I bought an MTS data card on 13th March 2013
It was activated on 15th March 2013

So far it is not functioning in usable speed; the speed has consistently been below 100kbps
Firstly, The person who sold the data card is Mr Michael, he came home checked the speed and said that I can opt for a refund as the speed is not touching even 100kbps
But after that he has never picked up my calls
Secondly, I have repeatedly called the customer care, I am done with the numerous trouble shooting exercises that they wanted me to do
I think the telephonic trouble shooting is nothing but delaying the process further
Where I faced the following,
• Putting me on hold and cutting the call
• They said they are not responsible for the speed
• They cannot give a refund and I have to ask the person who sold the data card to me
Thirdy, I called [protected] and got this ticket number – C[protected]
I have a product that I paid for and it is not functioning, not usable for the past one week
I have wasted a lot of time and money in calling your call center
Have I got cheated? If so please tell me that, I will not waste my time further, I will just throw the data card instrument in trash

I did a Big mistake in My life by taking mts dongle.
Please guys dont take cheap network and customer.
