I am using MTS broadband service No.[protected] past one 15 months. My credit limit is Rs.1600/- in MTS.
I am running bussiness thats why my number is spread all over india.
I am paying bill on time even then my number did barred today 8/02/2013. it happened so many from one year
Call center does not respond correctly.

Therefore you are requested to kindly help me out and tell me the way to get RID of this DOCOMO.
Otherwise i will be forced to take some legal steps against DOCOMO

MTS Telecom — Barred Connectivity

Hi,
I purchased a Mblaze (post-paid) broadband usb modem from MTS telecom.
It was discounted for the Infosys Employees, MTS Agent came to my residence & handed over the device to me taking all concerned documents & the money.
The documents included photo copy of my passport, electricity bill, address proof by company's HR, company's ID card.
Within 3 days it got activated.On 23/06/2010 it got disconnected, I called their call centre & got know that my addreess verification is pending. Although, I never recived a call from any person from MTS for verification.
They have just disconnected me without any intimation.
I started following up this issue from then & every time they apologised and requested for one more day.
I requested for escalation their supervisor also repeated the same dialouge.
I have requested them that I am suffering bcoz of this.
I also requested them to arrange a call with the MTS senior officers.
BUt nothing was done.I even said that i will go to consumer forum but still they did helped me.
They have only that by tomorrow it will be active, Once a supervisor committed. But they never fullfilled their commitment.
I have called them many times, mostly they keep me on hold & they never came to a conclusion.

I have emailed to all possible contacts('nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in'; 'appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in'
'customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in'; '[protected]@mtsindia.in'; '[protected]@yahoo.com') but never recieved a reply.

I have a copy of the e-mail sent & the their executive's names.

What should I do?
I have already lost 7 days of connectivity & no hope to get it sooner.

Please help me!!!!

    I JUST BOUGHT MTS MBLAZE ON 21ST JAN 2013 AS I WAS AWARE THAT IT PROVIDED A HIGH SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS BUT ON BUYING I REALIZE THAT THEY ARE PROVIDING ME A VERY LOW SPEED AND THE SPEED IS VERY MUCH LOWER THAN MTNL, FUHRTER ON CONTACTING MTS PEOPLE THEY DONT GIVE ME PROPER RESPONSE THEY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT TO RESPONSE. I HAD REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AND MY COMPLAINT NO IS C[protected]. THEIR TECHNICAL PERSON HAD ALSO VISITED MY HOME BUT AND HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL DEFAULT WHICH WILL BE OVERCOMED WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS BUT STILL I AM FACING THE SPEED PROBLEM. HERE I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT THESE FOOLS AT MTS ALSO RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS PROPERLY THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. THESE FOOLS DON'T VALUE OUR PRECIOUS TIME. DON'T BUY MTS.

    mts mblaze premium — low speed and network coverage

    hi i m rajesh i have purchased mts mblaze premium [protected] and m regreting my self.. i am faceing lots of problems like very low speeed.... very bad costumer service and the karnataka head mr. mithun is also incooperative... so whoes who ever reads this i want to tell them stay away from mts.
    i am sick of mts and i m thinking of selling it if any one interested contact me in my email id.

    They have promised upto 3.mbp.I brought the device for 2000 and recharged for 999 un limited.
    The maximum speed i got till now is 150 kbps.And customer care is also very worse.Please don't buy this product.If some one can take action it will be of great help.[protected] this is my mts number.

    Hi, I have purchased a MTS postpaid connection. From last two week speed I down we are unable to open a single Google. Page whenever I was purchasing they told you will 3.6 Mbps.

      I am pleased to inform you that i am totally satisfied with the service that mts provided me for the last 2 years, I am a decent user of Mts for 2 years. My dongle no : [protected], registered on my name Plaban Kabiraj, a resident of Palashdiha, durgapur, bardhaman, west bengal, india, a journalist and editor of a bengali newspaper. I am here to complain you that a man namely Rathin Roy, Claiming to be mts staff with Mts Mobile NO : [protected], from durgapur, used to do my recharge. I gave him Rs 303 Recharge money to do the recharge .... as i was in a programme i was 3 hours late to make him the payment.... I gave him the money still he threatened me despite of giving the sum i will not be able to use the dongle anymore.... and luck didnt smile upon me and thus i cant use it any more.... as i was unable to contact customer care to resolve the issue... i conatcted Mr. Biswajit, a Technical man of MTS. He told me due to address verification issue my line was disconnected... But iam, using the dongle for past two years... I have submitted all the necessary document at the time of purchase. But none contacted me recently for address verification... afalse charge has been raised by thst particular man,,,, Rathin Roy as he threatened me... Sir, Plz check his background a Court case is going on against him for cheating a bank ... and also prior he worked in idea and he has been knocked out due to his cheating habit.
      So, being your noble customer i request you to take a step so that he cant exploit your regular customers.....

      MTS Mblaze — cheating by dealer

      i had purchase a mts mblaze data card(hybrid) from company's authorized showroom of rohtak(haryana). my mts no. is [protected]. i purchase this in Rs. 2150 in place of other data card which is of Rs.1500 because dealer tell me that in that you enjoy extra benefit the benefit is that :-
      On recharing of Rs. 490 monthly company give you 3Gb surfing(for life time and this skim doesnot close ). In other plan 3 Gb surfing is in Rs.789. But on next month when i recharge of 490 dealer refuses for recharing and says company close this skim. But on purchaisng he said this skim is going on lifetime and doesn't close.

        Dear Sir,

        This is regarding a complaint regarding billing after closing the account and bad response from customer support

        I took a post paid MTS Data plan (MDN No: [protected]) on 10th of Sep. I took it from an MTS agent who visit our company.
        I paid Rs[protected] – equipment cost + 500 – 1st month advance. The service was ok. The 1st bill was generated and I called the agent
        and he told that the 1st month advance get adjusted after 1st bill. Since that pending amount was there, I called him again and a service Rep
        assisted in solving this info . But I had to close this account on 27th Oct 12 after 1 and half month as it was not really useful
        since mostly I have a Wifi in my location. I personally went to the Kochi local office for closure. The customer person told there was some
        pending amount of 252 /- ( Reciept # 15112 ) and I paid and close this account.

        After closure also I am getting a bill of ( Rs 525 ) . Again I went to the customer office and raised a ticket ( CVF # 7607 ) for inquireing the same.
        The lady said that there are still pending amount and account is not closed. I showed the closure receipt. Then she said someone will get back to me
        via phone and no one called. I did couple of follow up calls and everytime they say
        Someone will get back to me. Later on 16th Jan 2013, I got an advacate notice for paying the pending amount
        Again I went to Customer center on 28/1 for a closure ( CVF # 7670 ) . Lady said some one will get back to me.
        I did a follow up call and again same response.

        Its 1-Feb and this issue is still open. I request to look into this issue and close this ASAP.

        Below are my concerns

        a) I have been asked to pay bill again even after closing the account.
        b) I am not getting any solution from local customer care. When I call the support #, they are asking me to meet local support center )
        c) Customer person always asking that they wil get back and no one is getting back to me
        d) If I request if I can meet in person. They are saying it is not possible.
        e) There is a contact # mentioned in the advacate notice[protected] . Most of the time it is switched off.

        I also worked as customer support lead for multi national company.I feel MTS is not demonstrating a good customer support here.
        I already spent more than Rs 525 for visiting 3 times in person .paying the amount is not a big deal.but I don’t want to pay an amount
        which already paid for the service.I request you to look into this ASAP.

            I was using MTS broadband services. Which was very slow and I was getting lot of service interruptions. Finally, I decided to close the connection. The MTS store guys at the MTS store were not willing to take disconnection request. After many visits and consistent calls to customer support, they took my disconnection request. They told me to clear all the outstanding amount Rs 1218/-, which I paid on the same day.

            After almost 6 months, I got a notice from a lawyer "Ranvir Vats" on MTS letter head. The notice says, I have not paid the bill. I have to pay Rs.800/- as bill charges and Rs.500/- for legal charges.

            Please find the mail conversation, where the MTS has clearly said I have no dues to pay and my connection will be permanently disconnected.

            The request given was for permanent disconnection. There is no question of doing any payment or visiting MTS outlet. If required, I will approach consumer court for the harassment meted out to me by MTS.

              Dear all,

              I am using a prepaid plan : 798 per month. According to MTS the speed plan is 3.1 MBPS.

              But they will provide after recharge max 56kbps.Please don't try with MTS.

              I am using my Internet in Opp. Hotal Madhuban, Rajpur Road, Dehra Dun.

              No one get back to you when they sale there product with other promises and No one help you. Customer care always charge peymount for your call. they held up you upto 5 minutes and you bill go rise.

              MTS Broadband — not working

              Have taken mts broadband in the last week of Jan from Croma,Oberoi mall
              Device not working ,message coming is access denied due to invalid username and password.
              I called customer care but not got proper response pls help

              MTS Broadband — MBlaze is WORSE Than WORSE

              Friends, Recently I purchased MTS MBlaze internet connection. ( USB Modem ).. Please I Am begging you.. Do not ever think about buying MTS USB Modem. Its not a Broadband at all. It only runs in CDMA 1x.. The speed will be slower than the mobile phone internet.

              To be able to successfully log into gmail. It requires at least 10 tries. ( To load the chat window as well )

              MTS MBlaze is really BAD !
              But Mobile Phone Connection Is Good !

              Advantages : MTS is really cheaper than any other USB Modems.. And the plans are also pretty good. But whats the use anyways.

              MTS Broadband — DUPING CUSTOMERS BY SPREADING WRONG MESSAGE THROUGH ADS & SALESMAN

              Duping Customers by spreading wrong message through ads and sales person. At the time to selling the MTS Broadband product, sales man made promises of at least 2 Mbps speed, in reality the speed is not even 400Kbps.Irresponsible replies from technical team saying that, we can give you only 500 Kbps. Then why at the time of selling even in the MTS Broadband advertisements spreading such Gross wrong information and Cheating Consumers. They should be handled stringent penalty for this irresponsible acts.

              Today I purchased a new data card for a broadband connection, they told me it would be activated within 10 minutes, but it has been six hours and still not activated!

              MTS is cheating its customer by promising 3.1mpbs speed.I am a victim of this.I am using it just for say maximum 155kbs speed even if staying in bangalore city..What type of complaint should i file in consumer court
              I share the same experience which others been through, I dont have any word for MTS and for their internet services. Just called them up for very slow speed. following is the reply which I have received from them….

              Your service request number C[protected] has been regiestered on 26.03.2011. We shall revert you with the resolution by 08.04.2011

              This way how they cheat customers, they require 14 days to resolve my slow speed query….then who is going to bare my time and money?…this is complete loss….this is because we dont have any regulatory bodies/systems which can make such bulls*** companies understand, if they cheat customers then they will suffer for such losses…..I wonder how our government allow such companies permits/licences to run buiness if they are not capable/equiped to resolve customer queries…..I think this is just my frustration and not gona get resolution, cause our govermnet is well equiped with politicians like RAJA and honorable priminister Mr. Singh who asisted him for his great decisions where we are having such telecom companies in india which are suckkiing our blood….

              Unnecessary calls by company for setting callertunes, ringtones etc.
              Since I am a student it disturbs me a lot.

                Hello,
                I am Sunit Kumar from Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Here I am providing the first mail which I sent to MTS regarding my online purchase of New MTS M BlAZE DATA CARD.
                "Through Connect India I purchased online the MTS M BLAZE DATA Card Postpaid Connection with a Unlimited Data plan of Rs 825pm excluding tax. An executive named Pankaj (Cell No - [protected]) from Noida office of Connect India delivered it to me on 15th Jan 2013. Though I booked it on 14th JAN 2013 & after having conversation with Sachin ( Cell No - [protected]) of Connect India office. He made a Commitment to me that my Data Card will get delivered to me till 14th Jan 2013 evening but I didnt get it on that day.

                Can you do something in regard of MisCommitment of Sale. And Pl tell me when my M BLAZE Data Card get activated.
                I am really thinking that if this is the Condition before activation of Data Card then how good MTS Service will be after it will get activated. I'll wait for a positive reply & action from you.

                As you read above the details I provide. I tried to contact several times to Connect India regarding this issue but they never respond to my Call.
                I tried to contact MTS too but they said that I have to re submit my details as my CAF is rejected ( I dont know why though I provided right proof and photo) at any of their MTS Outlet but when i visited their they said they cant help it because if they submit from here their centre code will clash with the agency code from where i purchased. Please help me as Its almost 10 days. The Receipt No of ConnectIndia is - 23855 dated 15 Jan 2013.

                i had puchase MTS MBLAZE DATA CARD from vijay sales kharghar branch on 12/03/2010 and submitted all required documents to you for activation but still it is inactive.

                provide us the expected date of activation and customer care number.

                    Mts is the worst cheating company ever.I had made a recharge with 1500 rs so that i could get a proper speed for internet,but they provided me no speed and when i called the customer care 1. They tell me that my balance was not credited. 2. next time they tell me the plan is not activated. 3. They tell me it will be activated after 1 month with no guarantees . They have cheated me and have taken the money,and when i ask them to refund my money in the accountThey are giving me all sort of excuses .The worst service ever.Bloody cheaters!!!!!
                    MTS Customer care is the worset in dealing consumers or their officers are directed to cut the recharge money by any way. I have clamed more then 10 times that please refund my balance of Rs 30/-. They daily says that betwwen 10am to 6pm it be done. This never happen. Dr. S. K. Tiwari

                    I buy a mts sim card (nois. [protected]) from greater noida on 17th of April from Dev Communication Corp.Off. : G-2/S-3, Gamma shoping complex Jagat farm, Gamma 1, Greater noida. Shopkeeper tell me Sim will be activated in 3 hour and give me the visiting card . My Sim is not activated till today and none of his number is working which given on card ([protected] , [protected] and [protected]).Unfortunately i am not in Greater noida right now. This is cheating with custmer . Cancel his dealership.

                    I went to MTS outlet at Dwarka Delhi along with my data card ([protected]) device and categorically asked the gentleman to check the device. If it is perfect then recharge it for rs. 999/- otherwise return it to me so the I could get it repaired and then recharge it.
                    The gentleman told me that the device was perfectly OK.and charged it. when I reached home and put it on my laptop it was found to be non functional. I rang him and he in turn called me along with my laptop. This time he told me that the device was defective and needs repairs and should be taken to the service centre.
                    It vividly amounts to cheating. My conversation with the expert at the customer care was nothing more than a humiliation. I request the higher authorities of the company to resolve the matter and ask the cheater to refund the amount he fetched from me.

                    I have bought a MTS Data Card on 5th Aug 2011 with an offer of Three month (3) free services(unlimited download/upload). My Data card is Activated on 9th Aug 2011.As per their rule I can avail the free service 90 day's from the activation day.But due to bad service I wanted to deactivate the service so I called their customer care 3-4 times between 15th Sep 2011 and 27th Sep 2011.last time they told me that your request is in pending to proceed with it you have to submit a cancellation latter to our near-by MTS showroom.So I have submitted the cancellation latter on 28th sep 2011.Recipient lady told me that after 48 hours your device will be deactivated.But actually it was not deactivated by them.So i got invoice in my mail in November.Then I called there customer care about it. They told me it's by mistake you got the invoice mail you don't have to pay and from onwards you will not get this kind of mail.But surprisingly on 21st Nov 2011 through ECS they deduce Rs:698 from by HDFC Bank account.Then I called there customer care for this .They told me that they will reimburse the money .Then next time they send me the next month invoice.I have called many times with this issue to there customer care but no solution they have provide.

                    I am requesting you to please look into this issue so that no one will victimised by this cheating Company.

                    I HAD PURCHASED THEIR DATA CARD AND SINCE THEN THE KIND OF INCONVENIENCE I HAD TO FACE REPEATEDLY TILL DATE IS UNEXPLAINABLE. I WONDER HOW THESE PEOPLE DO BUSINESS AS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL BOTHERED TO CHECK THE CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS. I HAVE CALLED THEM REPEATEDLY AND EMAILED THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY BUT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO CALL OR EMAIL BACK WITH A RESPONSIBLE ANSWER. ALL THEY DO IS TELL ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE RESPONSE IN 24 HOURS AND SAME THING IS MENTIONED ON EMAILS BY AN AUTO REPLY AND AFTER THAT THERE IS NO CALL OR EMAIL.

                    I PURCHASED THE DATA CARD AND WITHIN ONE MONTH I HAD TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE AS I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. ON PURCHASING THE DATA CARD I HAD SELECTED A UNLIMITED PLAN WITH HIGH SPEED AND WHEN I ACTIVATED THE CARD I WAS NOT GIVEN THE REQUIRED SPEED INSTEAD THE SPEED WAS SO SLOW THAT I WAS HARDLY ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE AS IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTAGE OF TIME. I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TIMES AND WITH EACH CALL I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO DIFFERENT SETTINGS AND WHEN NOTHING WORKED THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND THEIR ENGINEER.

                    AFTER THAT I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 11 DAYS AND SO I HAD CONTACTED THEM TO TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT THE SERVICE FOR THAT MANY DAYS AS I WOULD NOT BE USING THE SERVICE SINCE I WOULD BE OUT OF TOWN. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR IS SOME SAFE CUSTODY SYSTEM WHEREIN I NEED TO PAY EXTRA TO TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT THE SERVICE . IT RANGES FROM ONE MONTH TO SIX MONTHS FOR TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION . I WAS ALSO TOLD TO SETTLE MY BILL FOR WHATEVER DAYS THEY HAD PROVIDED ME THE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT USED THE PLAN SINCE THE SPEED WAS EXTREMELY SLOW I STILL ENDED UP PAYING FOR THOSE MANY DAYS AND THEN ABOVE ALL THE SAFE CUSTODY CHARGE OF RS 50. I MADE THE PAYMENT ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THE REQUEST OF TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED. I WAS ASSURED BY A NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVE THAT I DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY FURTHER AFTER THIS AND ONLY WHEN I WOULD LIKE TO REACTIVATE THE DATA CARD I NEED TO CALL AND INFORM THEM. AFTER THAT WHEN I CAME BACK FROM MY HOLIDAY AFTER 11 DAYS I RECEIVED AN EBILL STATING THAT THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO BE PAID AS THE REQUEST TOOK 4 DAYS AFTER MY PAYMENT DONE TO THEM AND THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR THOSE 4 DAYS TOO.

                    I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER COMPLAINT AGAINST MTS AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMERS. ALL THEY DO I TRY TO CHEAT AND EXTORT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY GET HOLD OF THEM.
                    I HAVE EMAILED THEM REPEATEDLY AND CALLED AS WELL THAT THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING TO BE PAID FROM MY END AS I HAD CLEARED ALL MY PAYMENTS AND CHARGES BEFORE LEAVING TOWN.

                    I AM BEING FORCED TO MAKE PAYMENT AND EVEN AFTER SENDING EMAILS THAT I NEED TO HEAR FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND INSTEAD WAITING FOR THE DUE DATE TO PASS SO THAT THEY CAN LEVY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO ME AND GET MORE MONEY.

                    KINDLY TELL ME HOW DO I GET THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED.

                    The MTS product is totally a waste products they are selling. I own a mblaze ultra wifi post paid device. The device can download speed up to 9.1 MB ps. But i got only 64Kbps. Several time i complained them no action taken.
                    I got your connection activated back on Saturday, 30th August.Just to get it activated on time, I had to go through a lot of trouble calling up your people in Kolkata, and I even got it activated a whole day later than I had been promised.
                    If the problems had ended just here, I wouldn&#039;t have minded that much, but i soon realized that this was nothing compared to what I was about to experience very soon with your net connection.
                    Your executive over the phone and the person who came over to my place to provide me with the dongle both had promised me a very high speed usage if the signal in my house showed 3 or more bars, and when he came over he showed me that we had a strong network in our house, so he said that I&#039;d surely enjoy your so called &quot;PROMISED HIGH SPEED&quot; of &quot;UPTO 9.8 MBPS&quot;.
                    So my connection got activated a day later than he promised, and though I was irritated, didn&#039;t say that much as I thought the net speed would be really good.
                    After 15 mins o[censored]sing the net (that too just Facebook), I see that I can&#039;t even load a bloody comments section on facebook, then i try to access other sites, and each of them loaded in not less than 3 mins minimum. Youtube took me 7 minutes.
                    So I called up the guys in your Kolkata based office whose numbers I had, and they promised to get back to me, which they never ever did.
                    Then I called up the customer care no. and the person who spoke to me was an , to put it in the most polite manner.He was the stupidest guy I had ever spoken to, and was completely useless. I told him about my speed issue, and he said-&quot;All is fine in your connection sir&quot; again and again and kept on asking me to take a speed test on speed test.net.
                    So I took it and it showed 0.08 mbps. I thought things would&#039;ve improve later, so i waited till night, and the speed got from bad to worse.
                    I called up the Head office in Kolkata and no one replied to my numerous number of calls, and even your other workers in Kolkata didn&#039;t pick up my calls.So i again called up the customer care and another picked up again and asked me to go speedtest.net, and I couldn&#039;t even load the page this time thanks to your &quot;HIGH SPEED UPTO 9.8 MBPS NET CONNECTION&quot;.So then i lodged a complaint (AUG/47024) and was told that due to my complaint an executive of yours would call me up within the next 22 hours.And so i waited for a whole day and no call ever came to me, so i called your incompetent customer care for the umpteenth time, and complained about my problem not being resolved till now, and hence i lodged another complaint (AUG/45631)and was told i&#039;d receive a call within the next 15 hours, and again i received no call from anyone, and instead received a message saying my problem has been resolved when it had not been.In fact, the speed was so bad that I couldn&#039;t load Youtube videos at the lowest quality 240p.It always kept buffering for minutes on and on. Just loading Gmail alone took me 11 minutes, and to check this mail, a staggering 7 minutes.
                    I have used net connections of Airtel, with speeds o[censored]pto 2 mbps.Those plans would load youtube videos at high quality 480p without any buffering, even local ISPs have provided me with a 100 times better internet experiences than yours.
                    In the past 4 days, I have faced thousands of problems, and I&#039;ve called you more than 30 times, and I&#039;m sick of all this now as you guys are a whole bunch of liars, whom i can never believe anymore.Since day 1, after first 15 mins o[censored]se, I could see your lies.The guy who had come over to my place was so kind when we were paying him for the connection. In fact he had taken a 300rs. extra which I was not informed of over the phone, thus putting my total payment to rs.1500 plus the monthly rental.
                    I want a refund of all this money and my connection cut, and I&#039;ve had enough and I&#039;ve been too kind so far.If i don&#039;t get a refund I&#039;m complaining against your company to the police against Consumer rights, and then you&#039;ll see what action I can take and how far I can go.
                    I&#039;ve had enough from you bunch of liars.Return my money or face the consequences.

                    MTS APPELLATE TAMIL NADU and as per my request it got disconnected from 20.01.2015 . I got the mail from your side as well as from customer care, confirming the
                    disconnection of services. and I paid the till date bill upto
                    20.01.2015. I got cal from customer care and then too I confirmed them
                    to disconnect as I do not want to continue the services. later I called
                    and confirmed with the customer care executive for the disconnection
                    status. he said it is successfully disconnected.

                    But i got a mail which includes the bill for the non active period from 20.1.2015
                    to 15.02.2015. When I called the customer care they are saying it is
                    still in active period and so. They keep on saying the same reason
                    always stating that I only requested for re activation so it is in
                    active state. It is really frustrating for me to keep on hearing the
                    same lie from your support team. It is moreover like cheating the
                    customer. I have the mail proof from your side confirmed the
                    disconnection. But in customer care they do not have any proof and
                    simply cheating me like this.For disconnection I have been
                    struggled for nearly two weeks and then only I got the solution.

                    But after a month time I am again getting cheated by MTS by false
                    statements. How can i be charged for the period which my data
                    card is not active? how can they activate data card and charge without
                    intimating me? I want the correct and permanent solution for this. Please help me on this ASAP.

                    FYI:
                    I do not want to pay for the deactive period and I also do not want to
                    continue with MTS. Revert the bill and disconnect it.
                    I made a online recharge to my mobile phone for Rs 501 ( Actual talk time 550) on 09.09.2015 transaction id[protected], out of which Rs 105.11 validity 15 days and Rs 439.47 added to my main balance Making my main balance 474.74 validity - life,
                    On 14.09.2015 time 21:13:32 my Promotional talk time was Rs 70.57 and main balance was 475.24
                    On 16.09.2015 time 17:56:31 my promotional talk time was Rs 70.57 and main balance was 445.24
                    MTS has swindled Rs 25.00 from my main balance. Didn't receive any message about the deduction or call from them, the balance just reduced by Rs 25.00
                    I called the customer care no and enquired, he said i would have mistakenly chosen the FB pack, I told him sorry my phone is not a smart phone and have not received any message regarding choosing or opting any services.
                    I asked him to credit the money into my main balance, Nothing has happened so far.

                      I bought the MTS datacard on jan 9 and the connection has not yet been activated. The mts rep Diwakar ( Sarjapur Road Bangalore, mobile no - [protected]) has not responded to my complaints and has simply directed me to the mts customer care to resolve the issue. The customer care is also not helping me in activation, simply asking me to contact the MTS rep. So I am just shuttling back and forth between the MTS rep and customer care without any resolution. It appears that I have no other option but to approach the consumer court. My details are as follows :

                        I took MTS Moblile services Few months ago , and i have recharge my mobile with 30 rs and after some time they deducted my balance and balance got .11 paisa without any reason.I immediately registered a complaint with the Customer Care and I was promised that the matter would be resolved in 10 minutes. But they seemed to be sleeping on my issue as I had to continuously call CUSTOMER CARE and finally after slogging for 4 hours , i am here for complaints ...
                        This is a pathetic service and an incompetent staff .

                          I got a recharge done for Rs.303 on my mts data card [protected] on 10/01/2013. The recharge was accepted but i was not able to connect to the internet after that. When inquired, i got to know that since the device was not used for a long time, it was blocked from any further use. If it was blocked, why the recharge was accepted then ? Is there any way to get the money refunded ?

                            i had deactivated my mts wireless internet connection but upon that i m receiving bills every month. when i call customer care they say that it has been deactivated and they have no idea about this.despite my connection being pre paid i m receiving bill and now they are saying that my connection is broadband.they are real cheaters and a serious action has tto be taken against them.
                            word after "connection is" is not broadband, it is postpaid

                                I have takne a MTS MBlaze postpaid connection and dongle through online.

                                The sales executive has cheated me first without mentioning that the connection available will be Postpaid only. Anyway, thinking of its my fault, I have taken the Postpaid connection.
                                Now, after more than 3 months over, I am now finding that the billing is exorbitant. Whereas the another Prepaid connection of MTSis providing me much cheaper service with more usage, the postpaid one is billing too much for the same or lesser amount o[censored]sage in comparison to Prepaid.
                                So, I have called MTS Customer Care today to shift my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. I have astonished by the answer I have received from Customer Care that Postpaid to Prepaid transfer is not possible for any Customers of my circle. Whereas the sales representative on the very first day confirmed that it is always possible to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid and vice-versa after 90 days o[censored]sage. But, though now more than 90 days of my connection is over and I have cleared all the outstanding amounts till date except the last bill, MTS is straightforward refused to convert my onnection from Postpaid to Prepaid. Its a total cheating on behalf of MTS authority.
                                I want to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid at any cost as of now due to unreasonable heavy billing in Postpaid. Otherwise I will have no other option but to close my connection at the earliest which is tremendous harassment for any customer.
                                So, I am requesting the MTS authority to look after and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  Greetings,
                                  I purchased a MTS post paid connection few days ago and I was told that it will be activated in 24hrs.it is not activated till now.MTS customer service is telling me its because my number is different in their records,which is not my fault as I gave them right number and I got few calls from MTS on my correct number.
                                  Then I was told to contact MTS dealer to sort it out and dealer told me its updated.I again called MTS callcentre and got same answer,even this time MTS call centre employee Mr.Praveen disconnected my phone without giving any replies,when I asked him to transfer phone to his supervisor and to help me on this.

                                  Now I am left with useless MTS usb for which I paid 1050 Rs.

                                  This type of customer service is completely unacceptable where Call centre employee and dealer dont want to help customer.


                                  disconnecting customer call from call centre employee is not a right way to sort out customer issues, and I urge MTS to fix this problem ASAP.

                                    I have purchase an Mts Mblaze data (no. [protected]) card on 27 October with rs. 999 plane and under this plan I got 10 gb data with 3.1 Mbps speed. From last two months it getting slow and not working properly,
                                    sometime it show modem is unavailable
                                    I have make so many call on Mts customer care no. [protected]. But still I am waiting for reply/Solution.
                                    I have make a call on mts customer care no. On 11 nov. That call was connect with your customer care executive name sanjay kumar, in my conversation with sanjay, I have got some information about my data card, and I was shocked after heard all details the details are mention below:
                                    main user name/User name (who is owner of this data card) : jose varghese
                                    address (where that device has been activated) house no. 998, 1st floor, ahina apartment, gali no. 23, tughalkabad extn.New delhi 110019.
                                    I need to know if I have purchase that device for my own purpose, from mts dealer name : jai maa infocom, address : ta-93b, tughalkabad extn. Kalkaji new delhi – 19. So why that guy sent me used or froudy data card. As per my knowledge I have used maximum to maximum 6 gb from the date to received to 8th nov.
                                    From 8th nov. 2012 to till date I am continuously raise so many complaint with the dealer / Nodel and appellate of mts also on customer care no, but every time they told me that after three or four day my executive will be visit your location but every time nobody come and problem still pending. On 12th nov. I have again call to dealer of mts and again he replying his representative will be reach on monday or after deepawali.
                                    On 15th november I have visit your lajpat branch I got reply from that side “please call to customer care”
                                    now today I have make a call on mts customer care no. And still this card allotted to another person then I have again an mark a complaint on your customer care nu (complaint no. Is c[protected]. With the help of your supervisor named angeet singh.
                                    Please tell me what you do if you are sitting on my position
                                    please do the needful on urgent basis. It’s urgent.

                                      Please follow the below mentioned steps only for ZTE Data Card. If you have Huawei Data Card, this would still take another 5-7 working days for resolution to be updated on website in similar way:



                                      Only for ZTE - Open the websites http://www.mtsindia.in/mblaze/index.html --> Click on Download latest software (left side down) --> Small window gets opened--> Click on ZTE Update Nov 2012 --> Save the tools in your desktop and run the tools as per the instruction given in the tool.



                                      NOTE : ONCE THE TOOL WILL BE SAVED ON DESKTOP, THE DEVICE SHOULD BE INSERTED IN THE LAPTOP BUT SHOULD NOT BE CONNECTED & THE DIALER SHOULD BE CLOSED WHILE RUNNING THE TOOL.

                                      I am using MTS Data card my no is [protected] for last few week I am facing problem when ever I connected to internet a popup message appears "there is no more room on the device for new text messages, you can't receive new messages, please clear the message in time" for the same I contact MTS customer care.
                                      1. they ask me to go the nearest MTS out let
                                      2. when i went there they told me to contact MTS customer care They will delete messages from the server.
                                      3. when again contacted to MTS customer care they told me to uninstall the data card software and re-install it, I did it but my problem is not resolved.
                                      4. again i contact MTS customer care they told download zte updated software from MTS site.
                                      5. I download it but the file is zip format and currepted.

                                      so who ever is concerned please resolve my problem ASAP.

                                      MTS Mblaze — Very poor speed/mis selling the product

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      MTS executive offered 3.2 mbps speed and promised me atleast 1mbps speed for the MBLAZE data card. Unfortunately i'm not even getting 49kbps speed. I raised couple of complaints regarding this to their customer service department, however no proper resolution provided by them. Infact the company is cheating the people and they are quite happy about it... My data card number is [protected].If they cant fulfill the promise they make to customers and if they are not committed, let them stop selling a product which not even worth looking at ,..Kindly help to find justice for my cause...

                                      Hi,

                                      My MTS number is [protected]. I am using Rs 799 unlimited postpaid plan and have not used even 2GB of data this month but the speed I am getting is around 100-130Kbps and some time even worse. I am forced to open my gmail account in HTML mode to get it working.
                                      Recent speed test in your set gives this data- "15.68 Kb/sec (125.44 Kbit/sec)".

                                      Please do the needful.

                                        Yesterday a outbound team made a call to me and told me that our technical adviser will come at your home tomorrow and I take a off from my office for today. no one came at my home whole day and no one call me regarding my concern also. Now I called to your number [protected] at 23:05 and talked with Mr. Kartik Goswami (Customer care educative) he informed me about many thing which you have not informed me when I was purchasing this Data Card than I told him that please transfer your call to your supervisor and he put me on hold for 7 MINUTES than I was going mental and I disconnect the call.

                                        I didn't see ever this kind of services in my life.
                                        This people do not care about anything/ neither consumer court nor any other legal action. Totally DADA giri. I have been a victim of their services for last two months. Hardly getting 50-60 kbps speed complaint so many times. told them that i will go to consumer court but they consider consumer court a joke. They say openly that we will not refund your money does not matter if you have used our services or not. Do not where should I go...:(

                                        Sumit, I totally fed up by this service. Seriously these guys take very humoristic to consumer courts. So I have a question to consumer courts that some-body's have fear to you. Who cares, we are loosing money we are loosing faith, Whose parents are going to pay. Very Very disgusting and pathetic.
