[Resolved]  Nokia 3600s — MIC PROBLEM

Nokia — Not reparing my phone properly

I have purchase my nokia N72 IMEI no [protected]on 9Aug2007 from gwalior M.P.on june11 2008 i gave my phone to nokia care centre bareilly as it had sudden signal drop problem.After 20 days i got my phone back but the problem still sustain.again it went to nokia care centre but the problem was still there.on july 31 2008 again my phone had went to care centre.Nokia care centre people says now again i have to wait for 15 days to get my phone back.Its my request to look into the matter.
If it is possible to repair then get it otherwise give me a new one.
Hope you will do the needfull.

nokia 3600s — two times defective phone recevied after swapping one time

i have purchased the nokia 3600s on 8th september 2008.
it went out of order due to jack problem on 10th novemeber...even after rececieving a new handset in place of the original one...
then i got the set back on 6th december after swapping...
then again on 31st of january 2009...again it went out of order...im fed up of nokia services...more than me nokia people are having my handset...
kindly take my complaint uder your consideration...

nokia 3600s — least performance & durable model

I am not complaining for all sets of Nokia but, since i am using nokia sets from last 7 yrs, but when i bought nokia 3600s, it prouced many problems for me... right after 1 week of buying this set it started hanging & its side-buttons were also not working properly, then i took it to service center of lucknow where they said to return in next 25 days.after 25 days set was swapped for me from delhi, but that new set was also not woking properly, its camera resolution & buttons were still not up to the mark & now again i had taken it service center & they called me up after 25 days again...
now i m really helpless there fore complaining

nokia 3600s — mobile is not repaired by customer care in warrenty period

my mobile i srestarted in every 15 min and handsfree connector also not working .
i have send it delhi for repair in warrenty,
but they send it without repare it
so what can i do now ?
plz tell me

nokia 3600s — unsatisfactry performance

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using NOKIA 3600 slide IMEI NO: [protected] from last few months, earlier i got a problem in the on/off switch and the headset jack. then it was send to the head office in delhi for nearly abt 15 days. those problems were fixed but after i got my cell phone a new problem was there, as i use to opes the slide the volume of the speaker was very low and was not audible. I went to a NOKIA CARE on 15 june 2009 with this problem, along with this the signal dissapears automatically, the camera was not working properly, and the arrow keys were evwn not functioning.
I stated getting the same problems again and on 7 july 2009 i have again given my cell phone to a NOKIN CARE the job sheet number is:[protected]/090615/44 along wid those problems, none of the applications are working, not even the calculator. whenever i change the shortcut on restarting the phone it automatically selects the defalt settings the phone has again been sent to the head office for 15-20 days told to me by the reception of NOKIA CARE, MEHTA WATCH COMPANY, 1 OMKAR ROAD, BEHIND GPO, DEHRADUN.
I have checked the network problem with my connection provider(AIRTEL) and got a feedback that the problem have been fixed even after that i am facing such problem.
i will be thankful to you if you give a kind notice to my camplaint and i have a request to please swap my cell phone. PLEASE SEND A FEEDBACK AT MY E-MAIL ID

nokia 3600s — they are not repairing the phone properly its causing the same problem again and again.

i had bougth nokia 3600s 7 or 8 months ago n its giving me the same problem again and again.My phone has been in Nokia Care for at least 12 to 15 times and still they are not able to solve the problem .Only in last 10 days it has been in nokia care for 4 times and now the phone is not working and is with me .They always say it will not happen again but the same thing keeps on repeating..I want them to replace my phone .PLease sir suggest me the need full.

i m disagree with the response of bareilly nokia care centre,
i gave my nokia 2700 classic to nokia care to rsolve the problem of "browser"
[protected]"the browser is not working at all"
but thre was a blank response wht is responsibility of nokia care,

if they are not able to resolve these kind of problems thn whts the use of nokia care?????
so now plz provide me this time right feedback, either resolve the browser problem or provide me new one...

nokia 3600s — No Proper Care

The nokia care show room in kakinada(cocanada communications) not responding correctly i gave my mobile for change of display i had agreed and paid 900/- as it is water damage but the switch off button, volume increase& decrease button headset connector is not working, slide had a gap it is too much probem on it so please look after it properly and rectify it

nokia 3600s — handset not return since two years

this handsets was given on 15 nov 2008 nokia care Namely RAMA TELECOM, 41-4200.JMB OSWAL COMPLEX, SARANG MARG, SURAJPOLE, UDAIPUR for repairing but till the date it is not returned and
not ready to returned and saying that some one has taken you handset so you will not get your handset.
I have still keep the jobsheet with me it's number[protected]/081115/16 dated 15/11/2008 time 16.31.

Kindly do the neeful and instruct the care center to returned my complete handset because such centre
