As per MTS direction i got new porting code as YT 237465 on[protected] and expiry of porting will be on[protected]. On[protected] i went to BSNL CSC again i bought new SIM as per BSNL / MTS request. I received SMS from BSNL to my mobile number on[protected] as below :
" Your Port in request for mobile number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to UPC mismatch - BSNL "
MTS is only giving a Unique porting code but when we are applying for porting they are saying that Porting code mismatch. The Lethargy of MTS is creating me more problem. If MTS is really not interested to leave the customer then why they are giving a Porting code when we are requesting. whether MNP is applicable to MTS or not?.
For more than one month, I suffered lot for to change my operator (from MTS to BSNL). Actually i do not know what is the reason for this in ordinate delay in MNP process? What i should do in this situation? MNP facility provided for Subscriber satifaction only. I am very much disappointed about MNP service.

Visit your nearest ‘MTS Store’, submit mandatory documents and fill the Customer Application Form and Port-in form, pay Port-in fee (as applicable), get a new MTS CDMA SIM and request for port-in. New SIM purchased will be activated within 7 working days. Activation date and time will be informed to you through SMS.
