my name is jayan mathew, four is months back i bought a nokia 2600 classic mobile from subiksha. from day onr it is not working properly. i had software ut two time. but still its hanging and voice is not clear.serial no: is [protected]. i am using nokiaphone for last six years. but this particular model is a flop one. so kindly replace it or refund it.i expect you do the needfull.otherwise iam going to consumer court. iam not satisfied with the service and product

respected sir,
i would like to bring one thing in ur knowledge. i purchased an set of noika company in oct'08. after some days it strated troubling me. first of all i had to change its display. and i got the work done from 35 sec chandigarh. after that bluetooth and radio stoped working, i asked executive o[censored]r company about problem but they just gve me fake excuses. now its not even getting started(on) and i have already visited ur offices in mandigobindgarh, and chandigarh. but my mobile is still not working. executive in 22 sec ofice told me to visit office in 35 sec, and not executive in 35 sec chandigarh is saying that, it can't be replaced due to insertion of liqid. sir, i suare that i have never dis that, and every time i had to listen fake excuses plz tell em what should i do know. plz solve my problem as early as possible.

nokia 2600 classic — False Warranty given by Nokia

Hi there,

We purchased 2 cell phone Handsets of Nokia on 21st March 2009. 1 handset is working absolutely fine. But the other handset (Nokia 2600 Classic), started giving some problems from the past 3 days. We went to the showroom (Sangeetha - Jayanagar 4th Block - Bangalore). We were guided to approach the Nokia service center. When I approached the Service center folks in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore, they analysed the problem and told that some water might have crept into the handset and this has burnt a few electronic devices in the handset. As far as my knowledge, we have never dropped this handset down. No way, some water can creep into the handset, since we take utmost care. Although, this new handset is just 2 weeks old and is under warranty, the service center folks say, that they can neither repair it, nor provide us a replacement handset. They literally asked me to trash this new Handset, which is not at all acceptable. If it is an old handset, it might not have mattered. It is a brand new handset we have purchased and is just 2 weeks old. Not sure whom to approach, so I'm lodging a complaint here. Hope, I do get justice and these Nokia guys provide me a replacement handset.

Oct.2008 I had bought Nokia 2600 Classic. and from December 2008 to till this day it becomes 4 times out of order. Every time care center told me this has been departure to Kolkata. Sometime Delhi..But the problem is, it has not been solved by them yet. They also dont want to give me DOA. Now I cant run without my phone. When I siad them to give a spare set, they refuse always.
EveryDay I have to face problems n problems. This is my third letter to U but there was no response by U. I request you to kindly solve my problem..I have very much faith on Nokia and u also.

nokia 2600 classic — ill behaviour at nokia care

Sir, this is to inform you that i went to nokia care at howrah (w.b.) on 23rd sep 09 to collect my under warranty 2600 classic phone at 5:15 pm. over there one of the employee told me that we don't delivered handsets after 5:00 pm. i requested him lot but he did not accepted my request. he said me that it is company rule not to deliver handsets after 5:00 pm. i want to know that its really the company rule or it is the rule which he himself created.
if it is a company rule then i dont want anything to be done on this matter and if it is not the company rule then please take serious action against it. only for this types of person nokia gets bad reputations in its service area.

my mobile not in warranty period now. when i purchased the mobile, the GPRS service was not working with my laptop with bluetooth connection.The net is working in my mobile but with the laptop it was not working. I went to nokia care and got soluction through formatting without any cost. after that the problem comes after compleating the warranty period and now i had to pay.
Right now the problem arise one more time. so what should i do.....
i have to invest money regularly....
is it possible....

yesterday i went to Customer care near chandi chowk metro station(not near esplanade)2nd floor.the head of customer care excutive is lady, i forgot name.
when i talk to customer care excutive(Counter no.1 right side)the person said that the mobile model is not able to connect net with laptop.than i said that it was working than he said that the mobile model is not good. do u think that this type of feedback is good for customer.mobile must be working according to their nature or feature.
i have called head of the branch also but she suggest that previously you have visited chandani chowk branch, so its better to there.

Now what should i do.......
i should throw the mobile in dustdin...or i have to invest regularly......
