Hello Sir,

I recently went to nokia care having a problem in audio quality, they said we will update the software. Now after updating the software none of my application work through GPRS, when i asked them why is this, they said you have to apply for another connection from vodafone which cost 199 monthly. While giving the phone they dint intimate me about this issue, i spoke to RND team also of nokia care and they are saying they cannot help me out with the problem. I gave my phone in Banashankari 3rd stage nokia care. The manager name is MR. GOVINDARAJU and his contact no is [protected]. Please help me out and look into my matter. As this is NOKIA CARE Fault, as they dint say the customer about this and nokia care said they dont know also about such a problem.

    nokia 7210 — Unsatisfied service

    Hi,

    I have to raise a strict COMPLAINT against your service. I Gave my handset to nokia Care Center in Pune Aundh . I bought this one month back from Pune itself from Nokia Priority Dealors Chinchwadh. After a week it startted giving me trouble. Its battrey was going down even after getting fully charged, also its body was getting heated after a usage of just 10 to 15 minutes.

    I gave it to Nokia Care, Planet Cell, Shop No 18 Omkar Complex, D P Road Aundh, PUNE. The two problems 1.Battrey Back Up, 2. Heating UP were noted down by customer care & my handset was sent to Noida for service. After getting a message from them I went to Aunch Center but oit was not ready, It was really disappointing, even then I waited for few more days.

    After another message I visted them & found that Battrey has been replaced but the heating problem was still existing. Now this was really RIDICULUOUS this time, visiting twice but not coming empty handed. If you can not provide the accurate service on time then why the hell you guys are opening such stores. This kind of incidents are bringing down the name of brand NOKIA......

    As I am also working in Service Industry I understand the importance of each & every customer's concern but I believe your service providers in market are not at all serious towards their value & reputation or they have overachieved the position in market but let me tell you a customer can bring your report down at any point of time.

    Now without any loss of time & money either I want athe replacement of handset or my whole money back at earliest.......

    Nokia — Unsatisfied and disappointed

    i Visited Nokia service centre tilak opposite tilak nagar police stattion, new delhi.
    i bought nokia C3 IMEI no. [protected], i got a problem in battery backup so i went to replace the battery at nokia service centre, first they agreed to replace it but suddenly a scar on num pad which came at the time of lamination nd they refused to replace by saying its a breakage.
    i bought a nokia N97 mini of IMEI no. [protected], i got a software problem nd wants to make my phone formatted, they agreed bt again refused by saying that there is a breakage of slide lock.

    THE SCAR ........ how a scar on num pad can be responsible for battery problem ????
    THE LOCK ......... how a lock can be responsible for software problem nd formatting ????
    I am really dissappointed by the nokia service .... they all r cheaters..... i will not suggest any1 to buy a nokia phone as other cellular companies are providing a better service... den y shuld go for nokia

        I HAD FILLED THE FORM ON THE INTERNET AS IT SHOWED THAT MY BATTERY IS A DEFAULT BATTERY AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NEW BATTERY. I SENT ONE OF MY PERSONS TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE NOW THEY SAY THAT THE BATTERY IS OK. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I MY SELF FILLED THE FORM FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERY AND YOUR WEBSITE SHOWED THAT THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND I FILLED ALL MY DETAILS THAT IS ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER ETC......         THIS IS TO INFORM THAT MY BL-5C BATTERY WAS INFORMED TO BE AN EXPLOSIVE ONE BY NOKIA CARE WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE CODE IN THEIR SITE.IT WAS TOLD THAT MY BATTERY WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW BL-5CA BATTERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
        IT HAS BEEN 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AND YET I HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLACED BATTERY.

        Nokai bobile battery model 2600 — Swollen battery

        I have purchased Nokia 2600 mobile phone through your Nokia Priority Dealer M/S Pooja Tradelink Bapunagar Ahmedabad on[protected].Their Invoice NO 2590/2005-06. Now I found the battery has swollen and it is not working even the cover is not fitting properly due to this problem.Luckly my daughter noticed the damage otherwise it might have leads majory problem.I have complained this matter to the dear where I have purchased but he has blaming us for misuseing the instrument.Plesae clarify me what is the DURABLITY OF BATTERY.They are asking for RS 750.00 for new battery with bill and RS.350.00 without bill.I have asked them to replace the battry ,they told to complain to you,Please inform what action you are to replace the battery?

        Nokia — BL-5B Battery Replacement not served

        I had given my BL-5B Battery for replacement on 24 DEC 2007 at
        Shakti Communications
        67/4 , 1st floor,coles road ,Fraser Town,

        They had told that battery wil be replaced with in 21 days. But its almost 2 months by now. Everytime i try calling they post pone the delivery date by 1 week and its constantly happening.

        And that too i had purchased my cell 5300 nokia model on 10 oct 2007 in metro,yeshwantpur. Within 20 days battery started to give me trouble. Everytime time charge it the charge remains only for 3 hr thouch the cell is kept ideal.

        I am fed up of this . And so i want to log a complaint against
        the fraser town service center.
        I want you to get my battery replaced as early as possible.

        bl4c — not receiving battery after due date

        I have submitted my bl4c battery on 2nd of April becuase of overheating evertime when it is charge. The service centre at Ranchi (Poddar Telecom) has given me the delivery date as 21st April 2008, but till date I have not received the same.

        Therefore, I request you to please look into the matter seriously, so that I can get my batterry back as early as possible.

        Nokia/2600 — nokia care refusing to return the cell

        we had given our nokia 2600 set for repair at R.S. Telecom, hall bazar amritsar, its a registered nokia care center. We had given the set on 29th sep 2007, the set was to be delivered on 2nd oct 2007 as written on jobsheet. but they asked that set is not ready yet . after that we continuously visited there for next 5 months but they gave no answer and finally asked that our records show that the cellphone is delivered back to you. Then i filed a complaint at nokia care line in may 2008 and waited for their action . but finally the banglore office personal said that he can't do anything at his end as the record is showing that the set is delivered to the customer. I STILL HAVE THE JOB SHEET IN MY HAND and there is no signature of the customer on that, then how they can say that the set is delivered to us? I am left with no other option than the consumer court. please help us.

        Nokia — your 1 copy of battery is useless

        I have Nokia N73 Taken battery from mobile store Taken Battery - BP 6M, 3.7v. Battery serial no.[protected]P[protected]

        This battery is discharging after 8 hours, Battery status bar is going down immediately within 5 minutes. It seem that Nokia is making fool to us to say 1st copy of battery.

        I have a nokia mobile (6080 model) with battery BL-5B (3.7 V) having serial no.[protected] & N467A[protected]made in China). It was purchased during April 2007. I recently noticed that the battery is bulged and because of this the cover is also not properly fitting. But it gets charged normally and working is also satisfactory.

        I have Nokia6600 with BL-5c battery no.:[protected]M[protected]. mobile is working properly. but having problem in battery. battery backup is less from some days. battery get down(discharging) for every day without using more. so i removed that battery & then reinsert it to mobile. but again same problem. but i saw the condition in battery. battery thickness get increased(1/2 %) more compare to normal size. i think it will get explode within few days, if i charged.

        so what can i do for this condition.

        I purchased Nokia battery- BL-5C for my set Nokia-6600 on 9th Aug'09 from Davinder Communication, Near Laj Dharam Kanta, Sai road, Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Owner's name of this shop is [protected]. I have asked to give me original battery and they gave me saying that this is original and so I took cash memo also for the same.           i bought a nokia N82 phone last year in the month of september, it was functioninh excelletly, but after 2 months, when i used to switch on the bluetooth it used to display"not able to open". so i took it to local nokia care centre in our town. i stay at mulund(mumbai) their they told me that we can rectify this problem we will have to send your phone to the nokia care head office in parel which is handled by brightpoint india pvt ltd. and said that i would take 25 days to return your phone. so i myself took my phone to the head office in parel(mumbai). there customer service was very good and they told it would be done in 3-4 working days, as promised i got my phone in 4 days, the bluetooth problem was solved but again in 15days the same problem occured. Now again i have taken the phone to service centre in parel. i am not understanding why the nokia care is unable to rectify the problem. if you can't rectify you should replace the phone.i am very dissatisfied with the nokia company.

          Nokia N82 — not working properly even after replacement

          i had bought nokia n82 (black) for rs 20,000.
          i got problem in a handset and was replaced by nokia care,then again i got a problem and had been replaced by nokia, and so on, the phone had been changed three times after a long period of time, then nokia care had given me a new nokia n82 which was of white colour and of not my choice..but let it be,
          now there is a same problem in the given handset.(ear speaker is not working properly)
          this shows that there product is sub-standard and not of worth rs 20,000.

          i had given a written complaints to nokia..i got a phone call but nothing has been solved
          kindly help me in this issue, as rs 20,000 is not a cheap amount and cant spend again and again.

                i have given my nokia phone 4 times to the nokia care center in secunderabad, opposite chermas.model no is 7610s its icno is;661u-rm-354 which is under warranty and its fcc id is ppirm-354.The problem is oftenly the display is showing sim card registration failed!but the people in nokia care center is taking the phone and putting it for 10 to 15 days and returning without any repair.I dont expect this service from nokia.it might adversly effect your model 7610s by the talk in people.Your people are trying to prolong the issue till the warrenty is expired . i request you suggest me a solution.

                Yes, the Mobi Quest care center is really horrible. He damaged my phone and sent it to me saying it can not be repaired. I had to file a complaint at the Nokia. Hoping that something will happen.

                I have X-3 mobile, which I purchased in July'10. last week when it was not starting, I shown it to Two different Authorized Nokia Care Centers in Ghaziabad and even the handset was under warranty period, they asked money to repair it. I complied to the extent of sending them all my details through email. but later when they demanded a sum of 3060 pounds as british tax clearance fee, i had some doubts, and on running a background check i discovered that this is a fraud. They sent me some photos and documents in the process of my correspondence with them which i have attached and also told me to transfer around 700 pounds through western union momey transfer to this account:

                    Boot failurer problem 5th time

                    NOKIA 3110 — software failure

                    Dear sirs,

                    I bought Nokia3110 at UniverCell,Thanjavur just one and half years ago.
                    I was informed that is not a failure model and it will not make any problem.
                    But when the warrenty period the softwear in the handset failed and rectified
                    freely.
                    Again last July 2010 the same problem arised and serviced on payment of
                    Rs.200/ .
                    Today again the softwear probem arised and it was serviced under Nokia care
                    on payment of Rs.150/
                    When I asked the service authority, they simply said that they wont give
                    service warrenty and it was a failure model.
                    If it was a failure one can I get replaced one?
                    Where shall I get the alternative one?
                    I am having purchased receipt and service receipt.Can I file a consumer suit
                    in the court?

                          I gave the phone for service to the service centre on 10/03/2009 . The technician at the Nokia Authorised Care Centre said the spares would arrive in a week and that the fault would be rectified asap and they would give me a call .

                          Till Date it has not been resolved and neither are they clear as to when they would be servicing my Mobile Phone . They Just keep on saying it is coming this week and we would give it next week .

                            Richa Electronic Main Road Renukoot, Dist. - Sonebhadra (U.P.) Pin -
                            231217, on the faith of Nokia but in the short period on 20/02/09 i am
                            facing the problem "ie - Screen get blank during unlocking the screen" with
                            such set then i was reported to Richa Electronic on same date but no
                            serious action was taken and again same problem reported on 08/03/09 and
                            as per M/S - Richa electronic set handover on Dt. - 16/03/09 for sending

                              COMPLAINT OF NOKIA 6300


                              1. I purchased Nokia 6300 set on 07 Mar 09 from Smart Info Systems, auth dealer of Noika, Siliguri – 734001 for amount Rs 6490/- (Rupees six thousand four hundred and ninety only). Bill/Memo No 733 att alongwith this set I also purchased three more Nokia sets from the same dealer.

                              2. The movement I inserted my SIM Card, your Nokia 6300 set welcomed me as under :-

                              “Welcome to MOTOROLA C 163 Net ………………….. I went to the dealer again with the complaint and he changed the handset with another Nokia 6300. The problem re-occurred and next day I again went to the dealer with the same complaint. This time he refused to change the set and sent me to Nokia Care, Smart solutions, Siliguri. Mr A Bansal of Nokia care re-formated my set and returned it to me. The problem still persisted. Two days after I again went to Nokia care, shanti Tele Solutions Siliguri with the complaint on 16 Mar 09 (Tele Sheet No[protected]/090316/11). They kept my set for repair and analysis and as on date it is laying with them. He now says that your set has now been upgraded and assuring me that the problem will not recur”.

                              3. In the meanwhile I spoke to Nokia Centre Care (complaint No 2-3VG1Z5), Gurgaon on 23 Mar and 26 Mar 09 to Mr Punit, Mr Rajat and Mr Sachin who transferred my calls from one pers to other without giving any likely solution to the problem. Each time I was made to hold and speak for 20 minutes at a stretch. When I requested them to call me back they refused to do so saying there is no such facility. I requested them to give me name or contact number of officers who can take same decision towards resolving my problem. They refused to do that that even saying they are not authorized to do so.


                              4. It’s a sad story is that in your customer care, there is no such care for customers interest. All your policies your staff in providing satisfactory service to the customers. Your staff manning the customer care phones are no more than `Robots’ who have powers to take decision, to suggest solutions, to resolve problems, to raise issues requiring higher authenticities involvement, and so on. For instance, when I asked Mr Punit in your customer care & Mr A Bansal of Nokia care, Siliguri about next step if the problem persisted again & again, they failed to give me a satisfactory answer. The best they can do is that keep my handset again & send it to Delhi / Gurgaon for repair & Analysis.

                              5. For the last 20 days I’ve been mentally harassed by one & all related to Nokia. I’ve paid four visits 110 Km from my place to Siliguri and made numerous calls to numerous people, but all in vain. I’ve spent Rs 6500/- for the Nokia 6300 and Rs 2000/- additional due to the recurring problem.

                              6. At the end I request someone of you, who has an authority to resolve the issue to place are return my handset and re-imburse my money alongwith the additional expenditure. Or else the only option left to me is to go to consumer court & raise issue in print media about the spurious Nokia sets in market.

                                  I have bought NOKIA model 5310 from U.S and now I am in INDIA. I am using AirTel postpaid connection. My issue here is AirTel network alone is not getting identified by this mobile. It could recogonise Vodafone or Documoco etc. One typical scenario is Airtel network is recoginised when i was in Tirunelveli( South Tamil ndau) but not in Bangalore or Chennai. because of this issue,I couldnt use my mobile. I am sure that this issue may be because of incompatibility of mobile in Airtel.
                                  I have Nokia 5800, i send sms ACT VLC499 to 111 and VL 52586, then i got sms, this is not valid model & invalid Mobile Handset. I checked in Vodafone Site, it is compatible device then what is problem?

                                    I had my cellphone unit repaired last March 24, 2009 (Job code GMD0009422) for some keypads not working. I also requested to change the b cover of my phone. I paid P200 as downpayment (OR # 004685) I got my unit the following day and paid 702 (OR #004692). As I arrived home, I noticed that the camera window of my cellphone was opened/damaged. I immediately came back to Nokia care center - Gaisano Mall Davao branch (alkontech) in the Philippines to informed the staff their what happened to my unit. I was informed to come back the following day since the center head, Rhodora Legita is already out of the office. Her Office time is 10am to 5pm only.

                                    So, I returned the following day at past 10am, but was advised that Ms. Legita was on sick leave. The male staff their (I forgot to get his name) told me that Ms. Legita was informed of the incident. Their stand is they don't want to change my camera window even if the damaged was done when I had my unit repaired. This is a case of negligence of your technician, so your company should shoulder the result of his negligence or error in his work. I was again told to come back the following day...Again???? So I asked your staff how much that camera window is??He told me that it's 39..So I just told him to change the damaged camera window. Considering that I have to spend almost 30 for my fare in going back to Nokia care again the following day with no assurance that MS. Legita will be around. I don't want either to use my phone with the camera window open, coz this might cause another serious problem with my unit...

                                    I was really, really, very, very disappointed with your system. I had paid a big amount, a total of 902 for the repair of my phone. And when it was damaged due to your technician's fault or negligence, you can't spend/shoulder the amount for that damaged?

                                    Where is the justice in here? I had my phone repaired at your company since I believe that you will take good care of my cellphone. You should have shouldered the cost of the damaged done by your technician.

                                    Hope my complaint will not be put to waste. I know the amount is too small but what I want is that you should accept your mistake and take the risks/responsibilities for such mistake.

                                    Hoping that you will give me your time in solving this problem and hope this would not end on deaf ears...Your immediate action is needed in this case...

                                    Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.

                                      This is ashok bhatia from sriganganagar, today I sent my employee to nokia care of sriganganagar to get my mobile repaired with the message to get it repaired only in that case if the saved data is safe even after repairing and the same was being communicated by him to the girl sitting over there and she gave the assurance of the same, but when i got my mobile back all my saved data was missing, it was as fresh as the new mobile set .Then i went back to that nokia center and asked about the assurance, but the person incharge Mr. Ashutosh misbehaved with me and have not listed to the problem .I request you to take an immediate action against them.

                                      We feel very sorry for that but it was not our mistake because Mr. Bhatia has sent his phone with a third person and our CCO already communicated to him that please take backup of your handset otherwise user data will be washed away but that person was not taken any interest in it ( NOKIA CARE is not authorized to take backup of Customer phones phone before repair and it is not possible on our PC because of Technical Software which will not work after installing User Software Like Nokia PC Suite) and said that no problem you just refresh this set my boss having backup o[censored]ser data, After that CCO said that sir please wait we are giving this set within 30 minutes but that person said that he will collect it after two hours.
                                      Customer was lost his important user data and he come to our office, misbehaved with our staff but we are not in mistake it was happened due to that third person who was not taken any interest in that set.
                                      So we requesting please for future not depend on that person who not understand his responsibility and not give importance to your work.
