Hi,
I have already did the MTS bills payment settlement and given a official letter to disconnect the connection to one of their executive. After that again I received the bill and once I contacted to customer care, they asked me you don't have to pay any bill.
But after four month, day before yesterday I got a call from one advocate and they told MTS has sent you a legal notice regarding the bill payment and you need to come court. Then, he told if you will do the payment in 1 hour, he will settle the issue out of the court.
As a normal person, I just scared about these things and did an instant online payment to get rid from this issue. But, the payment which I made was extra payment for the completely false bill. I told the same thing to that person who called me and he just asked to contact MTS CC or raise a complain on consumer forum.
When I called to nearby outlet, they told everything was fine from you end and you don't have to do any payment. The executive make the delay in submitting the cancellation form and bill has generated. So, you ask him for the refund and when I called that executive, he told contact to outlet person regarding this. This way, I trapped by MTS.
Now, I am not understanding what to do and where to go. And, also what I should do regarding that legal calls which completely tensed and scared me. If this is not going to solve, shall I do a FIR regarding this or I should meet some legal adviser.
Recently I had an major accident and I am not suppose to walk much. So, this making me more trouble to go and contact every person or outlet or any legal advisor.
Please Suggest what action I should take in this situation.

Trilling mail reply your side in writing { your complaints (JUN/3673, JUN/3751 and JUL/51) have been closed as issue has been resolved. }
But no visit no salutation why all complaint’s are closed your service is very poor .

• Close all the programs which are running.
• Click on start.
• Go to run (Press Windows button + R Key) and type %temp% and then press enter button.
• Select all the temporary files and delete them all (Press Shift + Del button).
• Now, open Internet explorer program and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete button.
• A pop up window (Delete Browsing History) will appear.
• Select all the option and click on “Delete” button.
• Click start button and go to control panel.
• Click on Windows Firewall.
• Click on Turn Windows Firewall on or off link from the left panel.
• Select Turn off Windows Firewall (second and fourth options) and then click on OK button.

• Enter Admin User Name and Password and then click on OK button3.
• Click on Stop button.
• Now restart your ComputerLaptop.
• Once your PC had been restarted, connect the device.
• Click on Mblaze icon at your desktop.
• Scan the computerLaptop and also close any software which is online updating at that time (like antivirus, system updation etc.).
