MTS is a worst & fraud company. Plase anyone don't buy their product.
MTS Customer care also fraud.They told me "recharge against Rs.303/- you can get benefit of night unlimited(12am-6am)& your download speed will be up-to 3.1 mbps".
Then I have recharged.
1st 2 days speed was good(average 100kbps).
But but but now my average IDM download speed is 0-25 kbps.
Really! I'm Totally fed up.
help me !!!!!!!!!!!

    This Rakesh,I bought MTS Mblaze Data Card with Unlimited Plan of Rs.650/month before one month. At the time of Purchasing The executive Mr.Murari Zaa Came at my Working place and told me that it will give internet speed up to 3.1Mbps, but as on date i am not getting speed more than 700kbps (which was i got only one time), average speed is up to 200kbps. I already mailed the same complaint on "service.hw.[protected]@huawei.com" but i didn't get any replied.I also called the executive Mr.Zaa, he also not giving satisfied answers, he tries to avoid the situation every time. He also promised me that the engineer will come at my place to resolve the problem but nobody comes till date.
    Please give me better solution on it.....

    MTS Mblaze — Poor Speed

    I am not satisfy with this MTS connection.

    It was told to us that company provides more than 3 mbps speed, but actually we are not getting till 1.

    My MTS connection speed is extremely poor....MDN no. [protected]

    Hope you will take any action to resolve this running issue.
    MTS told me 3.1 mbps. but i am getting speed only from 300 kbps to 500kbps. what is the problem i dont know. try to make ur customers happy.

    I purchased MTS wifi dongle almost month and half back and what i have experienced the poorest service. MTS promise 2 mbps speed and what maximum speed i have got is 0.40 mbps. They are biggest thugs and they should be put behind bars.

      I wanted to recharge my mts data card and i went online on paytm.com to recharge. however while recharging i entered the wrong number i.e is [protected] instead of [protected]. the order number for this transaction is 47218437 and transaction id is 111913.. when i called mts data card services they refused me straight that nothing cannot be done about it. After that i told that lady without checking any alternative option how can you say no to ur customers. she then transferred the call to her team manager and she said what can we do is we can write the complaint and within 7 to 8 days you will get response. after that call got disconnected. Then i called again i spoke with PRAKESH he was very rude he told me that we cannot do anything about that and then he said its your mistake that you have recharged wrong number. I told him to transfer the call to his manager and his manager told me we cannot do anything about this. i told him everything about the previous manager and what she had told me. but he said nothing cannot be done. I'M being using MTS from last 1 year everytime i recharge for 999 for unlimited. i even told him that you can do one thing if that other person has used the MTS deduct that money and refund me rest. please please look into this as m not happy about this and really looking to take this matter to higher concern.

        Hi,

        I have already did the MTS bills payment settlement and given a official letter to disconnect the connection to one of their executive. After that again I received the bill and once I contacted to customer care, they asked me you don't have to pay any bill.

        But after four month, day before yesterday I got a call from one advocate and they told MTS has sent you a legal notice regarding the bill payment and you need to come court. Then, he told if you will do the payment in 1 hour, he will settle the issue out of the court.

        As a normal person, I just scared about these things and did an instant online payment to get rid from this issue. But, the payment which I made was extra payment for the completely false bill. I told the same thing to that person who called me and he just asked to contact MTS CC or raise a complain on consumer forum.

        When I called to nearby outlet, they told everything was fine from you end and you don't have to do any payment. The executive make the delay in submitting the cancellation form and bill has generated. So, you ask him for the refund and when I called that executive, he told contact to outlet person regarding this. This way, I trapped by MTS.

        Now, I am not understanding what to do and where to go. And, also what I should do regarding that legal calls which completely tensed and scared me. If this is not going to solve, shall I do a FIR regarding this or I should meet some legal adviser.

        Recently I had an major accident and I am not suppose to walk much. So, this making me more trouble to go and contact every person or outlet or any legal advisor.

        Please Suggest what action I should take in this situation.

        BLR — Bill after disconnecting the connection

        I was using bangalore airtel connection[protected] till january 2008. I have given request for canellation on 31th January 2008, after that I got bill of January, i.e from 02 Jan 2008 to 1st Feb. I have paid that amount also.

        After one month I got a bill of February 2008 i.e from 02 February to 04 February. I don't know how come this happen after that I mailed to them and also called to customer care. Till now I didn't response and also I didn't get the deposit amount of Rs.300.

        I have got a bill and legal notice after one year of payment and proper cancellation of MTS Data Card. Our A/C No.[protected] and Mobile no [protected].

        The complaint from the MTS is that we have not paid the bill and we did not cancel the service properly.

        We do not accept this complaint as it is not true. We got the MTS internet usage data card on the month of September 2011, from Sangeetha mobiles, Ghandi Bazar, Bangalore, with a smart phone. They said that there is an offer as we can use unlimited internet using MTS datacard for one month. And the card was activated on 20th September 2011. We purchased the card from Mr. Anwar (MTS Rep - [protected]). This connection was bought in the name of R. Victor Arokia Raj for my brother R. John Various.

        But we got a bill from MTS within 15 days from the activated date stating that we have to pay the amount. We called the customer care and enquired about this and they informed us that there is no offer as said to us by Mr. Anwar but only 200MB was free and the rest they have billed us. And hence we were also not satisfied with the service and planned to cancel the service. But in that one week we got continuous calls from the MTS customer service asking for the money. The bill amount was Rs. 332. Finally we paid the bill (Rs. 332) and cancelled the connection by giving the application to one of the MTS franchise in Bangalore (Address: Arham Hosteries, 3/6 Hari Mansion, Bull Temple Road, Opp. Uma theatre Road, Chamrajpet, Bangalore – 560018). We got a receipt also for the bill paid but did not get an acknowledgement for the cancellation since the person said that the form should go to the MTS corporate office and only they will send the confirmation mail to us. But we did not receive any kind of such mails. All these happened in the month of November 2011. Unfortunately we misplaced the bill somewhere as we thought everything was fine since it happened a year ago. The next month we got a call again from The MTS customer service telling that they got neither the application nor the payment. So I went again to the franchise asking them for the same. They said that the computer had some problem and they could not send it before and they promised they will send it by that week. From then onwards we dint get even a single call from MTS. So we thought it is all over.

        Now suddenly after one year we have got a Legal notice from MTS stating that we have to pay the bill amount of Rs.3180 within 7 days by cash or cheque. Again we went to the same franchise where we cancelled the service to get a proof. But the franchise is on leave for 10 days so we couldn’t prove it.

        WE got this letter on 13th November 2012. So we sent a reply to the advocate naming Ranvir Vats, Tis Hazari court, Delhi on 19th November 2012. We got a call today (22nd November 2012) from the advocate office for the payment. And we tried to explain whatever happened but they where not ready to listen and they disconnected the call.

        Our question is we dint even get a single call from MTS for the past one year and how could they file a complaint on us stating that we have not paid the amount etc ( We got n number of calls from them in the 1st 15 days that we should pay Rs.332 and now not a single call).

        Please suggest me a solution.

        My data card was disconnected on 15th Nov 2012 and I informed to MTS by emails & calls regarding the speed issue I m not interested and pls disconnect the services they did the same, but as sudden On Thursday[protected] @ 11:15 am I got a call from one advocate(Mr. Ranvir Vats) and he told MTS has sent you a legal notice regarding the bill payment and you need to come court in Delhi today by 11:30 am, if not then some legal officers will sending for to arrest you. Then, he told if I will do payment in 15 min through online payment, he will settle the issue out of the court.         MTS is probably one of the worst offenders among telecom companies in India. I wanted to file a lawsuit to them but I don't have time to. The surely need to do business as per the norms and policies of the country. They are the worst cheaters in India. I recommend to each and everyone that never go for MTS connections. I had to pay twice the bill first when I got rid of my connection and then they sent me the legal notice when I had already paid the bill.

        2 day back I also get the same legal notice from some Ranvir Vats, I have tried calling them but no one picked the phone even company number provided there was wrong.

        After having so many issue with MTS, suddenly after 6-7 months I received this letter, before that there was no communication from them.
        I had the unlimited plan but never able to use it work slower then a 2 G phone...

        The Biggest mistake of my life bought a MTS postpaid Mblaze MDN[protected] and ACC no[protected]. i used for 2 months and speed was like hell. then i stopped using they asked for bill. i gave them 1000/- and got full-final settlement letter from them. later they again called for bill payement then i told them my receipt number and letter replied they will not bother me, some months after one mam called and asked about bill payment same told her about receipt and letter, she was satisfied.then one day call came to me that we speaking from ITO policestation u havt paid ur bill of MTS and bla bla...

        Thank you for sharing all the details.

        In spite of having speed problem, costly service, I used their services for almost for a year. I paid all the installments regularly.
        And they have shown me their fake color now.

        I got the same legal notice from Ranvir Vats stating that I have not paid the bill amount. I stopped using MTS since 23rd October. Still they have generated a bill for November month and they are claiming the amount of 2500.
        I checked the address and phone numbers in the fake notice. Both information was completely fake. even Google didn't recognize. Instead of INDIA, it shows in united states. How much fake these people could be? Its out of limit. They are troubling us in various ways.
        this is not a way to deal with any customer.
        When they approached us for the connection, they were like, ready to do everything, they promised alot and at the end they made us suffer from worry and tensions.
        I have a strong feeling that MTS is trying to threaten people and collect extra money from their customers. I would like to shout and announce that MTS are big cheaters.
        I would request all not to buy any services from MTS. As this people should get punished for all these fake & illegal actions.
        And if we get any such notices, we all should not pay out any amount. Instead of this we all together can take a legal action against Ranvir Vats and MTS, who are the creators and responsible for this illegal actions to threaten their customers.

        Where Can I complaint about MTS?
        I got frustated by such threatning calls, after my data card stoled i stopped the service by informing MTS call center now. they want me to submit the bill why should i submit the bill if i not used that data. Just now got a call that i have to present at Patiala court Delhi on 10 of january
        if not they will issue a warrant against me.Please reply what should i do.
        i am really fed up, MTS really disturb me. I there anything that i can do to MTS. Why should i pay the bill if i m did not use it.How can i apply to consumer court or anybody have any solution so they stop calling me. Is FIR against them is a solution ? Please do reply .
        Yes i am also victim of MTS. My dongle is not working and its been more than two weeks not a single person has come to instead of my calling 5 times to their customer support. On the contrary other day a lady called in and asked to clear the bill of my MTS. when i told her my problem she was not interested. Their customer service agents are very pathetic.I have recorded all the calls to customer support. After reading all the fruad that they have been doing I am now going to keep all the back ups of calls and mails to them.
        I got a legal notice today from MTS. I cancelled the connection(because of their worst service...i need to wait for 5 mints approximately to load www.google.com sometimes) after settling all the dues in one of their outlet. Moreover, i returned the device as per the outlet executive's request. Now I got a legal notice.

        I determined to challenge them in court anyway.

        Guys,

        Don't worry about the legal complaints by MTS. This is fully fake. Just reply back via a letter to the sent address stating your authentic reason with the recent bills and final settlements. No need to pay again & again. Just leave it. They are not going to do any such legal action against you, since they won't have any proof against you to register the case. Also that is against the law. So no worries, just settle your final bill and keep the copy with you. Thanks.

        That the “SIM CARD/DONGLE” being provided to the subscriber is the property of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited and the same has to be used and utilized by the subscriber strictly in the manner stated in the CAF and only till such time the terms and conditions of the said CAF are being adhered to by the parties, . You had been entrusted with the SIM CARD/DONGLE by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited with express instructions that usage of the same to access the network of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited shall be done by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF. However, you have failed to return the same to SSTL. And retaining the same illegally and the same amounts to misappropriation of the same .
        The bill, which duly and timely reached you, clearly stated a date of Payment in the bill statements. This was followed by verbal Communications / repeated requests for payment via tele-calling and SMS messages for the same. However till date we have not received any payment towards the discharge of your outstanding liability which amounts to Rs.1125 /-
        Therefore, despite having availed and enjoyed the services promised and duly delivered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, you have dishonestly and fraudulently induced SSTL and thereby causing wrongful loss to SSTL and wrongful gain to yourself.

Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, given to you in good faith, for a specific purpose, not be returned along with the payments due and outstanding, within Three clear days from the receipt of this notice, SSTL shall be constrained to initiate/invoke all or any of the legal remedies available under law to recover the same ; in addition to the your prosecution under Sections 405, 406 and 420, of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 190/200 and 357 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, before appropriate court .         MTS not understating why there are losing existing customer,

        MTS signal issue - Very less network coverage.

        very bad experience with MTS for me.. recommended not to go with MTS...
        I want to deactivate my MTS Mblaze postpaid wifi dongle connection as It's not working after migrating to RCOM from 1st November 2017. I have cleared all the bills till October 2017 and hence please proceed with cancelling the connection. Do not send me any more bills. From 1st November 2017 I am not getting any network and any service from MTS/RCOM dongle. I will not pay any more bill for this. Please stop this connection and stop sending bills immediately.

        PS: I have tried calling the customer care of RCOM and MTS both and mailed multiple times in their mail ids, seems like nothing is working. I started dropping mails for deactivation of my account from starting of November month, but no reply from their side. Still I have received bill for November month 2017, after no service provided.

        Please consider this mail as confirmation from my side to deactivate my MTS/RCOM postpaid connection on the mentioned number and please stop sending bills every month.

          BUT CROMA SHOP EXECUTIVE VERY STRONGLY INSIST ME TO BUY MTS AS THIS CO. WAS FULLY CONCENTRATE IN NET BUSINESS ONLY NOT IN OTHER MOBILE BUSINESS SO I BOUGHT IT.
          BUT NOW ITS CONNECTIVITY IS VERY LOW AT SURAT ADAJAN AREA ANAND MAHAL ROAD. AND AT BARODA TO IOCL TOWN SHIP KOYALI JAWAHARNAGAR AND AS I AM WORKING AT IOCL AS AM FINANCE.

              i have registered my complaint with the MTS customercare executive but it is not yet resolved
              At First the executives said your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs
              then they say that it will be resolved in 48 hrs
              and after waiting for 47.5 hrs i called them
              they say there is still half an hour left
              then i called them again after 48 hrs
              then they say that it would take 24 hrs to resolve

                I had buyed MTS MBlaze data card no. [protected] on 7/5/12 and it showed 3 months validity , It also showed recharge date of 3/8/12 but when I recharged the data card on 3rd August, the unused balance was not

                I purchased a new mts mblaze connection with 10 gb, also with carry forward facility... but after one month when i recharged with it with 348 rs, its only showing 2 gb but 6gb was remaining of mine.

                  I am using MTS number [protected] my outgoing calling is barred from 28 may 2012 I tried to reach the customer care and place query online on 12-june-2012 but didnt get any answer from company side, I have also visited the shopkeeper from which I have bought the number, he asked for the another address proof document I have submitted the same two to three time VC on 20-june -2012, Still my outgoing calling is barred.

                    I purchased an MTS internet connection in year 2011 and within 3 days , the instrument become defunct.
                    I complained to the local dealer and the customer care yet , they assured to rectify within 3 days, but they took more than 3 weeks and my umpteen complaints proved futile. After one month they replaced they replaced the instrument and billed for the whole month though i did not & could not utilize their services which any sensible man can deduce.
                    After receipt of the bill which read their cavalier attitude , i stopped using it and asked them to settle the bill. Bearing my disconnection and repeated request for settling the defective bill, they were observing a mute silence but go on sending bills. Now they are after me for the swollen bill till day for the amount of Rs 2800 & odd challenging me that i could not establish anything in writing. Pray intervention and enable me to meet the end of Justice.

                        Today Morning I received a call from [protected] speaking only in Hindi and when I told him to talk in English he stared abusing me as "Mad****C***h and Be***Ch**th and I have recorded the calls and then I called them back and one other person picked up the call and told me he is from a lawyers office and i representing MTS. Then started the problem. This goes back in Feb when I got a call from connectindia.in stating that if i take a MTS I will get it for 699 and I paid it on-line and after this they delivered the device to me and even after two days when it did not work I called then back adn a guy from connectindia came and picked the device back and never returned back the device to me. I sent at least 20 complaints to connectindia.in and MTS to their customer service and then to nodal officer and the only reply I was getting is that they will get back to me in 5 business days and nothing happened. After this I started receiving the bills and i again sent them the complaints stating that I do not have any device and no one from MTS responded back. I then got a final settlement for a device I never received and again I replied back to them and no answer on that too.

                        Today when I received this abusive call from MTS lawyer I was shocked. I want to seek you help to file a complaint against this lawyers office and MTS for cheating me of my Rs.699/- and not answering to any of my emial till date. I can send you all the copies of my conversation with MTS till date and want to know how to proceed on this.

                        HI,

                        Even I bought a datacard from connect india and the card was not working. they took the card but for me they returned the same faulty card with a promised that the card will be replaced, but after that I did not hear back from MTS. I have around 10 complaint tickets and email communications sent to the customer care. No action was taken by MTS, but they kept increasing the bill.

                        Infact I was promised a Bluetooth mouse by conncecindia which I did not receive.

                        Yesterday I also received a call from '[protected]' stating that this is a call from Delhi Tees hazari court and lawsuit of 35K is filed against me. then he gave me a lawyers number to talk to ([protected]). These people are saying that two notices have been sent, but I have not received even a single notice.

                        I am not able to understand how can anyone sue us for a service not provided.

                        i got a call from Atul sharma mathur and asking me to pay the amount or court would take action. he was asking me to pay in 1 hr and if there is any issue with bill court would refund in 48hrs. MTS is a fraud company. they promised 3G+ speed and what i got was 200kps.. when i asked why speed is slow they informed me in your area there is no indorr coverage.


                        Atul sharma mathur said he is from Tis Hazari court . MTS i m not going to pay money try someting better.

                          i complaint mts custmor care about porting msg sending failled by [protected] contact no.
                          Custmor care registerd my complain two time one of 15aug2012 at08.28pm(complaint no. AUG/50867) and sencod is 17aug2012 at 5.00pm(complaint no. AUG/57743).
                          C.care tell me that your complaint resolved with in 16hour. But my complaint not solve till now. And now my c.care line disconnected by mts custmor care.

                              Dear All,

                              Please be aware of MTS broadband. I have purchased the device and suffered like anything. With the pin code given to them, they confirmed the best signal available in that area while having word with customer care, also they promised of its activation within 24hrs and if it does not work then they will refund the money upon cancelation following their verification. Then I have decided to purchase keeping faith on their false commitments. They had activated the device after about 6 - 8 days from the date of purchase after rigorous follow up with customer care and there nodal office. I am not accepting speed of 3.1 MBPS but some speed at least. Once get connected it often get disconnected within 5 - 6 minutes. There network engineer visited my home and checked the same for 30 - 40 mins. He has the same observation. The device was activated on 28th July 2012 but they mentioned 26th July 2012. How? Now sure cause on 26th I had word with their nodal office about activation and he confirmed it was not activated and will get activated by 28th July 2012. So how the billing cycle date changed to 26th is another question. I have hardly used this device and then I asked them to cancel the same. They send me the bill of Rs. 84. I have mentioned that the device I purchased form your customer care only so deduct Rs. 84 (even I was not supposed to pay as I have not received any service and)and refund the balance amount. Today they were asking me to pay Rs. 207 how and for what? I am not sure. I am having all the records of mail communication from the day one.
                              MTS has cheated with me. Now I am frustrated with their phone calls and follow ups on payment. I am not able to understand when the MTS is not keeping its promises and they are not at all providing services but despite of it they were harassing the customer then to whom we should forward out complaint. Is there any action being taken to such useless, unethical, unprofessional company by government of India? Is the customer only should suffer? Who is responsible if the company itself is not going to keep its promise? What a common man should do?

                                    I have UIM card of MTS. I have to Port my mobile number to another network. For this i have tried to send a porting message from my mobile number. It says 'Invalid Destination Address'. I contacted MTS customer care, on 10-Aug, one said We have made a complaint for your problem you have to wait till 14th-Aug, and i did so. I contacted again customer care on 14th-Aug, one said it will be resolved today. Now i got a message on 14-aug, that your complaint has been resolved,now you can send message on 1900. I tried it to send the porting message on 1900, The same problem found i.e. Invalid Destination Address. I called customer care, told the problem, one said it will be resolved till mid-night. Now on the next day i tried this again to message. I was again failed. Again customer care gave me a new complaint number,and to wait till one day. I did so.
                                    This procedure is running till now, for calling to customer care, and getting failure of sending message on 1900. All of the customer care says first 'Why do you want to port' and then says to wait till 3 hours/till 12PM/till 12AM/till next day/we will call you back/ we really sorry and will solve your problem first and so on............
                                    How can i port my number under another network provider.
                                    I don't want again to go to this company service.

                                    Hi, i'm fed up with the mts ppl's response... firstly i sent the port message in febraury, i dint get my porting id. i keep on calling to customer care always same reply wait for 24 hrs... and then again after 1 and half month i sent the porting id again in mid of march finally after scolding so much got my porting id... but they used cal daily and harass me to stay in their network so they'l credit 0 rs currency.. i said no.. bt stil they cancelled my porting id.. and after tat i kept on calling on them same answer i got.. then again in april i sent again the port message.. bt stil same wait for 24 hrs readymade answers.. their supervisor NAHIM mislead me lyk tis.. and also after so many calls, finally they said tat port message can be sent once in 3 months.. please do the needful and send the port message as soon as posible ([protected])

                                      I was using MTS Mblaze data card prepaid connection (MDN : [protected] ) when one day, an executive from MTS called me and told me about a post paid plan exclusive to me.
                                      1. Firstly he told me that the plan includes unlimited data transfer @ 3.1 Mbps.
                                      2. Secondly, he told me that my prepaid balance ( Rs 1500 ) would be adjusted in the post paid bill.
                                      When I activated the post paid connection, none of the promises were true. Even worse, the customer care executive refused to lodge a complaint. I am very disappointed with their services.
