Respected Sir,
I am not able to save Gprs/mms settings in my nokia 5200 phone.when i try to save the settings it shows that "Only 70 Settings can be Saved, Settings discarded"But i have deleted all the configuration settings from my phone then also i am getting this error.what is the solution for it.plz try to solve my problem as soon as possible.Thankyou

I had a text message March 28, 2009 at 6:20am "Congratulation!!! You are Awarded the sum of 450, 000 pounds on this year NOKIA MOBILE PROMO, for claims call [protected], E-mail [protected]@live.com. The text came from +[protected]. I emailed them yesterday, and I have saved the email, I am willing to forward the email to you. Bascially they were saying that I must send $950.00 USD to them for insurance to have the money couriered by DHL to me. Insurance money up front. This does not sound right to me and I thought you should be notified.

i have nokia 3230 mobile. i have purchase that mobile on 21st jan 2006. but now my mobile battery bl-5b,[protected]N463B20509827 is out of order. this battery was only working nearly 2 year i am totaly dissatisfied of this performance, because nokia is know as for is durability. now i want to know what i do.
i am wating for your response.

With due respect it is to inform you that I had purchased a mobile N5610 IMEI NO:-[protected] on 15th March 2008. After 2-3 days my handset was Display Blank. Many times I had complained to the Nokia Care and every times they said that they have changed the parts but each time I am having the same problem from March 2008 – Feb 2009. And they told me that if the handset is opened for more than 3 times and if the same problem is repeated again & again they are going to swap my handset with N73. But whenever I received my handset I have to submit it back within 2 days. I hardly used my handset for 30 days.The Nokia has harassed me a lot from last 1 year.
Consumer Court is my last attempt for help I hope you will consider my problem and solve it as soon as possible. I am sending you all the details (like my email, job sheet and purchase bill) of the Nokia. Please help me as soon as possible. Please reply me soon.

Once I had told one of the Nokia Care employee named Supriyo Halder to use my handset and he too was facing the same problem. And he along with me had a meeting with the Nokia Care Manager ( Ramesh Dhara ). But they are not taking any heed to my problem. After that I had complained many times in the Customer Care (Bangalore) and had a talk with Kunal Soni, Rajdeep, Sashi and Philomena and they asked me not to collect the handset until they swap with N73. In Jan 2009 Bright Point (Head Office) had issued me a second hand N5610 IMEI NO - [protected] warranty period up to 5th April 2009. Nokia Care employee told me that this handset is issued before to the Customer and this handset is not ok, that customer was faced Blank Display problem and the customer returned to us. Then the Nokia Care employee told me that he will check the IMEI NO of the handset and after 2 days he called me up and informed me that it was the same handset with same IMEI NO. That means the Nokia was not changed the handset only they changed the facial of the handset. I request Nokia to issue me a new handset or issue me a handset costing to the value of my handset with the warranty of at least 10 months which I have suffering till now. Nokia Care told me that they send my problem to Delhi because you were suffering this problem from last 1 year. But till now I am not getting any help from Nokia. The Nokia has harassed me a lot from last 1 year.

I have purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The memory card datas are vanishing automaticaly then after removing & reputtingit, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. We expect full value for our money & ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future & that our faith in nokia remains undaunted.

i bought a nokia 5300 express music in july 08... after 2 months of purchase it started giving display problems (d screen vud turn white)... on switching it off n den turning it on ... it vud work... but dis time... it remained white ... so i went to nokia care at lajpat nagar... dey checkked it n said dat it is due to environmental moisture...so dey wont cover it under warranty... d attitude of d representatives was very callous ...i wonder dat during my 45 minutes of conversation all d oder customers were also told dat defect in their cell fone is not covered in warranty... Isn't it amazing thtat company like nokia has so much to defend against itself on the pretext of environmental moisture... d phones are not at all durable n worthy enough to withstand d indian climatic conditions...

I have purchased myNokia 5800 Xpress muzic touch phone just one month back. Some times, when i switch on the phone, the display used to appear with red parallel lines. When i reboot the phone, it became OK.

Yesterday, the phone hanged at one screen. I pressed the “back”button continuously 4-5 times. Suddenly the display became red with many parallel cross lines. When i tried to switch off, nothing was happening. So i removed the battery and reinserted. Now the display is shown as it got many hair line crack in the display.

I showed my phone to the nearest NOKIA priority dealer and explained the story. They said the phone fell down/applied high pressure onthe display and the inside display sheet got some crack and its not comes into warranty coverage. I am caring my phone in such a way that it doesn’t have even a hairline scratch on the phone. I have asked to show me a minute scratch if the phone fell down... but they were not accepting the facts at all. The total expense for replacing the same is 2450/- L, even after replacing the display they will not have any warranty in future for such events.
I am sure that a natural touch with little extra force onNOKIA5800 will damage the display again... Hats off to NOKIA and its 5800 product design...
I have already lost Rs, 19, 450/- as price for NOKIA5800... I don’t want to loose further...so I am just buying an another mobile. If you really want to buy NOKIA5800touch phone, buy it... but remember...please don’t touch it... coz a real touch with cost you 2500/-

I have purchased a Nokia battery product code no. BL5B890MAH06703284620400064030427249 dated[protected]. After 2 months the batteries not working. I complained at Nokia Service center at Muzafafrpur and after visiting 2-3 days, the old battery replaced by service center, but batteries are not working satisfactory. Then I visited several times service center at Muzaffarpur, but battery was not replaced. The work culture of service center is unsatifactory. I have visited 40-50 times at service center.Yesterday i.e. 1-4-09 the service center told battery was replaced by main office, Kolkatta, so you submitt you will have to battery and I submitted the battery to service center. Service center told after one month you collect your battery . In these day my hand set is not working . In guarntee period, why battery is not replaced by service center. Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Nokia Set (CDMA 2505) on 6th January 2009, whose IMEI no is [protected] and product code is 0548969, from Limton (P) ltd – 13& 14, B.B.D Bag (E) Kol -1.
Unfortunately from the next day of my purchase, I found that my set was defective and it has different problems as mentioned below.
1. The Phone is getting automatically restarted during operation period.
2. Some time, the phone is automatically getting switch off, and after repeatedly pressing the power button, then only it is getting switched on again.
Hence I went to the shop from where I had purchased, but they suggests me to go to NOKIA CARE.
As per their advice, I went to NOKIA CARE (Everest Mobicare, 10, Lenin Sarani, opp Loreto School Dharmatolla, Kolkata-700013) on 09.01.09, and they updated my phone software. Surprisingly after the service also, I found my problem persists and on top of it one extra problem has cropped up, i.e R-World icon was missing. Pl find the job sheet given below.
Again I went to NOKIA CARE on 10.01.09, they received my phone and send it to their head office and later they delivered my phone on 17.01.09. After checking, I found that R-World problem was rectified but the Auto off problem still persists. Job sheet is attached herewith.
Hence again I was compelled to go to NOKIA CARE on 19.01.09, they again received my phone and send it to their head office. They delivered my phone on 05.02.09 but still the problem was there.
Tired but since no other opportunity was left in my hand, again I went to NOKIA CARE on 07.02.09. As usual they received my phone & also the battery and send them to their head office. They delivered back my phone on 16.03.09 and said that the battery was creating problem, so they swapped my battery. But still I found that the Auto off problem persists and one extra problem has added this time i.e the phone was not vibrating.
So, Again I went to NOKIA CARE on 18.03.09, they received my phone and delivered it back to me on 31.03.09. After checking I found that Vibration problem was rectified but the main problem i.e Auto off still persists.
Now, pl suggest what should be my next step. I have already visited Nokia care and given my phone for servicing 5 times within a year but it all turned useless and the company was totally incapable of solving my problem. I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and the long time they took to solve one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phone industry. I am sorry to say, that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic.
Hence I request you to look into the matter with due seriousness and find out some way to solve the problem so that it does not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

My display broke when one of my friend (first time touch screen user) tried to dial with some pressure. I really wish, NOKIA could able to watch and understand, how a touch screen works, before they cheating their customers and loosing their brand name. Unfortunately its not comes in to warranty also... I just lost 19, 500/-. With the repair cost I will get an another phone... So stay away from NOKIA 5800.

With this pooooor product they are competing with iPhone :-)

I went to your service center today for collecting my mobile. They have given red color mobile. I told them this mobile is not mine. My mobile color is black color. I request them to give my mobile. They told me this is your mobile. My mobile purchased two months back. You are giving the old mobile.

Now I face a problem with my Nokia set, every time when I call to any no. so just 40-50sec. my connectivity automatically cut and second time not response to coverage area. So please tell me what the problem with my Nokia 5130 handset is. Is it big problem? Why my handset atomically cut to connectivity?
