I purchased mts postpaid data card online on 22nd nov. On same date I gave my pan card copy photo and licence copy. They told me ur card will be activat in 24 hrs but after 4 - 5 days I rcvd many calls regarding ur photo is not clear in ur licence copy pls mail us ur copy again then I mailed to vikas.connectindia.in but after this also. He said this is also not clear send me another add proof. Then I sent my ration card copy but still no reply. I hav sent 2-3 mails to him but no response then I called 20 times in customer care but my card is not working. I got a complain no on 17th dec. [protected] they told me ur problm will b solve in 2days but not solved.then I cld on 20th dec again they said we r directly sending mail to connecting department ur problmm wll b solve in 2days again I called on 26 th dec but no complain no they r giving.     I purchased MTS Mblaze data card 3.1 mbps. I raised a complaint few days ago and you guys called me and rectified the speed issue, BUT IT WORKED WELL ON THAT DAY ONLY from next day onwards again the maximum speed I am getting is 90k, its very worst performance. Sometimes the speed goes to 0k also. It takes few mins to open any simple light weight webpage. I have given complaints so many times but no response at all. I am not satisfied with this service so that I dont want to continue to this connection.

        i m deepak krahera and my data card of mts was lost from the blaze courier boy. he is saying that the packet in which we have courier that was no properly packed . that why we lost the data card . but this not true as we give the envelop properly staple thrice and before giving this packet to the blaze agent we checked this twice. so we want our data card back because that important for us. please find this back. i m requesting you please revert me back . i m waiting for for your reply that what you will do in this case

            Respected Sir,
            i bought an Mts datacard for internet connection on june 30th 2012. since after 2days i.e on from july 2nd my net connection is not working properly what ever the conditions on the box they have given that it is not working and i have complainted several times but till now means today dec 12th 2012 the problem was not solved. when ever i complaint they will call me in return and say they will send there teams members to solve it.
            in this 6 months only once the person he came in the month of aug he came and checked it said they will keep antenna. so that the net connection will not disconnect for every 10 to 15 min and your speed will also be increase. but still now no body came and after that also i have complainted many times. they said that you have to change your operating system i said why it is return in that box that it will support they why it is not supporting now means they said we don't know but u have to change then why you people will fool all the buyers like this there is no response they will cut the phone. so please kindly solve this problem for me as soon as possible.

            MTS Data Card — Data Card Speed

            I had Taken MTS Data card that is 3.1Mbps Speed while i am purchasing the sales given the DEmo on their own datacard after all document and Payment clearence then Spped is 1.Kbps, last 20 days i am Try to book a complaint in Customer care they won't receiving the call also, and calling that sales person he also not giving proper solution His name is Kumar.

              I bought MTS Mblaze data card 3 month free usage plan .( 3gb/month) . When i buy they said it is fast and less charges if we use above the limit.

              But after billing they are charging for Downloads and Uploads seperately. That mean they give plan for only viewing the page..

              This is pakka fraud than reliance. i cant bear this ..

              Every one pls dont buy MTS or otherwise u will suffer...they are good at sales marketing..

              MTS Mblaze Data Card — False Upselling

              Attention !!! Beware of wrong Selling
              I have purchased a data card brand of MTS Blaze last year December 2010 were the offer was to get a Reebok pair of shoes in 15days from the purchase of the gadget which i still havnt got even after 60days ,Its clear printed and came out media too that it will be delivered in 15 days but i guess they are doing wrong selling of there product by fooling people ,whenever i call the customer care they say they are running out of stock of shoes and will be at your doorstep in 5 or 7 working days were i have made number of calls inspite no changes could happen .I place a kind request to people not get blindly believe the offers and same time to the action department to do take action on them .

              MTS Mblaze — Heavy data charges

              MTS charges Rs 2 per MB of data for its MBlaze high speed internet device.

              But the way it charges Rs. 2 per MB of data is very alarming.

              If you used just 10 kb of data, and disconnect your Internet, you should actually be charged 2 paise.

              But MTS charges Rs 2 instead of 2 paise which is way too much.

              This means that MTS uses a pulse of 2 MB or Rs. 2,

              This can lead to your balance running too low and too quickly if you connect and disconnect several times.

              I hope I bring some light to the other MTS consumers who are being duped.

                My MTS USB Dongle stopped working around 2nd Dec,2011.Thereafter my system or any other system was not able to recognize (detect) the device.It was a confirmed Device fault of which i first complained on around 6th Dec,2011.The Customer Care person registered my complaint and he assured me for device replacement in 2 working days.
                No call or response for replacement was made from their side.Then i again contacted Customer Care and he reconfirmed my complained and assured me for Device replacement on next working day.
                Again no action was taken.
                From 6th Dec,2011 to 19th Dec,2011 i called Customer Care 5-6 times and each time they gave me false assurance,no effort in any way was taken from their side to solve my problem.
                Fed up with their service and negligence to my several lodge complaints,on 20th Dec,2011 i called Customer Care and asked them to DEACTIVATE my MTS connection. The Customer Care person registered my request for Deactivation and assured of the same.


                After that in mid March,2012 i got a call from MTS person reminding me that i have to pay the outstanding bills of months Dec-2011,Jan-2012,Feb-2012.
                I told him about my previously lodged complains and informed him that i did not use the Device from 2nd Dec,2011. And i also informed him about DEACTIVATION request that i put on 20th Dec,2011.Thereafter on my asking of my monthly Usage detail,"HE CONFIRMED ME THAT MY DEVICE WAS NOT IN USE AND USAGES WERE 0(ZERO),THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THEIR INTERNAL MISTAKE AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND CORRECT THE BILL".

                I thought the billing problem was solved by the company.
                But suddenly On 8th Dec,2012 I got an email from Postpaid.[protected]@mtsindia.in Regarding the lok adalat case against me for non payment of bill amounting Rs 3307. And asked me to appear in lok adalat court on 11th dec 2012.
                I cant be present in Chennai before 9TH Jan 2013.
                Being totally unhappy and frustuated from MTS company services. I hereby post this problem in Consumercourt.in forum platform for resolution of this.
                Its an unneeded mental harassment and wastage of my time from MTS company.

                  My name is Kaustav. I bought my MTS MBLAZE dongle on 2nd December 2012 from a sales person named Venkat. He assured me that it would definitely get activated on next day, but still also it is not activated. I called him again and again, and he is telling like there are some instruction changed on TRY, that's why it is getting late. But, at the point of selling itself he didn't say anything to me. Though I got activation call twice, but still also my dongle is dead. I asked him to take the dongle and revert my money. But he is not doing that also.

                    I have called MTS care and launched a complain against Mblaze. I purchased Mblaze dongle, No- [protected] for taking my online examination & speed tests etc. since I purchased the MTS Mblaze I am not getting such a speed that I can surf the web pages. When I talked to customer care they launched the complain and gave me the complain no that was "C[protected]". After visiting a representative to my house he spoke that the speed is really fluctuating and I will tell it to the concerned department. Soon after I got a call that was "sir I m calling form MTS data care, your resolution had come & you will get speed by 300 to 400Kbps" When I objected he spoke that I just called you for acknowledging your resolution noting else & cut the phone. I took the dongle to go smooth with my online examinations, but most of the time it is showing "sent speed 1kbsp", "receiving speed 0kbps" Please Help me as soon as possible. I am fade up with this service.

                      Iam not able to pay my data card payment thru MTS site so i called MTS Customer care for the solution how to pay my bill, they are advised me to pay in M.Paytm.com site after that i ve paid my datacard 560 amt in that site on 26-Nov-12 & the order number is 57892015, but my payment transaction done thru axis bank the payment is debited from my accout, but still its not been credite to my MTS data card & i ve made a several compliants to customer care number for reference im attaching the payment details & reference number too..                         MTS wireless usb from the first time i started to use it the speed dropped and the internet stopped.
                        repeated calls to customer care (not toll free) but no one responded to my problem. its disgusting the way MTS has cheated me. i paid 1200 for installation and now i am left with the usb stored away.
                        Is every provider untrustworthy?

                          Hello,

                          I had made a payment of Rs. 2697/- on last Thursday 22nd November. Got the device immediately. Person came to my house told me that it will be activated within 24hrs. He took all the documents and signature with photo. Friday got a call from MTS and verified my address over telephone and told me it gets activated within 24-48 hrs. Saturday morning again got a call and a person told me he'll be coming to my home for my address verification. I waited for him the whole day but nobody came for Verification. From last Monday trying to get there people but customer care is not taking any responsibilities and unable to give any suggestion. Called to MTS customer care at least 4-5 times. Thursday got the phone number of Mr. Vikas Shukla([protected]), Manager of Connect India and he told me its the problem of signature mismatch. Although he is not from MTS but from there site i got the device and paid for it. I didn't receive any call from there side no msg and nothing. But I was supposed to get phone or msg.

                          Please do the needful action.

                          MTS — Service to poor

                          Dear sir,

                          I have purchased a new MTS M-Blaze USB Broadband around 45 days back, with my purchase i was given an offer of 15 days unlimited download.
                          MY MTS NO. is : [protected].

                          at the time of purchase/handling of the device i was said that i will get a download speed of around 1.5 to 2 Mb of speed. which i got at my office place that time.

                          the purpose of my purchased to access internet from my residence, which is at 4/218, Chitrakoot, vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

                          I tried to connect this at my home and with very disappointed with its performance.
                          I realised that it hardly connect to internet, and some hoe if it connects it don't open any site, expect their own www.mtsindia.in. the max speed i got was around 20-50 KB Download and that too with a very frequent disconnections. you have to keep refreshing websites 3-4 time to get it working.

                          I contacted customer care many time , but they always call at office hr. 10AM-6PM when i too at office. and at office it work satisfactorily.
                          I requested them to go to my residence and check it their,and they always say that , ok we will try to check it. its almost a month now. and i have paid for an Unlimited Usages Plan (Rs. 999) that was their latest offering. and its about to expire, i am unable to access the net as expected and at critical time. as i am a Web Developer , i need Internet Connection almost more that food.

                          Don't know what to do further, i feel help less,

                          they are not provide any good service nor they are refunding my money back for the instrument & Monthly Plan.

                          MTS Mblaze — Service not as expected

                          I bought an MTS M Blaze device (No. [protected]) on 30th May, 2010 from Bigbazzar , Saltlake. From the very starting I never got any internet speed which could be termed as broadband and resembles only 1X connection ( Download/ transfer speed around 7kbps). I filled three complaints on 17.8, 29.8( Complain No. AUG/433895 and on 31.8.2010( complain No AUG/460617). After several calls being made I was told that my area (FD Block, Saltlake) which being situated beside Central Park is a prime area does not fall under the Broadband are zone. It was not mentioned when I bought in form the very area where I reside ( Saltlake). They should take back my device and return the amount that I spent unnecessarily upon purchasing their device. Otherwise I shall explore all actions ( both legal and effort on personal level to make others aware ) which I feel is just and necessary.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I purchased MTS M-blaze broadband connection from a MTS dealer suituted in Nerul,Navi mumbai named ASP ENTERPRISES for an amount of Rs.2000 on dt.19/10/2012.& used for 3 days only & The .MTS company disconnected my broadband services.
                                  They give me a purchase bill as,M-blaze postpaid connection MDN: [protected] + 5GB unlimited plan x 2 months rental free connection & next 2 months and recevied an rent, in advance the said amt of Rs. 2000/- They disconnected the service in 3 days and sent me a Bill amt of Rs.1300/-. on dt.1/11/2012 without providing any services.
                                  I phoned & called The MTS company several times regarding defficiency of services but yet no responce from MTS company Sir,Kindly requesting you to do needful with most respect. Would be waiting for your reply.

                                      I have noticed several complains against MTS for a similar situation I face - Wrong billing, Additional Charges, No Response from Customer Care, Providing wrong Information's on customer care telephone call, Requesting us to send emails to their head / manager to solve the issue (Particularly to vishwanath.[protected]@mtsindia.in and [protected]@gmail.com), Abruptly disconnecting the calls we made, Pretending as 'Voice Not Audible' and disconnecting the call and a lot more issues I alone faced with MTS since April 2012. And now a beautifully FRAMED legal notice against me!

                                      I had browsed several complains against MTS but never found even a single comment with a solution - I am also living in Bangalore.

                                      It's high time to leave a company harassing and earning money in a fraudulent methods. The primary reason behind their success is that we do not have time to fight for few hundreds or thousands. The only method to fight these companies without wasting our time is to hire one advocate representing all our problems and get a unified solution.

                                      Let's join together - Fix a day / time and meet online or offline, hire a common advocate representing all of our issues and let's fight this company!

                                      My suggestion will be to first fix a day and time to have an online Skype meeting, I have created a Skype ID exclusively for this purpose - Skype: FightMTS

                                      I propose the below mentioned date and time for our first online meeting. I also request one representative who can recommend a known advocate who can take up our case so that he represent us all and fight for us. We'll share our advocate fee and can remit to his bank account - We do not want to waste time on this issue and we want some representative handling it on our behalf!

                                        I am the owner of a MTS MBlaze data card and I have only one thing to say – I regret buying this data card. I had paid Rs. 1050 for the data card and the initial plan of 800. After that I took the Rs. 800 recharge on three different occasions. That means I have spent a total of Rs. 4,250 on this worthless piece of crap.

                                        I will admit that I did not use this data card a lot. I purchased this card in March 2012 and used it for only a few times since. However, every time I used this crap, I had to call MTS support. Why, you ask? Instead of the 3.1 MBPS (3000 KBPS) download speed and 2 MBPS (2000 KBPS) upload speed, I get anything between two and sixty KBPS. You read that right! That’s the download speed. Let’s not talk about the upload speed; it is an embarrassment.

                                        This is the reason why I didn’t use MTS a lot. I always ended up going back to my wired internet. However, I decided to recently use MTS and so I recharged it. I had the same problem. I called up MTS support and informed them. And finally, after eight months, they told me the problem. And it was UNBELIEVABLE!

                                        Mumbai is among the best cities in South Asia. You can expect everything here, even if you cannot afford it. I live in Mumbai. You would think I get everything. No – I am too far from the MTS tower! That was the reason given to me. More specifically, I was 700 meters from the tower and this is the reason for my miserable time. When I asked how long before this problem would be resolved, I was told that it would TAKE TIME – days, weeks, months or even years! It’s already been three months, as I had created a ticket in August. I would expect such a response if I live on the outskirts of Mumbai or in some jungle. But, I live near the airport! I live near Bandra-Kurla Complex. I live in the heart of Mumbai!

                                        At the end of the call, the customer service agent asked me – “How was the resolution, Sir?”
                                        I asked – “Where was the resolution, Ma’m?”

                                        I have had a miserable experience with MTS. I will not be putting myself through this misery again. If anyone’s reading this, please suggest me some good alternatives.
