MTS connection barred

I am using MTS broadband service No.[protected] past one 15 months. My credit limit is Rs.1600/- in MTS.
I am running bussiness thats why my number is spread all over india.
I am paying bill on time even then my number did barred today 8/02/2013. it happened so many from one year
Call center does not respond correctly.

Therefore you are requested to kindly help me out and tell me the way to get RID...

The MTS store guys at the MTS store were not willing to take disconnection request. After many visits and consistent calls to customer support, they took my disconnection request. Internet speed no given according to plan

I am using a prepaid plan : 798 per month. According to MTS the speed plan is 3.1 MBPS.

But they will provide after recharge max 56kbps.Please don't try with MTS.

I am using my Internet in Opp. Hotal Madhuban, Rajpur Road, Dehra Dun.

Remote computer did not respond

I got a recharge done for Rs.303 on my mts data card [protected] on 10/01/2013. The recharge was accepted but i was not able to connect to the internet after that. When inquired, i got to know that since the device was not used for a long time, it was blocked from any further use. If it was blocked, why the recharge was accepted then ? regarding bill
