This is Vara Prasad i'm sorry to informing you that, your customer service is very poor in my case, i've purchased Nokia 5300 with IMEI:[protected]
on 09/apr/08, after that it's worked fine for 6 months then staretd problem, no display, keypad buttons are not working properly, so i've given the mobile phone nokia care AMEERPET MOBI QUEST, HYDERABAD, in jan-2009 after 15 days i've received the mobile and it's worked 3 days properly again same problem i've faced, then again i've given MY MOBILE AT NOKIA CARE (MOBIQUEST), AMEERPET, HYDERBAD
SRVICE TAG NO:090307/85 AT MOBI QUEST AMEERPET, IN mar-09 first week, already more than 25 days over, i've given a call and asked for my mobile service stattus they said it will take time to rectify problem, isn't it? how much time you need for rectification a problem, a month or morethan that, please do rectification of my mobile phone, fedup with NOKIA CARE Center.

My problem is that my nokia2630 is having problem in switching on, i m trying again and again but it just shows a light and then switches off again... i m not understanding whats the problem behind this. kindly assist me... kindly plssssss help me.. i m from Pakistan and mobile set is of made up of HUNGARY...but i bought it from Pakistan as i m the resident of Pakistan...
