[Resolved]  Mts — Wrong information to sell product

Hi,

I had bought a MTS MBLAZE dongle from 2 sales person who came to my home telling me best promotional offer.
They told me that if the documents I submit are valid them I will be able to get that special.

After giving them my documents they told me about the plan, that I have to pay 2000 for that they will give me a dongle and a unlimited broadband plan for 3 months.I will have full speed of 3.1 mbps till 3 GB and after that the speed will decrease to 600 kbps plus and if I dont use my dongle for one day then it will automatically get added and my validity will be extended.

They told me that they have direct satellite broadband so I will get full 3.1 mbps speed but it was never even upto 1 mbps, they showed me demo but it was so slow and when I asked them they told me its demo that's why it has limited speed.

But after reaching my broadband limit I was unable to do browsing so when I contacted the manufacturer they told me that its dongle manufacturer not MTS customer care. They gave me MTS customer care number and it was not even toll free.

When contacted the customer care executive he told me that my package is over because I have crossed my 3 GB limit when I told him about the plan he said that this plan never existed.

I was shocked and told him that its your sales executive so its your fault but he didn't listen to me and told me to do the new recharge when I told him that I will file a case then also he refused to activate my balance and kept on repeating to recharge my account again.

I feel really cheated I don't have the full name of there sales executives so they cant take any action against them.

Please help me the dongle is not used for many months now its like my all money is wasted.

MTS/ MBLAZE — providing incorrect information

Hi, As a promotional offer and advertisement shown in Television, I purchased MTS MBLAZE Broadband connection, where the company claims saying one of the fastest internet connection. I guess the govt before approving this company or publishing their advertisement in Television or news channel should examine the quality and their standards of these upcoming companies.

Modem which I am using at the moment is one of the hopeless network ever seen. Maximum speed I have seen is up to 500 kbps, that to twice. Generally the speed is less than 345 kbps. At the time of sales, the promotion people informed if you recharge for 999 plan, its unlimited, however after purchasing I came to know that unlimited refers to 30 GB, in that first 15 GB will run at speed of 3.1 mbps and rest 15 GB will run below 144 kbps, however in my case from day one internet speed is not gone above 500 kbps, and the minimum speed its worked was 27 kbps. Please find the screenshot which I have attached. At late night the speed was just 27 kbps. I have incurred huge loss of 999 + 999 for the instrument. I stay in malad west mumbai.

i have purchased a MTS device and give DL and Electricity Bill for activation as mention on their website.but now they told me that submit room rant aggrement.so lots of time delay now i dont want to activate it and want to my money back.
