& time actually)

                                        The connection disconnected But they are sending bill into my address.


                                        Now i got a letter from advocate is that i have a due of Rs.1036/- and have a chance to settle amount into Rs.777/-,why can i pay money for no usage,,,?

                                        you can check my total usage,,i have lost my money,,,& time.

                                        Very clearly i have given the information to your cochin MTS people to disconnect the connection, because of bad servive, again and again they are calling

                                        and creating mental depression to me.

                                        Now i am using Reliance net with satisfaction, they are giving me good service.
