Dear people,
Dont buy mts data card ,I am using mts since many months,for last three months mts showing wrong data usage reports.For the first of last three months when i consumed 2.5 GB around data they said i have used 5 Gb data and stopped my data access,as i have no choice recharged with 999 unlimited 10 gb offer,for 2 month of last three months it was fine i was able to use upto 11Gb for whole month.And in the next month i.e present month i have again recharged with 999 (unlimited 10 GB) i have used it for 18 days ,when i called cust care they said i have consumed 10 Gb of data but i actually i consumed 5 Gb of data,when i called customer care,they are not even giving satisfied results and and NOT RAISING COMPLAINTS at all.
They are giving only one answer 'SIR,YOU HAVE CONSUMED THE DATA,WE CANT DO ANYTHING '.bored of such answers,and you cant go more than that,and you should either 'RECHARGE AGAIN' or 'LEAVE MTS CONNECTION'.
This problem cannot be solved because they are not at all accepting customers compliants,they show the wrong data.
As the customers has no data REGARDING INTERNET DATA USAGE with them and 'ITS MTS GAME THEY SHOW THERE OWN DATA'.
Never believe mts company again.
Dont buy mts at all,they will cheat.

MTS — ZERO SPEED/FLUCTUATING
Hi,myself Samir,i am using mts mblaze and every month recharge 999 for unlimited,but recently i face that every times its speed become zero even my balance is sufficient ,i have complaint so many times no positive feedback,at the end of the month its spped will become ok but when we will recharge again then same thing happpen repeatedly, i think they are filtering from HLR for this unlimited profile and MTS making fool all customer.so Govt. should take necessary action against them.
I hope that nobody will take any action because our Govt is handicapped because they dont have any law for this kind of illegal activity.
