battery performance is poor

I am having Nokia 5130 xpress music, The performance of the Battery is not meeting the specs.that to not even meeting 50% of the specified durations

i am having nokia 5130 Xmusic, the battery performance is very very bad,
rest every thing is above average and i am very impressed with other features.any suggestion to improve the battery performace

good battery backup is one of the prime requirements for any cellphone, i am faciing battery backup problem with nokia 5130

i have also nokia 5130. bt battery perfomance is very bad. i have done also reset sofware. when i charge the phone, there are 3 hr. taking for same. battery is working only 1/2 day.

Yeah, some battery problem is present in my phone as well. I bought it only a week ago, and this? :-/

I just bought this phone last night and could already see how poor the battery backup is. Its too bad, according to all the reviews and spec sheets, it says 6 hrs of talk time, I have used it for hardly 1 hour and its much less than half the battery left now. Trying to get the phone returned in exchange for another now.

It would have been wonderful if I had come across this page before buying it, just dug up this one, after typing in "nokia 5130 poor battery".

I think I've to do the same.

useless battery performance. i could speak maximum of 45 minutes continously. then again i have to recharge. looking for any alternate battery backup.

yes I have 5130 too... the battery life only last 12hrs to 15hrs what is the solution of this problem? any one knows?

What on earth do I do now? Well.. the only thing I can do is give it to a Nokia Customer Care Center and replace the phone. Even if I don't use the phone, the battery stays only for a day and the battery is drained the next day when I check my phone. Everything else is absolutely fine. Only this..

I too agree ..the performance of battery is not as mentioned in the specifications...
