Hello,

I have taken MTS Mblaze Internet Service from ConnectIndia (www.connectindia.in) Channel partner of MTS I have bought the Data Card for Rs. 1,050 and choose the corporate offer of 6GB Unlimited Plan for Rs. 650 + taxes p/m. The connection got activated on 14th Aug 2012 while taking the connection they have assured me minimum speed of 1.5 Mbps but I have not got even 150 kbps Constantly it took 7 mins to download 1MB file.

I raised this issue with customer care on the same day of activation. They have asked me to so many test on my computer at last I dint got any satisfying result. Then I have written so many mails to their customer care but no solution.

So, I have taken this matter to their Nodal officer Mr. Sathyaraj. He promised me to send the technical team to visit my place and resolve this issue within 48 hrs and taken appointment from me (complaint no.C[protected] which will be processed by 30.8.2012 at 16:00 pm). But nobody has visited my place on committed time.

One fine day I have decided to cancel the connection (these all happened within 15 days of activation with this you can evaluate there service). So I called their nodal officer again and asked to cancel my connection. After so many calls and mail the connection got deactivated on 5th Sep 12 (Response from Customer Care: "We have checked and found that a request (R[protected] is registered regarding your concern of disconnection due to commitment failure"). Then I asked to refund my money paid for datacard as per their assurance.

They said without Feedback from technical team cannot refund the money. So I accepted to send the technical team. They checked at my place and accepted no connectivity in my area. Now they are not returning my money and they are not responding to my mails also

And the highlight is they are sending bill every month (Sep & Oct) I dont think any one can tolerate this. Without using the service how can pay the bill.

Please suggest me shall I go for legal action against mental harassment or shall I wait for some more time

    I asked for installation on linux after calling their customer care centre. After getting message , it is getting cut. Twice the service person took the call and they kept the call as it is and nobody to receive it. We have to cut the call
    Utter nonsense. Worst service!!

      CONTINUE TILL RECHARGES ARE MADE FOR MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS WITH NO TIME LIMIT. I

      HAD TAKEN THE PLAN SOON IT WAS INTRODUCED LAST YEAR. I HAVE BEEN GETTING RECHARGES FOR

      MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS AND GOT THE BENEFIT OF 1PAISA/2SECOND TILL 2ND OCTOBER 2012 .

      ON 3RD OCT. I NOTICED THAT MY CALL CHARGES DEDUCTION IS 1PAISA/1SECOND. I MADE MANY

      COMPLAINTS 155,47945314,47955085,47995281. I MADE SO MANY CALLS TO MTS.INTIALLY THEY

      KEPT ON ANSWERING TO WAIT FOR SOME DAYS AS THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN MTS SYSTEM WHICH

      COULD NOT RENEW THE BENEFIT OF 1P/2S, AND LATER THEY SAID THE AGREED BENEFIT WILL NOT BE

      GIVEN EVEN IF YOU ARE RECHARGING FOR MORE THAN RS 900 IN 6 MONTHS .IT IS STRANGE. MTS MAY

      DISCONTINUE AN EXISTING TARIFF PLAN FOR A NEW CUSTOMER BUT MTS CAN NOT DENY THE BENEFIT

      OF A TARIFF PLAN TO AN EXISTING CUSTOMER WHO HAD OPTED A TARIFF PLAN EARLIER AND WHO HAS

      BEEN FULFILLING ALL THE CONDITIONS. PLEASE RESTORE MY 1PAISA/2SECOND PLAN IMMEDIATELY.

        My MTS Datacard No:[protected] is going with speed less than 1kbps. They say that it will be 3.1Mbps. But they are cheating us. When contacted the customer care they say they vl resolve it in 20 hrs but that does not happen. I have rechraged on 24th september with Rs.999 unlimited pack. And i guess i have not at all used 10GB till now. As the speed lessens sfter 10 GB.

        Please help resolve the issue since am not able to work at all without internet.

            this is jagadesh. H, MTS No. [protected],
            On 26th September 2012 i got one message from mts to my regsiterd mobile no. [protected] ie "Valuable customers always get special schemes!!!.Recharge MTS Mblaze & get 2GB instead of 200mb on 198/3GB instead of 1GB on 248.Offer valid till 28th Sep.T&C". Accordingly I recharged 198 Rs on same day. Instantly 200mb has been credited. Immediately I contact customer care they said with in 78 hours remaining data 1850mb will be credited to your account. Wait till 30th sep 2012 there is no data has been credited to my account again I contact customer care I lodge complaint complaint no.SEP/18791, again I got one message regarding complaint ie “Dear Customer,Your complaint No is SEP/18791 dated 30-SEP-2012 11:53:02 and status is open,It is expected to be resolved by 14 Working hours.”

            No use there is no data has been credited after 2 days also. Another message has been received from MTS. That is ” Your complaint no. SEP/18791 regarding the PROMOTIONAL SCHEME has been resolved. For any further assistance please contact our customer care.” Till today complaint has not been resolved.
            Finally I concluded “MTS IS THE WORD NO.1 CHEETING PROVIDER”

              I have bought a MTS (MBLAZE) Data card from MTS. I bought this card on a offer where I am suppose to get a 2.1 Intex Home Theatre on the offer. I paid sum of Rs.1150 to the executive R.Anand. I also spoke his Team leader / Manager Mr.Sridhar confirming this and he did informed that it would consume a week's time to get me the offer. I did called them 2 weeks from then and Sridhar informed that he has taken the Home Theatre from stock and he would deliver it me the same day evening. But I didn't received it even on that day. hen when I called them the next week there is no response from them. Finally today I did called them and they informed that they are not having Hoem Theatre on stock now and would be provided me a laptop bag if required. I denied to this and asked for an Higher official to discuss about this but was again refused to speak with them and they informed me that today is 3rd saturday and they would be coming very late to office and they cannot call me back even.

              I am very disappointed with the way I am treated and cheated.

              Now I have also received my 1st month bill from MTS but the offer that was promised was not been given to me yet.

              I need your intervention on this issue.

              MTS — not given proper service as they promised

              I S K Singh own a MTS modem ( MDN No -[protected]) they have offer me 8 Gb for a month which they have closed on 29th days i have 1.3 GB left over it again, 2 voucher which they have supplied earlier not giving me telling that u have not charged within 30 days.

                I took MTS data card and also introduced many friends and they also tok connections and we used hardly for 40 days,
                I paid first month even If I dint use much but second month the speed was tooo low and again network problem where
                MTS person prmoised that the speed will be 3 mbbs and after 15 days the speed will increase to 7 or 9 mbbs but it
                dint, after 1 month they disconnected. We informed many times but no response, After few days one person called from MTS
                to ask bill amount but when we complained about this he said he will come personally and take the complaints from all
                but he dint come. We waited for him or we could have produced the complaints in consumer court we thought
                why to go that much that will cause bad name for MTS, Now one person called and telling that they have sent legal notice, please tell me what to do.

                    I lost (some one robbed ) my mobile on 1st Oct 2012 at airoli station. Light bilkul nai thi station pe, only source was mobile light.
                    Train aai, aur train pakadte waqt kisi mulle (some bangladeshi wearing white kurta and having long beard without moustache in his late 35's) robbed my phone. My friends told me he will not be so and it would be racist attack rather if I ask him. But when train stopped at thane station on platform 9, the person, ran like red spice in his pants to catch the train in opposite direction from platform 10 and train started immediately. That moment it became so sure that he was theft and he was not maintaining eye contact whole time. That mulla was the theif!

                    Later I went to GRP to complain and they asked for original bill. For god sake, how can I carry original bill always with me. Very bad Indian system.

                    I called MTS at 8:30PM, 9 and every 15 minuted from then till 12 midnight, and they said server was down and will start in about 2 hours. Finally I managed to hold a call at 12:30 and asked person to block my mobile number. He said It will block in 4 hours. After another 4 hours and sleepless night (just because of physical description of Chor, I could't sleep), I called again at 5:30am and they said mobile is active. Oh God! I asked them to block again and they said, it will be done in 4 hours. I caleld again at 9am and systems were down and mobile number was still active. Very Very bad MTS. I called at 9:50am and asked to block mobile number, and they confirmed it is still active and will be un-active in 4 hours. MTS is worst. They do not block mobile number and the police system is so insane. Then they say safety is the responsibility of common man. Come on, its everyone's responsibility and such tasks should be taken seriously.
                    More to my surprise, the mobile number will be blocked (if ever) only for outgoing, the person can still receive incoming. Blame the system to get things here!

                    I am rushing to MTS gallery to check what excuse they have got for me. I would recommend to never buy such mobile who get licences by scam and have bad service...

                      MTS Mblaze — PRODUCT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      I was just looking to purchase a data card. Then I met a salesperson from MTS and he convinced me that the MTS M Blaze data card have 3.1mbps speed and the sales person convinced me that due to some network issue speed is slow & It will be fine soon. initially it's speed was near about 98 kbps now a days the speed is below 70-85 kbps. Plan rate is also very high as compared to service.

                      When i informed to customer care that i want to surrender the data card and not interested to use it. They tell me refund is not possible.


                      Pls help :(

                        MTS MBLAZE- WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
                        I am into Computer business and often used to sell MTS Datacards to Customers on demand (for any broadband internet connection )as I used to get Delivery of the same at my doorstep. Suddenly I started getting complaints from all my customers about the MTS services . This ruined my relations with some of the customers.
                        I bought a BROADBAND device on 22nd September 2012 for my personal use with assurance of speed upto 3.1 Mpbs. Everyday I have to call the customer care to complain about bad service for example, an avi file of 55 mb shows 5hours period to download, then after 2 hours it downloads 16 mb nd then stops downloading saying network error. I say that I m getting full network and there shouldn’t be any network issues as I stay on the main road at Crawford Market. Everyday when I call up, those liars just assure me of better service within few hours and also assure of a callback from their superior . Then I got assurance that their person will come at my place and change my device..I even tried checking the status of my complain at selfcare.mtsindia.in but you can understand their kind of service that to my dismay even that is not working, whenever I click on Check Status or or Create New Request in the Complaint Management tab it just shows my name and my MDN No. I am fed up of all this harassment by MTS and now looking forward to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court. I request others who are facing similar problems to mail me their details so that we can together file complaint against MTS as 7 days have passed but the company is least bothered about my problems and they have nothing except false assurances. I ALSO REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO GO FOR MTS AS IT’S THE WORST SERVICE I VE EVER EXPERIMENTED.

                        HI all,

                        Please please, don't ever think of taking MTS broadband. They have the worst service, to reach their customer service, you have to wait for over an hour. This shows how many customers have problem with their connection.

                        to add to this, those CSR does nt how to speak english and won't understand problem. they will simply says that they are lodging a complaint.

                        My advise to all, please avoid taking MTS.

                          my mts datacard number is [protected]. i recharged with 999 for unlimited monthly internet plan and broadband speed upto 10 gb o[censored]sage. right now i'm recieving 1x speed and customer care has nothing to say about it and they are hanging up as well in the middle of conversation. at last i got a decent guy to talk to and he is sayin my matter will be taken care of in 72 hours. i don' think it will be resolved and if it does what about the discomfort caused ? broadband speed was very important to me and it has affected me financially. please take note of the complaint

                            deat sir,
                            My name is Ankit takkar and my MTS DATA CARD NO-[protected]. i received the sms 04 SEP 2012 from DM-016082 (MTS), Recharge with STV1545 and get 25GB.15GB for 90 days validity and extra 10GB for 30days validity.Extra GB with in 7 days.offer valid till 15 sep,once a month.MTS, I recharged my mts data card STV 1545 at 11 sep 2012 and i get only 15 GB, after 7 days waiting i did not get extra benefit 10GB,next day i call customer care he getting all details of my recharged etc.. and he registered my complaint and asking me after 24 hours you receive call from our technician and next day i receive call from mts technician he says i checked your account detail you receive your extra 10GB with in 48 hours and after 48 hours i did not get 10GB, again i call mts customer care n he says next 24 hours you receive your 10GB today is 29 sep 2012 and i call regular mts customer care and he always says same dialogue, sir please wait next 24 hours you get your extra benefits,i am not satisfy with mts customer care services and please help me for get extra 10GB benefit add to my account.

                              i got msg from mts on my no. That if i will recharge from 348 i will get 1.50 gb and extra 4.50 gb within 7 days. I recharged on 14th september 2012 and still i didnt get extra gb. I hv complaint bt there is still no solution my mts no. Is [protected] and complaint no. Is C[protected]. Before i recharged i also confirmed this offer was valid on my no. But now there is no response to my complaint. P

                                I dont want to say anything more! Pl see the attachment and u ppl would understand.
                                My loc is in chennai CITY, With 1.5km around all major places located yet the MTS Blazing speed is 15KBps nd my Vodafone India's Gprs speeds upto 22KBps..! MTS network!!! :@ Making complaints for past 1.5 years nd Bloody jobless ppl at MTS visiting nd taking logs 4 no reason! :@ :@ These ppl are shameless creatures.

                                I have complete proof of their fraud service. This company's license should be cancelled by Govt. authorities in order to protect innocent public from being cheated. THIS IS CHEATING BY MTS. NEVER GO FOR MTS. TRAI WAKE UP..! :'(

                                  Regarding Connect india :
                                  -On 8.09.12 I have purchased a new connection of internet form MTS. MTS people send a representative from connect india (a third party).
                                  -The internet dongle charges taken by connect india person was 1450 Rs but as per the MTS adverise on MTS website it was 1150 Rs and dongle given by the connect india was MBlaze and charges taken from me for MTS Ultra device.( I got this information on company website after purchasing the data card)
                                  - person promised me a offer of headphone set but at the time of handovering the device he didnt given me and told me will give you in 2 days and till date he didnt came and even not receiving the call.
                                  - document submitted at the time of purchase was not submitted by the connect india representative to the MTS

                                  Regarding MTS:
                                  -the speed of the connection claimed by MTS is 3.1 mbp and actual speed I got 10kb/s for download the file.

                                  -After activation of data card within a week it was blocked by the MTS . After contacting the MTS customer care they told me they didnt received documents
                                  Actually without document MTS does provide the datacard and does not activate the connection
                                  after a week use they asked me to submit the documents


                                  requesting you for your kind support and expecting best punishment for MTS and connect india.

                                    I have done online recharge of Rs. 647 for my MTS MBLAZE datacard, but the transaction failed and meanwhile Rs. 647 have been debited from my account. I called MTS customer care service regarding this issue and they have registered my complaint on 17th September 2012(complaint id: C[protected]), and they told me that this issue will solved within 48hrs. Today six days have been passed for my complaint and still its not solved, whenever i call them they say my request is in process and it will be done within 4 hrs.

                                      am using Mblaze product of MTS. After looging into the selfcare.mtsindia.in website, i am facing a problem in getting my data usage balance. Also they are not mentioning the Data Usage for the whole month in the Monthly Bill. They are not having dedicated customer care. I asked the customer care for the solution 9-10 times via chatting and calling customer care. but they say they dont have any solution for that. Moreover they talk arrogently and say nobody gets it why do u want........ please look forward for the solution to the consumer......

                                        Myself Abhishak Mittal, earlier enjoying your MTS Blaze service having number
                                        [protected] with Postpaid Connection and advance rental plans
                                        of 4-6 months and appreciate about the speed and feature of
                                        Blaze services. I have recently lost my MTS Dongle and
                                        called MTS customer care with my alternate number
                                        [protected] to temporary stop of the service to avoid any
                                        misuse and also asked for the process of issuance of new
                                        dongle against old one for which MTS customer care
                                        executive reverted that my request have been processed and i
                                        have to visit for local MTS Office for reissuance of new
                                        Dongle.


                                        I have visisted Local Office and Local service centre for number of time and after
                                        continuous follow up of 8 days they have provided me new
                                        dongle with a cost of Rs. 400/- and this dongle was not
                                        working and again a follow up of 2 more days with MTS
                                        customer care center i come to know that my number have been
                                        discontinued and no one of MTS team is giving me details
                                        that how come my number discontinued without any instruction
                                        from my side.


                                        Later on MTS Local staff have advised to return back new dongle for which they will refund
                                        me back my 400 rupees and I have to visit your local service
                                        centre for 7-8 times and yesterday your staff provided one
                                        FAKE NOTE of 500 Rupees.



                                        As of now i have found back my old dongle and carrying below mentioned losts...



                                        Cost of my Orignal Dongle which is not in use for stopping of my number's services.

                                        Cost for advance rental plan for 4 months.

                                        A Fake Note of Rs. 500 provided by MTS staff against return of new dongle.


                                        And the most painful issue is that none of MTS team is providing any kind of support, i have also raised issue to your Bikaner Division's
                                        officer named Mr. Lalit Gaur and he just advised to go legally by way of FIR against local service center.
