This is Koushik Samanta ,am from Howrah,West Bengal i am writing this to you because i am facing problem from MTS Broadband.I don't have any MTS data card and don't have used any MTS modem for using internet,as i don't buy any thing form them. Though there are connection is going on on my name and they are asking to clear the bills from me ,
When i don't have any connection then why should i need to pay. when i mail about this to the MTS customer care they does not response,Now the problem is if some one is using that data card on my name and if that person gonna misuse it who will be responsible for that?.From the very first month when I came to know about this ,I mail to the MTS customer care but they not response positively .so i am writing this to you ,

    I had purchased MTS (MBlaze) Data Card ([protected]) on 13/02/2013 by the initial payment of 500 rupees.
    It has given by a distributor (Jamnesh Menaria). He has promise to me that MTS has provides you 6GB high speed internet in just rupees of 500rupees/month. And if i crossed the limit of 6GB data, then i have to pay 40 paise/MB.
    Then i had purchased the MBlaze Data card.
    But Just after few days (10-15) the company has abort my all services and charge a bill of rupees 839 rupees.
    They break all the commitment which the distributor and MTS India did With me.
    Now i am totally lost my patience and wanted to make sense him legally.
    please do something as soon as possible.

    I have purchased MTS data card No. [protected] on march 2011 I have been regularly paying and using their services. i traveled to banglore and lost my data card Mblaze which was in my bag. I called the customer care to stop services and also asked them the payment amount. I was told that their service person will visit to collect amount which did not happen that month.

    form then onwards MTS has been constantly calling and harassing me for bill amounts of 4041/- which is ridiculous, They are asking money for service which i requested to be stopped. Also asking money which is not even the actual bill was. i repeatedly told to send my actual bill to my email id which they did not do till now.

    today i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court. his number is 91-[protected], when i traced the number it is from madhya pradesh and he said he is advocate calling from Delhi court .

    if i dont pay 4041 /- by 1 hour he will fiel a case against me and i will have to go to Delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine upto 25000/-

    i want clarification when i did not receive nay notice form court how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. please take of this notice. after this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of India.

      i have sent request to mts for portability on 28 feb and from continuously i'm sending port msg daily. and 4 time i talked to customer care they always says that u will get ur port no in 24 hr but noting happening.

        Hi...Beware of the cheater MTS...I have MTS modem under Rs.788/- unlimited plan, which promises speed upto 3.1MBps..initially I was getting 2.1 MBps...Nowadays, I am getting regularly Red Signal blinking often, unable to connect to net..it remains for 5,6 hours to get normal...now, I am checking the speed of the modem , which is at 0.4 MBps approx....wish The Honourable Supreme Court permanently close their license....Don't get cheated by MTS..born cheaters

          I am inform that my name is Dipankar Ghosal my mobile no [protected] now in MTS operator , I change operator due to network & other issue , I am send port out sms PORT [protected] send 1900 massage sent ( Date 02/26/2013 ) not delivered massage , Massage charge applicable Rs 1 + Rs 1 & not get UPC code. I am launch complain 02/26/2013 09:36:59 PM & sloved date 02/28/2013 12:00:00 PM . Complain no :C[protected]date[protected] .



          I am send again port out sms PORT [protected] send 1900 massage send ( Date 03/01/2013 TIME 4.57 Pm)not delivered massage , Massage charge applicable Rs 1 + Rs 1 & not get UPC code.

          At a time my problem not sloved .

            I had a MTS broad band data card post paid connection no. [protected]. which I regularly made payment. In Jan 2012 bill made 750.according to the bill I made a payment for Rs. 625/- through my HDFC bank and left 129 because 120 rs charged for MTS TV service (Value add service). i never use this type service therefore i have not paid But after seven days they suddenly disconnected the connection without giving me any notice or without information. I made a many complaint in the customer care no. (complain no. C[protected]) but they never called me or not solved my problem. u know my all complaint status is solved in MTS server. i dont know what is mts company process .

            I wish to STOP THEM TO HARASS ME.

            i have taken mts mblaze postpaid connection no : [protected] and account no:[protected], I alreadypaid Rs 1336 on 06/09/13, after that I received a sms on my ph that i should pay Rs 564.42 immediatly and contact to Mr chitradip (m-[protected]).I call him many more times and customer care to (request no are-r[protected]/[protected]/27303)but nobody help me out.I want to stop the connection and pay the balance amt.PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS HARRASMENT.For other information cont. with my husbend -[protected](Mr PALASH ACHARYA).

              Hi i am karthik form tamilnadu (sivaganga Dist.,) I am Using MTS CDMA Mobile (my mobile Number is [protected]).
              Recently i am disappointing MTS Network Coverage So I sent Port Request to this Format [PORT [protected]] to this Number [1900]. But MTS Not Response for this Message Each and Every time i am getting No Reply still today i sent request 100 time, But They Not giving any Response, Please Tell Me What I do.
              Hi, i'm fed up with the mts ppl's response... firstly i sent the port message in febraury, i dint get my porting id. i keep on calling to customer care always same reply wait for 24 hrs... and then again after 1 and half month i sent the porting id again in mid of march finally after scolding so much got my porting id... but they used cal daily and harass me to stay in their network so they'l credit 0 rs currency.. i said no.. bt stil they cancelled my porting id.. and after tat i kept on calling on them same answer i got.. then again in april i sent again the port message.. bt stil same wait for 24 hrs readymade answers.. their supervisor NAHIM mislead me lyk tis.. and also after so many calls, finally they said tat port message can be sent once in 3 months.. please do the needful and send the port message as soon as posible

                MTS — Fraud Bill

                MTS DataCard HAs sent me the Wrong Bill Against which they told that they affair a case against me so that i will pay the Bill .
                but MTS Has sent Wron Bill .
                I agree with you and i was also threatened by Mr Dinesh Delhi court and have paid an amount of Rs.978 and then only i came to know about the fraud bills generated in N no of cases and people are getting fooled by these delhi court threatening

                I request all the persons who are getting calls from Mr. Dinesh Pl Fire him Lest right and invite him to consumer court for his threatening calls which i am going to do now

                  I am Manoj Dhakar from pandav nagar, Delhi. Here I am providing the first mail which I sent to MTS regarding my online purchase of New MTS M BlAZE DATA CARD.
                  "Through Connect India I purchased online the MTS M BLAZE DATA Card Postpaid Connection with a 4 GB Unlimited Data plan of Rs 555pm excluding tax. An executive named Ajay (Cell No - [protected]) from Noida office of Connect India delivered it to me on 17 feb 2013. Though I booked it on 15th FEb 2013 & after having conversation with Sandeep ( Cell No - [protected]) of Connect India office. He made a Commitment to me that my Data Card will get delivered to me till 14th Jan 2013 evening but I didnt get it on that day.

                  Can you do something in regard of MisCommitment of Sale. And Pl tell me when my M BLAZE Data Card get activated.
                  I am really thinking that if this is the Condition before activation of Data Card then how good MTS Service will be after it will get activated. I'll wait for a positive reply & action from you.
                  My M Blaze Data Card's RSN/Kit No is - A10000033F14D4/[protected] . My Contact number is [protected]."

                  As you read above the details I provide. I tried to contact several times to Connect India regarding this issue but they never respond to my Call.
                  I tried to contact MTS too but they said that I have to re submit my details as my CAF is rejected ( I dont know why though I provided right proof and photo) at any of their MTS Outlet but when i visited their they said they cant help it because if they submit from here their centre code will clash with the agency code from where i purchased. Please help me as Its almost 10 days.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is Dinesh. I have purchased MTS Dongle form MTS Agent in HYDERABAD on Feb-02-2012. When I purchased i asked him for the bill he said to me bill will be mailed & sent to you sir and this is how the process is. I spoke to him daily for 1 week regarding my activation of my connection and bill for my dongle. He compromised me every day saying some connection down issues etc etc. After one week I caught him at the place where I bought and shouted to get my money back if you cannot give me the valid connection. He then said to me that your connection got rejected because photo ID proof was not good. Again the same story repeated. After a week of dozens of phone calls he said to me he will return my money. I spoke to his manager regarding the same and he said to me that he will summon him regarding the same. Again after 3-4 days agent said he met with an accident and could not able to walk so he will be returning on 25-Feb-13. Till date I neither got any refund nor any bill to my mail. Now he is stopped responding to my calls. I finally got to know that MTS has closed operations in AP. Finally I left with Dongles in hand and inactive in status loosing my money with no service and getting cheated. Please let me know what should I do?

                    MTS Broadband — Fraud regarding money

                    I had purchased an MTS Blaze data card for high speed internet. i was given a data card with phone number [protected]. I paid Rs 2300 for the data card and Rs. 1000 for the plan which is for unlimited browsing. I have a receipt of Rs 3300 mentioning the above break up.
                    I had purchased the device on 26th August 2010. Till date i.e. 8/09/10 i haven't been able to use my device because they have not updated my plan details. When i call the customer care they redirect to the executive but never pick up the call. i tried for 20-30 times. Also the executive who sold me the data plan is also not picking up my phone calls, I also mailed the issue to the nodal officer of MTS broad band services. but no reply from him also. I further mailed it to his senior officer but from their also no response. I think i have lost my money now and i have been cheated regarding the internet service as their is not connectivity from my home.
                    When i check the details of my plan of data card on their site for phone number [protected] it shows validity till 18th September instead of 26th September. also the data left is 28 MB instead of 15GB.
                    Please help me what to do further guys...

                      I would like to you all that MTS India customer care are not supporting to customer. i'm very frustrated while using MTS MBlaze data card.
                      Friend no support provide by MTS customer care. It's totally waste of time and money. No one can listen. When you try to say your problem them mts reply "Sir, are you available on a web chat ?" and close the chat session. I'm facing this issue many time.

                      Exactly same thing happening with me... Now i have left using my MTS mblaze.
                      Guess MTS is trying to fool the customers for money.

                      I would request everyone not to use MTS service.
                      It is absolutely true. Friends please don't trust or use MTS MBlaze. MTS cheats people for money and their service is the worst in the history of service providing industry. Don't go for the attractive offers MTS is giving like Rs.999/- only (40GB unlimited - Fair usage). Don't be fooled.
                      My account number [protected] already submitted quarry of wifi dongle not working last two months but no response from your representative & customer care Ahmedabad. Wi-fi Dingle not working for that u r customer care not responding & than also bill gernerating without any use ... HOW????

                        Hello,
                        I got a door delivery of mts prepaid data card for 1700 on 10th of Feb and it haven't activated until yet......
                        The customer care as well as the service vendor won't even lifting my call......
                        First they say it will be activated within 2 days and after i call them,they say it will take 4 days,and now its over a week......
                        I also contacted the MTS local store..they say we can't do anything ...just contact the Main service center.....
                        When I call the main service they say contact the local service center........WHAT THE HELL IS THIS
                        I'm sick of this service.......Is there any one who can help me PLZ
                        Do you how much it hurts to just give up on 1700 for nothing
                        Please activate the device soon.........

                        its been activated after a week.But the speed is the worst.I changed to aircel and it worked considerably good.well better than mts in this case.

                          Re: complain on MTS Mblaze overbilling

                          I would like to bring to your kind attention on MTS Mblaze poor handling of my accounts and overbilling, kindly note below information in detail and request you to involve to take action and give justice for me and to avoid MTS overbillinig with other innocent customers too.

                          1) My MTS connection got activated on 10.08.'12,
                          2) monthly bill of Rs 500 valid from 10.08.12 to 10.09'12 payed ontime within deadline 18.09.12.
                          3) MTS did not realize my payment made ontime for Rs 500 valid for 10.08.12 to 10.09.12 and disconnected my connection on 24.09.12 (with E-mail notification), even afer when i sent the proof of bill, they refused my payment realisation and continue to barr my connection.
                          4) It is MTS company's mistake for not realizing my payment made ontime and to disconnect.
                          5) i used MTS connection only for 13 days chargeable period from 11.09.12 to 23.09.12- after which MTS disconnected for mistakes from their company staffs for not updating my payemnts in their system, when the mistake is from MTS side for not realizing my payemnts made ontime and to disconnect, still they are chargeing for the ful month and everyday toruring me with repeated phone calls and E-mails.
                          6) Later by mid october they could have realised my payemnt and resumed the connection, but it was not intimated to me to continue the service and i did not use after 23.09.12.
                          7) on 24.10.12, they called and asked about new outstanding payment, then i loginned with datacard to check the status, that was the only day i used to check on my datacard status as they were overchargeing, and i sent a mail explaining all above points to MTS cusomer care and still they are forceing me to make a payemnt for the false bill generated due to poor handling of my account by their staffs.

                          With so much of mishaps and mishandling from MTS company, stil they are falsely chargeing me for the full month (11.09.12 to 10.10.12, when they had disconnected on 23.09.12) when they had disconnected for no reason in the middle, i faced lot of issues for my official mails with sudden disconnection without prior notification evn after the payemnt made ontime.

                            I was looking for a good and reliable Internet data card provider and searching the Internet. I came across name like Airtel, Aircel, BSNL,Tata
                            docomo and Mts. Based on the number available I contacted MTS to enquire about their service. They claimed that they have their super speed service in my area. I am expatriated settled in Aluva and I believed their claim and asked for a demo. On November 2nd two of their representatives named SHYNTISH and SUJITH showed up with their product. They used my computer to demo their product. the modem they used were showing speed which was average, and raised my concern immediately. They told me that the the modem I will be getting is a newer and different model and will give 3.2 mbps speed. Believing them I paid RS 1100 and purchased the modem. The assigned MTS number was [protected]. They promised me that the service will be activated next day morning and I did not happen. After several calls they activated the service next day evening. But when I started using the modem it was dead slow and was not giving me speed more than 128 kbps speed. I immediated contacted my sales persons and they told me to change certain parameter in the login module, which I did and did not give any good speed at all. I packed MTS modem and stopped using it. I contacted the sales reps and asked them to come and take back their product, deactivate the product and return my money. I told them since I was leaving for USA on November 7th, they should do it prior to my departure. They said they will do it but nothing happend. I left for USA on November 7th and came back on November 27th. No action were taken BY MTS to return my money. I called SHYTISH at [protected] and SUJITH at [protected] several times, but none of them returned my money nor they took back the modem. After couple of days I got a call from MTS customer service asking me about reason behing deactivation of the service and I explained the whole situation, therby I learned that the service was deactivated. There after I started getting calls from MTS customer service [protected] asking me money for the bill, a service which I did not use for even a day. I told them to stop calling me on this matter. But it continued. On February 7th myself and my wife personally went to MTS office in Anchumana Eranakulam to address this issue and we met thier customer relation Manager Patric ([protected]) and explained again the whole story and provided the name and contact numbers of their sales reps who cheated me in this business deal and also the about the daily calls which I am getting asking money. He personally assured me immediate actions to resolve this matter and promised me that I will not get any more calls from customer service for the money. But it was useless promise. Still I am gettting calls on every day asking me the money for a service I did not use for evern an hour. This is getting to my tolerance limit and I am going to file harassment complaint agaist MTS. I have not seen worst serivce and business approach like this in 62 years of life. Customers should not go for MTS data card service at all. They sweeten their talk to get you in. But once you are in all you get is a feeling of cheating and frustration. Government should ban companies like this doing business india

                              I purchased a data card from MTS on last month by paying Rs 699 from one of the representative named Chandru.He suggested me to opt for postpaid corporate plan.So i did the same with amount 899 for 10gb.They assured me that the speed will be upto 3.1 MBPS .Though the signal is very good ,but the speed is only 72kbps.
                              from the day1 itself.So i complained about this to the customer care.The complaint number is C[protected].They assured me that they will send one technical person and will check. But no has come still now.I called them and also chatted with them ,only they are telling me next it will be resolved.I chatted with them on last sunday (interaciton number is Q[protected].But there is no response from them.Today i asked about the complaint and got that they closed the issue.please help at least i need return the data card and close their service,if they won't keep their promise. Please help.

                              Mblaze (Mts) — Bad Services of Mts

                              I have bought a mblaze connection 3 days back and since then am not getting satisfactory speed. Though the advertisement promised 3.1 mbps actually i am getting 400-600 kbps bandwidth and the download speed remains 30-55 kbps. sometimes it plunges down to 17 kbps like the other night. Moreover i have logged a complain in their customer care but they simply don't take it seriously. They give excuses that "It is a wireless connection and speed may differ at different times". A thought is crossing my mind that i may have been cheated with a fake promise. I would also like to highlight this fact that i am getting 80% signal.
                              From my personal experience i think that mbalze is the worst connection available in india and their services cannot be explained by any adjective as they are "More Worse than WORST"
                              I would discourage anyone buying mbalze. I would also be obliged if someone suggests me a good connection in westbengal and it should be wireless as i use a laptop.

                              My name is Subhajit Sarkhel, and my MTS MBLAZE NO :[protected] was purchased a few months back from City Centre 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The plan i am using is rs 999 (40 GB unlimited) which claims to give a speed upto 9.8 Mbps. For the first 2 months, i was getting a speed upto 2 Mbps, with a download speed of 200 - 220 kbps but the third month was terrible... and the service we summoned for was bad and has been bad since then... now the speed is 0.17 Mbps - 0.75 Mbps with a download speed of 1 kbps - 20 kbps which is totally unacceptable...
                              I have lodged a complaint regarding the problem not once but a several times, and the complaint numbers are -
                              1) jul/38316,
                              2) aug/409
                              At first your customer executive said that there is some technical issues and that they will resolve the problem. Then just for ONE day the speed got a boost and the next day was the same again ( without the speed). so once again after calling for several times, the executive said the same thing and resolved the issue for just ONE day.. So when i called the customer service again, the executive said that this is the speed i would get and that i have to be satisfied with it...
                              is this the kind of service you provide ???? do you think it is justified that i m being literally forced to be happy and satisfied with the speed which ranges between 0.17 - 0.75 Mbps, download speed : 1 kbps - 20 kbps ???? the service during taking the bill is so damn good and what about the after sale service ????? so now, if i want to return to you your worthless dongle, do i get my money back ???? because i am not going to take this unethical kind of a service anymore?
                              RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS STEPS

                                    This is a clause which states that I have to recharge my mobile with Rs.900 in 180 days so as to get eligible for auto-renewal of this plan. I have recharge with more than Rs. 900 in this period so I request MTS to auto renew this service on time. My plan is pending for renewal from tomorrow i.e. 11-February-2013. I request MTS to kindly renew my service on time so that i could enjoy services provided by MTS.

                                        My name is H V Venkataramaiah, I am a Customer of MTS,my number is [protected], since 06 months, my account is being deducted with Rs.60/- with out my consent and knowledge, I tried to contact customer care regarding this, it is always engaged or automated replay I received, for this I have to hold my phone at least 7 to 10 Minuit. I fed up with their attitude, and they never respect the customers. They just minting money from this type of deductions. Since 06 months I lost Rs.360/-, I want this money back, it is my hard earned money. I don't want to loose it .
