Nokia 5130 — Nokia 5130 does not support gprs as claimed in the ad

Hi,
I have recently bought Nokia 5130 and tried alot to activate gprs settings.Nokia is making full of customer by claiming that its gprs enablem in the ad wheras this model is showing problems.
Nokia should immediately do something for this

I have bought Nokia 5130 recently and i am trying very hardly to use GPRS on it but it doesnot supports any
type of settings. Nokia Company has shown itz add that this set can support GPRS.
Nokia should immediately solve this problem.

The model 5130 express music is not supporting the GPRS. The settings are not not getting installed and since the company has claimed the features in its add. They should immediately make it good.

I purchase the nokia 5130 ex[press music 3-4 month before. It automatically switch off after keeping some minute in still condition. when i switch on my mobile it shows White colour screen.
I presently in narsinghgarh at damoh district (madhya pradesh).what is the nearest Nokia care center from damohand and how many days take to solve my problem

Nokia — GPRS NOT SUPPORTING

SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE BSNL, RELIANCE ARE NOT PROVIDING GPRS SETTING TO MY HAND SET NOKIA 5130. OTHER NET WORKS LIKE AIRTEL, AIRCEL ARE PROVIDING.

WHEN CHECKED THE MODEL IS NOT APPEARING IN THE GPRS SETTING LIST OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS, NOKIA TO UPDATE WITH ALL THE INDIAN MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS ONCE THEY LAUNCH A NEW MODEL.
