I am using MTS mobile service and having SIM locked set all is going well , but recently MTS license was canceled for up east and they are shrinking from east but the mobile I have SIM lock and restricted for MTS SIM only. Now I am traveling here and there for lock break because the office at Allahabad is closed and SIM will work up to 10 April as they prior inform me that their license is canceled in up east hence they are shrinking but before that they have to remove that lock from phone. Also their partner company ZTE office is closed .i am not willing to break mobile lock at unauthorized centers or repairing shops

    MTS company says that they provide speed of 3.1 Mbps.
    I never got such speed. I hardly got 1 Mbps speed sometimes. Their customer executive themselves admit that they don't provide speeb above 1 Mbps.
    They fools people and take high amount of charges from them. They provide 2G speed on the name of Broadband service. Sometimes you will get speed even below 2G networks even you were getting full signal. I advice MTS holders that they should switch to other better Internet Service Provider.

      My MTS Data card number is : [protected] which I purchased in the month of February 2013 with a 30 day money back gurantee if there is any issue and is not rectified within 15 days. I started facing the network issue from 1st day of activation(getting speed of 128 kbps) and lodged a complaint with MTS on 6th March and after calling the customer care more than 10 times aperson came on 12th and forwarded the issue to RF network team and then again I had to call more than 15 times but to no response. Then I visited thier customer care in Bangalore on 24th March and informed them about the issue. They gave assurance for not charging for non-usage and will send one person from RF team but that person came on 4th April and that too after calling another 10 times. Now they have given me a bill of Rs. 766/- for Non-Usage and are not agreeing to refund the money as well when I want to discoonect the connection.
      MTS is the worst service provider and have even worst customer service. Never go for MTS.

      Really worst network i had ever seen and very bad customer care .They closed my complaint without resolving .when i Question them they lie that, we called you but not attending .
      I did a Big mistake in My life by taking mts dongle.
      Please guys dont take cheap network and customer.

        My name is Anand Deshpande and residing in Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad). I have purchased HTC pulse with a MTS post paid connection on July 2011. At that time their set up in Pune was not intact and they provided me a Mumbai No. [protected]. Last bill was generated in March that was Rs. 587.01/- and also they made a commitment to provide the service up to 10th of April and 15% discount will be given on the bill.

        I made a payment of Rs.590/- trough United India Bank's A/c debit card on 15th March 2013 and they barred the services on 21st of March and told me that i have not made any payments still it is pending. Next day i went to the Bank and got the entire information the said amount has been debited from the A/c on the same day and they given me the copy o[censored]pdated passbook and the Transaction Id No. [protected]. Still they have not resumed the services, for number portability i have to send an SMS i.e., PORT [protected] to1900 than they will give me the Unique port code than i can switch over to another service provider. Now even they are not cooperating for number portability also.

          My MTS number is [protected]. I have recharged my MTS Blaze with Rs.998.00/ 0n 24 Mar-2013. I am getting less than 5kbps of speed. Have followed up with MTS customer care for atleast 6 times. Everytime my call is put on hold for multiple minutes and then they disconnect. I dont know what is wrong with them. It is the worst service provider. Plz let me know where i can register a case against them.

            When i planned to buy MTS DATA CARD , mts people called up me , i asked them to show a demo , then if its ok means i'll buy a data card and i gave my address also. they came to my home at 8.30. i asked that person V.Balamurali to show the demo. His number is [protected]. he said he didn't bring the demo card. and he promised me that in this place the signal strength will be 100 % and he showed me his mts mobile signal. i told him that its entirely different. he very very requested me to buy this card. in the name of trust i bought that data card.
            Data card number is [protected]. he promised me to ill work upto 3.1 mbs. after three days when its get active my speed will 0.01 mbs . even its takes 1 or 2 minutes for open a google page .some times the connection got automatically disconnected. i made complain in mts customer service. they given me the SERVICE REQUEST number, one person calledup me for giving solution, he checked something and he said he will call next day. That number is[protected] . but after that i didn't receive any call from mts. after two days when i callup they said the complaint already closed.i dont know what i have to do. still my net connection is too slow. kindly do the the needful.

              I have repeatedly tried to recharge my MTS data card online. The money has got deducted each time without giving the recharge benefit on my card.

              Repeated complaints yield no results. I have wasted a lot of time and money (the complaint no of the company is metered and not free) on this. Waiting to speak to a customer care person while listening to the repetitive music and the voice that says "your call is important" is as frustrating. Currently the company has to either recharge my card to the tune of Rs 248 or refund that amount to my account.

                I bought an MTS data card on 13th March 2013
                It was activated on 15th March 2013

                Data card number: [protected]

                So far it is not functioning in usable speed; the speed has consistently been below 100kbps
                Firstly, The person who sold the data card is Mr Michael, he came home checked the speed and said that I can opt for a refund as the speed is not touching even 100kbps
                But after that he has never picked up my calls
                Secondly, I have repeatedly called the customer care, I am done with the numerous trouble shooting exercises that they wanted me to do
                I think the telephonic trouble shooting is nothing but delaying the process further
                Where I faced the following,
                • Putting me on hold and cutting the call
                • They said they are not responsible for the speed
                • They cannot give a refund and I have to ask the person who sold the data card to me
                Thirdy, I called [protected] and got this ticket number – C[protected]
                I have a product that I paid for and it is not functioning, not usable for the past one week
                I have wasted a lot of time and money in calling your call center
                Have I got cheated? If so please tell me that, I will not waste my time further, I will just throw the data card instrument in trash

                I BOUGHT A MTS DONGLE NO. [protected] ON 1-8-14 FOR RS. 1400.00. FROM THEN ONWARDS COULD NOT ABLE CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. AFTER REPEATED CALLINGS TO THE CUSOMER CARE AND THE SALES PEAOPLE, NO ONE COULD PROPER REPLY. NO CONNECTION ESTABLISSHED EVEN THOUGH ITS ACTIVATED.

                  i have been promised 3.1 Mbps speed with my 3g data card but you can find the below screenshot which clearly explains on what i am getting.


                  MTS is been a huge Headache for me since i signed up, i ordered in on last Thursday within an hour an executive came and dumped device and collected money form me, next day got call from "connect India" saying that they need my original document don't know for what [censored]g reason. never mind i gave it he collected. verification took another day never mind , your people said that we cannot don anything on sat and Sun . If that is the case it should have clearly brought to my notice that we don't **** in weekends. never mind.

                  Suddenly i get a message that the Data card is activated for Padmanaban i don't even know who the hell was it.

                  leave all. kindly help me getting the speed which i have been promised. or else kindly refund my money i'm good to go ... hell a loot of providers available out there with better customer service.

                    My MTS MBlaze no. - [protected]

                    I am using this device since 2 weeks in Ahmedabad but getting net speed too much slow..avg downloading speed is - 40 kbps..its broadband connection [ speed 3.1 Mbps]

                    this is really frustrating.MTS making fool to its consumers.
                    I am using Rs. 1000 plan but net speed is like2G connection.
                    I complained 5 times but got no serious response.

                    MTS behaves that its global company but its service is like a 3rd class local company.they even dont care about consumer complaints.

                    MTS Broadband Mblaze — web connectivity not found

                    Sir,
                    I have purchased the Mblaze MTS broadband data card. As per company representative mr. Ashwin he said that there was accessabilty of internet through MTS. It was slow accessabilty at the time of demo and he said that this problem will be rectified within day as there work is going on but still dated after week end it is not resolved.

                    Hence please look into this matter as this become useless for me like white elephant. This is also affecting to my work therefore i hv to go for another broadband conecction if it is not rectified urgently.

                    Please Help me: MTS Broadband, The Biggest fraud

                    Dear colleagues,

                    I really need your suggestions on this problem. Please help me out.
                    Can anyone suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??

                    I bought MTS M blaze, a broadband service provider in Patna.

                    A) This company has NO customer care at all.
                    You can try calling their number and on average it takes 15 minutes to connect to them.

                    B) If you somehow get connected to their customer care number after 15 minutes of waiting time( Can be more), then also there is no advantage for you. These people dont have any idea of what they are talking. They simply take down the complain and say that Someone will contact you. No one will contact you ever.

                    C) You can try sending mail to their customer care. I can assure you that you will never get a response.

                    D) THere are lot of numbers given on their site. If you call them , they will say that they are not the concerned person.They simply put down the phone.

                    E) If you recharge twice or thrice on the same number, they will happily take your money.

                    They dont have any system to decline the money in case of double recharge on same number. So both the balance will be shown at a time.The service obviously will be given just once.
                    Its like paying for the same seat of an airplane twice. They dont mind it.
                    Thats another thing that they will never give you the service which they are supposed to give.

                    From last 10 days I am having trouble with this MTS. They are charging me for 3.1 MBPS and I get a pathetic speed link of 144 kbps which is worse than the speed we used to have 5 years back.

                    After wasting approx 300 minutes calling their customer care, They finally told me to visit the MTS store as they though that my device is faulty.
                    I visited them and they told me that they dont have any device for the next one week.
                    The customer juts keeps on loosing in such case.
                    Once my device gets replaced somehow, the speed is still the same 144 kbps.
                    Moreover the device keeps on getting disconnected all the time.

                    I have lost so much of time and money with this Fraud company.
                    I am not elaborating my problems here. The time lost and the frustration gone through is some thing which I cant explain in words.

                    This is the worst service I have ever seen from any company in my life.
                    I suggest you to think twice before buying any service from any such Small company.
                    The morale of the story is NEVER buy from such small companies which don't have any base at all. They will make your life miserable.
                    Never go for the cheap options. always choose the reliable products from established companies.

                    Lastly, Can you suggest the right legal action I should take in this case??
                    I really want to SUE them and get their Broadband License to be canceled.
                    Such companies put Our country back to the days o[censored]nderdevelopment and hopelessness. They don't deserve to be in the market.

                    The mental pain I have gone through Is something which can never be alleviated till I see them shut down.

                    MTS Broadband Mblaze — PATHETIC SPEED

                    I HAVE A MTS PREPAID BROADBAND DEVICE WITH MSISDN#[protected] WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THE SERVICE I WAS PROMISED A SPEED OF 3.1MBPS @NON PEAK HOURS AND 2.5MBPS @ PEAK HOURS.WHEN I JOINED I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE PLAN THAT I ALSO REFERRED NEARLY 20 OF MY FRIENDS TO MTS...FORGET GETTING ANY BENEFIT FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER ....SINCE I JOINED MTS I HAVE ALWAYS RECHARGED WITH THE INR999 UNLIMITED PLAN WHERE IN AS PER THE SALES PERSON I WAS INFORMED I WOULD GET 3.1 MBPS SPEED TILL 25 GB AND THEN ONWARDS IT WOULD BE 256 KBPS.BUT THE FACT IS EVERY MONTH I AM GETTING SPEED RANGING FROM 10KBPS-300 KBPS..EVERY MONTH I CALL THEM SPEND NEARLY 18 DAYS IN GETTING THE ISSUE FIXED (AFTER THE RESOLUTION I AT LEAST GET 1.2 MBPS) AND WITHIN THE NEXT 12 DAYS MY SERVICE GETS DISCONNECTED. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SERVICE THEN WHY SHOULD I SHOULD PAY FOR 30 DAYS OF SERVICE AND GET ONLY 12 DAYS OF GOOD SPEED (WHICH IS AGAIN COMPARATIVELY LESS THAN WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME).

                    PLEASE LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AS MTS IS CHEATING AND FLEECING ITS CUSTOMERS AND NOT ABIDING BY THE FAIR TRADE POLICIES.
                    WOW I RECEIVE A CALL FROM MTS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE I TRY TO EXPLAIN HIM MY CONCERN AND THE MANAGER ON THE OTHER END IS BLOODY ABUSING ME ON CALL (UNLUCKILY THE MUTE BUTTON WASN'T TURNED ON)...IF THIS IS THE WAY MTS AS SERVICE PROVIDER WORKS>>>>THEN I GUESS THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE MARKET...

                    MTS Global - MTS Mblaze Internet Speed very BAD - POOR Service


                    Hello All, As per my bad experience, I would like to suggest everybody to not buy MTS Blaze Data Card. I have purchased the MTS Ultra Blaze - Company claims speed up to 9.8 MBPS. But Actually it never delivers the 9.8 MBPS never... even sometime it creates very hectic problems... Some time - I think daily it not works for 2 to 4 hours... and I have registered so many complains on MTS customer care even sales person who has sold me the Internet connection... Even after facing a one day Internet cut problem, i personally visited the MTS Office at Thaltej, Ahmedabad. I was very surprised to see the company management, there is no responsible person in the company. The Company is really cheater, very POOR Service... DON'T BUY MTS BLAZE - this is my personl experience, and review about MTS Blaze. Thanks

                      I have launched the following complaint with the consumer complaints redressal council and the department of administrative reforms and public grievances, Govt of India. I have had enough with MTS. The customer care service is of the worst quality that I have seen.
                      This complaint is regarding the telecom service provider MTS. I use MTS dongle([protected]) for internet access. For the past 5-6 days I have not been able to access internet because of some technical problem. First I tried MTS customer care web chat but they were unable to help me. Next I tried to call the customer care number[protected]. The customer care noted my complaint and told me that a technical executive would call my number by 3 pm the same day(Complaint No: C[protected]). I was also told that I need to recharge as well. I recharged for Rs 999. Even then the data card was not working. I waited for 3 days to see if the MTS technical team would call me. When they did not call I visited the MTS store (D-8, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi-07). I was told that there is a hardware problem of the data card and I need to visit a store in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi which is far from my house. Also they told me that the card will need to be replaced and I would not be able to use the old plan in the new card. So, I got to know that my Rs 1000 were totally wasted. This is sheer lack of customer support from MTS side. It's been a week now since I have used the data card and I have wasted a lot of time and energy just to talk to the MTS customer care without much avail.

                        I am Hariprasath from Tamilnadu - Erode District, Im using MTS Network for the past 5 months. Now i wish to change my network to TATA Docomo. I have tried many times to get UPC code from MTS NETWORK and I have registered my complaints to the customer care executives nearly 20 times.. There is no response from them. They din't gave any valid reason for this delay. I was fed up. Don't know what to do now. I hope you will help me to change my network.

                          I bought MTS M blaze connection in 2700 rs but MTS store keeper did not give me any receipt for this and at the time he did not informed me correctly after 3 months when i called to customer care then they told that my plan is postpaid so i changed my plan from 850/- to 600/- pm but at the time of changing again executive of MTS customer care did not tell me information after 18 days my internet service had been barred so i caalled to customer care of MTS and they told me that my credit limit had crossed so i got shocked and they told me my bill is 2,441 even they were saying that if i will pay this bill so i donot need to pay next month 's bill i told them i will not pay your bill because they did nt inform me abt that when i changed my plan so as a new customer i thought that whatever GB they were providing me i will be able to use that only means no any extra using but they barred my connection and wrongly generate my bill but after 1 year MTS was messaging me daily for non payement of bill which is wrong and also they have send me a legal notice .MTS is a fraud company who does wrongly commitment and lack of information with their customers .

                          MTS — Internet connection barred

                          I am Ganesh working in a software company in ITPL, Bangalore. I have taken up new broadband connection MTS Mblaze (unlimited 999) on 5th Oct 2010 from MTS guy named, Venkat([protected]). I had given 1900R.s along with required documents including a photo. Actually I had submitted a stamp size photo, since I didn't have passport size photo available. The connection got activated in 2hrs and it was fine for a week time.

                          Suddenly the connection has been barred since[protected]. When I had called up and asked him, he said he had missed my photo so MTS has disconnected the service for not submitting the required document. Because of his mistake I have been suffering and wasting my money. Even when I was chasing him on his mobile for about 2days, his mobile was not reachable. On Saturday he somehow attended the call and casually told today is holiday. I forced him to collect the photo, he gave his friend number but its of no use. Till now, I am running behind them to get the connection.

                          I am highly disappointed with these unprofessional. I would request to take neccessary action against these cheating fellows.
                          Sir, yesterday I have paid Rs.890/- towards my smart phone bill of 887/-. I have paid the amount on line through my wife's A/c No.38431, United Bank of India, but I didn't get the receipt. Instead of that I have received a sms today mentioning the same bill amoun, which I have already paid, even the sms mentioned stopping the service in case if i do not pay it by 18th march.

                            i was applied for UPC in MTS and they provide the same.then customer care contact me about porting out from MTS and i express the reason that my call rates are high and compititive companies are giving me low call rates so i am porting out and customer care representative said we will reduce your teriff plan to 1P/2Sec. i agreed with their plan and permit them to deactivate my UPC.but my teriff plan did not reduced till 17th march,2013.and on 17th march ,2013 i contact to customer care representative for the same representative said you free to port we can not reduce your teriff you have to apply for the UPC again.

                              Maine MTS company se HTC Plus CDMA (No. [protected]) mobile liya hai, abhi muze o no portebal karna hai, maine custemer care(955) service center may jake,phone pay complient key lakin koi responce nahi mila balki mobile bechneki offer di,our koi responcibel person bhi javab nahi de raha hai. HTC Pulse CDMA ka mene abhi tak 90% payment kiya hai. lekin mera mobile CDMA to CDMA portebal karna hai lekin isme SIM SLOT na hone ke karn koi company portebal nahi kar rahi. mera HTC Pulse ka handset band ho jayega . mera bhara hua paisa pura dub jayega.

                                I have made the payment of M.T.S bill online from my debit card and it's a fault from M.T.S which shows technical failure and M.T.S customer care executives says u have to make the payment again or else your services will be barred and i'm finding M.T.S outlets Each and every outlet is closed and i'm unable to make payment when i call again in customer care to ask the request to make executive visit my home and take payment they said i want to put you on hold and let us check availability and they just disconnects the phone and now again when i call them they just says make the payment or else we'll close all your services even i have the request number of call..... If it's not my fault how can they make fool of people and just stop their services even if that's their services fault....

                                please help me with some suggestions to raise a complaint against them.... i have all the PDF files of transactions and all the call recordings and Customer Request Number of helpline number with the agent name who received the call... everything i have but where to make the right complaint to get instant results....

                                  My name sangamesh with past postpaid data card account( [protected] ).I have purchased data card in our office outlet in august-2011 with promising of good speed,you will be getting paid only the data used (not any rent or any extra charges),but after using for 15days i am not satisfied with the speed and i have cheated by the data card seller with fake promise.After that i called to that person for discontinue my service but he prolonged with fake promise and finally i told customer care to convert it to prepaid service but they told me that it will get 6months to get convert to prepaid plan so i decided and informed the customer care to discontinue my service.once i told i left using data card its been with me only as i paid Rs 800/- for the instrument(Dongle).


                                  After 1year 1month i get the notice as i didn't paid the sum of Rs.1911/- with plus other charges which is not at all acceptable for me as i have lost my amount paid for data card.Now your customer care told that your account had been in active state till February 2012.Kindly let me know why its been active after disconnecting and accepting request for prepaid connection.Now i have decided to move Grahak seva and Consumer Complaint to take further action.

                                  Sir, sub- reply to your letter dated[protected].

                                  For restoring the connection for telephone number- [protected].



                                  With reference to your herein abovementioned letter I would like to bring the following fact to your good self -:



                                  1. That the said connection was purchased by me after duly and fully complying with the contractual obligations.



                                  2. That regarding the said connection I have received the abovementioned letter wherein it was mentioned that the services to the said number [protected] has temporarily been withdrawn due to some previous outstanding dues against my previous number [protected].





                                  3. That it is pertinent to mention herein, that regarding the previous outstanding of Rs3, 277. a summon dated 31-05-05 in a “complaint case no. 4234/05” was issued by the hon’ble court of shri . MUKESH VATS ordering my attendance as on 23-july-2005 at PATIALA HOUSE ROOM NO.2



                                  4. That the payment of the said outstanding amount which stood close to Rs. 6000/- was duly deposited by me in the said court and in compliance with the order of the learned Magistrate whereby all the dues against me were settled and the complaint case was disposed off. The copy of the said judgment is applied and will be delivered to your door step shortly, but in the mean time your may satisfy yourself with the photocopy of the court summons annexed herewith as annexure1.





                                  5. That regarding the non-surrender of the handset, I am annexing herewith the copy of the “surrender slip” issued by your officer Mr. SANJAY for the receipt of the handset to the previous number [protected]. The photocopy of the surrender slip is annexed herewith as annexure2.



                                  6. That all the objections raised by your are false and rather defamatory. You have no right what so ever so withhold the services of my present connection without prejudice to my right.



                                  7. That the said amount RS-170/- shall be waived off from my new connection [protected]-as I am not able use the connection on account of with drawl of services.



                                  Kindly restore the connection to number [protected] without any inordinate delay or consequentially you will be brought in the court of law for providing deficient services to the consumer.

                                  today i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court. his number is 91-[protected], when i traced the number it is from madhya pradesh and he said he is advocate calling from Delhi court .

                                  if i dont pay 4041 /- by 1 hour he will fiel a case against me and i will have to go to Delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine upto 25000/-

                                  i want clarification when i did not receive nay notice form court how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. please take of this notice. after this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of India.

                                    I purchased a HTC Pulse handset from MTS, Anna Nagar Branch, Madurai on 14/05/12 on 12 EMI Basis (on 999 plan)with 1 year warranty. The touch screen of the mobile is not working from January 2013. I complained to the Marketing personnel, Service Engineer. They directed me to a service centre at Madurai.But they refused to service stating the handset has no warranty wich were brouthgt to their noticee by written complaint.                                       i have mts mobile broadband usb prepaid connection. after buying this dongle lots of probelm
                                      arise. like lack of speed,no response from customer care, site not publishing online complain
                                      number,poor customer service,irresponsible reply, balance not shown on stick etc.
                                      but not feasible to purchase new dongle every time to change operator.so i think service will
                                      become good soon. but on the month of feb (23rd) my package recharge date. i have got mts sms and
                                      site also tell that previous balance carry forward + 4 gb data with recharge of 490 rs.
                                      so i have check balance it showed me 11 gb plus some mb.when i actually recharged the prev. balance in
                                      my account gone only 4gb showed.then i have emailed to customer care and applete authority.
                                      but they said that no balance in ur account before recharge and refuse to carry forward 11 gb data in my
                                      account.
                                      if i have no balance how i use prepaid internet on last day or why recharge of 490 give me full 4 gb
                                      data no cutting of prev.data usage.
                                      if no data balance in account.just answer my this que mts.
                                      lots of email done but they refuse to pay balance data of 11gb in account. so do something.

                                      On february 16th-2011i have done recharge for Rs.200 on above mentioned MTS PIN. I have hardly accessed 1 hrs of internet service.I have lodged the complaint in customer care.They are telling i have downlaode 8MB on 16th of FEb-2011 & 99MB on 17th of February-2011. If i asked them the download details which i have done. During register of complaint i have been told that problem will be resolved within 24hrs.I want to know the download details. Plesae do the needful.

                                        I have been trying to port my MTS number to another network for over a month now. Even though I have send a message to 1900 many times, I have not yet received a portability number from MTS. I called customer care many times but their standard response is that it's a technical problem that they don't have control over. It is very frustrating. I have not seen such bad customer service in my life. MTS is the worst company.
