Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — technical fault

Dear nokia i bought my nokia mobile model 5610 XpressMusic on 2oth february 2008 but since 22nd december i faced a technical fault .The screen of my mobile turns blank and some times shows linning error i approached to the agent intercol for repair with warranty certificate but they could not repair it due to some liquid presence that caused little damages to its internal parts being honest my mobile is not damaged personally they also mentioned that it could be effcted by the weather as we have extreme damp in our invironment how can protect, i am very dissapointed about that please kindly look into this matter.(the agent asked for amount bd 30 that is equal to 100 dollars for repair why should i pay as i hold the validity of my warranty)

5610 xpressmusic(sliding model) — screen blank,hanging

I bought my handset on 6-04-08.But within 20 days of purchase it started creating problem it screen gone completely blank n it start hanging also.I gave it to nokia care for replacement but they refused sayin that its not under company's policy.They tried to repair it but it started creating same problem while testing.Now cel has been sent to company i request you to kindly replace my handset bacause there is no gurantee that this set can function properly for even 6 months.I also request you to kindly consider this piece as defective set.Nokia being market leader has its own reputation in market but such kind of incidences has completely given me a shock..I trust Nokia a lot thatswhy i bought this set ignoring all other brands in market.I request you to kindly replace my handset.

Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — NOT WORKING

Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — improper working of phone

I am having Nokia 5610 Xpress music. it is getting restart often while speaking and while playing music also. I brought this phone in february-2008. I faced the same problem right from the first day. After 45 days, i got it serviced by nokia care.But after one week the problem restarted.the handsfree set also defective. it turns in mono sound from stereo sound while i am listening music after recieving a call.

Nokia 5610 music — Faulty Handset

I have purchased Nokia 5610 music.Within 15 days my handset software was been corrupted, i went to nokia care service center, they took around 5 days to repair my handset & after that my handset performance was been gone slow, & after 1 week of being repaired, my handset software was been again corrupted.
My handset is been purchased 26 days back & i have given my handset two times for repaired, and i have use that handset not more than 11 days.
As this MNC companies are cheating around the people and miss using the Hard earn money of People.
Please Help.

Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — Change my cellphone

I had purchase above model in april 2008 and sent 4 time for repair but same problem with my cellphone.

Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — Phone Crashes quite often

I have purchased Nokia 5610 Xpress music on 2nd march
from that time it has gone to nokia care 4 times for the same reason.
It crashes and never start until it is sent to nokia care . I feel they
have sold me a faulty product and although in my third complaint I
requested them to replace my handset they never did that.
Consequences : Although I use to backup my phone data regularly but still
being unsure of the fact that when its going to crash i often loose
important contact along with suffering from being in a state of no
connectivity for 3-4 days when my phone crashes.

5610 xpress music sliding model — Complaint

I am one of the oldest customer to Nokia.I had purchased this handset in the month of sep 08 in pune.I had submitted my nokia 5610 on thrice to in Nokia Care pune (pune satara road center).Everytime i give it in Nokia Care there's some or the other problem which i face with the handset. Same answer is given when asked for replacement.That its not under company's policy.Also when asked for the supevisor, they make some sit who even is not wellversed with the hardware knowledge nor the handset.Request to look into priority.

My new nokia 5610 (2 months), there is no display . Thereis incomming calls and outgoing calls, also messages are comming . It is made in finland and it has 1 year warrenty.

My Nokia 5610 xpress music mobile set goes black out frequently and begins to restart later automatically. It happens during attending calls or listening FM radio or even in standby mode. The dealer asked me to change SIM card. I had changed the SIM. But still the irritating problem continues. I will tell all the viewers to avoid this set. Never u should buy 5610 xpress music.

Nokia — Application crashes

the Nokia Handset, Product code 0511150, GSM, Model 3315 has stopped functioning all of a sudden on 4th March, 2009. This was purchased by me at the the end of October, 2004. The entire application has been crashed. The handset has been given to M/s. MAA Communication, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Radhu Place, laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 4/3/2009. They have indicated approximate expdenditure of Rs.250/-. Kindly indicate whether the services/repair work will be dependable.

I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

Please look into this matter seriously

Yes, Nokia 5610 is the worst model in Nokia. Often it gets struck and display is not working.
And the music slider has got broken.

I am facing the same issue. Its been twice that the phone has crashed, it keeps on restarting twice every hour and finally its the time of the 3rd visit in 1 yr. last time Nokia researched on this phone for 1 month and it still didn't run for a month.

Very unfortunate that after having been a Happy, satisfied and hence, loyal, to nokia for my previous models, 3315, 7650, 7710 and N72 &N70, I'll have to look for other options.
Navigation keys fault.

I brought Nokia 5610 last year 1st week of April for Rs.12.500 and today all of sudden the navigation keys are not working, Took the complaint to nokia care center and they say the inner cable is been damaged and they don't have any stock to replace it. Asked for 15 days time to repair it. when i asked about the cost the service center Manager said Rs.[protected] approx.

Cable cost Rs 2750 its ridiculous. I request the concern authorities to take necessary steps to stop these menace and take action against the Nokia Care Center who loots/cheats the consumers who do not know much.

Yes I too face the same problem of display for xpress music 5610.I have a dark display sometimes, an inverted display or a mixed colour display.My music slide bar is also broken.I have bought the phone from oman and it doesnt have a warranty in India.I'm trapped.What to do.
