I am the owner of a MTS MBlaze data card and I have only one thing to say – I regret buying this data card. I had paid Rs. 1050 for the data card and the initial plan of 800. After that I took the Rs. 800 recharge on three different occasions. That means I have spent a total of Rs. 4,250 on this worthless piece of crap.
I will admit that I did not use this data card a lot. I purchased this card in March 2012 and used it for only a few times since. However, every time I used this crap, I had to call MTS support. Why, you ask? Instead of the 3.1 MBPS (3000 KBPS) download speed and 2 MBPS (2000 KBPS) upload speed, I get anything between two and sixty KBPS. You read that right! That’s the download speed. Let’s not talk about the upload speed; it is an embarrassment.
This is the reason why I didn’t use MTS a lot. I always ended up going back to my wired internet. However, I decided to recently use MTS and so I recharged it. I had the same problem. I called up MTS support and informed them. And finally, after eight months, they told me the problem. And it was UNBELIEVABLE!
Mumbai is among the best cities in South Asia. You can expect everything here, even if you cannot afford it. I live in Mumbai. You would think I get everything. No – I am too far from the MTS tower! That was the reason given to me. More specifically, I was 700 meters from the tower and this is the reason for my miserable time. When I asked how long before this problem would be resolved, I was told that it would TAKE TIME – days, weeks, months or even years! It’s already been three months, as I had created a ticket in August. I would expect such a response if I live on the outskirts of Mumbai or in some jungle. But, I live near the airport! I live near Bandra-Kurla Complex. I live in the heart of Mumbai!

I have had a miserable experience with MTS. I will not be putting myself through this misery again. If anyone’s reading this, please suggest me some good alternatives.
MTS — MTS give fake offers to sell internet connections
Hi,I am Akash Sharma and i have purchased one MTS connection in the month of January 2011. MTS charged me 1777/- for Device as well as one month free internet usage and they had one offer of free Reebok shoes. which was supposed to be delivered in 45 days. its been more than 4 months and i have called more than 5 times to their customer care and still no response from them. they are still keep on lying that they will send this free shoe to my home but still no success. I seriously want that some sort of serious action should be there on MTS india services so that they should stop lying to customer for selling products. I am seriously going to stop using this service and will also tell people to not buy MTS ever again..................
