MBlaze net speed is very worst

I purchased MTS Mblaze data card 3.1 mbps. I raised a complaint few days ago and you guys called me and rectified the speed issue, BUT IT WORKED WELL ON THAT DAY ONLY from next day onwards again the maximum speed I am getting is 90k, its very worst performance. High Billing

I bought MTS Mblaze data card 3 month free usage plan .( 3gb/month) . When i buy they said it is fast and less charges if we use above the limit.

But after billing they are charging for Downloads and Uploads seperately. That mean they give plan for only viewing the page..

This is pakka fraud than reliance. i cant bear this ..

Every one pls dont buy MTS or otherwise u will suffer...they are good...

My MTS USB Dongle stopped working around 2nd Dec,2011.Thereafter my system or any other system was not able to recognize (detect) the device.It was a confirmed Device fault of which i first complained on around 6th Dec,2011.The Customer Care person registered my complaint and he assured me for device replacement in 2 working days.
No call or response...

MTS wireless usb from the first time i started to use it the speed dropped and the internet stopped.
repeated calls to customer care (not toll free) but no one responded to my problem. its disgusting the way MTS has cheated me. i paid 1200 for installation and now i am left with the usb stored away.
Is every provider untrustworthy?
consumer court is the only place where we can air our grievances

Poor connectivity and speed

I am the owner of a MTS MBlaze data card and I have only one thing to say – I regret buying this data card. I had paid Rs. 1050 for the data card and the initial plan of 800. After that I took the Rs. 800 recharge on three different occasions. That means I have spent a total of Rs. 4,250 on this worthless piece of crap.
